Papacitas is a popular spot known for its attentive service and welcoming staff, especially server Katie. Many rave about the chips, fresh tortillas with honey & butter, and the Danny special platter. Some find the food bland or lacking Mexican spices.

I’ve only ate here a handful of times but the service and the food is always great. It’s a really cool place also. I’ve never been seated upstairs yet but one day lol
Papacita’s has always been a consistent favorite. Been eating there for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. Not only do they serve complementary chips, but also (great) complementary tortillas. Everything is delicious and service is outstanding.
My family wanted to go out for Cinco De Mayo and had a couple places in mind. We are not from Longview, so we tried another place that we are familiar with. The wait time was over an hour. We instead drove down the street to Papacita’s. The reviews were great, and we started getting excited before we stepped inside. First impressions: this restaurant is massive! It’s 2 stories tall and has water features and a live mariachi band. We waited a whopping 2 minutes to be seated! 2 things about the food stood out to me. Each person at our table received a bowl of salsa instead of sharing one bowl and the puffy tacos I ordered were crispy and more like bowls than tacos. In San Antonio puffy tacos are still fluffy and able to be folded. Aside from that difference, this place was great. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for dinner in Longview, TX.
I have eaten here several times Every thing is good, great service and reliable prices
Always a pleasant experience. Service is top notch, food is always hot and fresh with a price that's very reasonable.
This place is nice and good. We had fajitas, quesadillas and my husband had a beer rita. Seems as tho they put some mixture on the chips (I think like a chili powder)but my kid liked it so wasn't a issue. We sat outside on a nice cool 78 degree evening. Outside was set up with ceiling fans and we had seating distance appropriate wise. Staff was super attentive and pleasant. Food was good and quick. Over all really enjoyed our visit.
This is our favorite restaurant. We drive an hour to eat here at least once a month. Brandon was our waiter tonight and did a fabulous job!
Good was ok.. however, this is a Mexican food place that makes their own tortillas. They told me a few times when I asked how am I supposed to eat my fajitas in this thing they are calling a tortilla. It fit in the palm of my hand. See pictures. As compared to the small bowl they put salsa in. And Yes, that is the tortilla holder it is sitting in. Should go to the edges. Posada's makes their own tortillas, my daughter makes her own tortillas, they can be made bigger than this. So please make them to where they can be used as intended. I got shrimp fajitas. 1 shrimp is all that would fit. My hands were a complete mess by the time I tried adding the veggies, sour cream, cheese, pico. Very disappointed.
In the last few years the quality of food and service has improved greatly. My wife had the chicken fajitas while I had the beef fajitas. The portions and flavor were excellent. Trent, our server, was meticulous without being overbearing. The food was hot when it arrived and the chips were fabulous as always. Overall a great value and a pleasant experience.
I got the quesadilla with beef, no tomatos and extra sour cream. My food came on time and still is warm. The meat is well seasoned and all the flavors are just amazing. I sat down and enjoyed my meal and myself. My host was friendly and she had a great sense of humor and I would recommend this place because the service and the food is great! Every bite I take gives it more of an exquisite taste and with a dash of lemon that I squeezed in my food is amazing.
We had Maria as our server. She was excellent with everything. Dinners were amazing
Great place. 10/10. Michael L is an outstanding worker. Guy needs a raise!
Food is good. Not spectacular, but good. Just everyday, run-of-the-mill Tex Mex. Their tortillas are fantastic. Soft, pillowy, and warm.
We go here from time to time. Always have friendly staff. Food always good!!
Everything was absolutely amazing.....the food, the service, the scenery. Will definitely go again soon!
I had not been here in over 30 years. It did not disappoint!! I tried the crawfish tail enchiladas and they were SO good!!! I'm glad that I had a chance to bring my daughter. Betsy was our server and she is amazing. She was very attentive and super nice!! There was no waiting and things were spaced out nicely!!
They were pretty busy as always but we didn't have to wait at all! I got something that's no longer on the menu but when I asked about it,the waitress knew exactly what I was talking about! She said they still served it and as usual I was not disappointed! It was delicious 😋! I'm talking about the open faced chicken sandwich with white queso and grilled chicken with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mushrooms and pickles with a side of their signature fries 😋😋😋. I for the life of me cannot remember the name of it! It's something pollo 🤣🤣 I think well anyways I definitely recommend the food and the whole staff was friendly and very courteous!
