I have never had a problem at this Little Ceasar Pizza place. My order has always been ready on time and correct. I have never had a problem with a employee. I will continue to order my food from this store. Good. Job Guys !!!!!!!!!

Has a hot box with access code for grab and go. Right now they have a meaty pizza for under $10. It's 50 cents to add garlic butter. They sale Pepsi products. They have a toy machine for kids. Nice, clean building and great waiting area enviroment. Looks like they are apart of Longview's business badge association's for best businesses in Longview .

We had ordered from another location and they had messed up our order several times. When I spoke with their manager, she didn't seem to care. When I called the Marshall Ave location, Justin - the manager there, corrected the issue and won our business. We don't mind the extra drive to use this location. Excellent management! Great service! Order is right EVERY TIME!!!

They are always super busy so unless you order ahead, it won't be ready and there will be a 12-20 minute wait. Food's hot. Reps are friendly.

I just want to say that this is, by far, the BEST Little Caesars Restaurant within at least 60 miles. Every single time I have ordered pizza from there (between 6 pm and closing), there is always a 30 minute wait. I never understood it because well it's Little Caesars, right? Hot n Ready pizza! I know there are many pizza places in town. They all have great pizzas from specialty to "designer" menus. But Little Ceasars has a good, down to earth menu with great pizza. They are efficient, the place is clean and the staff know what they are doing. They have a wonderful supreme pizza, 3 and 4 meat pizza, and my kids love their pepperoni pizzas. They have wings, crazy bread, drinks...and it is affordable for everyone. I am getting hungry just thinking about it!

Tried the large thin crust pepperoni i was normally not a fan of thin crust but it was great! Got another hot and ready and two orders of breadsticks for under twenty bucks! Taste great you can't beat that

If you haven't tried the pretzel pizza yet then you need to stop what you're doing right now and go get one. It is absolutely their best pizza but I don't like pizza sauce. The pretzel pizza has cheese sauce on it in stead of pizza sauce so for me it's the best.

I placed a online order about 3 days ahead of time of 10 pizzas and then placed a second order of 4 pizzas to add to my original order for my sons birthday. Ordered and paid everything online. When it came time for pick up they only had the 4 pizza. They said they didn’t have the 1st order showing on their system but did have the second one which was just the 4 pizzas. The manager told me they could make the pizzas but I had to pay for it again. So another 100 dollars. And just to report the problem to corporate to get my money back for the first order. I was so upset and stressed because I specifically order ahead of time to have the pizzas on time for the party at 3, pickup was at 2:45. She then called her supervisor and was able to make my pizzas in a short period of time and I didn’t have to pay for them again. She kept a great attitude even though I was very upset and she apologize for the inconvenience. Problem was solved and I was happy.

Pizza made on New Year’s day was delicious! Didn’t even get to take a picture because it looked as good as it tasted everyone was shocked that it was little caesars Pizza. Great job! Wait time was a little long but the pizza came straight out of the oven once I got them.

Caitlin is personable, always greets me with a smile, and gets my food to me quickly. Wait time has vastly improved. She has never gotten my order wrong and the pizza is always hot. I was a little put out that they weren't taking any phone orders but they had a variety of pizzas ready when I arrived so I was able to pick up plenty of pizza to take to my family in Hallsville who had been without power for several days.

I have to give a shout out to this young man that works here. I don't know his name but every time I come, it's late after I get off work and he does a great job with customer service, is professional and one time even brought my pizza out to me when it was done while I waited in my car. I've observed how he works as a team player as well and to be so young, he actually keeps everyone on task as if he's the supervisor, so if he's not you guys need to promote him! He should be the one in the front at all times however, because of how great he is with the public. (Thank you for your kindness because you never know what someone is going through. It goes a long way!) My pizzas have always been fresh and I've never had any issues with this location. Also thanks alot for not considering me picky when I ask for butter on my crust😂.

It was busy so had to wait to even order, understandable, but the pizzas that we got the cheese was SO sparse it was completely nonexistent on alot of the pizza.

Good food, good price. Employees could smile more and be more pleasant with their patrons. Every time I go in there, I always find myself thinking, "are all the employees here 'ex-cons'"??

Pizza was great however I had to wait a while for a hot n ready pizza ...the wait was tough because it was unusually hot in the store and there was rap music playing loud in the back.

They have great prices and 8/10 visits their food is Great. However you should be prepared to Wait a while while there, even if you called ahead of time it is Never Ready when they say it will be.

I’ve ordered here several times. Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it takes forever. Tonight I ordered delivery at 4:15. At 5:30, I’m still waiting. Door dash told me that they’ve sent three drivers and the food wasn’t ready. I guess I’ll keep waiting 😂

The staff weren't exactly friendly for me to be the only customer in the place. They seemed put out. The pizza was good, however, and that's why I went there.

