My wife and I had a breakfast date and couldn't be happier and say nicer things about Vanae, our waitress! Vanae was friendly, always checked on us, and worked hard! Vanae was awesome and we definitely loved her service!

The foos was good, the atmosphere was family oriented and our kids love the goft shop. Our server was friendly, but they were so busy, we only saw her once.

Ken was our server and she was AMAZING!!! As always, the food was delicious and we are excited to go shop the country store after eating as well- thank you for leaving the atmosphere as is, Cracker Barrel. We love this place!

Our server and all of the employees were very friendly, my husband's steak was perfectly cooked, and my blueberry pancakes were awesome. They allow overnight RV parking but there are only 3 spots. We arrived around 9:30p on a Friday night and got the last spot. It's the perfect place to stop for the night and have breakfast the next morning before getting back on the road.

Sophia, our server, was fantastic. She was energetic, cheerful, and very friendly. She made our Thanksgiving Day meal extra special 💕 Thank you Sophia!!

Had diarrhea after eating in Cracker barrel in Lubbock, Texas. Have eaten there many times, but Thursday was a very unpleasant experience. This occurred 10/30/25. Had fried chicken tenders, green beans, and, cold slaw.

There is nothing like rolling into a Cracker Barrel Restaurant late in the evening after a long day of travel and loading up on some home cooking. Then hang around until breakfast. 🤠 Love these places and the folks that work here.

I really love cracker barrel im so glad it stayed the same. The biscuit were very hard and wasn't able to eat the waitress was not happy she was mad until she gave us the bill we had to almost go behind her for service. Other than that I'll still keep going it's one of my favorite places to eat. Hopefully I will not get the same waitress

Portions have gotten smaller, they changed their biscuits, they are so small and vary little gravy, as for hash browns, well enjoy the smell, over priced for portions, the taste was great, but had to go to Macdonalds to get a meal.

We were visiting my family from out of town. We left the hospital pretty late. We came in about 30 min before they closed. I was hesitant because I hate to do that to the workers. We were so happy that the person who waited on us was awesome! I wish I caught his name. But it was our first time eating at Cracker Barrel and he suggested what most people like. The sweet tea was so good! The plate I got was delicious! The pancakes tasted like heaven in your mouth. And the little warm syrup they bring you is the icing on the cake. We were there well after ten and everyone was polite. I highly recommends his place!! Good job!!!!

We went by pretty early so the place was not as crowded and we were given a warm welcome. I like the fact the calories are noted on the menu and you'll know what to expect. Food is always delicious. Biscuits are my favorite.

Great place for breakfast! The pancakes are fluffy and golden brown. Coffee is fresh. The bacon is crispy and the toast was toasted on grill with butter. Was a small wait but plenty to look at. The country store had everything from toys, clothes, old fashion candy, to decor. The service was awesome! Our waiter, Alex was courteous, funny and attentive. The hostess were friendly. Restrooms are clean. The outside rocking chairs are fun.

I ate delivery and it came absolutely hot and fresh. I ate the pot roast and it was delicious, very rich so I couldn't finish it. I will gladly order it again!

We joined the wait list on the app, so there was no wait when we arrived. Today's special is one of my favorite: the fried fish special. We both opted for this. I had mine with sweet corn and okra, while Dad had the traditional cole slaw and fries. Our server was attentive and unobtrusive. After eating, I browsed the store and was lucky to find two new t-shirts: one from Sesame Street and one from the Peanuts. I always enjoy browsing here!

Sophia was our waitress and her personality and work ethics showed out. My drinks never got empty before she filled them politely. She offered us the best appetizers and patiently took our ever changing order because there are so many good deals. I wanted to try them all from her description of what it was. All the food we picked was so good. We even got the folks that didn’t get to come with us a plate to go off the meat loaf and chicken grilled and fries and we had to get the French toast bake too. We had Vaney as our server and she was absolutely fantastic! Kept everything filled clear and super fast. Very knowledgeable of the menu, prices and over all relaxed and pleasant! We went for dinner last night and the server Dreya was awesome. This was my first time going and not only was the food great, the place was extremely clean and well kept. Was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Will definitely go back to this establishment. Food was reasonably priced and the food was great. Our visit started off a little rocky last night, but it quickly turned into a truly memorable experience. Our first server seemed to be newer and was clearly struggling, which led to some hiccups early on. While a younger manager was making his rounds checking on tables, he stopped by ours and asked how everything was going. We honestly let him know what was going on, and without hesitation, he stepped in and immediately started taking care of us. He brought in another server to help, and she was absolutely amazing her name, I believe, was Heaven, and she truly lived up to it. From that point on, everything turned around. The food was fantastic, and the manager even delivered it to our table himself. From there, the service and overall experience were excellent. What really stood out to us, though, was what we witnessed on our way out. We saw the manager talking with our original server, calmly walking him through what he could do better, reassuring him, and letting him know the team had his back. After seeing how they handled our situation, it was clear that this wasn’t just talk we saw it in action. That kind of leadership and genuine support is rare these days, especially in restaurants. It was impressive, refreshing, and honestly made the entire experience even better. We’ll definitely be back.