Great food & great dining. Really enjoyed our Valentine's Day experience
I used to live around here back in 2013. Passing through on a move, we stopped by to grab a bit. It's just as amazing as I remember. Eiland, our server was quick, and very courteous. He kept us topped up on everything without us ever getting empty. The food was hot and delicious, just like I remembered. Thank you for the great service, great meal, and some new memories before moving to new adventures. Cheers, Papacita's!
Maria!!!! Omg!!! You are awesome. You made us feel welcomed, gave us great advice on the menu, very knowledgeable and down to earth. You treated us like we were the only people you were serving even tho you were juggling a busy room. Thank you very much.
Wow! What a great place to go and dine in! We absolutely loved the server (Alexis) she was fast, super accurate, very knowledgeable and overall kind hearted. The price of this place is just unbeatable, super affordable food and drink prices. Food tasted fresh, delicious, and filling! We will come back here a million more times. We loved it so much that we spoke with the manager (Marshal) and let him know that our experience was superb! Thank you everyone for your hard work! :-) love you!
First time here. The food was reasonably priced. The servers were prompt to keep chips and tortillas available on the table. The chips and tortillas are very good. They pair the tortillas with honey and butter which was very good but unexpected for me. The honey can make things a bit of a mess as it drips around. My quesadillas were fine. I will probably try some sort of burrito next time.
Where to start? The atmosphere is pretty cool. Brianna was an amazing waitress. The chips and salsa was excellent. I had Danny's Platter, a mix of grilled veggies and steak. The steak was smoky, tender and simply unbelievable. The veggies were in a nice proportion and also excellent tasting. Do yourself a favor and come here to eat.
This place is awesome! Here’s what I had. First come the seasoned chips with salsa. They are better than most chips I’ve had. Then they bring out the best tortillas I’ve had and there is butter and honey already on the table. I ordered the shrimp and chicken fajitas and they were phenomenal! I’d recommend this place for sure. The service was great as well.
I literally went there 3 times now and I always order the same thing, 3 crispy tacos with double rice and no beans, the portions were huge ngl, and sometimes I would order ice cream for dessert, this time, I ordered cinnamon ice cream and I was blown away by how delicious it was. Our waitress was wonderful and the service was so fast, I’m so going there again!
Top notch!! Always delicious with large portions. Wife says "Best fajitas I've ever had." Great atmosphere with excellent service. We look forward to our next visit.
Took my grandson for dinner. After we ordered he told me "Mammy daddy brought me here for lunch today. 😲 I said then why did you say you wanted to eat at Papacita's? He said cuz it's just so 😋 yummy. 😂
From just walking in the door, the environment was so welcoming! The host was so sweet, the gentleman handing out the "free stuff" was hilarious, and our waitress Katie was totally outstanding! This was our first choice of resturants after moving into town this week and it didn't disappoint! Steak and chicken was on point! 💯 But shout-out too our waitress Katie, for the amazing service and our fire salsa! The spicier the better🥵
This is my favorite restaurant, and it’s not even close. When a place is run with the kind of passion and commitment SpongeBob SquarePants would approve of, you know you’re in good hands. Michael L goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. His energy, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set the tone. Highly recommend.
We had family members from Pennsylvania come for a visit,we took them to Papacitas for dinner they were so amazed at the food preparation, they never have tasted chicken fajitas like this before. We had a very pleasant dinner with the atmosphere and all. Thank you Papacitas for the wonderful evening we all experienced.
First and foremost, Michael L. is the backbone of this restaurant. He truly represents Papacita’s excellence. Michael L. has a great attitude and is an amazing employee. I also heard that he has been a loyal team member, working at Papacita’s since 2020 and putting in six days a week. In my humble opinion, Michael deserves a raise or some kind of recognition. He is exactly what every company wants in an employee: hardworking, respectful, reliable, and a man of integrity.
We are fairly new to the area and discovered this restaurant recently. From the hosts to our servers, the food and atmosphere, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is fantastic and we will definitely be back as regulars.
Love the tortillas. Soup was good size and not too salty. Great flavor. Everyone else liked their choices as well. Highly recommend.
Dined at Papacitas for the 1st time in 30 years with my teenagers, it's even better now than it was back then. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. Our server Katie was among the best I've ever had, very sweet and very attentive. Thank you all for an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend, and when you go, ask for Katie! She'll take good care you!
Danny special platter is amazing. I had the steak/chicken combo...the veggies were amazing. Can't wait to go back and eat this again. Of course the chips, guacamole and service was great.
