The jamochi shake is really good and the sandwiches are really good. Staff is pleasant along with helpful. Service was fast and the prices are reasonable. If you're on a tight budget this is the come to place.
Standard Arby's fare, but excellent service and the restaurant was clean. However, every single condiment dispenser was empty. I was not the first to make the employees aware. There were NO customers after me and there were TWO employees at the registers who, when told, said "Ok", then proceeded to stand around gossiping instead of fixing the situation. I waited a bit, then asked for packaged condiments, which they gave grudgingly.
Tried to get a free shake and fries for a birthday promotion, but the shake machine was down, so we couldn't. Ordered a couple of gyros, ( which were delicious! ) and some drinks. We were surprised when the manager wished my husband happy birthday at the pickup window. He apologized about the shake machine, and gave us a discount! Nice people, tasty food.
The commercials brought me here & I was not dissapointed! I ordered the Smokehouse Brisket & it is so comforting. The sandwiches are pretty big, great service, less than 5min wait time. Worth every penny. I would visit again. Just as advertised, they have the meats!
I had a coupon and they had some trouble punching it in, so they ended up discounting the meal even more than the coupon would have AND they let me keep the coupon. Great service. My food was hot and very good. Great job. Too bad all fast food places aren't this good.
Most of the tables needed to be cleaned. We just cleaned our own. The young man at the register was great! The food was great too!
Update 12/26/23 Corporate has perked up the interior, nice and clean now. Two for $7 sandwiches are a real bargain! Hubby had Classic & I had new fish. Both really good. Cashier, Tammy Coby, was friendly and trying to do her best, but I think working the counter and dining room was a bit new for her. We'll definitely go back soon! Taste that I love! The store is rundown and staff is indifferent in the Longview store, but I still love the classic sandwich with horsey sauce. I suppose all the new sandwiches and aggressive advertising has helped this store hang on, and I'd really hate to see it go, but I hope Arby's Corporate sees the need for a little capital investment here. Place is on it's last leg, even with it's great location.
Great Classic Arby's... recently remodeled for dine-in. Drive through lane has been repaved. One of my wife's favorites! Roast Beef sandwith. Cherry Turnover. But she wanted FrenchDip tonight! Great staff. Great food. Great value. Thanks.
The ladies who waited on me and kept conversation with me while the food was being prepared were wonderful! The food of course was excellent but I really enjoyed my time there waiting for my food. The gyro was one of the best I've had in a long time.
We listened to the shift manager yell at an employee for whatever reason it was, but we could hear from across the building. I know in the fast food industry you go into the office with the door shut to have a conversation or yell at them, not for the entire store to hear. I was not informed there was no bacon for my chicken sandwich at 5:30-6p, but the customer behind us was told about the no bacon for his burger.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants. Other than the fact that they never have lemon juice or lemon wedges for your iced tea.
They all were so friendly. Received my order in the drive through. I didn't check it. Got almost home realized my fries were not in there. Made a quick call. They remade my complete order and gave me one extra order of fries. So the order wouldn't be cold. I was very impressed. We will be back. The food was great! They treated me like I was their number one customer and it was the lunch rush. Who does that? Arby's does! Great service.
Always good food. Personally I always get the beef and cheddar and it never fails me. As for the customer service, I will have to say that the young woman who works the drive-thru has outstanding customer service skills. She was very helpful and patient with me with a 26 sandwich order. It's the little things in life. Thank you Arby's and thank you to your employees
Arby's always has delicious roast beef options including a favorite Beef & Cheddar. They also have among the best curly fries available anywhere. The gyros are a great new option available in roast beef and to top it all off, this newly-remodeled location gives you a great environment to eat all those great options in.
Went through the drive through. The woman taking our order was very friendly and joking with us. Also making sure we got all our sauces. The sandwiches were alright but for two for five I was satisfied.
I love Arby's but when they stopped the potato cakes I left them. Now they're back to stay . So I will be returning every week. Thanks for all the customers out there that helped get them back and thanks to the company for listening. They are so so good. Everyone should try them
The general manager, Brandon, was basically won his own with maybe one other worker. That didn't stop him from being friendly while the lunch rush came in! He was juggling a lot of jobs at lunch but never once complained. Respect to him!
