Got the temptation rolls buy one entree get one free entree on uber eats & it was wonderful. The sauce drizzled on top was perfect
Plenty of parking. Fast and friendly service. Wide menu selections. Excellent food! Takeout orders available.
Dined in on a Friday evening. Very calm and peaceful vibes. Our server was just excellent and the food was so satisfying. Definitely coming back for more.
I had a really great experience at Ninja Kitchen, I was in Mansfield for a work trip and went there for dinner. The food was really good and had a great atmosphere. The only thing that I wish for is for them to have a restaurant in Houston, so I can come back every weekend! Totally recommend it!👌

Stopped by about an hour before closing. I was the only customer for a bit. The hostess/waitress was friendly and took my order quickly. I went with edamame to start, a gyu don (beef rice bowl), and an Asahi beer. The beer came with a mug, but unfortunately, the mug was room temperature. If you’re going to serve beer with a mug, it should at least be chilled or frosted. The beer itself was cold, but the experience fell flat—though of course, I still finished it. No beer left behind. The edamame was overcooked and unsalted. Not much else to say there. As for the gyu don, it was just okay. The meat portion was a bit scarce, and something about it felt off—hard to put my finger on. I’ll chalk this up to the timing and give the place another shot next time I’m in the area. I understand the restaurant business is tough, and there are plenty of places to spend a dollar. Hopefully next visit is better—happy to update my rating then
It's a great place to go eat. I went there with my family for my birthday. Awesome service and friendly staff
A really great experience. Authentic rich flavors. Relaxed environment.
May 2024 Had lunch on a Saturday and we ordered Shumai, Kids Katsu Don, Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, and Spicy Pork Bento Box. My son gave the kids meal 10/10. We enjoyed our food and the waitress was great. The food did take a little while to come out overall. Oct. 2023 We ordered takeout and got Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box, Yaki Udon Beef, Yakisoba Chicken, and Lion King Roll. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived at our destination about 30 minutes later, the food was cold. But, the food still tasted good. We need to visit and dine in another time.
Delicious. Good service. Everything is served in Togo containers. Menus are taped to the front table. You order then sit. Too many things looked good to try. Only thing is there was way too much sauce on the mini sashimi. I would've preferred non at all
Had a wonderful time with my wife. Service was nice and polite. I will bring the family next time we come.
Very attentive staff. One of the better ramen places If you live in south Arlington and don't wanna make a huge drive. The udon was pretty good too! Cute sushi presentation!
I am a little biased since I have lived in Japan for over 22 years but this was pretty good. I have a great deal of exposure to Hokkaido, Osaka, Tokyo, Okinawa and many other places. I am just happy to be able to get ramen in my area. I would say they should definitely reach out to some of the ramen makers in Japan and take it to the next level.

Nigiri: servings are huge but my rice kept falling apart. The fish quality was okay but It is actually decent for the price (5 for $9.99). You can’t mix and choose. Has to be the same fish. Edamame and gyozas were good. Friend didn’t like her ramen broth as much. But I would def come back and give this place another try! Loved the peach oolong tea.
So... Same as Ninja in Arlington? Well no. Was so excited to get all-you-can-eat in Mansfield but they don't have it. Boo. Spicy tuna roll didn't come with wasabi... Go to sake hibachi off of Debbie lane if you want a non fast food feel. The food had excellent flavor for the bento boxes that we had the sushi was mushy and didn't stick together guess it wasn't quite readythe Miso soup didn't have any tofu or those little green onions floating in it but it still tasted good. Either way I think I'll stick with Ninja in Arlington

