The ice cream is great and the prices is very fair. I am sold. I will start going there to buy my ice cream all the time now.

First time getting ice cream from here. We went through the drive thru, the service was fast and friendly. We Got an Oreo candy bar sundae and a chocolate/strawberry ice cream cone. Tasted great and my sundae had lots of Oreo pieces 😋.

VERY GOOD! I had the peanut cluster fudge which is actually frozen yogurt and it was delicious. It’s a lot of ice cream for like $1-2. I also had the cheeseburger and it was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. Before I knew it, it was gone! I’ll have to remember to eat it slower and savor every bite next time.

Frozen Yogurt is my option to Ice Cream as a healthier alternative . Braum's has the best ice cream and yogurt around . Here, you are able to have a delicious milkshake of ice-cream or yogurt. This store is, as I've come to expect from Braum's, well maintained and operating smoothly. (A random "Kudos !" to the management and staff). On a very hot July afternoon , there were many happy families enjoying a cool break at Braum's. (smiles all around).

We ordered 50 biscuit and sausage & 50 breakfast tacos ahead of a meeting. The staff had everything ready early for me to pickup. Our team was thrilled it was hot, fresh and a welcome change from a box of doughnuts.

As good as ice cream can get - it's cheap (amazingly cheap) and satisfying. I cannot overstate enough the pricing of this place. It truly is a wonder in this economy that you can get a family-size portion of ice cream for less than $10. It honestly feels like a glitch in the matrix - like whoever is running the cashier is making a mistake, but no. Braum's really is that cheap. I love it! And that's just the pricing. The menu itself is quite varied and I have yet to find an item I did not like. Their bag of burgers gives McDonalds a run for their money, and Dairy Queen has some serious competition with Braum's Candy Mixes. This place is a god-send for ice-cream shops and I cannot sing its praises enough. Go here, get some cheap dessert, and have a ball.

Visited this Braum's location on one of the 86 degree days. Had a banana fudge single scoop. Nice fresh real banana. Visited with our car traveling Buc-ee.

I was extremely unhappy with my order and the reasoning now doesn't matter because the manager Juan heard my complaint and fixed the situation no questions asked. He was only concerned that I was a satisfied customer at the end. He personally took my order and walked the food himself to my vehicle. I cannot honestly remember the last time I had such exceptional service from anywhere. I will be eating there much more often Juan you have more than earned my business. Thank you!

Great service every time, my husband loves getting the brownie sundae with rocky road and pistachio icecream, I love the frozen yogurt with waffle cone, and we get a strawberry junior cone for our toddler. Everything tastes really well!

Neveah saved the day. My son and I just stopped by Braums to get ice cream cones and even though there were a lot of employees around, they kept looking over us and the lady in front of us. After standing there for about 7 minutes, I asked an employee who was leaving, Neveah, if she could get someone to help us. She said, with a smile, yes, and went to the back to put her items down and returned quickly to take our orders. The lady who was waiting in front of us was grateful to Neveah and we were too. Oh, and our Ice cream cones were tasty as always.

I needed eggs, and I did not want to go to the store because the parking lot was full and the lines were long, and people were everywhere. So, I decided to stop by Braums to grab some eggs. I was amazed at how they had grown. They have a mini grocery store. So you can get any items you need, eggs, fruit vegetables, and bananas. I ended up getting more than i planned. This is a great place to stop by if you want to avoid the long lines of supermarkets. If you like pecan pie, you need to try it. It is so good.

Quick easy access, good food and desserts

This place was busy. It was around 9pm and this place was popping. The inside was almost full and the drive thru was like a Chick-fil-A line. No worries because I still got my ice cream and a quick time. The workers like clock work, everything was running smooth even though it seemed like teens where working but the service was great. Very polite service and quick. Do recommend this place.

We had not been since restrooms were remodeled and moved. There is enough room for 2 stalls, so why only one? A waste of space. We like Braums ice cream but my favorite is orange sherbert and there was none. Maybe next time.

The caramel truffle ice cream 🍨 is delicious!! The birthday cake ice cream is good too!! The only problem is that the salt 🧂 was empty on the table. I didn’t need it but it looks bad and if someone needs it they can’t use it. The pepper shaker is almost over too.

A good dining experience. For some decent burgers and ice cream shakes, this place really is a good place to be. We went on a Friday night so the place was pretty packed. I had a large Pecan Pralines and Cream shake and it was delicious. The staff was super busy but got our order pretty fast. I could also tell that some of the employees were a bit overwhelmed and frustrated due to how busy they were, but aside from that, it was a good experience.

