Very good food at reasonable prices. Parking is a bit cramped but the food is worth the hassle. Staff is very friendly and the place is always clean.

Had a couple different slices to go for the road. They know what they are doing at Pavones, will stop again.

This place never disappoints I always get barbecue chicken wings crispy and a cheese calzone it is spot-on every time I have never had bad service I have had to wait longer but that's to be expected on a busy Friday or Saturday night and I've never not been greeted with a smile and told to have a great day when I was leaving the staff there is absolutely spot-on the food is so tasty

Thinly sliced pizza cooked to perfect, excellent recipe and lots of choices other than pizza. They also have great combo deals and it's right in the middle of town perfect location.

Thursday night at a few minutes after 9pm craving a pizza. Figured call the best place in town and have one delivered. But nope. Company policy-no delivery after 9pm. If upstate NY wonders why it is losing population and tax base, this sort of thing is why. Not just that you can't order pizza after 9pm but that characterizes life in upstate NY-there is no life in upstate NY. There is no other way to describe.a town where you can't get a pizza delivered after 9pm but pathetic. The only reason I am not reducing the stars is because the pizza is better than anywhere else but Pavone's is contributing to flight out of this sink hole they call upstate NY. Upstate NY is really unlivable. And Pavone's is contributing to that. Wake up Manlius. Help to create a community that people don't want to flee as soon as their kids are out of school. (also, their site says they deliver til 9:30pm. Not so-apparently it is not ti l9 or maybe 8). But hey, why not stop delivery at 6 when the preschool set is finished with dinner?

As being a transplant from Houston, Texas I was introduced to Pavone's by a friend and my oh my was I pleasantly surprised. The food is great and I love the wonderful snap to the slices and the high quality of the ingredients that you can tell from the first bite. The staff is friendly and very patient with an old Texas boy who was ordering for the first time. I will be back.

Pavones is one of the top 3 pizza places in Syracuse. That says a lot because it seems like there is a pizza place on every corner. They have been around a LONG time. They put out a phenomenal product.

Rated best cheese pizza in the state, many other options than pizza too. Wings, salads, subs, and deep fried foods. Sodas/drinks either from the fountain or in a bottle or can Clean place with seating for 35+ people with a TV for entertainment.

This is my go to pizza place. Good flavors and I love their pizza crusts. They made a mistake on my order but delivered a replacement in 40 min. Not bad on Superbowl Sunday.

Pavone's pizza is my favorite pizza! I've been eating Pavone's since I was a young child. I don't live in Syracuse anymore, but MUST get it everytime I go to Syracuse. Their pizza is by far, the best pizza around. I wish they would open one in Rochester. The cheese, the sauce & the crust are sooo good! If you haven't tried Pavone's; you need to.

Best pizza in town! But I have feedback and one recommendation. The pizza bread is chewy. This happens when the dough is kneaded too much and forms too much gluten. My recommendation is to knead the dough less. Thank you and look forward to continued business!

Best pizza around so far. The staff isn’t like, overly friendly, but that’s just how they are, I guess. We eat there often and just have come to see that. Delivery is always quick and the people who deliver are friendly. We’ve spent hundreds and only had one pizza slightly overcooked. Extra sauce and extra cheese is the way to go, here!! My husband loves the wings, and he has tried lots. The chicken tenders are great. Friend veggies are my go-to. Mozzarella sticks have the batter instead of bread crumb crust, so not a fan of those (that’s just me). We live JUST outside of where they set they’re delivery parameter, but they deliver because we’re literally 8 minutes away (though we’re Caz address). So, thank you!!!

There used to be a Pavones pizza at Shoppingtown Mall. My mom took there allllllll the time, because that's where she bought her uniforms. We were very disappointed when it closed down, so now whenever I eat the Pizza here I'm brought back to those times with my Mom. Food good enough to elicit positive cherished feelings like that is hard to find. Pavones is a real treat of New York. It's always been phenomenal. This location is no different. NY Pizza often gets a bad reputation, but Pavones is one of those places that really steals the show.

My wife is from nearby this area and I love visiting for great pizza and alright family. Would highly recommend, especially if you are just looking to grab a slice for lunch. Note they add 3.5% to your bill if you use a credit card. The pizza is good and the staff is friendly enough. It is no-nonsense local pizza shop. I am not sure if it is not a health code, but watching a guy in sandals , shorts and a t-shirt scoop raw chicken wings out of a bin to put in the fryer was a little unsettling - but not enough for me not to order wings here.

Phenomenal New York style thin crust pizza slices; the only reason I'm giving Pavone's four stars is due to their dine-in service, my experience was a little lack luster to say the least. Otherwise I would highly recommend you give Pavone's a shot!

I had ordered a calzone and a chef salad employee that gave me my order was super nice I got home and there was no Marina sauce but calzone was still good the chef salad I thought there was going to be ham turkey cheese like some other restaurants make it like that but I guess their chef salads are made different.

