One of the better pandas. Food is always fresh and tasty. The liberal goes fast and the place is super clean
Quick, friendly service, great food. Black Pepper Angus Steak is the way to go. For your side do half rice half chow mein and put the Mandarin Teriyaki sauce and splash of soy sauce on them.
Eat this every chance I get! Orange chicken always amazing. Go early get the freshest possible. It's best at like 11am. If you go end of day naturally it isn't that great (still good)..
I went here for the first time ever today and their food especially the orange chicken was delicious! I'll definitely be back for more!
Always tasty and never disappoints!
One of my favorite chinese food restaurants! I usually go around lunch time, which can be pretty busy. They are very quick, but sometimes there is a small wait. The food is always very fresh. I really like that you are able to sample different dishes before you pick, so you can make sure you really like it!
Got here a few minutes before closing the dining area, and they were out of orange chicken we were kinda bummed and they offered to make a fresh batch. Kids were happy!! They even were ok with us eating there even though it was past thier closing time. We didn't feel rushed at all!! Way to go staff!!
Panda express is always good food is GREAT the only thing that wasn't good the last three trips is its hotter than heck inside I fill sorry for the people working their. Myself and a lot other people fill the same way if they don't get their air conditioner fixed soon we will take our business else where. I don't understand why the Mgr is letting it go on this long if their afraid to speak up call me Ile tell the boss .I was told the customers needs to call the main office.
I love Panda Express. This location was very clean, the food was fresh, and the staff was extremely pleasant. The parking lot was clean. The location wasn't too crowded either. Looking forward to my next visit to get some of that orange chicken again. Such a good dish.
It is a very clean and warm atmosphere. The food is fresh and will cook to order if they don’t have what you want
Awesome food! We are regular customers! Large portions. Always fresh and hot!
I love this Panda Express! Food is always fresh and good! We order it on DoorDash consistently. Love the Honey Walnut Shrimp, Sesame Chicken, and Beijing Beef, rangoons, rice, and noodles!
Always love to grab food from here. It's always fresh, and well seasoned. The prices are still relatively cheap for the amount of food you get. Especially when you get the Family Meal, or the Bigger Plate. I really don't dislike any of their menu items, but my favorite is the noodles and their orange chicken
Every time I go to this Panda Express on Eastman Rd., the service is excellent. My food is always prepared well, and the staff is great. Tara is especially good. She is positive and very helpful. Dealing with the public can be challenging, but her attitude is always very pleasant. I will continue to frequent this Panda Express.
There was this employee named Thane that really went out of their way to make sure that I got great service, even though they were so busy. I really appreciate the dedication this location’s employees give. I will come again when craving orange chicken.
Portions seem to have gotten smaller. But most places are. Still very good food.
I had to update my review. The food seems to be now so yummy I guess it's one of these days when the cooker isn't doing a good job. Lately the food has been excellent! Good flavor, color, taste and of course...the wow factor. I love it. The employees are very friendly and always serving the right amount which is super great. I highly recommend this place to all Chinese-tex food lovers
I chose to dine-in & nearly burned up in that place due to broken (inefficient) a/c unit...which is just unacceptable in this 100°F + Texas heat we've had lately!! Other than that the food & service was decent. I was offered a free drink to compensate for the nearly unbearable temperature inside, which would be why I rated 4 stars rather than just 3.
We enjoy going here but the bowl is almost as much as a plate. For the two of us, it was $27. Not fast food prices.
As I order food she threw the fortune cookie on to my tray. To me that a sign of disrespect to the customer. You put it down on the tray not throw on it. I find it offensive . We giving you money exchange for foods and services. We are not begging like some dog asking for bones. I'm a regular customer here. This is not the first time here. Your foods is very good but need improvement on customer representation.. her name is Anna b. She doesn't seem to be very pleasant. Date 9/17/2017 , 1:58pm
One of my favorite locations of Panda Express. Some days it can be very busy but my experience here is always good! One time there was a huge lunch rush and the cashier offered me and my boyfriend a free drink because of the long wait. It was very appreciated! Great customer service! Food has always been good !