With a family of 5, it's not easy to find a quality and financially reasonable place to grab a quick bite. Until we found out about this place. Food options are good, there are plenty of desserts to pick from, and the meal $'s are slightly below competitors, but they taste so much better. Staff, in general, is always busy cooking, cleaning, or helping customers. They've even got a bag of burgers for those value folks (like us) with simple burgers and an option to add cheese. Parking is plentiful and easy to get in and out of with 2 lines for the drive up windows. There's even an actual store inside with all sorts of produce, drinks, food, meals, and desserts. They do get very busy, as you'd guess, but they keep the lines moving and food coming out. That's the only time we don't visit as quality will tend to drop off a bit to allow for speed of getting orders filled and out. It's definitely one of our regular swe recommend for anyone, especially families.

Food was great. Service in the grocery was amazing but not so much in the restaurant. I had to ask for some of the items I ordered that wasn't in the bag. I also had to ask my drink cup and wasn't given enough for all the meals I ordered and didn't realized until getting home.

One of the best ice cream shops around always super busy. But not always the cleanest. For example I ordered a chocolate milkshake and there was nuts in it which tells me that things aren't cleaned in between uses. But won't stop me from good ice cream

I just wanted a small frozen yogurt twist, it comes on a sugar cone but it was way more than I could eat at one time, and less than 2 bucks, you can't beat a deal like that these days. Next time I'm going inside, they have it in flavors in a half gallon container. I'll let yall know the cost.

Weekends are always packed here. The line gets so long. The cashiers were not having it when we went. They were overwhelmed and irritated, loudly speaking their frustrations. They did mess up our ice cream order but I did feel bad that they were so busy so we just kept it. The store side is amazing. Great natural products to buy and benefit from. Milk here is the best.

Usually trash is overflowing. In summer is full of flies. Handicapped parking is nearly inaccessible at any time due to it being in the front of the building but the drive through usually blocks you getting into one or out.

So,the FOOD is OK! if you're looking for 5 syar dinning,this isn't it. They have the usual burgers,fries and extras. Nothing on the food menu sticks out as far as recommendations. However, the ice cream and shakes are good. I usually get a medium butter pecan shake and it hits the spot everytime! It's a well deserved prize at the end with those buttery pecans. A must try, if you stop by!

You get what you ask for coming to this location. The staff is always rude and seems rushed. Which they are everyday in the afternoon till close. They are not helpful when it comes to ordering and the food is mediocre. Ice cream is obviously the best option here, when they get it right (drive thru)

Good ice cream, good value, but poor customer service.

I wanted a breakfast one Saturday morning I decided to go to Braum’s, I received my food a big breakfast. The biscuit was hard and cold. The bacon was stiff, went to the condiment area. No Napkins, No cream, no sugar, coffee wasn’t hot. The area was filthy. I thought stores cleaned up at night before they leave. I don’t go out often but I wanted a good breakfast it was disappointing. Mansfield, Texas need to step it up.

Kinda tired of them being inconsistent. This used to be a Sunday go to. 15 cheeseburgers and not one had pickles. Last time there was a hair in a couple of burgers. We don’t mind waiting the extra 15 minutes but please get it right.

Br careful with the drive thru. My order was wrong never heard back after filing a complaint about it, so from now on, I'll go inside and eat there. Driving 20 miles to get breakfast only to find the order screwed up, was a let down. The mild case of food poisoning wasn't very nice either. At 8:36pm on thursday night unsatisfied with the order. Did not receive the product as instructed. Receipt has my instructions but did receive it like that. Called and no answer got a fax machine.

Mediocre service and very filthy restrooms. Upsides is the big dinning area with plenty of seating available. The location is great as well. Again my onlt complains with this location is that employees don't know how to smile or thank you and their restrooms need major service every time

got the double dip m&m ice cream sundae with my sister. however, it was extremely melted when i got. granted, it still tastes fine, but i wish it was more firm like fresh ice cream, not liquid cream.

The staff is typically very friendly but the service needs improvement. Every time I get a small chocolate shake it has stuff in it, which was not ordered/requested. I have found waffle cone pieces, choc pieces, sprinkles, nuts, cherry stems. How hard is it to use a clean cup or clean the shake machine?!? I hope no one with a nut allergy encounters this issue. I'm done using this location.

Want to eat at this braums for breakfast for the first time. Hashbrowns were hard and cold, coffee was not good and employees were not help and very short with me and the sausage was so salty. Ordered a large tea. It was the only thing that was good. Would not recommend this location for breakfast, but lunch is good.

