I love the box it's always a crowd favorite for the late night something to eat. My favorite are the strawberry shakes. Open 24 hours day or night cause when you gotta eat you gotta eat

I wasn't happy with their Taco's, I asked for No Sauce on them because it's spicy & I can't have spicy foods because of my cancer the Taco' s were very spicy. I asked twice if there was any sauce on them & they said no. After I took a bite & it was very spicy , I looked @ the other 9 Tacos & they all had sauce in them. Jack in the box in Stockton does the same thing, they still put sauce on them no matter what.

230 or 130 buys two deep fried tacos . i dont know whats in them -no one does but i eat them 24/7 365 . They never close even in times of war they stand and serve . Good for you Jack Box-i hate your commercials but i can eat what ever it is. Its good.

Tried to get croissant sandwiches, but they were out of eggs. Decided to order without the egg. The gentleman gave them to us for free because they didn't have eggs! I have always been happy with this location, this cemented those thoughts even more.

They're pretty quick with the food this time I got it with no eggshells inside of it The one in Livermore gave me some eggshells breakfast Jack

You really can't go wrong at 98% of Jack in the boxes. The food was fresh, and they were quick. The area was safe, the cashier was friendly, and the coffee was perfect!

Let me be clear when I commend the people who work here. The food is what it is. They have healthy options but at three twenty seven in the morning when I’m getting off of work, I’m hitting the classics and then unwinding at home. Thanks for being one of the only places still open 24/7. It makes a difference.

Im a fan of Jack and have been to a lot of the stores. So I recently moved to the area from Southern Cali. Everytime I come here the customer services is impeccable. Even once when there was confusion on an order they communicated to extent I couldn't get bothered or deny the energy that was put forth to make things smooth for everyone. As far as patience and frustration. The woman working the drive through could have matched my frustration but she prevented anything from escalating without making me feel like a idiot lol 😆 if that makes sense. It doesn't matter what part of the day or night I've gone. It's always a smooth experience for me.

Ordered on-line from home and customized each order. Drove to Jack-In-The-Box location and picked up orders in drive-through. Window attendant was very courteous and efficient. Drove home and had the food on the table within 30 minutes of ordering. All food was prepared exactly as ordered.

A staple in our fast food. Trying to find a place to get lunch on my way to work is hard. They have so many different things on the menu that you can find something different.

Food is substandard. Service is poor. Employees are unfriendly. This used to be the best Jack in Box around. Not anymore.

The service was good,the food was good.its a shame though,that the tables and the floor,usually have..water,or soda,or lids or straws or receipts all.over the floor,back in the late 70s,when I worked there,our manager.always..kept the store clean at all times,period,no excuses.

Homestyle combo was awesome. The only reason I don’t give a 5 star is because the restaurant smell like they mop with a dirty mop.

It's fast food, good in a pinch but not really good for you. This location is quick, and I've not had an issue recently with my order.

Something you should know if you live the low carb lifestyle like me (lost 50lbs) is that they will make any burger as a lettuce wrap. The only problem is they don't train them about it, half the time I have to explain two or three times what I mean by lettuce wrap (which is crazy to me because I think the two words sum it up.). That said the burgers are amazing!

I really like this Jack in the Box. It's close to my house. All the food is cooked after you order and get served quick. Jack in the Box seems to always come out with something new, and they have great combo deals.

Last night around 9:39 p.m. (11/8/2025), I was pleasantly surprised by an outstanding experience at the drive-thru. The staff member who helped us was exceptionally friendly—she greeted us with a genuine smile and truly engaged in conversation. I didn’t catch her name, but employees like her are rare these days. She should be considered a model example of what great customer service looks like. It’s uncommon now to encounter fast-food employees who take such pride in their work or understand how important their role is as the face of the company. This employee clearly did, and it made all the difference. If this review reaches the store manager or corporate team, I strongly believe she deserves recognition for going above and beyond. She has the kind of positive attitude and customer-first approach that could inspire others. I’d love to see her promoted—or even given an opportunity to train other team members across locations on what true hospitality means. Just a quick dinner, didn't want to cook. Customer service seems to have gone to the wind... but food is good and was out fast even with a line. Would be nice for fast food places to bring back the, "Hi how are you today... what can I get for you?"

I order from this Jack in the box a lot because it's the place closest to my house. Check your bag before you leave the drive-thru because they constantly leave things out.

The typical marketing gets you in to a place and has you try something new, only to be surprised and let down by the end result. I saw there triple burger combo, forgot what it was called, and ordered it thinking it was going to be a big burger. When I finally get home, I find out it's a little bigger than the McDouble, though it looked comparable to a Big Mac from the advertisement.

It's jack in box. This location is the better of the two in town. The staff here is friendly and well trained. Food is cooked properly.

Went inside to order. Dining area was mostly clean. Took about a minute to be greeted and the guy didn't take my order right. the employees make the drive-thru orders priority over walk-in customers. I ordered, but they took two orders from the drive-thru and finished them before even starting to make mine.