I bought the food for some other people so I didn't actually eat it. However I was told it was good. But, what compelled me to write this review was the service. I honestly think the young man working behind the window was the most professional and polite fast food worker I've ever encountered. I'll definitely go back sooner than later because of this. I hope his employers realize who I'm speaking about and show him the proper appreciation for being a good employee.
Still a ways to go to get the store back to what it used to be, but I'm definitely seeing an impressive improvement in product quality, timeliness, and order accuracy. 1st time in a long while the dining room wasn't a mess either. The new manager is really trying hard. Hope Arby's finds a way to help him keep improving the store.
The people that work here are amazing! They are extremely helpful and welcoming! They forgot a wrap and someone misused the bathroom but they fixed it and then some immediately and were just so extremely friendly. Fast food usually disappoints us but today it improved our terrible day.
I hadn't been to this arbys in last couple years. It was horrible my last visit. Aside from milkshake machine was down this was a great visit. Food was good. Dining room looked good. Staff was pleasant. Fast forward 10-1-25 Why dont they answer the phone.
Very well done, and I am super happy with this delicious quick meal. We were in AK and by the hwy on i-30 we ate one these gyro tacos and it was super delicious. I didn't have time to leave a review so I waited my way back to Longview and it's the only Arby's here in town. I rushed it today and got one. I highly recommend this type of Greek taco it's very delicious. The curly fries are very well done as well.
Darn it, I was so disappointed they were sold out of roast beef for the night and settled on the club turkey wrap... I know.. Who does this at Arby's right? Here's the thing.. It didn't disappoint. Turkey, bacon, purple onion, honey mustard, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and an artisan wrap! So good and filling. Very reasonable in price. I only thought I wanted roast beef! 😅🤷🏼♀️
had technical issues with their order machine and register system so was a bit frustrating being the only customers there waiting in the drive thru for our food. we were in a bit of hurry so was inconvenient. Otherwise, great. Always love me some roast beef and cheddar with curly fries.
Half of the fries were cold but the staff was very polite and got our order correct even though we had a lot to get. The guy at the window was very friendly and helpful or this would be 3 stars Wish the fries had been made right then but eh
The food is pretty good. However, this day the intercom was out so you had to order at the pickup window and wait for your order to be filled. Dining room still not open as of 8/05/2020. Very slow moving line at peak lunch time. Order was correct, young lady at the window was pleasant, food was good. Make sure you have plenty of time, you will be in line for some time during lunch!
Food has been consistently good every single time I have been here over the years. Most people know about the beef and cheddar but the chicken wraps and gyros, especially with the lamb, are always tasty. I get a craving for their reubens on a regular basis and I've never been dissatisfied with the service. Dining room is still closed but the drive-thru usually moves quick.
I love the roast beef sandwich! There gyros are good to. The fries are so full of flavor! For fast food, this is my all time favorite. This sight has good service and they have gotten my order right every time. But I think that is luck of the draw, humans are fallible and I make room for it. If it were every time they messed up an order I would definitely make a point of bringing attention too that. But this sight has not once made a mistake.
The food was good, just barely had a dot of cheese on my beef n Cheddar, had to use the cup of cheese I ordered for my fries and put it on my sandwich. Other than that it was great. The manager was very nice, but seemed to be working with only 1 other person.
I get the classic sandwich without the bun, and i got the potato wedges. They put the meat in a container that i coukd eat with a fork. It was quite tasty.
Great service I was impressed with the staff, as far as the food I would say it was right about average. I've had better but I've had worse. The brisket sandwich and the fries seemed not as crunchy as it could have like they were made a little while ago.
Restaurant seemed a bit dirty. Windows server was quite matter of fact and was n o t out going nor friendly. I tried the new steak bites, tasted like brisket.
I like the remodel of the building. Market-fresh sandwiches & roast beef turned out great. Fries could use some help- cold and tasted a little fishy (fish sandwich/lent season gets most restaurants). As always sandwiches were loaded with meat!

I love the food, great roast beef. The prices are a little too high, or I would go there more often. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The people working the counter are rude and not welcoming. I've been there many times because i love Arby's sandwiches, I've never been treated with a welcome attitude.
Waited in the drive thru line for about 10 min to place my order. Waited another 10 min to get to the window. I had 2 separate orders. I got one order and had to tell them I had another one. Guess what, it wasn't ready. I had to wait another 6 min for them to bring it out to me. I had a very hungry 4 yr old. Not sure why they didn't have the nuggets cooking when I ordered. The food was good. Drive thru a little to slow.