My wife loves this place. Panda Express is not currently using their dining room because of its small size and their inability to abide by social distancing guidelines. However, they will allow you to go inside a place or pickup carryout orders. The food is still a quality product and my wife finds it good enough to be willing to go and pickup her order every chance she gets.
Food is great I like coming here on my lunch but yesterday was my first awful experience. I decided to come here on my lunch and was told I had to wait 7 minutes for chicken which was fine I had time but ended up waiting 15 minutes and they forgot about me in the parking lot and I got my food last even though I was first in line. Would come back just not on my lunch
Great food and the lady that waited on us was wonderful,I didn't catch her name but she deserves a raise. We had a huge order and she had to work hard to complete it in a timely manner. When we ordered she first thought we were joking with her but when she realized we were serious she hopped to it and was a little whirlwind working circles around the others
I've had really mixed experiences here. I realize that finding good help is difficult these days, and I hope that this was the exception. After sending in an order from my Panda Express app, I arrived to the busy store. I was told that they were preparing an item that they run out of. So I stood at the register/pickup for over 20 minutes, watching order after order go out. I even had to grab a chair and sit down because I was getting tired standing up. I could overlook all this, but the thing that sealed the bad experience deal was that, after watching me stand and sit there for a VERY long time, they just handed me the bag with a simple "Have a nice evening"...no "Sorry for the wait, sir," or anything similar to acknowledge my having to wait for them for so long. Customer service just isn't what it used to be.
I came today for lunch and the drive thru girl had a bad attitude because i didn’t give my remaining 7 cents for children's miracle network and asked me once more at the window. I said no again and in return she smashed the fortune cookie. It wasn't my money to give or else i would. I was picking up lunch for a co-worker. Very unprofessional. I didn’t catch her name but she had dark hair and glasses.
Now let me start by saying, I completely understand you don’t need a GED or College Degree to work at Panda Express. I went to pick up my food order which is never ready in time. Upon entry the lady with three layers of makeup hands me my order. She then proceeds to inform me that next time I need to wear a mask. Great my mistake I’ll except that. Well guess how I know this ignorant employee has three layers of makeup. Her mask is pulled down below her chin while handling my food. The best part is she’s asking me to follow a rule in which she’s not following herself.
Hit or miss. They always seem understaffed. You wait for about 15 minutes in line as employees walk around "tending to other things". Majority seem like they do not want to be there. The few that are friendly, are actually apologetic when you have to wait 20 minutes for food to be made. I've never seen a customer go off on them so I'm confused as to why customers are ignored so much.
Food tasted great. However, every time I come in here I notice that the employees never seem to wear gloves, which concerns me considering they are handling my food. Secondly, I only ordered a bowl, but a few people behind me who ordered more than me were rung up before me. Anyway, I just wanted to rant. Dear Panda Express: please better yourself.
3 Stars is probably generous. Walked in about 45 mins before close, they had a huge order waiting on food when arrived plus drive through and lobby guests (us included). While waiting Orange Chicken ran out but they had a new batch finished, however that batch was gone even before we ordered and they didn't call out the need for another batch until it was gone. Another batch should have been made after that one. So that's additional time. Then while ordering (and waiting) they got a batch of fried rice but there was plenty still however Chow Mein was low and was wanted and had to wait for that too but shoukd had have been made sooner. This location seems to have a bad sense of food needs. When we left there was still a line of cars in the drive through and a handful of people in the lobby waiting on food. I'm sure some were not going to be getting what they wanted. Lastly the fortune cookie I had was stale, food was average, as expected.
My husband loves panda, however I think it is tasteless when it comes to veggies.