Been coming here for well ocer 30 plus years back in high school my ex’s sister once was the manager and i have seen the other jack joints updated and such but this one is very very retro and not in a good way….. they should of updated this place 20 years ago but nothings been done to the place except what absolutely had to be done to keep the doors open….. its almost as if it is ran by cal-trans or something?!?!? Id be willing to bet its still using the same plumbing that it had when built…. Note to owners, throw some $$$ into it and fix it up a little at least!!!

Bathroom out of soap, TP roll on floor- dispenser empty. Tried other was locked. Reported to cashier. Sat for 20 and ate. Soap never replaced and no one came out of other bathroom. Another customer also reported issue.

They are always busy I have only gone through drive through. They are fast however maybe due to the quick service food is not always hot and nobody likes cold fries . I don't think anyways.t not sure why.

I have not been in Manteca that long but this Jack in the Box was not good. Third time...I got the two tacos seasoned curly fries and ultimate cheeseburger for my spouse I asked nicely if my fries could be hot not cold because the last time they were cold. I went through the drive through and the window was opened a little and not sure if she was the mgr but she was in all black and this is what I hear "what did she say" "the fries were cold" the mgr in all black than puts her hands on her hip and says "they were not cold" wow! I than get my order and the young lady says "your lucky they just made a fresh batch" wow again! I get home and all they did was put them back in the fryer! I worked at jack in the box in my high school days and never ever did I give bad service! Shame on the mgr. Why do I go back because I always give places a try well not anymore! You should make sure your window is closed just do better! Treat your customers with respect.

I tried the new smash burger and it had potential but it was stale , cold and dry. The cheese wasn’t even melted. It was super smaller than I expected for the price too. Curly fries were fresh and always good. My kid said the chicken tenders were good.

Need more people for you are in line for a while. Food got cold, better in lathrop. Their food is nice and hot. Don't have to wait too long. I've been to several Jack's, but this one needs more help. Not to mention, the speaker needs to be fixed.

Although I like their service, their food there is pretty unremarkable and they are known to be very late on completion of orders.

Didn't have any Chicken Breast,And then I want a small millkshake said only had large containers,just ghetto,don't think manged well!! Will not be going back to that one forsure!! Waste of time!!

My husband went to the one on N.Main St in Manteca,Ca. He ordered 3 breakfasts the country scramble. The ad says scramble eggs with ham and bacon and cheese, link sausages not a patty. The eggs were mixed with peppers and cheese nothing else. There was a patty sausage not links. When my husband told them one plate got 3 links not the other ones. Not very Happy with this place at all.

Very very slow every time. I ordered 2 shakes and was in drive through for more than 20 minutes and then was parked for another 15 or More minutes for that. Last time it was around the same wait. Coffee was old.

I ordered my food, needed to use the Restroom, there was a sign, I asked the girl the cashier, she said to me she was going to ask, then I ask someone else(I think she was assistant manager) she told me the Restrooms were OUT OF ORDER, I replay, both ? Her answer was BOTH. Can you imagine a fast food restaurant where no one can use the restrooms. 🥺😠

The food is ok-ish. I'd only go there if there wasn't any other options. The coffee tastes like if they liquifyed the stuff they scrape off the grill, bitter and really acidic. The service is really slow. The milkshakes are incredible though, some of the best ive had!

Homeless sitting out front, asking for money. No front store service, they have a new boba coffee out. They don’t provide you with boba straws, so you’re left struggling to try and drink it. They don’t answer their phones either? Honestly I expected better from Jack in the Box

Didn't get the food we ordered. Tacos were too spicy, even after telling them no sauce. Onion rings were burnt, that was a first. The $10 box with 4 sides only had 3, no curly fries, and 13 mini tacos, which would have been great in place of the fries, BUT They. Were too spicy and over cooked. For the price,We got screwed since we couldn't eat a tenth of the food .I will call and see what they say and do to correct the in-edible food and will repost then.

At this particular location it is the worst ever! Extremely rude workers for the most part except for 1 worker she was nice. The food was awful!!!!

Drive thru was fast but I drove literally 5 min to get home and all my food was cold that is my first time for that.

I went to Jack and the box 9-21-2022 I ordered a number 6 and 4 tacos the hamburger was old or cold patty's the tacos no cheese and asked for hot sauce but didn't get any and than they want to go back there and buy more but I don't think so

Was 4th in line at drive thru. It took 30 minutes from getting line to getting my food. To top it off it was Cold and the breakfast crossaint was the size of a silver dollar!

Cold greasy French fries, tacos that were so old the sauce was stuck to the wrapper, no lettuce at all on the tacos, all in all, a pretty dismal dining experience. The diet coke machine did work ok though.

Every time I come here, the lady with darker hair, the system is always down Can’t come for 10 to 15 minutes. And she’s putting Tills at 4 o’clock when they should already be in.

The same white girl is always making my food nasty and not fresh and she talks with attitude I don't know if it's me or that she just ain't happy at work but I shouldn't have to ask a grown person to remake my food fresh like if she was a kid. Very unprofessional and rude.

