Our server was extremely attentive and and patient. Went for my nephews bday dinner and everyone was bouncing around to and from the table to go play games and check the place out. We took forever to get our order in but she continually checked in, checked our drinks, and asked if we needed anything without making us feel rushed or pestered. The bar was quick with our adult beverages(they were great). The appetizers were hot and delicious and timely. Our meal was fantastic and everything was scrumptious. The games were fun and the atmosphere is amazing. Id give a better rating if I could.

Unreasonablely good Mexican food for this casual of an environment. Soooooo cheap, but tastes expensive. I'd give it 10 stars just for the Chili Rellenos.

We come here on a weekly basis, some times two or three times a week. service is always great! Alyssa is usually our waitress and if she isn’t we request her. She is great and and alway keeps our drinks refilled! Very friendly!!!

Tuesday’s are the best days for 50th Street Caboose. 1/2 off games, select food items & drinks. Our waitress, Gail, was fantastic! She knows her menu and made perfect suggestions for our meal. I actually ate her all time favorite, the Longhorn Enchiladas, the beef w/ queso (sub in fries instead of tortillas). So delicious. Thank you, Gail!

We enjoy coming in. We always have had great service & food. The managers are so helpful & kind. The prices are very fair & the drinks are always great. It’s a nice relaxing place to go to watch the games or play in the arcade.

Where do I begin, the food is alwaysso delicious. With all the games they have to offer it's such a great way to spend it with the children for a family night, before or after a great meal. It also has a great bar area if you want to drink and socialize with friends. This is a place for everyone.

But over the last year we have found a server that goes above and beyond to take care of us when we come in! Domingo Gonzales is the best waiter we have ever had!! We specifically request him every time we come in!

I went with my friends (party of 5) and Jayce was our server. She is the BEST! She constantly checked on our table and made us feel right at home! Jayce requested that we have the enchiladas and she did not steer us wrong. They were so so good!! We definitely will be going back because of Jayce.

We go here once or twice a month and are never disappointed! We always ask for Mason and he's the best waiter you could have. Would definitely suggest 59th Street and Mason any time!

Really enjoyed my food and the staff was excellent. We were a party of five and all orders were correct and timing was on spot.

Gail is the bomb dot com (last time we got a different waitress who was not as helpful). She was super kind and kept our drinks filled! We got the zinger dinner and the combination nachos, which came out perfect!

We stopped by after a soccer tournament and had the best experience. From seating to food and of course the games after, everyone was happy. The service was top notch. Our waiter and servers never left us waiting long. They even found the soccer game on TV for us. Just couldn’t be more happy with the overall experience. Thank you!

We picked up an order for carry out this week. When I called in the order the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick up the order the hostess was very friendly and helpful. I went to the bar to pick up the order the bartender was very friendly. WOW!! 3 for 3, hard to find these days. I got home with the food and OMG, so good and hot and fresh. We had sour cream chicken enchiladas and were delicious as was the chips and hot sauce. Highly recommend.

Went here after a church service w a very large group over 30 ppl and these servers were phenominal & the food was really really good. I had Chimichanga guisada steak tips in gravy covered in queso. But huge menu from mexican to pizza to american food really liked this place.

I've only been in the bar portion of this location, but honestly, the bar is such a cool atmosphere! It's dark and moody like a bar, but the staff is very friendly, alex is exceptional! The drinks were good, and it wasn't super busy so me and my group of friends were able to play pool for a few hours and jam to music while watching some football!

here is what you need to know before coming to this location Get here if you can just before 5:00 cuz right after 5:00 p.m. all the families with their kids start to come in this is also a phenomenal place to come for your birthday if they get a whole bunch of people together and sing a caboose birthday to you and get you a big old ice cream sundae no questions asked lots of games do what you do is you put in your debit card and you get another physical card but credits did you then use towards games to then win tickets to then use to exchange for prizes My quick hack was to just put in a few bucks go play the spin games and getting just enough tickets to go exchange for some sunglasses which worked out cheaper than buying sunglasses elsewhere Call me cheap :- our server was one of the best ever witty funny had all kinds of humor and we even had a guy come by and do balloon and funny things for us and others plenty of tables dining and lots of TVs playing football games and sports I also had two private rooms and an even bigger room with pool tables and smoking allowed with the bar and big old games towards the east end of the building or the adults passed all the video games and games variety of reasonably priced games and exchange for the tickets transfer the food for the price got a giant burger with green peppers jalapenos fried egg some of their special sauce and a couple other fixins along with plenty of chips and a variety of hot salsa and green salsa it's all hit the spot for reasonable price for the whole family also the restrooms were fancy with the machine where you can put your hands in and they'll wash your hands All in all very positive experience which I enjoyed with the family visiting from out of town :)