I was shocked that the new manager had dropped the senior adult discount awarded to veterans and others. The food has always been good, but take out was rather cool today. The llast time we went inside, there was no one to serve us!!! The cashier finally came to fill our order. And had to wait on the food we chose! .was given a take home box for an inside order!!! Got very small portions. ! Just not the same as it used to be! We have been very regular customers, but I'm thinking we may go less and less and try other options.
I get panda express multiple times a week, normally never have any problems. But today I was extremely disappointed. My food was not fresh at all. I did an online order and it took over 20 min for a box of orange chicken. When I got the text it took me less than 2 minutes to get to the drive through from where I was so i assumed it would be fresh. Immediately when eating my food I could tell it was not fresh. Chicken was so so so dry and crunchy and not very warm. As if it was sitting out. I’m not sure if my order was ready and they forgot to text me or if they gave me some old chicken. Very disappointing….
It's inexpensive but I regret the choice. Rice is dry, food is typical buffet low level of freshness. I expected a bit of that, but compared to other locations, this one was the worst. Employees were not rude, but one male whose name I didn't get was not making much effort to be pleasant. (When 3 people cannot understand your speech, grab a coworker for us). We really liked the fruity drinks, those are worth a try.
Update... I still give a 3 but they really need to slow down and do better! I placed a mobile order, got there just as my food was being put on the shelf. Got all the way home and once again there was food missing from my order. Had to drive all the way back up there. This is what my plate looked like after paying $10
Normally its great! But tonight was just alittle crazy. We waited 45 minutes for a online order that was supposed to be ready at 635 and got it at 720. We had waited for 30 minutes before they brought us part of our order and said it would be another 7 minutes for teriyaki chicken. I mean really. Its Sunday night. Your always busy on Sunday night. Be prepared!! The thing that really makes me mad though is the drive thru was wrapped around the building the whole time and they got there food out at a steady pace and the online orders and in person people were just standing around waiting 😐. Drive thru is not more important then anyone else. Do better!!
3 persons working... One of which was on the phone, so we waited about 4 minutes for service. Most item bowls were empty or unable to provide a full portion. The servers voice was barely audible. People still seating and waiting for their orders when we paid and left. One of our favorite places, but off their game today.......
Service is so slow that it's ridiculous and the staff is rude. Takes forever to get anything here. Went to these all the time in Dallas, and never had problems like this. In the drive through I was cut off several times, and flatly told to hold on AFTER being asked what I wanted. Our bag of food was practically tossed out to us when we finally got it. So if you go here you get to: Wait a long time. Deal with rude staff who don't listen. Wait some more. Have them be rude again after the window. Get food that once you eat it, you realize that it wasn't worth the trouble. I don't think they make it correctly. This happened around 7:30PM on February 25th in case the management wants an idea of who was working that night.
The rate of decline in food quality is faster than my rate of lowering expectations of said quality. It's really quite an amusing phenomenon. It was never authentic food, but even for fast food it's just so immensely disappointing.
Went in on a Tuesday just before noon. Only 2 other people in the dining room which can be a red flag when all the surrounding restaurants are busy. I ordered string bean chicken and broccoli beef with a side of fried rice. My wife ordered mushroom chicken and black pepper Angus steak with fried rice. All the steak was way overcooked, tasteless and rubbery. The chicken was dry, and my broccoli and green beans were bland, bland, bland. On top of that, they have no kind of sweetener for their unsweetened tea. Sorry Panda Express, but there are more flavorful options out there. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the girls behind the counter were friendly, efficient, and obviously cared about their job.
Line was short, but the wait was long. It just was not moving. Portions were about half the size of other local Chinese food places, but their prices were still more. We went there because my son wanted to try it. He didn't like it either, so we don't have to go back. FYI: I did go to the Panda Express in Dallas about 10 years ago. I really liked it. This place was different. I don't know if all locations changed or if this spot just needs work.
Service was rushed. Didn't have many cooked choices out on the line. Ppl were not friendly at all that worked there!!! Tables were nasty and not wiped off. We will not be going back. Food was cold.