I don't know what you can say. it's an Arby's. it was rather fast. we only sat around for 5 minutes before we got our order. it wasn't super clean, but it was lunch time. my only complaint is make sure they put the right sauces on your sandwiches.

When we went here there was only two staff members running the whole restaurant. I went through drive thru, but the woman at the window was doing dining area also. Can't blame her she did an amazing job considering. She was kind and a little flustered but she was handling it. The food was a little cold but it was not their fault. Will try again when they are full staffed.
Should have looked in our bag we got back to henderson. We was missing 2 sandwiches and no cheese on the meat ?
Giving 3 stars because of the morning shift. They are polite, friendly and fast. The night shift on the other hand is absolutely horrible. Me and my husband came for dinner about a week ago. We waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, still not waited on, so we decided to go in. After another 15-20 minutes, we finally got waited on. The employees were cussing, disrespectful, and the cook kept cussing and complaining about every order that came in. The inside was filthy and no tables wiped down. We will never come here for dinner again, only lunch. Thank you to the morning shift for doing your job and treating people the way they should be treated.
My wait in the drive thru line was 15 minutes!! I ordered 2 sandwiches!! I ordered a fish sandwich the way it comes. Just asked for them to hold the tarter sauce. They didn't put cheese on it either...which I wanted!! Disappointed. The classic roast beef I ordered was terribly dry! The girl at the window was very courteous, polite, and apologetic about the wait! The few times I've eaten at Arby's, I've always been disappointed.
I really like Arby's. It is one of my favorite places to get a quick bite. This was my first time at this location and it was super disappointing. Let me start by saying that the ladies in the drive through were friendly, but I had to repeat myself 3 times while ordering. I feel like the order taker was distracted and not really listening. Then I had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food, so I was surprised when the fries were cold but the sandwich had been over microwaved. I did not eat it for 5 or 10 minutes and it was still blazing hot. I would encourage management to focus on their quality controls. Oh and if you haven't tried their burger, you should!
We had a coupon for 2 beef sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks and 6 Mozzarella sticks for 15 bucks. Love the mozzarella sticks and curly fries! They were hot and fresh. Sandwiches were ok. I think we will visit this restaurant again and but only with coupons.
There's was some parents that worked there that let thier daughter sleep in a a dress under the a.c. thats the most i want to talk about it
This is the second time I ordered the Classic Beef sandwich only to go. When I got home it was the classic beef with cheese again! No horseradish sauce, just lots of beef sauce.
Came here to dine in around 3:15 pm on a Thursday. Looked like there were only 3 employees on duty at that time. There was one other person in line aside from me to order and 2 cars in drive. Once I got up to order, the ease of ordering was great. The one that took my order (I believe she was the manager) was very kind and greeted me with a smile. I ordered a roast beef classic sandwich and a Buffalo chicken slider. It took about 7 minutes for me to receive my order. At the drink and sauce stand, they were out of 3 sauces. The station was very dirty. Grime from the sauces had built up on and around the station. The cleanliness of the restaurant as a whole was not great. The food was just fine. $4.59 (plus tax) for that classic Roast beef sandwich does seem very rich considering all I received as a couple slices of roast beef and a bun. (It doesn’t come with anything on it) The Buffalo chicken slider tasted great but was very small for $2.00. It basically a small chicken finger between a mini bun. However, I used an offer in the Arby’s app, so the slider cost me nothing. Unfortunately, this location does not offer online ordering through the app, which is a total bummer for me. My overall experience was “Okay” there was definitely nothing impressive about my visit, but it was okay.
The food is great. But to wait an hour to get your food is to long for a "fast food" place. Let people come inside and order their food then go. It can be done in Texas most restaurants let you eat at their places. Won't come back until I can go inside and order. Still no dine in have to pass up my delicious sandwiches. Had to wait extended time on 2 special hamburgers that cost $18. They were very small, the meat was good but it only had a small amount of lettuce, 2 pickles, no tomatoes, no bacon. I asked that cheese be left off. I went into for 2 milkshakes but their machine was broken. I dont see how they can stay in business. I went inside to order take out instead of drive thru. The 3 staff were nice but more training is needed. I can't recommend those tiny burgers.
Took 20 minutes for 4 sandwiches and some curly fries. The service was way too slow for fast food. They seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, and to top it off, we were the only ones there.
