This was a new stop for me. I did not wait long for my order. I was surprised to have sauces packaged f forme. I will visit this location again due to great service and food.
The only place to be for taco Tuesday is Main St Tacos in downtown Mansfield, TX. At $1.25 a taco, it can't get much better. I think I might have accidentally used the extra hot habanero hot sauce. Not only was my mouth on fire, but my tongue, lips, and anything else that came in contact with the sauce were burning for twenty minutes. It was great though!
Main St. Tacos is probably hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Mansfield, if you want authentic Mexican food and with good pricing this place is hard to beat. The staff here is extremely friendly and take your orders fast(even with the lunch rush). The restaurant itself is always clean and has a great atmosphere, classic Latin music always playing at a comfortable volume. There’s also outside seating when the weather is great. There’s a sides bar where they have a great selection of toppings, sides, and sauces that have labels for which sauce is mid to hot. Personally I love getting the asada tacos and a must try here. Great restaurant and I cannot recommend this place enough!
So last week I went to Main street tacos they were so good I did a review and in my review I said it would become a regular place for me I went back this week for taco Tuesday so good it's crazy good. Last week I forgot to post pictures of my food so I made sure to get pictures of my food this week. I can't eat uncooked onions so I ordered mine without fresh onions I only wanted grilled onions. The people that work there are so nice and accommodating let me reiterate awesome experience every time I've been
What a wonderful surprise on Main Street! This small taco shop offers a variety of tortas, and I ordered the “Mexicana” — packed with asada, chorizo, and cheese. I’m not going to pretend I know what authentic is, but I can say this was absolutely delicious and mouthwatering. The sauce hit the sweet spot — not too hot, not too mild. My coworker had the birria tacos and couldn’t even finish all three. He said he “liked it” — good enough for me. The place is tiny, with small tables, but the decor is vibrant and the staff were friendly and quick. I believe there’s parking in the back, but I ended up parking on Main Street. If you’re in the area, swing by and give it a try — it might surprise you too.
Overall some of the better tacos that I've had in the DFW area. Queso's really good and probably the best guacamole restaurant ever served out. Great quality street tacos with vegan, keto, and low-calorie options.
Great food! Ladies in the front are always attentive and moving. Ladies in the back are always hustling to get those orders out. If you are in a hurry do not expect to walk out quick, good food takes time. Tad bit crowded bc of the smaller space but there's outside sitting in the front and back. Parking can also be limited in the front but there's plenty in the back.
I stopped in for lunch on a Monday afternoon. I had the Birria Tacos and cup of corn. The food was delicious. It’s not real big inside but I really liked the vibe. The Horchata is a must try😁 Overall great experience!!
This place is a go-to when I am in the Downtown Mansfield Area. The food is always really good, and the quality of the food is really good! Bathrooms are clean and fountain drinks taste good. Gorditas and Tacos are some of my favorites that I like to eat. Plus, they give a lot of choices of the toppings that you can put inside of the meat that you order. Overall 5 stars!! I have been going to Main Street Tacos for a few years now and I must say it’s one of the best spots for authentic Mexican food in Mansfield. Food is cooked to order and the staff is always friendly. I would absolutely give them a try. Picture is of a Al pastor and Carne Asada street taco plate. Served with grilled onions and fresh salsa.
Got there literally minutes before the luch rush. Order was ready in about 10mnts everything was so flavorful😋.
I didn’t even know there was a downtown Mansfield. Rolled up here on a late taco Tuesday and these def hit the spot. Pastor might be a little bit greasy but that’s what makes it good. Sauces were all great
Very nice small taco place. It got crowded after we got there. Food was tasty. Service was fine, as were the prices. Great authentic selection of latin foods. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and newly redone. Do not miss the opportunity to eat here. Just wish the restaurant were closer to my house.
This place is awesome! It is authentic Mexican cuisine in with all of the wonderful flavors playbos and spices spices that we love. You won't be disappointed just read the menu thoroughly and understand that spicy means really hot!
Queso was not my cup of tea, however the pastor tacos were great ! The salsa bar was even better, definitely multiple options to choose from !
The food was great. I had the taco plate (carnitas), and the wife had the loaded asada fries. We both shared the chips and queso. The carnitas were tender and the portion size was spot on. The fries were also good. The service was a bit slow considering we got there before the crowd and the room was a bit crowded with tables and chairs once more people showed up. Overall, we will be back to try other things on the menu. Worth a visit.
Muy Bueno. I liked the asada tacos although they were very small so I ate four. Five other people at my table all liked what they ordered. Habanero sauce was fire! Tomatillo sauce was son point. Cantaloupe drink was very good but horchata lacked flavor and sugar. Staff was very nice to us. I would come back here.
Pastor tacos were delicious. Definitely recommend! Brisket tacos were bland. I didnt like the self serve sauces for dine in as people touch the ladles and then drop them into the sauce. There was also a long hair in one of the sauces which I mentioned to the employees, possibly someone reaching over to get sauce. Suggestion is to prepack them in little containers for dine in customers too.
If I could give them a zero for customer Service I would. I ordered 2 bacon potato cheese breakfast tacos and received chorizo. When I called she told me “we think you are mistaken, can you send photo” I send a photo while on the phone and she says “that’s bacon because chorizo is red” ma’am I have eyes and see chorizo and I have tasted, they have two separate textures I’m not dumb. No one wants to spend money at a place that insults your intelligence. Wow just wow! Do better
Overpriced for mediocre food. Prices keep going up, portions and quality don’t match the cost, and charging extra for salsa is ridiculous. Definitely not worth what they’re asking. Won’t be back.