I didn’t check my bag, got home and didn’t have all of my food. I called and was told to come back within 30 days, then when I bring my receipt back, they act like it’s my fault and are super rude. Manager and staff there this evening were horrible and had no customer service skills
Times myst be tough. Food looked excellent and fresh, got honey ses chk, honey shrimp, found a fly in my shrimp… so they replaced it with MORE of the same shrimp, and orange chicken… im completely done with their incompetence.
I usually don’t write reviews for places but today set it for me. Went to the drive thru and ordered food and my dad went to talk and the lady on the intercom ignored his order. Had to pull up to finish the order sadly. The lady prepping the food was extremely rude and tossed our order on the counter. Never coming back.
I went to pick up an order and I was ignored by the employees and it wasn't busy. Then after a few minutes the drive thru attendant ask me who I was there for and I told her twice and Anna told me hold on I'm figuring out the order with a rude attitude and was rude when she handed me the bag, very unprofessional.
Customer service was great through drive-thru. My order was correct, however I ordered broccoli beef and I had 4 SMALL pieces of beef in the container, only broccoli in the container...that was extremely disappointing service. Whomever dished this up knew it was only broccoli and that is not right to do that to a customer.
There were 2 cars ahead of me in drive throw but it still took 11min before I got to order. I ordered beef and broccoli bowl I got 8 big pieces of broccoli and 3 very small pieces of beef (half inch small) and when i started eating the broccoli tasted really bad tasted all the pieces they where all bad i thought of going back to tell them but then I would have to drive back and wait to talk to someone NO thank you I WILL NOT GO BACK
Today while I was waiting for my take out food, I watched one of the employees leave the food counter and then start sweeping and going around the trash cans and pushing in the trash with her bare hands. Then, when she was done, she went right back behind the counter and started filling orders and serving food with her bare hands WITHOUT washing her hands. I went up to the cashier and asked to see the manager, well it appears that it had been the manager all along who served the food with dirty hands. While she apologized and redid my order after washing her hands, it is still a complete disregard for the health code. And there is a handwashing station right beside the food counter, she did not even need to go out of her way more than 2 feet. I definitely will be thinking twice before going back.
Pretty disappointed in the customer service tonight. My husband and I went through the drive thru to order and we were only getting two bowls. The girl taking our order kept somehow adding to our order after my husband kept repeating “no, i only need two bowls. One with orange chicken and rice, one with kung pao chicken and rice.” she at one point said “oh my god, what is it” and he repeated it again. she yelled us to pull up to the window and another girl asks us if we have three bowls and we said no, just two bowls. and the girl that i guess took our order looked at her and said something like “oh my god i asked him if it was and he said okay” very loudly for us to hear and then she walked away. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time and it’s sad to see how patient my husband was with her when she kept getting it wrong, but then how rude she was after knowing we were right there. Makes you not want to go back for sure. And we’ve called four times and no one will answer
The last 2 times I ate at Panda the rice was NOT cooked completely. It was crunchy and not edible. Also my wife asked for more chicken since they only gave her 2 pieces. They are very stingy with the portions. I used to love eating at Panda in the Dallas area, but this one in Longview is terrible.
When you get food poisoning i told you so. Their food is never fresh its allways soggy and slimy and dare i say moist. They never have orange chicken or rice i mean really an asian place running out of rice i could understand one time but anytime someone goes here there is allways a war story. Plus their line is terribly slow and the food is pre made get it together.
"Out" or unwilling to cook many menu items. Because of this I ordered 2 entrees of broccoli beef with a total of 5 tiny pieces of old cold garbage they call beef. The rest of the 12 lbs of broccoli tasted cold and old. Luckily the fried rice was tolerable, not great though. It must just be this location because I don't remember panda express being this gross.
