Always friendly polite service unlike most Starbucks that have lost their charm this one is still warm and genuine

They are fast in there service you have to wait but they get your orders quick so that you can be out if there in no time

Get ready to be asked if you have a membership. If you don't its ok. Friendly baristas good drinks.

Starbucks is my favorite place to go me and my son Matt go to Starbucks to the three times a day I love to have the best vanilla sugar-free iced coffee and my son's addicted to their mochas are the bomb Oh my God those cake pops the pink ones are the bomb they're so delicious and their protein bar the protein boxes are very good and healthy for you and they have all the protein that you need and their apple juice is a bomb my grandson always wants me to get them apple juice from Starbucks

This particular Starbucks has always been a pleasure to visit! The staff is on top of their customer service. When my mom and I order custom drinks they get it right every time! Wish more restaurants were like the Paramount/Alondra Starbucks crew.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS UNICORN! there's literally another Starbucks on the next street over and there's always a line blocking traffic. This location is as convenient as the one on Lakewood and Artesia, the freeway is right there. There's never a line and you're in and out quickly.

When I go to Starbucks, I generally expect mediocre cappuccinos. However, this Starbucks pleasantly surprised me! Good staff, very attentive. Thank you for a good cappuccino!

Happy and cheerful atmosphere with great employees. Clean and spirited feeling, comfortable decor. I counted 8 staff members hustling and working hard to keep the drinks flowing.

I really enjoy this Starbucks, it’s spacious, welcoming, and a great place to study or work since there are outlets and usually at least one seat available. The staff is friendly and attentive, checking in on how you’re doing, reminding you about free refills if you stay, and even offering samples of new items. The drive-thru can get packed and sometimes blocks parked cars, so I recommend parking along the wall near the trash bins or ordering ahead for pickup. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable spot I can count on.

This place usually is pretty good about getting drinks out quickly and also make pretty good drinks. Only downside of this location is the parking situation, you might need to park on the street and high is fine. Just don’t get stuck parking where the drive through line is going to block you in.

Was craving a creamy strawberry icecream paleta, with chunky strawberry pieces. They unfortunately didn't have it , so I have a vanilla ice cream with strawberry layer. It was good but not what I had planned to get. Maybe I'll try a different location soon . They would normally have dozens of flavors, but maybe the pandemic has certainly ingredients limited in supply? My nieces got the regular strawberry icecream in a cup and they enjoyed it. Would have been nice if they had chairs outside to enjoy our icecream there, lucky for me my niece had 2 chairs in her car.

Large Starbucks with little seating. Location needs more seating as they have plenty of room. Most of our order came out quickly food came out alot longer than expected. Employees are friendly and courteous.

I ordered ahead and it got there the order wasn't ready, they finally set my sandwich out, they didn't even call it out. My coffee however took an additional 10 minutes. There excuse was, people were asking for holiday cups, which made no sense

We miss the employees that used to be there. They were like family. Eddie, Lindsey, Victor and a few more. Weve been going there for 7 years. So weve watched our little family of employees disappeard little by little. They were great. They interacted with us like family do at thanksgiving. The employees there are nice. . But all in all its a nice place. The outside scenery keeps us coming. We like to be outdoors.. But it needs more shade in the hot summer. Our coffee is always perfect.

Service used to be amazing but this morning, the young woman at the register was to busy helping the next woman in line to listen to me. The situation was rectified but please pay attention to the customer in front of you.

7:30am, restroom was descent, line was long when I walked in however the lady on the cashier service was more than a simple cashier callen out orders. She was on que if it was only a arms length away and she could type on that register at the same time she was on it. Helps being taller and having nice long arms and leggs too im sure, however it has nothing to do with her wounderful deminer, knowledgable accurate service, and no less than seconds after I received my change my drink, warm water, and bagle with cream cheese was ready to walk out along with me. Clean, Quick, Accurate, Exactly what I ordered, as requested. Top notch!

I was just there 5 mins ago.I would gi e it a 5 but the cashier name Jessica did not gave great service I waiting for my receipt and she said that's all. I then ask for my receipt and she said oh wait you want your receipt. Did not look concentrate in her job just talking with another girl. My drink was done great and on time she forgot to give me my pastries and when she gave to me she did not hand them right and one fell down.

Hate the location design, drive through is crowded stops people from parking, have to park on the street?!?! Put up some cones to direct enter.and exit. Other than that service, food, meets my starbucks expectations.

I don't understand why they're letting their employees wear masks with disturbing images. That's the least thing I wanna see in this situation. Starbucks is literally the only place to go right now. I think they should still keep it professional. Other than that the service is still the best. I don't get intimidated with the long line because they work fast and they're really nice.