Their food isn't what it use to be their fish wraps are one fish stick and it has more lettuce than any thing I got some taco loaders without hot sauce to here was lettuce and no cheese until I got to the bottom and there was a little bit I a corner I got a jr number jack and the patty was as thin as paper I am so e with their food

Then you see them I'll getting high. Also good luck getting a shake they claim every time the machine is broken.

Rude drive thru people. Yelled thru intercom. Messed up my order and acted like they knew nothing about altercation when I got to the window. Unprofessional and always seem to be ran out of something or not taking orders unless doordash! Unacceptable

They are literally always closed after 3 til like 5 am. None of your stores are open during these hours. You need to take your 24 hrs signs down you don't stay open 24hrs and haven't for atleast 2 years

Every, I mean EVERY time I have to go to this jack in the box. I get to listen to 3 -4 songs because of the wait. Lobby is ALWAYS closed aprently the employees are afraid of the general public. In my opinion you are working the wrong job in that case. Go pick some fruit or work in a warehouse. Orders are wrong 80% of the time and the wait time is Ludacris! 15mins for two cheeseburgers is wayyyyy to long I think the roaches are cooking the food while employees Facebook and text while waiting for these anoying customers to go away. Yet still wanting $15.00 an hour for unskilled labor and blogging about it.

Had to put one star just to put this comment in here horrible service asked if I can use some coupons before ordering I was told yes when I get there they told me I can only use one I'm on my lunch here I'm waiting and had to go back to work late because of waiting to get my second set of food cuz they didn't put it in with the other order the first time horrible customer service they need better people working there that can explain the first time

I don’t live too far from this facility but it’s so sad to see one or two people working there. They do have a bad attitude. Food is cold they don’t have a taco sauce sometimes they don’t even have ketchup. It’s so dirty inside and outside. I recommend it somebody to come and see this branch looks awful They don’t have enough people inside it’s extremely very poor quality of food a lot of homeless around the service no customer service at all always with that attitude and the food. Sometimes it is so all the french fries. Today is my last day to be there my husband and I sometimes we used to come here three times a week for today. Enough is enough. Worst Jack in the Box experience ever. I simply went back after my orders was wrong and cold. I ordered 1 large curly fries and spicy chicken strips combo with curly fries and a diet coke. On the way home I noticed it was a Dr. Pepper not diet, I let it go n kept driving. I live a mile away 2 tops. When I felt the cury fries they weren't even warm to the touch. Also my tenders came with regular fries. I explained to the manager Rosie that the fries were cold and the other ones were wrong. She kept saying its because I took them home. I use to be a fry cook. There is no way they were the cold in such a short amount of time. I just want a fresh order but she refused she said "not for you" which came off like discrimination. She atleast she gave me a refund but refused to give me corporate info so i could complain about her. She said "go a head and complain I've been here 13". I will not return knowing she works there.

Very very disappointed. This place is really bad since the new owners took over. I used to get salads from there until the new salads looked like somebody's leftovers and half the size. Tonight my grandson wanted Jack in the box cuz he loves the fries. I went, spent approx 30 dollars on our orders only to get COLD HARD FRIES THAT WERE DRY AND NOT FRESH. They could of at least made the effort to heat the dam things up!! Never again!!

Walked in and waited for about 5 minutes without being greeted. Want to go use the restroom and they had no toilet paper or seat covers. After I was done with the restroom. I waited about another 5 minutes again without being greeted. Then I said I guess no one wants to work today and left.

I got a jumbo jack meal. Ate it completely till I noticed a bug on the wrapper. I stared in disgust. Never will I eat here again

The workers were more concerned of getting the drive thru orders done quicker than the inside. I ordered inside because the line was too long in the drive thru. Now the car that I was behind has already drove off with there order. Then one after the other. I was the only one inline on the inside. NOBODY wanted to help. When I finally got help they had an attitude. I should have put my camera on, the face and look of the cashier says it all. She didn’t want to be there working. Came today for something to eat, and let me Tell you, it's cooler outside than the inside, dang it's up in this place, I paid for teriyaki bowl $10. Is good and Hot but get it somewhere else instead cause u get more for your bowl instead.

We orderedsourdough jacks. Upon receiving it was just a grilled regular square sandwich bread. I don’t think Jack-in-the-Box will change or iconic bread to a standard sandwich bread. So disappointing

Went on 10/05 in the afternoon. I ordered 4 jumbos for my family and they barely put any lettuce or tomato. Super skimped. 👎 Super cheaply made. The patties were fine, Jack's usually are 🔥 but the very little veggies majorly sucked! It was the reason I buy the Jumbo Jack. Update: this place still sucks. Just look at the bread they gave me. I usually mobile order so everything is visible for them to physically see rather than hear me over speaker and they still manage to not make the burger as requested. This burnt bread cannot possibly be from a toaster! It looks like maybe their toaster is broken and they cooked it on the grill and burnt it and gave it to the customer like that. Employees should be held accountable by the manager in charge of the restaurant or district. I hope someone upper in management sees this. Is not how you should be serving Jack's burgers to customers. Which isn't how it should be done at Jack. They're supposed to butter it and slide it thru a toaster.