Was there earlier today and watched as a manager was grabbing fresh food with his bare hands to start cooking he was in a black shirt and had a tattoo on his right forearm, I then looked at the other employees and saw that 2 others that were preparing food didn't have gloves on either.. if I had not received my food already I would have walked out the door.. not to mention the cashier wasn't very thrilled when I asked her for some fortune cookies that she had forgotten. Tables were dirty and food wasnt up to temp, im pretty sure I got the last of what they had (honey sesame chicken). So overall I will not be returning to this panda express because of its poor cleanliness and bad managing.
Made me wait 10 minutes and wouldn't take my order. They kept taking and serving drive thru while ignoring me as a dine in customer. I only have an hour for lunch. Either get my food fast or dont waste my time. You dont even have to cook the food!!! It should be super fast here but it never is. Ths drive thru has three people working it while the dine in line seems to have only one person. Never comimg back bere again! Organize your stupid restaurant!!
I generally love Panda Express, but this one in Longview is a different story. A few weeks ago, and after a 30 minute wait in the drive thru, I found a hair after my order was nearly finished....ewwww. It happens, so we try it again today. Again another 30 minutes wasted in the drive thru and will be another 10 minute wait for orange chicken so I order something else. We get our order and find a place to park to check the order out. No napkins....really???? The wife opens her kung pow chicken, and low and behold, two strands of hair this time. Enough is enough so back inside it goes to get my money back. After about 20 minutes a lady, I am guessing it was the manager, refunded my money without so much as a word. No sorry for your inconvenience no nothing....nada. Will not be wasting anymore time in that drive thru.
Went to pick up online order by way of the drive through. A red car in front of me apparently had an issue because all of us proceeded to sit there for 30 minutes trapped. No exaggeration, no hyperbole, 30 minutes. By the time I got to the window the pick up time was now obviously 30 minutes past and the food was soggy and no good. Asked manager Mikael for refund, was told he had to do it on the computer and I'll get an email. Refused to give a receipt of cancellation, or even an apology for trapping us for half an hour. Horrible experience, poorly handled by Mikael the manager, and will be following up with corporate to get my money back for food I never recieved.
Not having the dining room open for customers to sit down and eat (even at reduced capacity) is what lost them customers. Over priced mediocre food. Employees only concerned with getting people a plate and out. Maybe if they looked up and were a bit more personable I'd being willing to get my plate to go
I purchased food for two here today. The chow mein and chicken were dry. These were either overcooked, had been sitting under the heat lamp too long, or both. For $24, I expect to get real good food. I personally have zero interest in returning here.
Normally I would give 4 or 5 stars but it took 30 minutes to get my food. It would have been faster to go through the drive-thru! There was only 1 person working the inside people and 3 working the drive-thru. Last time I come at 630pm
Terrible, went in to order and my food it was cold. The egg rolls look like they had been cooked hours before. The Beef broccoli should have been just broccoli, because there was almost no beef.
WORSE SERVICE EVER. Asked for 3 cups and they gave us 2. After a long wait we finally got our food but unsurprisingly it was cold, and hard, simply just disgusting and when we went to talk to someone about it they laughed at us. Would put 0 stars if I could. Never coming coming back again.
Panda Express has become a poor example of a Chinese eatery. The portions are consistently small. While prices have gone up. I will not spend my money at this restaraunt again. Hope this helps someone.
We're not very nice when I came in. It was my first time there. I was first in line and they didn't even say anything to me they started helping the second person. Then when she started helping me she walked away before I could respond. I don't recommend this place if your expecting good service.
So, I ordered a three entre meal. I was asked did I want rice or noodles. No one asked "Did I want the vegetables side" So, I told them I wanted my third entre to be vegetables, but I learned that they were considered a side. So, I was charged for 3 entres when I was only given 2. Also, the amount in the scoops were sad, like I was eating a kids meal for an adult entre price. I would suggest some consistent training on amount of food for each serving. I will probably not go back, unless they can improve on this.