I ordered a pizza for a friend and an order of puffs to try ( I've never had them before). I was told it would take about 7 minutes. There were 3 people ahead of me. I decided to wait in the car since it was standing room only. The cashier said she would bring the pizza to my car. After 5 minutes, I went in. Didn't want the young girl to have to bring it to me. Several people came in, ordered, and received their pizzas before I did. After the 3rd person who came in after me got their pizza, I asked if they had perhaps lost my order ( it's been 15 min). She said no, they were having to make the pizza puffs fresh. She said they were almost ready. I waited another 7 minutes and inquired again about the "puffs," so she went to the back, checked on them, came back, and said they were almost ready. The pizza had been ready at the 7 minute mark, and they had put it in the warming oven. It took an extra 27 minutes to get the puffs. So the moral of this story is: call ahead. Don't order the puffs and a pizza at the same time expecting them to come out together. The staff was friendly and the prices are very reasonable. It was the first time I had been to Lil Ceasars since at least 1988 in North Carolina.

Ordered the extra most bestest and it only had 5 more pepperoni and hardly any cheese. Sauce was only on the outer edge and no sauce in the middle. Pizza was cut in like nine pieces some huge and some about 2 inches. Will go back to gilmer Rd location next time.

Was may 1st and last stop at this store location every slow service during lunch time .only two workers and not working as a team .not talking to each other or other person jumping in to help

We called in order they said 15 min. Got there and waited additional 10 minutes for order. Then looked at pizza and it was half way loaded with toppings. Asked for supreme and got we got a pizza with pepperoni and sausage onions. And few bell peppers. Where is rest of toppings?

Waited in line behind another car that had ordered five pizzas for fifteen minutes. Then took ten minutes or so to get my little puffs and my lunch was over.

Their Pizza is usually pretty good the hot and ready. I've been really kind of craving it in their new deal with the the cheesy bread and all for I'm very disappointed tonight one guy was there by his self. Take an orders making pizza cash register you name it. 😲☹️ About six people standing waiting he told me about an hour 45 minutes, I felt real bad and let him know it's okay and left. I didn't have the heart to add my pizza on bread.

I ordered 3 lg pizzas. 1 beef and onion ,1 meat lovers and 1 supreme. They tried to charge me for my order for 3 pepperoni then when i corrected them they still charged me for my 3 plus a pepperoni. Was also told order would take 20 minutes it took almost a hr. Are also was not the only person who's older they messed up. I was very displeased with their service tonight

If I could I would give it 0 stars! I called a day ahead of time to order pizzas for my son kindergarten graduation party the lady told me it would be ready the next morning at 10:30am I got there and nothing was done! Then she argued with me that I didn't even call! Another lady came to help found my ticket where I did call. Needless to say I was late to the party cause I had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook it and I'm the room mom!!! I WAS PISSED!

It's been a few weeks since I stoped to get 4 of the 5$ hot and ready's and had second thoughts as soon as I walked in . The place was dirty there was flower all over the floors and counters trash on flore in kitchen.. Not to mention the cashier looked dazed and confused . Rang me up 5 difrent times putting barcode stickers all over the boxes and still over charged me . Then you have to walk out and be bombarded by vagrants hanging out all around the place begging for change, smokes, food and even rides. Once home the food was sloppy and kids found cardboard baked into the pizza almost choked ! We tosed the pizzas to the dogs and called to complain, I was hung up on cussed called names and never got a return call from manager . We will never stop at this store again!!!!

This is hands down the worst little caesars location I've ever been to. The cashier was very rude and acted like it was an obligation to her to get off her phone to ring up our order. Then she slammed our pizza down which was COLD. The store looked filthy and the whole staff was just standing around on their phones and talking about what club they were at that week. If it were up to me they would all be fired.

None of them were wearing gloves while touching food. The front girl even answered the phone then touched food. With this pandemic gloves have been the proper way of food handling.

Stopped by at 8 two hours before close. They have no pizzas ready and no crazy bread and they werent even making any. Was told it was going to be a 30 minute wait just for crazy bread. Seems like they just didn’t want to make anything and were cleaning for close already.

Your drinks are warm when you get them because these people won't keep the cooler stocked. They always forget crazy sauce

I don't know what has happened to this location in the last year.. but something changed drastically. I used to always come here and get pizza no issues, always had hot n ready, never a long wait. Now, they never have hot n ready or anything ready (it's 7pm right now, dinner time, all hot boxes empty, no pizza ready to sell.). The wait ranges from 10mins-45mins and it just seems like something is different. I don't know if the owner of this location is trying to cut costs or losses and only really make stuff to order, or if it is just poor management (they always seem to be hiring managers based on their signs in the window.) About 80% of the staff seem confused, lost, or like they don't care. It's just sad. I really don't ever come here anymore unless I order ahead of time on the app because I know they won't have Hot N Ready and I will be waiting amongst the many cars parked outside waiting as well. But even then, they give you the wrong pizza sometimes, or not all your stuff. One other thing, it seems like whoever is cooking the pizzas does all of the $6 Extra Most Best pizzas as thin crusts even if that isn't what you order. I've gotten them at other locations and they are the normal thickness and size. But here it is always thin crust...just confusing. Hope to see it turn around eventually because I like your business.

