Ha sido mi primera visita. Tenía buenas referencias y muchas expectativas. Todas ellas se cumplieron. Ambiente agradable y distendido, trato cercano y muy atento de todo el personal, y buena comida. Nos gustó mucho todo. Volveremos sin duda al restauranta de López de Hoyos

Un sitio bonito, con comida deli y postres muy ricos. Hemos comido tacos, costillas, gyozas y unos bocaditos que se me escapa el nombre, parecía un "sushi" pero de panceta 😋. Todo de primera. Subo foto del postre, fue lo único que recordé fotografiar. Era una super galleta recién horneada con helado de vainilla, 20/10

Que decir, un fijo. Vivíamos en Madrid antes cuando solo estaba el de pedro rico y estaba espectacular. Hoy hemos venido a López de hoyos para ver si sigue siendo igual de espectacular, y tanto la comida, las costillas, los nachos, los postres…como la atención de dimitri en este caso. Mi sitio de confianza para recomendar a familiares que van a Madrid y quieren un sitio top

Un restaurante muy bien ubicado e ideal para parar a comer con unos amigos, tienen variedad para la comida que se te apetezca y realmente para echar la comida con unos amigos está estupendo. El servicio muy amable y agradable. Me ha gustado mucho la experiencia de haber venido aquí. No se le puede pedir más a un sitio como este ❤️

Hace cuatro años que lo descubrimos y he vuelto a Madrid y es parada obligatoria. Se superan año a año tanto en la comida como en el servicio. Todo buenísimo,bien preparado,producto de calidad y el servicio de 10 como siempre. Si te gustan las costillas este es tu sitio se deshacen solas y todo lo que tienen fuera de carta para probar sin duda. Repetiré cada vez que vuelva.

La comida en general excelente. Los nigiris de papada y costilla nos parecieron una idea bastante original y estaban muy buenos. Las costillas eran de una calidad muy alta y son sin duda el plato estrella del restaurante. Por otro lado todos los miembros del servicio fueron muy agradables con explicaciones y recomendaciones detalladas. Además nos pusieron una jarra de agua para el postre sin ni siquiera haberla pedido. En definitiva, un lugar muy recomendable para comer comida tipo americana, en especial costillas.

Went for a casual dinner with my wife. We were pleasantly received in time of our reservation. The service was super good, was and waiteres extremely nice. We ordered the off-menu appetizers - the Nagiris that were delicious. For mains we, we ordered the alright ribs, and the risked tacos - both were really good. For desert we ordered the cookie that was quite average... Prices were ok but wouldn't say the cheapest. Value for money 8/10. Good experience overall, would be happily back.

We had babilla nigiris, tartare, fake rissoto and Alright ribs. Each plate was absolutely stunning. The restaurant and the experience was worthy of a Michelin star! Leave a bit of space for the ridiculously good cheesecake.

American food adapted to local ingredients. The dishes were great, the taste was superior. I give 5 star value to this restaurant because It has a perfect balance between quality and service. We were served by a waiter called Jonathan that was extremely friendly and gave us an outside table for us and our dog. I strongly recommend the Boucatta and the Alright Ribs… those were great!!

Great atmosphere, good food. My only gripe - the chef clearly has something against salt - he refuses to use it, at all! Fake Risotto was delicious - once sufficiently salted and peppered. Pulled pork Benedict was also great. Carrot cake made for a great finish.

Best american style restaurant in town!!! Friendly staff that advised us on the amount ordered to not waste food. Indeed, food is even better than staff, so every single dish is AMAZING! If I had to choose, I would order: bacon cheese fries, ribs and the cheese cake. It became one of my favorite restaurants here in Madrid, doubtless!

So spectacularly good. I started with a half order of jalapeno croquettes, which were crunchy on the outside, creamy in the middle, and just the right amount of heat. A perfect way to start my meal. I had a glass of red wine -- not sure what, but it was also very good. I debated on the Iberian burrito or the doublechin burger. The waiter recommended the doublechin burger, and I'm glad I trusted him. It was fantastic. The pork was succulent, perfectly seasoned, the sauce was delicious, and the bun was the perfect artisanal pillowy vehicle for the pork. The fries were not some indiscriminate pile of previously frozen fries. No no no. This was a thoughtfully constructed lattice of precisely cut potatoes cooked and seasoned to perfection. I only wish I had eaten here before my last day in Madrid. I would have liked making my way through the menu.

Local pequeño, las mesas muy pegadas. Hay que reservar ya que hay dos tunos de comida. La comida es buena además de lo que hay en la carta hay especialidades del día. Hay bastante variedad, lo más destacado las costillas.

Great food! Risotto and philly cheese steak was really good and great price to size ratio. Place was cozy but the waiters seemed a bit confused with what they were doing, probably were just new recruits so nothing bad. The waitress that attended me (didn’t catch her name) was great tho, very accommodating. The free water was great! They give you a whole litre.

I had been wanting to try this place, given its rating. I had to book over than one week in advance, so mind that when booking. Their speciality is creative NA cuisine, fairly well adapted to Spain and local ingredients. We enjoyed everything we order, the staff is friendly, but we were unlucky with our waiting times, or maybe with our waiter, to whom twice we had to ask a different one. Other than that, very good experience

Ribs are delicious and the dishes that aren't in the menu are really really good. They have beer Estrella Galicia de Bodega, which is one of the beers I enjoy the most

En su día era un restaurante muy especial. Ayer me recordó poco más que a un Ribs. Los nachos bastante sin más, como los niguiri, que no me dijeron nada y las costillas igual. Es decir, todo correcto pero nada espectacular.

Owner is great. Food is pretty good. Todays experience not so great. I reserved through google a few weeks ago. On July 2, I changed the number on the reservation to a smaller group. Today got a call to confirm and told the hostess I had changed the reservation to less people through email received from google. She told me I should have called to change-it was rude considering I made the effort to change correctly so they could accommodate other people. Reservation through google was at 8:45. At 10:15 they were telling us we had to leave because they needed the table. I was confused. We are quick and were being pushed out. I spoke with the owner who is very pleasant (I’ve spoken with him a few times over my many visits in the past years). He explained it was impossible I had a reservation for 8:45 because they only do two shifts. I showed him the email which I had confirmation. He was kind telling us we could stay. But I don’t understand why we were being pushed out by waitstaff when half the tables were empty. In addition, we were told there were many problems with google reservations and that was the reason for the mix up. I get it, things happen, but either change your reservation system or don’t use google. Didn’t appreciate it being “my fault” for any of this and I thought it was pretty poorly handled. You guys are a great place, but this can be better. In addition, waitstaff was pushy (although friendly) and didn’t let us enjoy our meal. I really like this place but all the events of tonight put a sour taste in my mouth. Not sure if it’s worth going back