They have the slowest drivethru, it’s always messy inside. We waited to take our order through a drive thru for 15 min. When we finally ordered at 7:30 they stated they aren’t going to make anymore of teriyaki chicken the the rest of the night. So we then asked for noodles and they said it would take 10 min. Needless to say we left and went next door. If they were slammed I would halfway understand but the lobby was empty and three cars in the drive thru. What a joke!!!
Go to the Dollar general. Buy a cheap bag of frozen stir fry. Microwave it till everything has leathered. Leave it in the microwave overnight. Reheat it the next day, pour a half gallon of vegetable oil on top. Eat it. Now you know the experience of eating at Panda Express.
I ordered a delivery through their app. About 20 minutes later I got a text it was cancelled. The text said to contact the restaurant directly. Order was still showing as active in their app though. I called and it rang forever before going to busy tone. Called back again and someone picked up and hung up. Called back a third time with the same outcome as the first time. Called 800 number that said it was panda delivery support and was told Panda told the dasher they had no record of the order in their system. Keep in mind I placed order through panda app not door dash. So I guess order with caution because you may just waste 20 minutes and have to wait 7 days for refund.
This is one of the worst locations for Panda in the East Texas area. The other being equally horrid in Tyler. Both have the same issues. Service in a timely manner, which is a training issue. Recently we were at Panda because it was my sons birthday and he loves Panda. He ordered his food and the girl put his food on a plate, left it on the service line, and what happened next defies logic. She went and started cleaning trays. She looked right back at us and had ZERO clue that we needed to finish our order. We stood there for literally 5 minutes before someone had the common sense to see we were waiting. When we got served they ran out of Beijing Beef, and because they were so slow at serving, by the time I got to pay my food was cold. I had to request a hot plate. However it would be more than 30 minutes before I got the rest of my Beijing Beef. Oh yes the girl that just walked off? I overheard her saying she was needing to clock out. I'm thinking she just wanted to go home. I turned around and she's sitting down having her dinner. Nice full plate of food so she made sure she got served while we were left to stand there. Classy. The major problem here each time is clearly one of training. If corporate reads this you need to shut this place down, hire some GOOD managers, and then have them train your staff how to properly do things. If you want a comparison on a Panda that is firing on all cylinders, look to Mount Pleasant, which has been there less than a year. Honestly as much as I love the orange chicken and Beijing Beef, I will not visit this location again. By the way, the crab Rangoon's my son got for his birthday visit? Hard and over cooked.
Waited 25 minutes for a drive thru order. Had to go inside to speak to staff. I was promptly informed they were busy! After an additional 10 minutes of waiting in the lobby, I was handed the order. Upon sitting down with my family and opening the bags it was the wrong order. I WILL NEVER RETURN!
I am so sick to death of restaurants that claim to have their lobby open, and when you get there they don’t. I had 2 very hungry toddlers with me, so we had to do the drive thru. The guy taking my order was rude, and literally kept cutting me off and totaling my order out before I was even done. I had to correct him 3 times, and had to keep asking him to add to our order because he kept totaling and telling me to pull forward. At least ask me if I’m done ordering, for the love of god. And since they had no where to sit and eat, I had to let my toddlers try to sit in the floor of the truck to eat which was really hard for them to do. They got rice all over the freaking place, and BOTH spilled their drinks because they had no where to put them! STOP advertising that your lobby is open, BECAUSE IT IS NOT!!!! I absolutely will not ever be back here, it’s always something at this location and I’m sick of Wasting time and money here!!!!!
Takes forever, they never have enough teriyaki chicken cooked, and the service is terrible through the drive through. Worst location ever! Staff are rude and managers are CLUELESS. They REFUSED to cook more food because they wanted to keep their line time down after we sat in line for 30 minutes and we’re trapped there to not get any food! This was at 8:30 PM! Absolutely ridiculous! This is the third time in the last month! We will not return! Food is always hit or miss. Sad!
Is it just me or has this place seriously gone downhill? The chow mein tastes burnt (3rd time trying it), the portions are smaller (even though prices went up), and for some reason the chicken has become harder to chew and tastes off. We waited in the drive thru for 35min...no teriyaki, no sesame, and no ragoons. Looks like we're going back to a different Chinese food place.