One of the worst ice creams I've ever had very disappointing. This was my first and definitely last time at this place. I had been driving for hours and really needed a quick ice cream break, so I searched for the closest spot on Google and ended up here. I asked for two scoops, but honestly, I couldn't even finish them. The flavor wasn't good, the texture felt off, and it just wasn't the kind of ice cream I enjoy at all. It didn't taste fresh, and it wasn't worth the stop. I hate wasting food, but I couldn't eat more than a bite or two. Maybe it just wasn't for me, but overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The ice cream here is, almost, always good. (We've found plastic in our shakes a while back), but this time it was the food and drinks. I asked for no cheese, which was not a big deal, but then I got several pickles on half the burger even though I asked for none as well. I had to have my cherry limeade remade a few times, and even then, it never tasted right, and I trashed it. The first time, I was told it was because they do not use Sprite anymore, apparently? I had to request they made it with Sprite, but then there was no grenadine after being remade. I did have it remade again before I left, but the last time was mostly grenadine... even the bathroom was poorly stocked with the napkins seemingly shoved into the holder and napkins and toilet paper all over the floor. I'm glad my kids' food was good! Just sad braums isn't what it used to be...

The burgers were just OK. Banana spilt stole the show.I did read the reviews why we were sitting in the drive-through, most of them indicate the ice cream is super amazing here. Ice cream did not disappoint if you go to Braums, try the banana splits. I think it was about four dollars. Nothing extraordinary in the burgers though, Considering they’re known for their burgers in there ice cream.I have an issue with messy food and the burgers look like they had been slapped together without a care in the world. The young lady at the window did indicate we needed to pull up and wait in the parking stall because they were waiting on fresh meat, so we can say that they claim to serve fresh meat. The banana split definitely was delicious. We should’ve known this based on the reviews that we read prior that all say the ice cream is good here

I had a really disappointing experience at Braum’s. There were at least six employees and three managers in the area, and barely any customers in the store. I stood at the ice cream counter for 5–7 minutes with no one else in line, and not a single employee acknowledged me or offered help. I stayed and waited, but the lack of attention and customer service was frustrating. With that many staff members and hardly any customers, there’s no excuse for being ignored.

Came in to place an order for food, there is actively 6 people working in the kitchen making ice cream orders & drive thru orders but nota single person greeting anybody or placing orders for food. 2 people came up & didn’t know how to put in a burger order, sent somebody up to do the order who didnt put it as to go & forgot a whole order and drink. When talking to the assistant manager you can tell why the employees aren’t trained properly. Nobody knows what they are doing & they’re all confused If I could give 0 stars I would

The managers are kids and tonight I saw one of the workers shake his hair with no hair net he started scratching in his hair over the food as someone was serving it to a customer. We enjoy getting ice cream once a week and we do come by Braums but we have been let down most of the time! They screw up the order one way or another. Tonight was no different, after repeating my request for my banana split order 3 times and the girl repeating it back...they still did it wrong. Not sure how the training goes but they need to do better!

Let’s me start this review off by stating I’ve been a Braum’s customer for as long as I can remember. We’ve gotten ice cream there regularly for the better part of 20+ years. I’ve noticed a sharp decline in customer service, especially recently. Quite honestly, employees there seem like they don’t want to be there. They respond to legitimate questions by smirking, scoffing, and flat out chuckling at the customer. The restaurant looks dirty now, in general. While the general quality of the ice cream is more or less the same, obviously, the experience is disastrous. I’ve had 2 separate terrible experiences at this location now, and will no longer be shopping here: 1) My family and I went in, waiting in line along with 10 other people for over 15-20 minutes while no one even acknowledged us. The staff was goofing off and just playing around, being loud… and the person at the cash register had a group of his friends there and they were just chatting. Didn’t even pay any attention to us. We eventually ended up leaving. 2) Then there was tonight. The restaurant was especially dirty. The staff were especially rude tonight. We actually got our order this time, but as we were leaving, apparently the automatic door was turned off. I opened the door, because it wasn’t working. And walked out. As we were walking away, one of the awful employees chased us out of the store and yelled at us, “CLOSE MY DOOR NEXT TIME!” 0/10. Never going back again.

No soap in bathroom, water on floor near bathroom entrance. Ice machine out of order, no catchup in vats, fruit flies and house flies abundant. Generally an unclean place of business.