Girl at the register taking my order wasn't very friendly. She didn't greet me when I came in, didn't ask if I was ready to order, she just stood there. There wasn't a thank you or a have a nice day, after I paid. Not asking for it to be as friendly as Chick-fil-A, but you're in the food service industry which means you're in the customer service industry. You're literally getting paid to be nice to your customers when you're working the register. On another note, the renovation looks very nice. Clean, and very minimalistic. Look great!
Pull into lot at 10pm and place looks closed. Drive thru had a note saying speaker broken and to pull around. Sat there for a few minutes before anyone noticed I was there. Crew seemed annoyed I was ordering anything. Food took awhile to make. Asked for horsey sauce and crew again seemed annoyed. Total of 8 sandwiches, not a single napkin in the bag.
Don't eat here. I'm greatly disappointed in this Arby's. After they remodeled, I was hoping the food would also improve. I've eaten Arby's elsewhere that was fantastic, however this outlet has consistently disappointed me. I just had the Ruben with curly fries, Coke, and an apple turnover. NOTHING tasted good. The fries were over-fried, hard and seemed to be leftover dregs. There was very little meat on my sandwich. My Coke was flat and tasteless. The apple turnover - usually a treat - was stone-cold and had a chemical taste to it. At a total cost of $13.60, I felt it was over priced for such poor quality food.
It took me 25 minutes to place an order and receive my food IN THE DRIVE THRU. Food seemed like it was a little old and luke warm at best. The lady working the window was not friendly or apologetic whatsoever. Won't be back to this location.
Ordered online, when we arrived to get our order I was informed that the order has been cancelled so we ordered in the store and wanted a shake but come to find out the shake machine was down and they were waiting for parts. Also the bathrooms were out of order. We got our order and took it home and when we opened our beef and cheddar sandwiches they were just thrown together and as soon as we took a bite, they fell apart so we had to use a folk to eat them. There was no one else inside the restaurant or in the drive thru so there was no reason why our food was so rushed. The customer service was not what I would have expected
We live 10 miles from Arbys. Drove over 10days ago to get the Philly cheese steak no meat. Drove over tonight July 23rd no buns were offered slices of wheat bread which we took since we had driven over. Just not a very good taste or experience!
There is something about the cheese sauce it had a fishy flavor to it every thing was made right and we got everything so that was a bonus but the restaurant has a smell to it as well like pee. The employees were awesome though!
Ordered through DoorDash because we were stuck in the hospital for the night. The order was wrong, and there was no Arby’s sauce included when it was specifically asked for. Called and spoke with the restaurant and they said ‘there is nothing we can do, go through DoorDash for a refund’ ….not impressed at all…and I love Arby’s so was very disappointed.
Poor people it wasn't their fault. But there was only two employees there and the meat was burnt and dry. But they was trying their best. So Arby's should be super proud of these two employees efforts they was just overwhelmed.
We ordered 2 classic roast beef and a beef and cheddar. The meat was black and smelled and tasted rank. Could not even be eaten with Arby's sauce to hide the taste. Horrible experience.
Absolutely a no for me. I spent 40 minutes of my lunch break sitting in line here, and then received cold food. I have heard bad things from others, but it was close to work so I thought Id give it a chance. Paid $14 for a meal that was inedible
Came for dine in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to get our order taken. 3 different employees saw us but not one even acknowledged us. Finally someone said there's people at the front, yet still no one came. We finally just left after they took a 3rd drive thru order in front of us.
If I could give them a ZERO I would! Every time we go there the shake machine is down and today get told we could not have 2 large orders of crinkle fries but could only have a large curly fries. The management is a comple failure and apparently the owner is no better. There is no supervision of the staff and it shows! Never going back!
I don’t know why I keep trying but I order the turkey BACON ranch sandwich and 90 % of the time this location doesn’t put the bacon on. It’s literally in the name of the sandwich. So I paid 9 dollars for a turkey sandwich. It was disgusting by the way.
Ordered a turkey sandwich with brown sugar bacon. Got home and had a roll with just bacon in it. Went back and was offered new sandwich by manger but did not care for attitude of cook and young man working counter. Cook thru sandwich thru window and the worker putting sandwich in bag took his time while talking to cook. I asked if there was turkey this time and was told "i don't know" with a smirk . I also asked if I could have fresh fries seeing as mine were now cold from having to come back and was told no by manger.