Food was old shrimps were so horrible and old. I had to Waite long time for rest of my order and by time the new pans of food arrived, my food was cold I mentioned it too the cashier and he didn’t care and he just told me how much was my total. I paid and I won’t go back.
One of the worst meals I've ever had from Panda Express. The noodles were burnt and they left a bad taste throughout the whole batch of noodles. I overheard the workers even talking about them being bad in taste and smell. So I took mine up there to get replacement noodles. They informed me that they had a new batch and they gave me some of the new batch. That batch was awful they were mushy and very dry no flavor. This facility has gotten worse over the years. I will not come back.
Just don't. Take an extra 3-5 minutes and drive down to the one in Kilgore. 3 times I've tried this location. The food is always greasy, the breading on the shrimp and chicken is always mushy, and most of the employees are not that nice. This last time they even screwed up the chow mein, it was nasty. The Kilgore location is always fresh and the people are very friendly. Take a couple extra minutes, you won't be disappointed.
If you go through the drive through, be prepared to get the wrong order. I have gotten the wrong order or things missing 3 times in a row.
New manager has an additude, wont be back. 2 times in a row she was very agreesivly mean. I used a refillable drink cup, apparently she hates that. Charges full price for large. I'm not as upset about the full price charge for bringing my own reusable cup as her attitude towards it.
They didnt put my sauce in the to go order. I had to wait for them to cook more orange chicken for 15 min.( didn’t mind at all cause i knew it would be hot). Then get home and it’s almost completely rice very little chicken. We can do better than this!!
After purchasing my food in store to go, I took it home to eat. I ordered the lo mein, and orange chicken. Immediately after eating the first bite I spit it out because of the burnt taste and smell. I took the food back inside the store to inform the manager that my food was burnt. She then denied me of a refund, stating the company doesn’t allow those and that she was aware of the lo mein tasting burnt. Apparently they had a new grill and did not quite have the settings together. My overall experience here was poor, and it’s sad because I was okay with initial replacement of the food item instead I left with less than what I paid for and a rude experience.
Love panda but this one definitely ruined it. I ordered an egg roll from the drive-thru. The cashier told me you didn’t have any egg rolls which I said was fine. She opted for spring rolls. Than when I went to pay she said they had egg rolls! Which I thought was great. Long story short I made it home and found a bite was taken from it. Was really disgusted and mad that I spent money on that. Don’t recommend this place. If you go definitely check your food before leaving!
We come here Alot, and every time Keith is working he has a bad attitude and acts like it is an inconvenience to serve you. We were there about an hour ago. We ask for sweet and sour sauce and he said how many we ask for 4, he slammed his drawer closed grabbed 4 S&S Sauce tossed them into our bag. Never said Thank you Come back or anything. Like said I never give bad reviews, but after many times and especially the last 3 weeks of his attitude I felt like this needs to be addressed. When we come back if he is working we will request someone else to wait on us.
We waited over 30 minutes just to get a to-go order. The manager did not have critical thinking skills. If they don't have enough manpower to handle walk-ins, I would think closing the door for a couple of hours would be in order. Employees were working with no clear instructions. Sales and profit that day clearly suffered. Good food but the manager that was working that day needs more training.
I had an online I had to pick up. When I went through the drive through to get it , the window girl handed me a bag that had a gravy mess inside of it . I was in a hurry so I didn't get a chance to tell them to remake my bag or order but when I finally opened it, the box and the soy sauce packets and utensils were covered in gravy from the beef and broccoli. On top of that the noodles were dry. I don't see them staying open to long with the horrible service and their lack of employees.
If you go through the drive through check your order before you leave because 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong
Panda had always been one of my favorites, but this location has the absolute WORST customer service and they never have food ready. They only offer noodles, veggies and rice for sides, how are you going to run out of any of those??? They should be readily available. We used to eat Panda almost weekly, now it's a rare treat because I refuse to go to this location again.
