I am specifically writing this review about a sever named Marta. She is awesome! I preordered my order in the app, I then needed it sooner because I needed to be back on campus. I went inside Chipotle, she saw I was waiting for a while and she made my order right then so I could leave and not wait. She is a true example of a person who meets the high expectations of costumer service! She needs a raise!!

Seriously, it's the best meal I've had at Chipotle in a long time. Two of us tried the new Honey Chipotle Chicken and loved it in bowls for dinner. Makes great cold leftovers, too!

Came to this location for the first time, ordered a veggie bowl (mobile order) and they definitely do NOT disappoint! Great portion size. I’ll go back to see if the serving size is consistent!!
Okay, some people are being a bit to harsh. While this Chipotle is still having some conflicts regarding food distributions to customers in drive-thru and customers inside, this Chipotle has only been open for about 6 days. They are still learning the handles and from my experience, I think they are doing a pretty good job. From what I have seen, the manager is very nice as well as the assistant manager. Everyone works as a team in there and give their best, regardless of what other people might say.

Very new restaurant in a strip mall with limited parking in front. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and orderly. Staff was fast and friendly. Food was fresh and very good. Recommend.
Chipotle is a favorite spot for me and my boys—we visit at least once a week! The Lucas location is by far the best. The manager, Martha, always greets us warmly and even remembers our names, which is such a personal touch for a fast-casual restaurant. You can tell her team respects her because they’re always in a great mood, making the whole experience even better. One small gripe I have with Chipotle in general is that they don’t accept tips via credit card. In this day and age, who carries cash? I always feel bad when I can’t tip the amazing team at this location. I really hope Chipotle changes this policy so customers can show appreciation more easily. Overall, this Chipotle location sets the bar high for great food and even better service!

From the moment I walked in, Martha’s presence was incredibly welcoming and professional. She was actively engaged with both the staff and customers, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I noticed her attentiveness to the cleanliness of the dining area and the quality of the food preparation. Martha was also more than happy to answer questions about the menu and make recommendations based on my preferences. One of the standout moments was when she personally checked in with each table to make sure everyone was satisfied with their meals. Her warm demeanor and genuine interest in customer satisfaction really made a difference. It’s clear that Martha goes above and beyond to ensure that each guest has a positive experience. The team she manages reflects her leadership style—efficient, friendly, and attentive. It’s always refreshing to see a manager who genuinely cares about both their customers and their team. Thanks to Martha, this Chipotle location has become one of my favorites. I’ll definitely be returning!
So far I've taken out food 20 times here and each time has been great. Food is fresh and so good without any issues or food problems. Handed with care. Hope it will always continue like this!