Drive Thru is horrible. After waiting for about 8 minutes for the truck in front of me to place his order we finally pulled forward to the speaker. Lady said she would take my order in a moment. More than 10 minutes later she had not returned. I left.
Very disappointing! How is a restaurant out of roast beef? This is happened once before!! Supply and Demand and it's what your known for! I'd just rather be told it's an hour to closing and we don't want to cook any. Worst case scenario, if you are out, needs of the customer weren't anticipated, food order done incorrectly, poor planning. Ruined my entire evening.
I would give them no stars if that was possible. Just spent $30 on food that was cold!!!! Both sandwiches, fries, and cheese sticks. And they weren't even busy. After 30 mins of trying to call to tell the night manager the phone line is still not even connecting saying "line busy". I probably won't eat there ever again.
Sunday afternoon, came for some Arby's roast beef, instead waited 10+ mins in line at the drive thru with only two cars in front of us. Backed up and parked, tried to go inside and order... Nope doors locked. Wth is taking you so long to take an order and get food when you don't even have the inside open. Everytime I have stopped here it's either a screwed up order or I spend 30 mins in the drive thru. Never again!
Steak bites were burnt and the French dip was cold the cheese wasn’t even melted
I'm not sure if they are always short staffed but the curly fries were cold and the regular fries had so much salt on them couldn't eat them. The roast beef was tough and dry. They need to hire more people or train the ones they have better.
The drive thru worker was very rude and the food was not hot. The guy in drive thru has been rude every time me and my family has been there. We will never go back there after this time because nothing is being done about your night service.....
I have completely quit going here. Whoever owns and manages this restaurant has no care for food quality or customer service. Sad really this was one of my favorite places. I hope one day someone will care enough to make it a good place to eat again
Didn’t take the order of the car in front of me for 10 minutes. Only car in the drive thru besides me. Got to the speaker, said she’d take my order in a minute. After a couple minutes she said something I couldn’t hear and when I asked her to say again she got an attitude and turned off the mic and wouldn’t respond. Waited a bit and backed out and walked inside and it was incredibly dirty, even the air felt nasty. One girl was just standing there while another girl was confused about which of the two online orders belonged to someone. Heard two girls talking in the back. Waited for 5 minutes while the one girl kept talking about how confused she was. I decided it was going to take too long and by the look of the employees and the shape of the kitchen, I didn’t trust my food to be made cleanly or well. Two cars were sitting in the drive thru that pulled in when I walked in and weren’t being helped. Saw one back out and leave as well. Very disappointing. This was 6/4/24 at 6pm.
DISGUSTING. If the filthy resturant with molded ceiling tiles and old discolored food doesn't scare you away, the customer service surly will! We stopped during a road trip and regretted every second of our visit. Our sandwiches sat made (we could see the tray and were the only ones dining in), for over 15 minutes. Finally an employee came to tell us they were fixing to drop some curly fries. 15 minutes later we were brought sandwiches that had been sitting for 30 minutes and fries. My child's entire kids meal was missing. I went back up to ask about his food and was told they never made it. I was offered a chicken strip instead, which I declined. I asked for a refund and we would leave and was told I could only get the kids meal refunded since they gave us the other food. The male manager came over to issue the refund had no clue how to issue it and instead chose to get an attitude and argue with me. He tried to blame the girl working the cash register because "she is new', to which I responded I don't think it was her fault. He then stopped and gave me this dirty look and asked if I was trying to say it was his fault, I said it's whoever fault is back there cooking. He then told me he was "the one doing everything", so I said well then I guess it is your fault, no need to argue just give me my refund and we will leave. It took so long for him to figure out how to issue a refund I went and sat back down. We spent over $40 and got $5 back after being there for an hour! He then marched around the resturant complaining loudly about "stupid customers", and even stood in front of the door smoking a weed vape. I've never been so disgusted by a place before and this is one place that never has to worry about us being back 🤢🤮
This place had gone downhill, bad. I drove off from the drive through lane when it became apparent I was gonna be stuck there for a very long time. They don't start your food until you're actually at the window. And don't expect doordash to be any better. They don't start that order u tip the dasher shows up to pick it up and go. This is the slowest place in Longview and the food doesn't taste that great anymore either. I won't be back. They should just go ahead and shut this location down, it's a lost cause.
I have given this HORRIBLE location the benefit of the doubt multiple times. The drive thru staff is RUDE and incompetent. Hands down the worst location I have ever been to.