We had my daughters 6th birthday here and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Chris, our party specialist, was everything you could want in a server. He was kind, attentive, quick and professional! The whole thing was a hit! The manager allowed us to come a little early to set up, they brought us drinks while we worked on the room and we’re all very courteous. The price was amazing also, for the rental of the room, all kiddos to eat, a sundae and a 20$ game card we came out less than half the price we have at any other venue for any other party we’ve had for our kids! We’ll definitely be back!!!

Arcade/Restaurant for the family. It's super loud so I wouldn't think it's anything more than a place you take the kids, but it's great for them. The food is good and the games are priced pretty reasonably. This would be a great place for a kid's birthday party, they even have private rooms you can reserve with cool game token deals.

We went for dinner tonight, 9/13/24, and it was not a good experience. Everyone got their order but 2 of us. I ended up canceling mine because it took way to long. They finally brought my daughters burger way after everyone else was finished eating. We were told that they ran out of fries. We were not offered anything to replace the fries. The waitress, Ava, was great. She kept drinks full and chips refilled. The manager gave a discount since we didn't get fries with my daughters burger.

Love it all even the bar of is wasn't for the other costumers I would easily give it 5 star's.

I had a great time at copper with my friends and family. The service was a 10/10 and the food came out great. No errors or mistakes were made thanks to our great server RiAnn. She was kind, on her toes, and made sure we did not go without. We ate out sometime last week and most definitely will be making a return!

Was in town for a graduation we had a party room and the waitress was very attentive and helpful. There’s a lot going on inside with the arcade but perfect for kids and there’s a bar for adults and definitely enough TVs. With all going on the food was really good nachos and enchiladas were great. If I’m ever going back through I will be going back

I have always enjoyed eating here and having a drink however, my last trip to Lubbock service was great but they mixed whiskeys I did not get Crown. Also, my Philly sandwich was made with hamburger meat very disappointed this time

I met up with someone who was there already, so I didn't get to eat. I had a blueberry flavored shot that was AMAZING. So I might be much help.

While my family and I love this place and casually frequent this establishment, I will second what some users have said here, the place really is rather loud and the food is incredibly greasy. I usually leave feeling petty blah and needing to take some sort of antacid. But those things aside, this is where the wife and I shared our first date and we still love coming here. Service is usually very good and to me the menu is very eclectic. While their Mexican food is, to me, some of the best in town, I don’t have to get Mexican if I don’t want it. I can have a burger, or a French dip, or a chicken fried steak or even a pizza. The kids love the games section and I’ve never really had an adult beverage here that wasn’t good. Our service has been abysmal once or twice but that’s few and and far in between. Also few and far in between is the times you DON’T have at least a 30-min wait to be seated. If you come here any time on the weekend or at dinner time during the week, you’re almost always going to wait. But with the mix of games to keep you and the kids occupied during said wait and the quality of food you’re about to consume, I’d say that more often than not, that wait is worth it.

If you like Piña Coladas!! Although we weren't caught in the rain, it was pretty cold. Hanging out with friends from out of town, so we ordered chips and salsa along with Piña Coladas and a Blue Hawaiian. The Piña Colada was soooo good, I ordered another 💙

I've loved this place for years. It has good games, good food, and kind workers. They've gotten a little pricey in recent years but I'd say it's nothing too much. I usually come here for lunch with my mother since I'm grown up now but this has always been the place to be. The food is delicious and the staff are gracious. Best fried pickles in town in my opinion. It's a little loud but that's to be expected when going somewhere like this.

Fun place! We caught the football game and then played some games before heading out! Smoking allowed inside the grill next door, not permitted in the gaming area. Definitely recommend going back.

It smells like stale cigarette smoke when you walk in (I know it'salmost impossibleto get that smell out). My younger kids food was the last food served. Drinks were refilled before they were empty, service was good. My kids really enjoyed it.

Pretty neat place, very affordable food, ordered the green cheese enchiladas ($12), lemonade ($3), and a shot of bourbon ($4.50). Mixed in some salsa with my meal, was a good choice. The atmosphere on a Saturday night around 10pm was drunk men and women with children playing kids games. There was a mixture of cigarette smoke and alcohol throughout the air, not the greatest atmosphere.