Ordered a pretzel pizza with cheese sauce only to get a hot n ready with salt on it. No cheese sauce in it at all and the crust was the reg crust. Either y'all need to learn how to read or learn what product is what...

If there was a way to give a minus one star I would give it. I have never been to a place for lunch at noon that did not have enough money to break a 20. I asked for a pepperoni pizza and the manager there told me he wasn't going to break a 20 for a $6 Pizza. The service is not very good and the manager is as rude as rude gets. From now on I will make sure I go to the one on the other side of town this one was on highway 80 Longview Texas. I hope this gets to the right person the owners of this establishment because they definitely need to change their management. I just lost my business and everyone I tell.

Today my kids stopped at little Caesars and brought 2 pizzas. One was supposed to be extra most bestest. Other was regular. Worst pizza I have gotten from any of their locations ever. Barely any topping on either...Barely any sauce or cheese and both were overcooked. The pepperoni that was on there was overcooked and hard. There was large portions with no cheese or pepperoni just a tiny bit of sauce. If I was able to get back up there would have taken both back and demanded money back. Could have gotten frozen pizza from the store that would have been better

Had outrageously long wait. Ordered our food at 8:54 & at 9:23 still waiting. Was told they had to remake our order. Probably because Employees were arguing and cussing with each other. Will NOT be bringing my business back here.

Re: 12/03-12/09/20--I am sure you can get a "Hot n Ready" pizza like put together like it's supposed to be. But, if you order something else, even bread sticks, chances are you will be dissappointed. A young man gave me bread sticks with out sauce because as he said, "They ran out and didn't cook anymore because they'd already pre-made all the pizzas." He didn't think they'd need anymore. (Somehow, I don't believe he LC employees "cook" their sauce in house) He said he was still going to charge me regular price for a "Crazy Bread Combo" even though it was their fault that they didnt have any sauce. If there is just bread, there IS no "Combo." I decided to take it up with a manager. I even spoke to one of the general managers about it (Morgan). Her idea of compensation was to give me the two sauces I wasn't given on my last order. What was I going to do with two sauces, was my question? She said, "I don't know. That's up to you!" Even though I felt Morgan could care less if she had a satisfied customer or not, I really wanted a pizza so I decided to give them another chance and order a pizza. However, I was again thoroughly disappointed! This same "general manager," had her associate hand me my "Pepperoni Cheeser Cheeser" pizza that she knew was missing a Key ingredient. Morgan told me on the phone that she removed it from the oven so she knew the ingredient was missing. My issue was that she did not have the courtesy to let me decide while I was in the store, whether or not I even wanted it. In fact, I had to get home to find out it was wrong. When I called her back she was again very short with me. Her only solution...bring it back I will give you your money back. I did not want to have to drive all the way back. She would not compensate other wise. Will not be back until the whole dynamics of that pizzeria changes. So dissappointed!

This place was very unprofessional!! Absolutely no one was at front counter a guy came from the back stating I have a church order of twenty five pizzas and I don’t have anything if you want anything you will have to wait 30 minutes!! Totally rude and I will never buy another pizza from them and churches etc you might want to change who you use for your events all Cheap stuff is not good stuff this is the second time I have been treated poorly!! They got our order wrong, took pizza back to get it remade. After more than 20 minutes I asked about my pizza and it hadn't even been made yet. When I asked for a refund, the person who gave the refund offered no way to make it right or even an apology.

Hire more employees. Waited for an entire hour for my order that was already placed online. Yes, I got to the store and waited for an entire HOUR! The employees are nice so it’s not their fault. But don’t take that many orders if you can’t handle them.

This facility has NO customer service training and the people are so rude! I placed an order for PU at 11:15 and when my party went to pickup they said come back at noon. I went back myself and she was unapologetic and rude. She said they had another Robin with the exact order. I would probably have believed this except before I made a second trip I called and she said no we have your order and asked if I went to the correct store but she never asked me which Robin I was. I order a lot of catered lunches and don't normally use Little Caesars but for sure I will never go back here! oh, the pizza was unremarkable

These workers on June 6th of 2025, working at 1, we're very rude. I waited an hour and a half for my food when the whole line was taken care of. My cashier was one of the worst. She has horrible customer experience and doesn't know how to do treat customers. The team in the back were laughing, playing load music and were unsanitary. The store looked very dirty and the wait time was ridiculous. I will not be back to this location.

If someone orders a custom pizza actually pay attention to what they order. I waisted gas and money in this food and I can’t even eat it. I order a pizza with all pepperonis half ssausage and the other half with pineapple. This whole pizza has pineapple on it. Not to mention when I called the lady who answered the phone had an attitude. Be careful who you hire and how they treat your customers.