We read the reviews this morning and decided to try Papacitas today while we were in town. They did NOT disappoint! Everybody was so yummy and the service was fast and awesome! We'll go there again when we visit Longview again! 😊👏👏👏 Keep up the great work ya'll!!!
We had a birthday dinner for a friend and were pleasantly surprised by how helpful, congenial and organized the staff were. The party was held in one of the upstairs rooms. The tables were already set up as requested for the event and we were offered assistance with our decorations. The drinks and buffet were positioned in the hallway and the food was absolutely delicious. Our group of 30 attendees had a wonderful time and could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend Papacita's for any event you may have coming up!
truly deserves five stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. Our server, in particular, was professional and genuinely cheerful, ensuring we felt valued throughout our entire visit. They handled our special requests with grace and efficiency, making us feel that no ask was too much trouble. This level of dedication elevates the entire experience from simply good to absolutely outstanding. It’s clear that the team prioritizes customer satisfaction, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and comfortable. This impeccable service is the reason we will certainly return and highly recommend this establishment to others
Very nice Mexican restaurant, good prices, great food. The chili relleno was great. The breading is different from the usual being a bit thicker, but I loved it. The taco carbon was also very good as was their guacamole. Did not care for the chips since they do season them, but the tortillas that they serve more than make up for that. I don
We stopped here for dinner while heading to Lake o' Pines for a weekend getaway, and it came recommended as a spot to eat while passing through Longview. We’re so glad we made the stop. The staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was stunning inside, boasting two floors of dining space. For an appetizer, we ordered the 7-layer dip, which was absolutely phenomenal—especially when paired with their homemade chips dusted with chili sauce. As a delightful bonus, they brought out warm flour tortillas with honey and butter alongside the chips, which was a treat. Our entrees were just as impressive. The chile rellenos with beans and rice were a standout, though the rice was a touch dry and could’ve used more flavor—perhaps a sprinkle of queso would’ve livened it up. The beef and cheese chimichanga, on the other hand, was perfection. To top it off, they offer an extensive lineup of margarita flavors. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area.
Totasdas, enchiladas, soft flour tortillas and chips and queso. They had one server waiting 3 tables with over 12 customers each, that young man was running his butt off trying to keep up but much to our surprise he was excellent and very friendly and always had a smile on his face. We were upstairs the third table to the right.
Food was a lot better than I first thought especially the tortillas.
Staff and atmosphere is great. Food was ok but not fabulous. Had the stuffed avocado with chicken. It did not pack any kind of flavor punch. I love Mexican food and I was deciding if it was worth finishing halfway through. They give you tortillas with butter and honey to put on them. They have a seasoning on their chips and salsa if you’re into that kind of thing
Pretty decor, nice atmosphere with music, good service by Amanda, chicken taco was good, not great, house chips and salsa were good, priced fairly. I would return and try other menu items.
Was visiting from out of town for a friend's graduation and we decided to come here for lunch. The restaurant is big, it was packed but the service was great! The servers were prompt and friendly, nothing but great. The food was good but not great. I ordered a torta, which I wish would have had more flavor, it was good but was missing something, the chicken tortilla soup was pretty good. My friend had the fajita parrillada, which looked pretty good and came with a side of guac, sour cream, and pico. Would I come back? Yes Would I order the same thing? No Service rating? Outstanding
Chips and hot sauce was so good. Can't complain about the tortillas with butter and honey. Food came out at a good time!
The food was excellent. The service was fast and wonderful.
Always pretty good. Probably one of the best spots for larger groups or company functions. Lacks a little in the more intimate setting. Not a bad thing, just not one of my preferred date night destinations. Food is typical chain style TexMex, it's good and portions are good sized. Service is pretty good although our server could have used some help with our party. She did an excellent job, but some assistance would have made her job easier. Sopapilla's are a signature dish here, and they are very good. The salsa had a "sweet" flavor tint to it. Not my favorite. I prefer a little "kick" to my salsa. It wasn't bad, just not what I like. I had the loaded 1/2 order of nachos and they were very good. All said, it was pretty good, typical well managed and staffed chain style restaurant.
The food was really good. The menu has a nice selection and the amount of options do not lead to choice overload. Also the complimentary tortillas with honey are a nice touch.
Food was REALLY good but the drinks were pretty bad. Service was also good, the waitress was nice, friendly, and made some good recommendations. Food tasted great. Ordered 2 margaritas.. and it was basically just syrup and lime juice. Probably one of the worst margaritas I've ever had.