I think something has changed with Chipotle. It just isn't the same . It's good, but I used to crave it.. unfortunately, my smoked brisket, was covered in barbecue sauce that was sweet and wasn't warm. My chips were burnt.
The restaurant is really clean and really nice, food is amazing, hot, high quality, and always ready, the workers is a bit seem like they not happy to work here and seem a bit "i just wanna go home", and it make me feel a bit guilt that i ruin their day.
Reasonably priced, fresh ingredients, great taste. I usually go inside so i can see it being prepared as I request it. I usually get the bowl or burrito, both are a good serving size of food!!
Food is consistent with other Chipotle locations. It’s better to order in person because they skimp on portions if you do pickup. Employees always seem confused and they really don’t care about their customer. You are just another number to them.
Ordered a Pickup and they couldn't locate the order when I arrived. It had been made, but they didn't know where it was. After 10 minutes, they finally located it near the drive-thru?!? On top of that, in a single Large order of Guacamole, I had 2 of those little avocado stems squished into the guac order. Hey accidents happen so first time, I wasn't as concerned, but two times in one order of guac shows a lack of focus on the quality of the food. The bowl itself was okay but not a promising first visit at all...
First, I would like to say this location is awful. Associate mashed the rice in the bowl. Mashed rice is like mashed bread. Asked for protein, only received a half of spoon ordered another protein half of spoon again. Turned around to look at other customers' bowls, they were full to the point she had a hard time putting the lid on. I decided I didn't want the order any more ask the cashier to give my money back she said she couldn't give it back cause she had rung it up already. Spoke with management she was nice and listened to my complaint, and she did return my money. She offered me the food but I refused. I feel every customer should be treated the same.
We used to love this chain but hadn't been back in a few years since we moved from California. We thought we'd give it a try again. Portions were small, soda machine wasn't delivering the orange soda with syrup, we asked the counter help for "a little more meat" and he replied that would be an additional charge of $4.50, but we wanted a good sized burrito so we paid it. No chips were offered with our burritos, and we paid $30.90 for two average burritos with no taste. Done with this place...
I ordered the height protein bowl, and there was barely any chicken never mind two times. I called them,they never answered. Its automated very frustrating.
Held off on writing this for a while.. I eat chipotle a lot. I've started to notice with newer locations opening up there has been severe decline in the quality/service. Especially in the metroplex. This location has been the worst. I have received the incorrect (small issues or even completely wrong order) repeatedly. There is no consistency in the food quality. One day you will have a horrible tasting meat and the next time you go the beans will be under cooked. I tried to chalk it up to bad days but it has been a consistent disappointment. At this point I won't even blame the day to day workers. It seems to be a leadership/owner issue.
I went in during my lunch break and decided to eat inside chipotle, it was disgusting as i couldnt believe what i was hearing behind me, it was a so called Martha talking to one of the employees extremely rude and treating him bad in front of the customers, this experience was unacceptable and i hope the higher ups or Marthas boss does something about this.
I love Chipotle's but this location has issues. Just went there and ordered 2 meals both soft chicken tacos. It was crowded or busy at all. I told the young girl I wanted 2 meals of chicken taco's on the first one only chicken and cheese and the 2nd one I wanted white rice, beans, and peppers. While the girl was starting to fix the 2nd one the other lady taking the money ask what I was getting so I walked down to her and told her and paid. Got home and the 2nd order was mine so I took a bite and was like these taste funny and then noticed there was not any chicken meat in it. So my wife immediately called them and they refused to make the order right if I came back up there. Apparently its my fault for not watching them make my food. My wife called corporate and they are supposedly sending us a coupon for a free meal, whoopie. I even went back up there and the little children who run the place would not make the order right. I am not trying to get a free meal, I live about a mile away in a 500k house I have better things to do. I just hate to get ripped off!!!!!
This place was a mess. I have expectations when I walk into a Chipotle… over priced should equal better service. This location isn’t it. The Hispanic girl working the register, gave me so much attitude. Made my meal to go when I wasn’t asked if I was eating here or leaving. When I said I was eating here she made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Won’t be back.
Consistently the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Tiny burritos. They skimp on everything including double meat, fajitas peppers, etc. Forgot a sour cream side, no syrup in the soft drink. I contacted Chipotle the first time we got hosed there. They were nice, but nothing has changed. Would be cool if they would get it together, but I don’t have much faith.
I was going through the drive through and it told me that it was ready at 8:40. When I got there I was forced to wait 20 min. because they even started making it. I asked her what took her so long and she told me in a rude way "We had a lot of orders". Once I got my order and I was driving away, I heard a burst of giggles, so I went inside and asked for her name. Her name is Lena. My experience was terrible.
Not sure what's happened to this location as of late, but food quality, accuracy of orders and customer service has gone to the toilet. I recently received a steak bowl with not only missing toppings, but the entire bowl was cold and the steak pieces were fatty.
This location is very stingy with their portions. They give half portions of everything unless you say something about it. I did not know a half scoop of white rice is a “full portion size.” This place is a joke! Better off going to a different location. It seems as if this location can never get it right. Save your money and time. Never will be going here again.
I seriously agree with one of the reviews saying corporate or upper management should intervene with this location. Service is always off, I usually get half of what was paid for and I always feel like what I’m eating is coming from the bottom of the barrel. I don’t leave reviews often, but with this chipotle having such an awesome location, i feel like their consistent lack in quality is disappointing. What pushed me to write the review was when I went in and got a burrito today. When I took a bite I realized the carnitas i had ordered were off in texture and crunchy as if they had been left out for too long. If I am ditching this location and going back to the one in Allen so are others.
I ordered a steak bowl, it looked like they gave me a rice bowl. So much rice, not so much meat. The steak was tough and chewy, the rice was not cooked all the way, lettuce was brown, lost my appetite and threw it in the garbage. The Murphy location is way better, I’ll never go to this location again.
This Chipotle sucks, especially at online orders where the ingredients are DISPLAYED FOR THEM! Every time I order online, they forget an ingredient and its really annoying. This time in particular there is no sour cream, yet the label specifically says sour cream. One other time, i ordered a STEAK bowl, and I opened it and it had NO STEAK, and NO MEAT at all. Missing ingredients I can understand, but I specifically ordered a “STEAK bowl,” outrageous. I had to spend 45 minutes going back to the store to get it corrected.
Done with Chipotle, it's ridiculous that they charge as much as a decent meal in a restaurant, then provide very little protein. Next time, I'll just go with a local taqueria and get better for less. This is what happens when owners have no business buying this type of franchise. It's obvious they are clueless and could care less about their patrons. It won't be long before everyone around knows it and avoids the place.
I live close to this Chipotle so I have tried giving them multiple chances time and time again just so I do not have to drive further, but its ALWAYS something. Either the team and/or management has very nasty attitudes when ordering and makes it as if you are bothering them when ordering your food, or they are over charging for food. Then when I tell them I'm over charged they look at me and tell me no we didn't thats the price. But then I go on the app and what do you know I was correct and was over charged. I have spoken to managers and they do not care and even reached out to corporate just to be told welp sorry to hear that hope things are fixed on the next visit. THIS LOCATION is the worst and ruins it for other locations and Corporate does not care either! Both this location and Corporate have ruined it for me. PLUSSSS you're giving me small portions and my food is cold!!!! Chipotle is too expensive for low quality/quantity food and poor customer service!
Slowest service through a drive thru. We waited in line for over 20min. I could have cooked my own delicious burrito in that amount of time. What's even worse? They were out of burrito shells! Do not order online here! Edit: it took 35 minutes! They were nice and likely shorthanded. Just be ready for a long wait here.
I have had multiple bad experiences at this restaurant, especially with the lack of respect they have for customers. To be specific, the old mexican lady who works there, who I assume is the manager there. She has the worst attitude and it feels like she hates her job there. She does not know how to talk to people and talk with respect. Everytime that manager ends up ringing me up at the register or makes my food, always shows a lack of respect and has an attitude. Chipotle needs to revise their management at this location because she isn’t a good one.
The double steak burrito had...ZERO MEAT. No steak, no anything other than rice and vegetables. I've attached pics of the whole burrito-- was hoping there was an ounce of meat hiding somewhere, but there it is-- NOTHING. And I've attached the photo of the order receipt showing there was supposed to be double steak. DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU WANT THE PROTEIN YOU ORDERED OR IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DEFRAUDED This is super disappointing since I went back to Chipotle after many years, and this is what I get. This is clearly a scam. I can't cut the burrito open before I leave the drive through to check if the ingredients are there. This is fraud.