The workers are always friendly.... but be careful with your mobile orders! Always check before leaving. I've had a few problems with some of mine.

Starbucks is great but this place needs some tuning up. They got my name completely and annoyingly wrong and my two coffee order was took forever and it was made horribly which didnt make my day what so ever, in turn i had to go get my morning coffe somewhere else

Perris CA, Starbucks needs more training on how the drinks are made. I ordered a frappacino and it was so watered down and this was my 4th visit same problem. I won't go back! Not happy

This Starbucks is consistently off compared to all the other ones and ive tried giving this one multiple chances. I recently ordered an Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken espresso and I could hardly taste anything. Also, I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe and you could hardly tell it was one with how light they went on everything. I don't care for a free drink or refund, I want better service.

They are suppose to close at 10:30pm saturday. Got there at 10:20 and they were already closed. Shouldnt say they are open till 10:30 if they aren't.

They messed up order was very dry about it, took 20 mins to get chai latte and a bagel...never got bagel...spent 25 mins total..

I got passed up by four people wondering what happened to my order. My order got misplaced somewhere and right on the spot took them less than two minutes to make my drink.

Mobile pick up is not available and you have to make line and use the drive thru. I’m supposed to wait on line with customers that haven’t even ordered yet and my order which is ready can’t be given to me because this place is so inefficient and lazy and can’t open a spot for mobile pick up. Worst logistic ever.

I had a horrible experience with a cashier named Mellissa. She had a horrible attitude. I didn't appreciate how she was speaking to me and my family members. Mellisa was representing Starbucks with such attitude. Is that how Starbucks give service to people?! She also messed up our order twice. She was upset at us for not being clear. But in reality she was rolling her eyes because we took our time to give our order. She don't deserve to be working at Starbucks with such attitude!

I like love starbucks coffee but.. Yesterday I ordered three different drinks to go, one frap ,one refresher and a cup of pike…they gave me the frap first then 5 min later the refresher and like the 15 min later they finally gave me my hot coffee.. the frap was melting already :( Not good

We used the drive thru. Waited for over 15mins finally we get to the window the man in the car in front of us signaled us telling us that it was closed. That no one was inside. No sign anywhere of any kind to say that they were closed...NOTHING.

Let's see if this review gets to the right people: mobile orders which should be cut and dry are still misunderstood by staff. The sizes were incorrect upon receiving orders. And after all the mishaps, the staff does not reach out as common courtesy to update on an order that has been in the queue past 20 minutes... then they get to work on it. TLDR: Their prioties must be elsewhere so be ready to wait.

Ppl from Starbucks you should take your time on giving your employees a better training, show them what are the busy hours ,show them how to schedule ppl to work the next day, pleeease! This location is becoming more and more unpredictable and unprofessional by the day. You are either greeted by someone’s BACK or a rude person. They give you your food any type of way- no bag, no napkins no anything. And when you complain, you get a rude BYEeeee really loud. This is the only Starbucks by my office and I will definitely be moving to the location up the street

They went from having awesome service when they were on Jackson st from having the most slow and inaccurate service of any Starbucks I know. I can tell the owners didn't make an effort of hiring or transferring drive thru experienced personel. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Employees are nice but very slow.

Horrible parking and drive through coordination. Cars on drive through block you if your parked, then you have to wait and if you have to make a you turn to exit GOODLUCK go through the alley. They need a in and out paint line so there's no confusion and a one way only Sign as well

No power available to plug in your devices, may as well use the drive thru and do your work elsewhere. Doubtless management's intention. They also have four bathrooms without any handwashing basins in them. You have to exit the bathroom in order to wash your hands, so you know that not a single person who has touched that doorknob washed their hands prior. None of the tables were wiped down. Overall, disgusting and disappointing. The coffee was all right.

Very upset, I am a daily customer and I love the blueberry oatmeal. Today I was about to put the blueberries in my oatmeal and I see they have mold. Staff here and manager should be very careful with this because food poisoning is not a joke. Definatly not buying in this Starbucks anymore and will also let my friends that also buy here know

I placed a Traveler coffee order 20 minutes in advance through the app, expecting it to be ready at pickup time. When I arrived, they had barely started making it, which caused an unnecessary delay. When I asked about the order, the barista Javier was rude and told me that drive-thru orders are given priority over mobile app orders. If that’s the case, Starbucks should be more transparent about it, because placing an order ahead should mean it’s prepared on time. This experience was disappointing, especially for a large order that requires planning. Better communication and customer service are definitely needed at this location.