Great place to eat. It’s always consistent with service, food quality and price is great. Our food ALWAYS comes out super fast and the servers are ALWAYS great.
I ordered a relleno that was over way over fried or was cooked in old grease. The cheese quesadilla was awful. The cheese tasted like flour or no taste. But the dessert made it all better!! The chips could be better also. It's been a long time since I was here, before covid. I would hesitate to return (except for the brownie dessert!)
We are long time patrons of Pappacita's. We have been eating here annually after seeing the drive-through Christmas lights nearby & have been coming here for at least 10 years. This time was incredibly disappointing, due to our waitress, Claudia. We were greeted upon entry, had no wait, & led directly to a table - a 6 top. Our waitress took our drink orders, no problem. We also ordered a large queso, then entrees. We ordered 2 chicken fajitas, 1 combo fajitas, 1 chimichanga, & 1 chicken finger basket. Claudia got one of our orders wrong & acted like it was an inconvenience. When we told her that we ordered combo fajitas (& not chicken) she told us "no you ordered just chicken". Incorrect, but still not really the way you treat a paying customer. We indeed did order combo fajitas & the order was fixed. Her attitude was less than ideal. Fajitas typically come with a side of garlic butter and only 1 of the fajita orders included it. When we asked Claudia for the other 2 sides of garlic butter (that, once again, is included with the meal), she, once again, acted like this was an inconvenience. She returned to the table with one, instead of two. Then she pointed to the table and said "you all have one - see one, two, three" and walked off. Indeed there was only two. We brushed it off & laughed. Her attitude was the issue. Two of the fajita orders ordered a side of shredded cheese, which is typically included at other Mexican restaurants in a fajita setup. However, upon receiving our checks, we noticed that there was a near $3 charge for shredded cheese (???). We asked for a side of tortillas to take to-go with our leftovers and Claudia said that was cost an additional charge. Weird. Tortillas are complimentary, similar to the tortilla chips provided, and we got fajitas so it shouldn't be an additional charge. I will say Claudia did a good job at staying on top of our refills. Her attitude was not great. And if a side of shredded cheese and tortillas is truly an additional charge, then shame on Pappacita's. Regarding the food, the fajita plates were covered in onions - half the plate was grilled onions. The fajita meat itself had no flavor, which was not like what we remember from previous years. We also felt rushed as Claudia was taking up signed checks before we even left our seats. We will look forward to eating at another Mexican restaurant in the area next year. Do better.
Food was kind of cold, even though I was right on time, like they made it when I ordered it instead of waiting until my desired time. Fajitas were a less quantity meat, and kind of spongy. The ribs were inedible, made long ago. The sopapillas and the flan were pretty good, worth the price.
I want to start off by saying that papacitas has great food, I love their cheese enchiladas, hot sauce as well as their chips. However I usually order over the phone and then pick it up. when you first walk in the door the people standing there behind the counter are always very friendly and greet you. However the last two to three visits the ladies behind the takeout counter have been what I take as rude, unfriendly and almost dismissive. I don't usually like to leave these types of reviews but for instance when I first walked in today what seems like a 5 to 10 minute wait before someone actually came over, and then when the lady did come over she opened the registered cashed out some change for another customer never even acknowledged that I was standing there. Then she turned and walked away then another girl came in behind her but did not ask me how I was doing did not smile not one time and the expression on her face was almost like she didn't want to be there. My total was just shy 45.00 and I just can't believe this is the type of service that you get when you're paying this kind of money in an economy that fights against low and middle class income people.
Food is ok but very bland. Generous in meat but almost no spice or sauce on puffed taco, cheese enchilada had no sauce and was dry. The rice and charo beans were very good, though. Wait staff is efficient but very abrupt and curt to solo diners. Great price on draft beer but may have been a special that day. If I return, I will order something else and ask for a sauce.
This was my friend’s and my first time dining here. I ordered the crawfish enchiladas, and he ordered the stacked enchiladas. The food was just okay. I’d rate it a 5/10. We also ordered drinks. I had the watermelon margarita and asked for a to-go cup so I could take the remainder with me. Our waitress initially took the drink to the bar to get a to-go cup, but when she returned, she said they weren’t allowed to provide to-go drinks. She mentioned that she had been working there for four years and that this had never been an issue before, so she went to ask her manager. After that, I was told I would need to purchase an entirely new drink if I wanted one to take to go. I found this unnecessary and frustrating, and it felt like an attempt to get over on customers. Because of this experience, I likely won’t be returning.