I love Chipotle at most locations! This might be the skimpiest chipotle ever. My wife ordered a chicken bowl salad with guac and the bowl was mostly lettuce with a tiny amount of chicken. It was the worst portion strict location of Chipotle I have ever witnessed. The staff didn't know home to make the whole30 bowl either. They said they weren't trained for it. It was almost $10 dollars for a bowl of disappointment. My daughter also got a burrito and it was super small compared to the typical Chipotle. This location probably hasn't trained the employees on the right sized serving either.

Honestly very disappointed I stay far and specifically came to this location because personally the service was good and the bowls weren't made by someone so stingy but today the actual manager running the place was there and I can say she's more for her bonus that the service. I ask the lady serving me if she had more white rice and her manager came up to me and asked if I wanted that rice and I told her I was waiting for fresh rice and she abruptly told me that that's what she was implying Then when I asked the lady if she had any more barbacoa she turned to her manager and she said the barbacoa was still cooking and that there is still barbacoa on the line And the picture below was the barbacoa she was trying to feed me 21 dollars a d honestly didn't get anything I wanted

Ordered chicken bowl and didn’t get any meat at all or salsa. This location has always been messing up not worth the money.
The lady putting chicken.. look I get it, they ask you not to be heavy handed with the scoop of chicken. But this was insulting, you couldn’t give any less chicken if you tried, I think I counted 6 pieces of chicken from your scoop!! There was literally no protein. It’s always at this location too. They are in the trenches, a normal sized scoop of chicken would make them go under apparently.
I’ve ordered through the app for drive thru pickup 3 times at this point using the reorder option for the same order, with minimal changes. For my burrito, they have consistently ignored double protein portions (an additional $5.50), extra fajita veggies, extra pinto beans, and extra of the three salsas. This time, the forgot the the sour cream and gave me a full order of white rice when I asked for light rice. I always request a double wrap knowing my order (another $0.50) as well as tip 20%. I will no longer use the app or order ahead from this location. It’s a scam to order ahead, this location will take your money and give you much less than you paid for knowing there’s nothing the person ordering through the app can do. I will no longer tip, never use the app again, and will only order in person at any Chipotle to insure my food is correct. It’s absolutely ridiculous to order one burrito and one burrito bowl for ~$40 and get much less than what I paid for. This locations needs to do better.
It was 11.00am - no customers. The staffer Jada was impatient & rude. The first entree was a Quesadilla - she rudely asked if the second entree was going to be the same because she can do them faster. Slapped the food onto the bowl entree. Hurried me through my order and did not follow instructions. This was a to-go order, no napkins or utensils. Called the local manager but got customer service - here's the kicker they wanted to offer me a free drink on my next visit to Chipotle! The complaint was so you can fix things. From looking at other reviews, this place is not very good or clean.
The worker Stephanie rudest person that you can ever encounter with I simply asked for a bowls for my tacos that I were getting so my kids wouldn’t make a mess and she told me she would have to charge me the price of a whole bowl to get a bowl on the side.