Service was great , they had a line to the door . The manager was very friendly and conversational . We wanted eggplant but they were all out which was little sad . I got a chicken ranch pizza slice and a Philly cheese steak. Both were alright the price point was good . Support local pizza shops .

Okay pizza shop, sicilian pizza a very thick overbaked dough with tiny amount of cheese and toppings, wouldn't recommend it. Regular pizzas are better but not amazing, been here three times.

Quality of the pizza has declined. Garlic knots are on point. Not the friendliest staff or cleanest place. Best place in Manlius though for pizza.

I’m sad to have to give them a not so great review. We used to love eating here, but today the service and food were just terrible. The young lady burned my pizza when she was heating it up, which is ok, because I understand mistakes happen. Offered me a slice “On the house” but only had cheese left(we had already paid for pepperoni). I said sure that’s fine. She got me a cheese slice but did not give us any money back. So I paid pepperoni slice money for a cheese slice that was supposed to a on the house? Ok, well I decided not to sweat it and let it go. Then they brought my husband’s calzone out. The middle was not cooked, the cheese was still that unmelted stringy stuff that just isn’t right for the middle of a calzone. The whole time we were there, the people behind the counter were joking around about not wanting to work and going home etc. It just was a very different environment and experience than we used to have here. I doubt we’ll come back. Makes me sad.

Ordered a cold Italian sub on DoorDash for almost 11 bucks that was utterly disappointing. 3 slices of salami, a thin layer of ham and hardly any mayo. Severely disappointed for the price I paid

We live in Fayetteville and see that they don't deliver any longer. Ordered on-line and noticed when I checked out that they charge $.95 for shop local fee(they say it is for better pizza tech... huh?). you would think that ordering on-line would save money; less labor to answer phones. I did not see this fee posted inside when I went to pick up my order. Also noticed that they did not charge sales tax on this fee, so great way to raise prices and cheat the tax man. So no delivery and they charge me more for the privilege to come and pick it up. Pizza okay and wings overdone.

Pavones used to be a go to for my family. My father ordered it multiple times a week and now it's turned into once a month. The food WAS consistent and made perfect now it's like the cooks do it the way they want. The wings are eh and the garlic knots were my go to. The garlic knots were a good size and now they're tiny they're over flavored and just awful now. This is my first review and the only reason ur getting a 2 star instead of 1 is because it was edible. A lot of my friends also had conversations with me about the decline in food. It's just not the same anymore sad to see this place stop carring about the quality of their food.

Terrible pizza. Not to mention the person answering the phone sounds like she's dead. I thought I called the wrong place. But sure enough it was pavones. I picked up a large pepperoni and pinwheels. The pizza had barely any cheese which wasn't even melted. The pepperoni looked like grease it wasn't cooked either. It tasted awful. Oh, I paid 34.00 for large pizza 3 pinwheels and 2 20oz drinks. Ordered via the Slice app. When I arrived pizza was ready but wings were not. They said it would take one minute. The woman gs were obviously not made fresh as they were cold, crispy and had no medium sauce. The pizza quality has also gone down. Sad to see that a staple of good pizza in our area has lost their touch.

If I could only post photos…worst pizza ever. I don’t know what has happened to this Pavone’s’s exception kids were making the pies. Literally looked like highschool/college kids who don’t know the first thing about making/baking pizza. There was so much cheese/topping I had to pull some off and the crust was so limp. I asked for extra crispy after my first slice and it came out the same if not worse. It’s a shame because they’re competing with the pizza place across the street. I will keep going to Pavone’s on Bridge street!

Called ahead and was told 35 minutes for pickup. Showed up after 40 minutes and stood in the door for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me, just to be told that it would be another 10 minutes before our food would be done. We then waited in the store for about 35 more minutes before we finally got our food. I will never be ordering from here again and I advise everyone else from doing the same.

Bought wings in aug , price was 18.90 for 24, not bad for price but they went up in sept to 19.98, then they jumped price in oct 23.49. And tdy 23.49 again. Possible seasonal pricing due to sports? Usually the wings are decent but today they had no sauce on them. Hot wings have a bit of sauce, also decided to weigh them cause they were the smallest wings I’ve ever gotten and I pd 12.36 per lb for 1.9lbs if wings. And don’t get me started on what the think they make is called pizza. I’ll make my own. Thanks

Pizza is decent, but I got food poisoning from their slices. This isn't the first time either. I've tried the downtown location also, and it happens their almost every time. Not sure if its intentional, bad habits, etc. but they need to be more careful.

I do not like this one pizza shop in manilus. The owner is totally rude every time I've been in there and that's why I don't go there often. Here I try again. Today and my food was extra cold and the service sucked. Today will be mine and my co workers last time coming in.

I just bought 2 slices, a garlic knot, and this pepperoni roll thing there. The knot and the pepperoni roll was cold, and I actually got 2 pepperoni rolls and they charged and gave me one. Also my dad got a large ham and cheese sub with extra meat and cheese and it small and puny. Terrible place. So bad, that this is the first time I ever did a review on a place I had to tell people.