Not as good as other locations. My edamame was steamed so much it was mushy, the ginger tasted like fabuloso. . . Ill stick to the Arlington locations.
I’ve eaten at this place for quite a few years now. It’s usually a wonderful experience, except for tonight. There’s a worker there I’ve never seen before, but I see in other reviews that she’s worked there for some time. She was extremely rude to us the entire time we were there. When she greeted us, it was very cold and she rolled her eyes when we asked to dine in. For context, we came in 20 minutes before close, because my boyfriend thought they closed later. We try to avoid arriving so near to close at restaurants, but by the time we realized our mistake, we were already seated and she was about to take our order. Every response from her was curt, and she slammed our plates to our table. She picked up our plates without asking if we had finished yet. She came up to us to ask if we wanted a to-go box with a huge attitude, arms crossed, clearly upset we were still there. We were rushing our eating, and we ended up leaving at 9:40, 10 min after close. We heard her slamming dishes around in the kitchen and murmuring. While I couldn’t hear most of what she said to herself, I definitely did catch some angry cursing. This was my first bad experience here, and it’s disappointing. If the owner or a manager of this establishment reads this, please know: this employee will discourage me from choosing Ninja Kitchen when I am in Mansfield. She’s the short girl with glasses. Again, I’ve seen other negative reviews about her. On the other hand, the food is always spectacular here. The ramen is great, and my favorite is the chicken karaage bento box.
Food came out fast but was totally flavorless. There was literally no one else on the restaurant and I see why. We ordered the shrimp tempura bento box, miso kids ramen, and shrimp wonton ramen. The broth tasted like basic chicken broth, absolutely no flavor definitely not a ramen broth. The Chicken Karaage was fried so hard it was down right gummy and tough. The Chashu Buns were terrible. One bite and it was to the trash pile. We paid $55 and literally went somewhere else to finish dinner.
This is by far the worse customer service we have experienced in the whole DFW area ....went to eat around 9:15/9:20 pm they advertise that close at 10 pm the small young girl with glasses was soooo rude throwing the plates on our table then removig plates with still food that we were eating like the dressing then she yelled at one of the coworkes WHAT ARE YOU DOING in front everybody 1 of the bento boxes she brought it like 20 after the other plates .....RUDEST person to be attending customers in a restaurant and hospitality businesses ......the sad part is that we were coming from the hospital tired and worried because our family member and then this ridiculous nightmare experience in this restaurant. DO NOT GO THERE ...
This is my first time ever here and I'm glad I didn't take my whole family. Low rating online reviews a year ago seems like they haven't improved as I would hope today since the owner responds to most reviews and is aware of the poor service. The recent reviews made me think they did improve, but didn't. Normally my wife and I would go find new places to eat and if it's good, we'll be back with everyone. We went to dine in a few hours before closing and we were the only ones there, which is probably the first clue. The lady seated us and took our order. The menu had several X out items, second clue. I ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen and my wife ordered the spicy osaka miso ramen. The lady later brought all our food in plastic to go containers stack on our table from the appetizers to the noodle bowls. How is this dine in? The soup broth was also in a separate container and not even hot. It was very weird to pour the broth into our noodle bowls ourselves like making our own. It is better to eat our microwaveable tonkatsu noodles bowls from Costco at home. The wakame salad was good and tasted like from Costco. The sashimi mini cup was ok and not fresh because it is also in a plastic to go bowl. I'm glad I didn't order 2 other appetizers as I wanted. This is my first experience ever dining in and getting served with to go containers. I was hoping this would be a very good place since it is closer to home.

A Tale of Two Visits I recently had the pleasure of dining here for the second time, and while my first experience was fantastic, the second visit fell short due to some service issues. On my initial visit, I was thoroughly impressed with both the food quality and the attentive service. Each dish was crafted to perfection, showcasing the culinary expertise of the kitchen, and our server was friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience. However, during my second visit, the service did not live up to the same standard. Our waiter, while friendly, seemed quite young and inexperienced. From the start, there was a palpable sense of urgency in the air that made us feel rushed, rather than allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there; I noticed several lapses in attention to detail and follow-through on her part. One particularly frustrating moment occurred when she brought us the check twice before we had even finished our meals. This felt not only premature but also quite rude and unprofessional. It was disappointing, considering how much I had enjoyed my first experience. Overall, while the food remains excellent and worthy of a return visit, I hope the management will address the service training for newer staff members. A little more experience and confidence can go a long way in creating a welcoming dining atmosphere that matches the quality of the cuisine. I look forward to coming back and hope to see improvements in service next time!
The miso smelt horrible I actually couldn’t stomach taking another spoonful after the first. The imitiation crab in the california roll tasted sweet which put off the whole flavor. The shoyu ramen was mediocre at best and they should change up the flavor profile on all these items. The atmosphere is very nice looking and service was not bad however we have had much better food than here.
I use to love this place, but man it was horrible. The server was rude the entire visit. She was annoyed that I was dinning in and not picking up an order. Then rude cause I asked to look over the menu. Ordered a large sake and temptation roll. Sake was cold, she didn’t care, the roll was even more disappointing. The rice was stale and old, roll had no flavor. I would normally still eat and drink my food but it was that bad. Asked for my check after only being there for 9 minutes and she still was bothered by my presence at the table. Biggest waste of $30.00 in my life.

I walked in only to wait 5 minutes whilst being ignored. At first I would have let it go then I noticed in the kitchen the head chef was very unhygienic. Scratching his ears and pulling on his hair, then proceeded to just put gloved on.. I asked quietly if he wouldn't mind washing his hands before making my food. The host decided to then side eye me the entire time which made me not only feel uneasy but unwelcome. I will be sure to never come to this location as they are not only disgusting but extremely rude. Now after mentioning they have been trying to talk amongst themselves to belittle me as If I could not hear them. Do not come to this location as it is a very bad representation of the company which generally has good service and food.