Dont!!! By far the worst fast good chain in Longview. Food wasn't what I order. Out of stock of half the menu. Takes 5 minutes in-between each order. Crew acts like they haven't been trained. Witnessed several customers walk out after I had placed my order.
Ordered a meduim roast beef sandwich combo with fries and a drink after 15 min went up and they had skipped my order. 5 min later got sandwhich. Never got fries. Next time ill go to hwy 80 rescue mission.
Walked in, stood at counter for several minutes. Voice from back called out "people at front" the counter person came out mumbling about being only one person. Ordered the new meat and 3 box. Paid to have cheese added to clasic roast beef not sure how much cause the machine wasn't printing receipts. For $7.99 remember you get what you pay for! So when the food comes the sandwich had sliced cheese not what usually comes with beef n cheddar. So I went to the counter and they wanted $1.08 for cheese we already paid extra for. Nope! Against my better judgement I went to use the restroom which are both men/women. Lid was up, toilet was not flushed, urine on the floor! Smelled like it looked! Pretty sure we wont be back for awhile!
Went to drive thru at approximately 6 pm, waited 5 minutes at speaker, no one spoke, drove up to window and no one there either, I thought they were closed. Went somewhere else, but when I went by , it looked like the dine-in was open, found out from others that's how it usually is at that location!
Sitting in the driver through now. No cars in the line or the parking lot… speaker said they’d be right with me going on 5 mins ago now.. guess I’ll get food elsewhere today! :(
First off I couldn't get food because the person working the drive thru was outside the restaurant on the phone arguing with someone. I waited 12 minutes at the drive thru menu before I finally left. You would think there was more people working but I guess not. The girl had the headset in her hand while yelling on her phone. I will never return to this location. I missed most of my lunch break because I had to go somewhere else to get food.
Showed up at 8:40pm, 39 degrees outside. (No ice or snow in sight by the way?. Sat at the order screen for 5 minutes no answer. Pulled forward & found a lady who seemed to be on drugs, working inside. She was playing with her phone, putting chapstick on, moving her head & lips nonstop. Confronts me at the window & stated the drive thru was closed because the temperature was going to be below freezing but we could come & dine in. "We have the right to close the drive-thru if we want". Very rude & unhappy to see customers. Makes me not ever want to go back!!!
Completely got my order wrong and I was the only person in the drive thru. Would not recommend eating here.
Terrible service, drive through never acknowledges that you are there. My dumbass keeps trying it at least twice a week and nobody answers drive threw . There will be only 3 cars in parking lot , so can’t be that busy . This is why places shut down , people show up just for a check .
2nd time in a week no one answered drive threw , over 10 min I called no answer kept hanging up on me no answering. Went to Burger King. Bad workers.
I pulled up to the drive through and was immediately told someone would be right with me. After that dead silence for twenty (20) solid minutes; I timed it on my dashboard clock. The person who pulled up behind me bailed before I did! Never again. I called in my order at Jason's Deli, drove all the way there, picked it up, and was headed home--all in less time than I had waited at Arby's. This restaurant obviously does not need my money.
I ordered this Classic Beef and Cheddar last night . When I went to eat it it smelled so bad , thankfully I had cut it in half only prepared to eat half before I noticed the smell, I opened it up and the meat is bad. It looks like 2 day old turkey it nit link at all accept in the really hard spots . You can look at it and see it’s bad. Tastes disgusting thank goodness I only took one bite as I noticed the smell and looked inside of it. I would’ve ended up w food poisoning. If you could only smell how bad this is through the picture.
Without a doubt this is the absolute wort fast food restaurant in the entire nation. Arby's is a favorite of ours, so we've given them more than ample opportunities to do better, to zero avail. It's as if they don't at all listen to your order, ring up whatever their fingers randomly land on, and then throw whatever they have laying around in the bag. Go ahead and close the doors, you're done.
I am pretty disappointed in my meal I received this evening. The sandwich was inedible. I ordered the classic double. The meat was cut thinker than normal and had a very funny taste, texture, and color to it. I took one bite and threw it away. The fries were good as always. I tried to call after I got home and opened my sandwich but the phone would never ring. Also, when you roll down your window at the drive through to order, you are immediately filled with the smell of dumpster. I should have driven away after that but I was hungry… Edit to add (a couple of weeks later): -no one has reached out. I’ve called the store several times and completed the “survey” from the link posted by the owner. Very poor customer service.