Fun place for the kids to stretch their legs during our stop in Lubbock. A good selection of games to play. Food was the only thing that knocked this review down a star. I came in with high expectations from the reviews and photos, but was disappointed from what came out from the kitchen. Food: Chips and salsa were decent, but free, so no complaints there. We ordered a kids pizza with fries - again, decent. My wife ordered the sirloin and I ordered the half order of ribs - both underwhelming. Again, let down due to higher expectations from the reviews we read and the pictures. I will say that next time, we will probably order from the Tex Mex options. Service: Friendly staff. Seated fairly quickly. Attentive server.

From start to finish, it was great. The only complaint I had and the waiter agreed, the fried pickles. They were way too salted. I had the CFS and my wife had the chile relleno. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere was awesome, just like when I had visited 25 years ago. Truly brought back memories of my father, sister and step mother here when we frequented this establishment. I will definitely be coming back as it was an outstanding service and our waiter was beyond amazing! Considering he was fairly new to the establishment, this man was awesome! He took care of us and was very very very respectful. Hoping when I do come back with my family, we get him again.

I was under the impression that this place had closed down years ago. I was wrong. It still looks the same inside. As for the wait staff.. they were awesome. The food on the other hand, is a different story. I ordered fajitas and got two pieces of chicken that I had to cut myself and no cheese.. no cheese? The veggies were beyond burnt and the tortillas we half hard. Also, the bathroom urinals are almost too high.. feel sorry for all the kids that can't piss in em. Overall, I will not be eating here again.

Food is mediocre. Staff is kind. Games are cheesy and the prizes are wack! Dont waste you money or time. It is very loud in here and their "bouncer" likes to stare at everyone perched on the bar railing to the point it pisses you off and ruins your lunch!

Went in for lunch and sat in the bar. The location was empty, the table was clean, and the menu had dried food on them. Ash trays "still" available at the table which I had seen well over 10 years. Order a salad with chicken (believe lime chicken salad), which was edible, but the flavor was off. The location appeared dated. Make note there are two sides to this location. Kid friendly with games and the other a bar which was adult driven with plenty of flat screens to view the game.

5/31/25 Visited this place. The young server guy was not friendly. I don't think that job is cut out for him. I wish I would have got his name so I could let yall know who it was. Anyways he was irritated that we were asking for more chips. My husband ask him for a strawberry lemonade and he told him that it would be to much trouble to go to the kitchen to make that🤔 WOW! So when he came back I asked for a strawberry sprite and he was like huh sure with attitude. Then he looked at my husband and told him if he still wanted a strawberry lemonade that he had time now to go get him one from the kitchen 🙄 crazy. Also, my brother in law asked for a diet Dr. Pepper he came back with a lemon slice on the cup. We asked him why he put that on there and he said because it's easier to tell it apart from the other drinks 🤔 I ordered a side of guacamole and it was like a table spoon amount if that for $1.99 💁‍♀️

Sorry this place is a money pit! The kids just burned thru the money I gave them for games and ended up with worthless trinkets. I knew that when we went there so that's on me but I just felt like it wasn't worth it in the end. Sorry!

We had a party of 6. Before we were seated the hostess had us wait for a table that was being bussed but then notice there was another open so she sat us there. A large party came in 5-10 mins after us and sat at the table that was being bussed when we got there. We ordered and we watched order after order come out of the kitchen. We waited 45 minutes for our order didn’t say anything until a large order for the table that sat down way after us in the table that was being bussed with a bigger party came out before our order and we ordered 10minutes before they even got there.i stopped our waiter and asked how much longer on our food? The waiter had a slum attitude and was not attentive. About 10 minutes after asking the food finally came and one plate was wrong, sent it back and two other plates were ice cold. Asked to see a manager and the manager gave us an ultimatum remake the cold plates or he would comp them. When the proper thing to do would have been to remake the plates and comp them not one or the other! Especially after waiting almost an hour for our food and it comes out cold. This by far has been the worst experience I have here. Waiter never even came to check on us and I know he could see that we hadn’t even gotten our food after X amount of time. He didn’t do anything until we asked him about how much longer it would be.