Those were $2.99 extra. Breakfast for 2 adults and a child was almost $50.00. Its good, but it ain't $50.00 good.

Some of the best table service I've had. Very attentive before and during the meal to your needs. Good cooked just right. Only issue was check out. One cashier with 6+ people in line. They could've used 1 of the 2 bodies standing around to seat people to help out. Ill definitely go here again.

Here is a list of issues we had: 1) we both ordered breakfast that had biscuits and gravy - we received a basket with 2 Cornbread and 2 biscuits- no gravy. When we asked about the gravy, we were told they had run out of gravy. I had chicken fried steak with a very small dollop of gravy, 2) No one refilled my water during the entire meal - I drink alot of water. 3) brought my husband poached eggs when he ordered over medium, 4) the server dropped the wrong check on our table, then came back and grabbed it off the table and dropped off another check and didn't say anything to us, 5) server only checked on us 1 time right after the food was delivered by another server, 6) we had to ask twice to get silverware. Granted, this was a Friday night, but not all the sections were open and they had plenty of people working. Pretty disappointed during this visit. I love this restaurant! I almost always order breakfast. but occasional will get the chicken and dumplings because they are very close to how my mom made them. Food is always consistently good with lots of variety - breakfast and lunch/dinner items. Biscuits and cornbread muffins with every meal!! You can spend hours roaming in the country store that has candy, clothing, toys, knick knacks and candles. Pretty rare that we leave without buying something.

Their policy is they can't bring the food back to the kitchen so I had to wait for another steak to be cooked to my specifications. The manager was very apologetic & the steak came out perfect. We have just recently become racket barrel junkies. And it’s mostly because it supports our way of life! And we couldn’t be more grateful or fond of a place. The kids could spend hours in there and without food even! Just looking and dreaming of all they have. Whoever’s Genius idea to add a little store onto a restaurant, thank you. It is especially magical around Christmas. And this is coming from a self proclaimed minimalist. Our server was a sweetheart! Always making sure to check on us, we were a pretty big party with all the needs. And sitting right next to the big fireplace was the icing on the cake! It felt so homey and comforting. I’ve been here several times over the years. The food has always been excellent. My favorite selection is the breakfast menu. Sometimes the service is hit or miss. You get a good portion of food for the price, which you can’t beat these days. I also enjoy getting to shop around the store front area– they have a variety of items, anyone can find what they’re looking for! The staff up front is also very friendly and helpful, which is a plus.

Ok. Well not real happy on the service of being push behind people that came in after us. I'm not sure they are the best for larger groups. Now food was good even though I ordered steamed broccoli and it was cold and still hard. Most all the food was good. Fun antique atmosphere with a gift shop. I wish they would bring the rolls and cornbread out early before the food...especially if you have smaller kiddos that have to wait for food. Overall not bad.

We waited close to an hour just for our food. The staff forgot our silverware and biscuits, it took them another 10 minutes just to get that.

My party had to wait 12 minutes for someone to take our order. It was not that busy. We had to say something to get service. The menus are damaged, and the trash on the floor didn't get picked up right away. The waitress gave us four beverages right away. Two for me and two for my mom. The grilled chicken tenders were not that big. I am not sure if I am going to dine in again. When you do to go they don't always notify you.

Although this wasn't a busy day, there were menu items missing (green beans) and some were delayed at coming (salad). I ordered a grilled chicken salad without some of the toppings, and what I received wasn't worth the money. I can make much better salads at home. There was hardly any chicken, and the choice of iceberg lettuce was disappointing. There really aren't many options for those trying to eat low-carb, healthy meals. I suppose Cracker Barrel is known for its comfort food, but there are ways to provide healthier options. Sadly, this isn't the case with Cracker Barrel at this time, except if you want a sad, expensive salad. The service was great, and our server was very attentive. My companions seemed satisfied with their meals for the most part.

Our waiter, Onyx, was very uninterested and inattentive. He finally brought drinks and took order after about 15 minutes. After we got our food, we asked about the biscuits and cornbread. He said “oh I forgot”. He only brought biscuits, said they were out of cornbread. Really—a country cooking restaurant runs out of cornbread???? My experience is always great but today I came and the service was terrible.the waiter forgot about us and we had to beg for drinks and to order.the food was all burnt and dry, and also went to the restroom(woman’s)and all the stalls covered in blood and no toilet paper GROSS.. and all the workers avoided work and customers!

Got the Holiday meal for 8-10 people. Dressing was horrible (gummy), Sweet Potato casserole was horrible ( runny with hardly any topping on it). I was very disappointed in meal this year. Will figure something else out next year.