I always enjoy trying local Tex mex everywhere I go and with living in San Antonio, I would say I have a higher standard of what decent Tex mex should taste like. The look of the restaurant is quite unique and fun to experience but the food was lack luster. The 9 layer dip came with a thick layer of solid cheese on top with jalapeños that tasted like the kind you buy at a ball game. The rice and beans both felt like they were lacking seasoning, the guacamole was bland (no cilantro or lime), and the carne asada looked almost rubbery.
We had a birthday party here . The crew was great , the food was ok ive had way better Mexican food. It had no taste chunks of fat in it , the chesse dip with the meat tasted like sausage and gravy.
The margarita was very good. The service was terrible. We sat for 10 mins at the bar before the bartender showed up. Then waited another 5-10 mins for her to realize we didn't have chips. When we were ready to order we flagged her down multiple times and even spoke out to her to get her attention. She didn't not acknowledge us at all, only focusing on the tables behind us that came after us. We decided to move to a table to get better service, by then we were just ready to leave. Not sure if we will be back considering the service we received
Coming from Houston I had a certain expectation of what a Tex Mex should be but this wasn’t it. Salsa was very tomato forward like Pace Salsa from the store. Mamas Rellenos was bland and oily. Enchiladas sauce was almost non existent. Although I didn’t like the food here and won’t be coming back, my review won’t hurt this place. It’s very popular with the locals and portion sizes is generous. This restaurant has been around for a long time and will continue to be around for the future.
Ordered the Bacon wrapped shrimp w/jalapeño and Monterey jack cheese. Has been one of our favorite items. Not the same this time. They left out the Monterey Jake cheese. I pointed it out to the waiter. She said she would check it out. Sure enough we were correct. No apologies or corrective action. Brought us our ticket and told us to have a nice day. We asked for a to go box. Loaded up our no cheese shrimp and paid our ticket. The standard has been lowered. I love giving great reviews. Papacita's earned this poor review. Sad to say 😞
Great atmosphere, staff are friendly. Food was extremely disappointing. Came here after the holidays with my parents, my mom's nachos looked like something served in a school cafeteria and tasted about the same. Salsa has no flavor, it might as well be extra wet ketchup. I couldn't find a single onion, jalapeno, or really anything besides tomato in it. If you really want something to dip your oddly seasoned chips in, the green sauce they offer is better but at an upcharge. I got the fried avocado because it sounded interesting. Could have been good but turned out really bland and underwhelming. Looking forward to going back to Austin and getting good Mexican food out of a truck instead of this.
This place is beautiful. But its overrated. No wait. Pretty busy tonight alot of birthdays. It is 2 stories so plenty of room. Wasn't impressed with whatever seasoning was on chips. It threw the white queso off really bad. My food had no flavor. Just bland. My husband said his plate was okay. We heard this was great food and just overall wasn't impressed the sodas was the best thing out of all. Our server Brendan I think thats what he said was really attentive and friendly.
We Must've came on a bad day. 4 of us Tried it for our first time. Bloody Mary's were small and watered down. Taco salad with Chicken was like a chef salad with chicken on it. Fajita nachos were some kind of smoked beef. Both of these meals were not eaten. Had combo meal with bland beef enchiladas and somewhat good puffy taco. Drinks were not refilled. Tortilla soup was nasty and Enchilada soup was good. I doubt we will be back.
I rarely eat here as I've never really been a fan of the food here. My go to Mexican restaurant closes at 9 and since it was nearly 9, we decided to give this place a try again (been years since I've eaten here.) Our waiter was great and his tip reflected that. The chips and salsa were great as usual. My food was surprisingly bland but edible (bacon wrapped shrimp). My wife got steak fajitas and refused to eat it. I tried one, and it tasted like dry rubber like it had been cooked earlier in the day and left under a heat lamp the entire day, then served to her. With it being within an hour before close, we chose not to complain as she would likely have been served the same thing. I've been up all night with stomach pain since I left here. Like my only other 1 star review, this place will be forever on my boycott list.
Positive; waiter was attentive Negative; salsa is sweet. Our food showed up very shortly after we ordered and everything was cold! Could even touch the hot plate that the fajitas were on. One small pepper and a little bit of onions.... My cheese enchiladas, the cheese log inside wasn't even melted. The charro and black beans, cold. Have a teaspoon of what is supposed to be pico, which was nothing but tomatoes. This place is pathetic regarding food quality over all. Boxed everything to bring home to doctor everything up. Manager didn't even show up. Only reason I gave one star was due to the waiter. $35 to recook myself!!!