Waited 15 minutes with no server, at least six people standing around including three behind the bar.(We were sitting in the bar area) 5 customers in the area, that’s including us. 4:55 pm if they wanted to check the video. We walked out and took our money somewhere else. (We gladly gave our server a generous tip at the other restaurant.) Don’t think we’ll be back, sadly! Been coming here 25+ years. This is the 3rd time with similar problem, first time review.

Its was an oven on the adult side. You spend money on touch tunes and you cant even hear the music. Volume was kept low. But when they turn the volume up, you cant hear the mids because the bass is way to high. This is coming from a bass fanatic. Aside from our server and food, everything else was a miserable experience.

I went here last night for the second time as the food was okay last time. I was seated by the girl at the front and that was the last I heard from any staff. I sat there 20 minutes watching the people at the two tables around me getting served. There were staff standing up by the bar but nobody came to serve me. No drink or anything. So I was looking to get the attention of the server attending the next table but I got the impression they were only assigned to particular tables or something. So I got up and left. I walked past the staff at the bar and the girl at the front and nobody seemed bothered that I'd got up and left. I went to DQ instead and actually... The service there was amazing in comparison. UPDATE: well the response from Caboose just says the review is suspect. 🤷🏼‍♂️ So you get ignored, tell them about it and that's all they have to say.. Yeah definitely won't be going back.

He gave us a few minutes then took out order. He took our order and when he brought my food out it was wrong after I specifically asked for a certain meat. Then he took it back and brought me another plate and again it was wrong. We were out of our drinks and he didn’t come with refills. Then he just never came back to check on our table. We waited at the table for a long while for our ticket. I had to ask for it. Then I had to get up to find someone to cash it out for me. Then the manager came out but was not very nice himself.

Definitely need someone else at the host stand (In Tech Jersey) unless you are trying to deter patrons from eating here. This person spent more time smacking their gum and playing with their hair. They tried their hardest to get everyone to go open seating or the Bar instead of regular seating. Make the customers the priority and the customers will take care of you. I don't chalk this up to staffing shortage more than staffing selection and training. NO MANAGERS PRESENT OR IN SIGHT. Our Waitress Hailey was awesome!!!!

It's been a while since my family and I have eaten here, so we're expecting what we were use to. First off, when we were called that our table was ready, the two girls at the front desk didn't look like either of them wanted to seat us. They stared at each other and then the one holding the 1 menu and silverware for 2, when we are a family of 5, finally handed the other girl that stuff and then we were finally taken to our booth. As far as I'm concerned, at least play rock paper scissors before calling someone that their table is ready. That was the first thing that we didn't like. Once we were seated and our waitress arrived, she did well. The second thing which my family and I were very ready for was the food. NONE of us finished our food because it wasn't good at all. I spent $86 on food that definitely wasn't worth it. We most definitely will not be going back. However, our kids had fun playing the games.

The evening started out great, and our server Ann was perfect, food was delicious, had a great time with games as usual. When I tell you this one issue ruined everything I really mean it. The young man walking around with the broom and dust pan! Of all the noises in the building all you could hear is him sweeping absolutely nothing and the loudest most monotonous tap through our entire meal. Right beside our table no regard for people eating and trying to enjoy the meal and company. Like we appreciate the cleanliness, the floors looked great! But it was awful! Like nails on a chalkboard.

I went here yesterday around 8pm, I was met at the front by the rudest girl I've met. She refused to speak to us because she was on her phone. There were two girls. They had sloppy hair with bright coloring streaks. She wouldn't give eye contact or face me. I just wanted to put our name on the list to wait for a table. She wouldn't even take my name she stayed on her phone our entire conversation. I tried to be civil. I asked how long the wait time was. As we really intended on spending big last night. She ignored my question but looked at me. I said in another way. How long before we can be seated. She said "when a table opens up. She then mumbled a racial slur to me. So I took my family and left. I wanted to speak to a manager but there's never anyone that will help you here. I used to come here a lot but yesterday was our last time. To employ people who treat other people this poorly is wrong. Her being a possible teenager is no excuse for her behavior. If she can't handle customers or has a problem with black ones, the. She should be moved to back of house to wash dishes or let go. There's no excuse to call a stranger that who was just looking to take family out there. The other girl just kept looking back and forth at the girl being rude to us never stepped in at any point. This would have been a large party celebration and could have brought potential profit to the store and I feel like this place will ultimately miss out on this in the future if the service doesn't improve. I hate complaining but I've never been called a slur at a restaurant before. It was a bad experience for my kids to see. Please do better.