I ordered the Thanksgiving lunch and a slice of pecan pie for dessert. This was the worst meal that I’ve ever gotten from Cracker Barrel. Their fried turkey entree was very tough. There was no dressing! This is my favorite dish for Thanksgiving. The mashed potatoes were so bland that they tasted like instant potatoes. Another of my favorite dishes is Mac and cheese. It was watery and didn’t have a creamy texture at all. My biscuits were hard and flat like something had been sitting on top of them. Lastly, the pecan pie was edible but barely. The pecans on top were about 10 seconds away from being burnt and the filling was runny like it was undercooked. No dressing??? Shame on you Cracker Barrel. This was an expensive meal.

Some of their food is ok if ordered and eaten there. I have had take out 2x, once on Thanksgiving 2024 and one night last week. Their takeout orders are mostly cold and dried out like they have been sitting for quite a while. We asked for pickup at 6:00 and were there at 5 minutes before, it was ready on time but like I said above barely warm and dried out. Will not order/take out from this location again.

Meat was burnt and dry. Had to ask another server to just replace the meat and the rest of the food was cold when a different server brought it out 20 minutes later. They weren't busy, but minimal staff. We never saw the manager, even after requesting her. Then I was charged for the replaced meat. Eating out has become less and less with cost rising and adding in poor service and food quality .Do better Cracker Barrel or you'll lose loyal customers like us.

We had not eaten Cracker Barrel in awhile and once we got our food and waitress, we remembered why! We ordered tea, I told the waitress the tea was soured. The waitress came back and told me she tasted the tea and I was right. I knew I was right, I didn’t need to be checked. Received a Dr.Pepper as a replacement. My husband ordered the Country fried steak. This was NOT homemade. It is a tv dinner compressed mystery meat frozen patty, plus the gravy that was put on top of it did not cover the little round patty. The turnip greens were good. Gravy was not put on the mashed potatoes. I ordered the chicken tenders, the fries and the chicken were over cooked. Rubbery, not only looking bad but taste was bad. The cornbread muffins were good but the biscuits were undercooked. Salad was good. The bowl was too small to move the salad around after adding the dressing. Long wait time for the food. What got my attention the most was the waitress (our waitress) arguing with an elderly couple about when they get their biscuits/muffins. If the customer wants them before the meal, then give them before the meal! How hard is that!!!

Servers nowadays don't know what customer service is or understand they are working for their tips. We asked for lemons the photo will explain what our server Madi served us and the manager really didn't seem to care. The food was alright as well. We'll pass next time.

Food was AMAZING!!! Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the retail section 😔 a lady with glasses, I didn’t get her name, was just very snarky and had made a comment about my son’s hair. (I’m white, my son’s mother is black but she was working). Idk it just made me feel a little unwelcome, willing to come back in the future for another try though. :)

Well I would like to have been able to review the food, etc, but we waited at the hostess stand for +10 minutes with no one acknowledging our existence. Oh, they walked by and did their best to avoid eye contact. The lady at the register called for someone twice only to be ignored as well. Maybe 15 tables were working at the time with about 6 visible waitstaff, so not during a rush. We walked out very disappointed.

I walked in cuz this is the only place I can get a bowl of pinto beans and cornbread for lunch. Every so often I get a craving for it. Today was one of those days. So I say down (still took 10 mins for a waiter to even come take my drink order. The menu they gave me was for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Less than half of their normal menu. And I didn't see my beans on it So I asked the waiter about it. And he said it was the menu they used for Thanksgiving. I pointed out that Thanksgiving was over. Well here we are again. Went to Cracker Barrel this am. Ordered eggs sausage and pancakes. Well the pancakes went to butter them it was like buttering toast. Went to take a bite. Like chewing toast. Tries my bacon like laggy taffy not good. Tried my eggs the looked fake tasted about the same. The restaurant is FREEZING! Just barely ordered but considering leaving because it's so cold it's miserable. Other customers in dining room sat with coats on & still cold!

We had breakfast. Our food was cold. My husband’s pancakes were burnt. The bacon was delicious but everything was cold. The restroom was dirty. It was water on the floor. My husband almost fell on the floor. Not happy!

By far the worst, and I mean the worst of all biscuits and gravy I’ve ever come across. Worst than any truck stop fast food option- just horrible. The only person we spoke to was the one that seated us. After that no one came to take our order for anything. We waited at least 10 minutes or more before we decided to leave. I would have understood if it was busy, but it wasn't. This was the 1st time ever that we had no service. Gonna be while before we decide to come back.

My pickup order was missing an item which I paid extra for then was told they won't have item for month then was offer regular side not the premium I paid extra for which would have been another 10 minutes the mashed potatoes didn't have gravy and was hard and cold the steak fries look like they were in deep fried for two cycles and hard as a rock the biscuits were hard as a rock the chicken fried chicken looked like it was dipped in pepper and mac cheese was burnt how do you burn mac and cheese

Pays almost $60 for 2 meals and waited 40 minutes for a togo order with little wait on the front (not crowded) as usually is… I even left a $10 tip… get to my destination…. No drinks no utensils no butter no syrup…. Man how am i supposed to get utensils in the middle of a camp site… I will no longer tip on to go orders