This has been our go to spot for years for celebrations, they have always been welcoming and accommodating to our party needs. Yesterday my husband arranged for a surprise birthday party for 25 people. When he called to inform the restaurant of our large party the person he spoke to was rude, demeaning and just disrespectful. He brushed it off. Upon our arrival my friend brought in the cake, (she had called and asked if they could keep it in the cooler so it wouldn’t melt and they said yes, no problem). When she got there the manager rudely set it on a tray in the bar area(not in a cooler) and acted like it was a problem and inconvenience. We decided to take our business elsewhere. The place we went to had a 30 minute notice to prepare for our party and were nothing but welcoming and respectful. They treated us with professionalism and catered our large group very well. It’s sad to see such a well known business be ran poorly by management with no courtesy to their customers.
Absolutely disappointing and awful. Not authentic whatsoever. Had no Mexican flavors and incredibly bland. My family ordered the chicken and beef tacos this evening, all orders came out wrong, they added cheese on everything when I asked for no cheese, crunchy taco when my family asked for soft and I ended up getting a chicken taco…. when I asked for beef….two out of the three orders were forgotten, so the rest of us were jut sitting there waiting for our food. The tortilla soup tasted like Lipton chicken noodle with a few crunchy tortillas on top, and the tacos were soggy (when they finally arrived). Overall a terrible experience. I’m not sure how this place even got the ratings that it did. Very deceiving and will certainly not be returning.
I visited today for lunch 12:00 11/08/25 I had a disgusting experience with the waitress Valentina. When she brought my plate out its was understandably hot from the kitchen. She didn’t have a pot holder. She was wearing some type long sleeve sweatshirt so she pulled her shirt down over her hand and used it as a pot holder! This sleeve was touching my food and had what looked like crusted food all up and down it. I immediately lost my appetite! (Who knows where that shirt has been and what may be on it!) When she finally came back to table l asked for everything to go! I tried to share this concerning feedback by calling a manager once l got out of there and was feeling better…which was within an hr. The immediate cockiness of the mgr was appalling! As l was telling him what transpired he was disrespectfully speaking to someone else nearby. No apology just a nasty attitude-disparaging scolding me for not telling him when l was there! Excuse me that l was sick to my stomach I’ve been visiting papacitas since the 80’s-it is sad to see a ONCE upstanding (for many decades) staple in Longview show such disgusting unprofessionalism and utter disrespect. There’s much better Mexican food in Longview than this nasty place! Plenty that are clean and courteous AND APPRECIATIVE to their customers THIS IS NOT THE PLACE ANYMORE
Cut the white skin off the bottom of the fajita steak. Slice across the grain. Pretty simple procedure. Not done this time. I couldn't eat these if you put em in a blender. Send them to fajita school.
I tried reaching out through email, but all the emails reject my message so hopefully someone from management will see this here. My girlfriend and I came to your Longview, TX location 10/22/2025 at around 6:30-7pm and was served by waitress Sarah Gray. After leaving the restaurant I received a very hateful message on Facebook from Sarah Gray that I will be attaching below. I thought that I had left a tip but I had not. it was an honest mistake. A mistake that upset your employee enough to message my personal Facebook which is entirely inappropriate, especially given the content of the message. I am not obligated to leave a tip, it is a courteous gesture which Sarah Gray has ultimately proven undeserving of. I hope to hear from you soon, Thank you
Took ten minutes for anyone to come to our table. Tortillas looked and tasted like they were three days old. I ordered the burrito with chili and something fell out . It looked like the scale of a shrimp. Another plate came with 2 soups on it. We never ordered 2 soups. The server came back to the table and said we would be charged for one of the soups. So the server took one off the plate. I have never heard of any establishment taking food back after it has been served. I hope they didn't give it to someone else.
We’re from Boston. We stopped because the place looked awesome but their food had no flavor. It was bland. I was not happy. We ordered the fajita. They usually come out sizzling it was not even hot. taco Bell had better flavor and your food. and the salsa was like plain, no flavor like you just got poured out of a cannon into the bowl
Not authentic at all. Taco Bell might be a safer bet. I got the carnitas plate & the meat tastes old & very dried out. My rice & beans had been sitting on a warmer so long my rice was crunchy & beans tasted like they came right out of a can. The flower tortillas they serve first are probably the freshest machine made option that was served tonight.