Went in for breakfast at about 10 minutes before they quit serving breakfast. Ordered the Big country breakfast, no hashbrown no meat. It looked like they scraped the edges of the griddle to get the remnants of eggs from other orders and put them on my plater. Inedible!!! I left them on the platter. I ate the biscuit and gravy only. I ask for the biggest Tea on the $1 happy hour and was given a large cup and charged $2.99. Don't know what else to say. The Braums on Little Road is way better in my opinion. Should have ask for my money back.

Stopped in between basketball games for my son and this was the worst food I have had anywhere in a long time. The burger was dry and very salty and the fries were stale and had been obviously sitting for a long time. I should have complained while there, but didn’t have time to go somewhere else. Me and my friends came to this store July 26, 2025. Let me just say this horrible experience….. First when we came in it smelled like a dirty mop. Then when we ordered our food we got 3 bbq Gouda combos with a chocolate shack, Dr. Pepper, and a cherry limeade. So my friends Dr. Pepper tasted like non carbonated juice they change it and it still tasted like it. My cherry limeade lacked flavor. Next is the dining area was filthy flys, sticky stuff, stains on the table and seats. It took our order forever to come out and others customers who ordered after us got their food first. Next the rug by the soda machine was extremely soaked with a huge puddle of water on the floor leading to the bathroom. Condiment bar was not stocked and had to use drink lids for our condiments. The men’s restrooms were not all the way clean and had no soap whatsoever…. Overall braums store #247 was a bad experience. It seem like management was not there at all. Please do better!

GROSS! A piece of painted cardboard was in my vanilla malt. I took it back, showed the assistant manager, and made her figure out where it came from — it was from the ice cream box lid. She had nothing to say really, just that they get busy, and she’s so sorry. Well, I’m disgusted. You can’t be so busy that you can’t LOOK at what you’re scooping, or LOOK in the cup after it’s been scooped.

No one there. Takes 5 minutes for someone to take my order for me and my daughter, and when they did, Meracle acted like she wanted to be anywhere else but working or helping. Bordering on straight up rude in front of my daughter Consistently more unimpressed with this store every time I come in. Long waits, people that don't know what they're doing.

I have got to spread the word on this one. I went to Braums this morning to get my child an emergency cup of water. The cashier told me to drive around. When I got to the window he told me he was informed that they can't give me a cup of water without me buying something. I told them let me buy a pack of ketchup he said they can't sell me ketchup because it's free but I can buy biscuit sandwich. I told him I just needed ice water for my little girl. He then told me sorry. What I don't understand is how can you give away a pack of ketchup and can't give a child a cup of water. That is so ridiculous and inhumane. Instead of him even charging me for the cup of water he suggested that I buy a biscuit sandwich....What!! I would never go to this Braum's again. But I'm sure because Braum's is a multi-million dollar establishment they can care less about losing one person. That was terrible to turn a child down for water but rather give them a pack of ketchup for free. Braum should be absolutely ashamed of themselves that is horrific. I can't support an establishment that won't even help a child with water.

Got ice cream and an order of fries. The fries took about 15 minutes to come out. When they called the order number, the fries were cold and stale. Not even remotely warm. Tasted like left over fries from the day before. I’ve never been served food like this before. Why did it take 15 mins to be served fries that weren’t even fresh…

The general manager needs to be fired. This doesn’t even include the counter covered in milk and toppings or the floor behind the counter trashed all the way down. God help the health inspector please explain to me how this is okay.

The cashier lady was in the drive thru was nice and cute enough to tell me move up the front and waited for my 2 bag of burritos. The grumpy old lady in a jeep regenade out of no where was being hella rude honking at me in the drive thru for no reason. My thought okay i guess that person cant wait. So i move out of the way still waiting for my food. Out of no where it was the employee honking at me so i can get out for her to park just for her to go work. Fact she didnt say sorry and give me a look. Corporate need to come down here and revaulate this employee and really should be fired. Will never come back here to buy food again.

Carlos the ASSISTANT manager was more worried about letting me know he was a manager than actually helping. My order was wrong and he insisted on making me go Around the line and waiting 30 mins again for a simple fix. SMH wouldn’t have minded had he not been rude.

Since Rebecca left the staff turnover has killed the friendly atmosphere. There seems to be tension amongst the staff. When the store mgr is at work the atmosphere is super bad. Rebecca was friendly and efficient. The new manager is cold and unfriendly. I used to take my parents there every Saturday morning and there used to be the same group of people eating there at same time. Last time I sent the dining area was almost empty. We go to Golden corral now . I've stopped buying my breakfasts on weekdays here because of how oppressive this mgr makes the place. My ‘to go’ order (2 chicken sandwiches) was taken 20mins . 2 gallons of milk and 5lbs of oranges were held in one paper bag. I can’t expected for good service once I spend $40 on this recently visiting . Training your staffs is needed.