When I arrived to pick up an order, I told the lady (who I believe was the closing manager) what I was there for. She rudely said that someone else would be with me. I noticed my order on the shelf and grabbed it. I went to the drink machine to fill up my cup. The machine was out of ice. I went up to her and was just letting her know the machine was out of ice. She rudley interrupted me repeating what she said before and just being a jerk. She acted like I was just so bothersome to her. I work in a restaraunt and I understand how difficult it can be but I'm never disrespectful to my customers the way she was to me. Shame on her especially if she's a manager. No wonder this location has less than 4 stars.
1 hour before close the drive thru message says they're closed and the team member comes on and says they are on a limited menu...
Ordered thru door dash, order was COMPLETELY WRONG! Contacted Panda Express manager (didn't get a name) SHE WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT, VERY RUDE UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE, really didn't wanna hear my complaint kept repeating that's door dash fault it's their order, I understand it's their order but DEFINITELY NOT THEIR FAULT, she took no accountability of THEIR MISTAKE. stating that she has made all of the online orders and basically that she hadn't messed anything up. which was not the case...plate was sloppy and very little in quantity
Ordered online , picked it up went back home (almost a 30 minute drive) and we realized there was no cream cheese in our cream cheese Rangoons 🥲.
The customer service at this location has gone down hill. Today I went through the drive-thru and the rudest girl tried to take my order. She was very combative from the minute I drove up to the menu. This was around 5 pm on 07-27-25. As I was trying to tell her I wanted to order a teriyaki bowl with extra chicken on the side, she proceeded to tell me in a very condescending manner that I was ordering a plate not a bowl and she can't do it. The problem is I go into this restaurant about every 2 weeks and I have ordered it almost every time I go in there. It's never been a problem before. Then she said she was going to talk to her manager, I said to my son, why does she have 2- 1/2 rice orders (I've never seen that before) she then states a 1/2 & a 1/2 = a whole. It was the way she said it, so I said to my son, "Is it me or is she being extremely obnoxious?", my son said "She is!". My son usually tells me if I'm over reacting so for him to say she was being unprofessional, she was. She then tells me to leave the drive-thru because she's not being spoken to like that. Well, what about the way she spoke to me?? I then went inside to speak to the manager who was on break, but I ended up speaking with the team leader. But when this same girl realized I was the person in the drive-thru, she about knocked over another employee so she could interject herself into my conversation, to say she was aggressive is an understatement. I proceeded to tell her to remove herself from my conversion and she yelled at me saying she can come over and do whatever she wants and that I wasn't talking to her however I wanted, and said she has the right to refuse service for any reason. Finally Rubie the team leader asked her to go back to her station, but this unhinged girl stormed out of the building (fling the door completely opened) screaming she was calling the manager and I was wasting my time because she's friends with the manager. When the manager finally came in, she approached me laughing because she did speak to the drive-thru chic, the manager was very unapologetic and somewhat unprofessional herself as she tried to contain her laughter and she kept looking out the window as not to listen to what was being said, until I asked for the name of the franchise owner, that was when she changed her attitude and took the situation a bit more seriously. I still never received an apology from her for the unprofessional behavior of her employee (or for herself for that matter) and for the total waste of my time. But Rubie did and she was a witness to the whole transaction. Rubie should really be the manager, she handled the situation with the upmost of professionalism, all she did was listen and showed me empathy. Too bad I can't say the same for the actual store manager. You know it shouldn't be a frustrating experience to do business with a company, so 1st thing tomorrow I will be calling the corporate number to make a formal complaint against the manager and her BFF drive-thru chic.
Literally the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. The food is good of course but I’ve NEVER been to this location and received the correct order. And don’t get me started on the sweet and sour sauce! It’s like they have a vendetta against giving it out! The young kids working are polite but dang get my order correct! Just once please 😫