They took super bad care of my drive. They didn't give me what I ordered for the hamburger they gave it to me only with meat and the only thing I didn't ask for was onion

Nasty, the employees attire and the restaurant. Where are the standards?! We cleaned our own table with GLASS cleaner and there was not a care to be given by staff. The red bucket in the photos was dirty cleaning solution. No matter if it was rush hour or not ( which it wasn’t) it’s unacceptable. Yuck!

Braum's is normally good and the shakes are good but this time something strange happened. I ordered a large fry but got at best a medium. It wasn't for a lack of fries in the box or if their large isn't big enough. It was because a medium fry box, was inside of the large box. I was quite shocked. There was about an inch of empty space. An inch of no fries in my fry box. I feel betrayed.

The place was dirty. The salad had alot of core pieces, undesirable. The salad I ordered was the strawberry spinach salad with grilled chicken. Disappointed. All of it tasted like leftovers, chicken was more like chicken strip with breading pulled off to appear like grilled chicken. Tables were never wiped down while we were there. Ice cream area was filthy. Left side in photo was core lettuce.

Ordered a burger number one. The lady asked me if I wanted everything on it. I said yes but I only want mayonnaise. The burger came out with just mayonnaise on it. No vegetables took it back in. She said don't say mayonnaise only (so it's my fault instead of just saying sorry I'll remake it. They remade It put ketchup and mustard and mayonnaise on it. If you want to eat here, make sure you want to eat it the way they make it, not the way you want it

Terrible service. Got a brownie sundae and it as soon as I opened it, as I pulled away from the drive through, the ice cream was already melted and pooled, spilling everywhere. They didn't offer napkins so we had to pull over and clean out my lap and seat. I rarely go to this braums, and I highly doubt I'll be going back.

😭😭😭why y'all didn't wait the extra 30 seconds on the grill for the cheese to melt on the burger patty?? I was okay with waiting!! Girl that cheese was FRESH OUT THE FREEZER when you plopped it on that burger! It ain't gonna melt when it's off the grill, not when it's THAT cold! That first bite was a hate crime on me 😭😭 and it wasn't just a crime against my taste buds, it also hurt my feelings!! January 11, 2026. Went through the drive-through and placed an order. checking the order there was a hair in our french fries. Call for the Manager that she could not find the hair so I had to show it to her. She replaced the fries but we had to wait 15 minutes to get them. The manager or none of the staff offered any type of apology or offered to comp the meal because of the problem. This store has really gone down in service.

Really poor customer service. The girl Anayah had a bad attitude and I understand that the place was about to close but the attitude sucked. Simple food order took 20 min. And my sister said when she went to pick up our order, she saw that the staff were playing around back there. I later went to order ice cream befor closing, and the staff that were there at the register did not approach to ask if I needed help, took the girl abouta minute to ask and then told Anayah to assist. Poor management overall.

This place was bad. I only ordered 2 fries and 2 drinks. 1 drink we could fill ourselves, other one they had to make. Almost 10 minutes later I went back to the counter and let them know I haven't received it. Luckily a nice young girl immediately went and made it. Now, the floors there were very dirty and the ladies restroom, let me explain. My daughter went while we were waiting for our fries and she told me there was trash all on the ground and soap was working in only one of the dispensers. Then I finally get my drink and we leave. All of a sudden we are in our vehicle and we smell something, she is reaking of pot.. yes, pot. Someone was smoking pot in the ladies restroom. Very disgusting and unprofessional, and I will never go back there.

I’d like to give them zero stars. Went in there to get ice cream sundaes. Had one person working ice cream while everyone else was on drive thru. Really??? Then I go to the register & no one is around to take my money. Unacceptable. I will be finding another Braums. Do not go there unless you want to waste your time.

Do NOT eat here. This is my son in laws food, thats RAW chicken. This is after receiving terrible customer service, I really hope he doesnt get sick from this. No apology when my daughter brought it up to show them. Only gave one star because that was the only option.

Braums! So disappointed!! Went this morning and bought 2 country breakfast and 2 large coffee. Got to work and found egg shells all throughout the egg. We're not talking about a little piece, we're talking a full egg with of shells!! Ruined breakfast, wasted my time driving to your store, and wasted $15! Stay away from this site as you never know what they will do to your food! I'm still hungry and no time to do anything about it. Thanks Braums. It seems like each of your stores needs better management. The Button store is horrible as well.
