A very late lunch for us at this location after being on the road for quite some time, thus turning a bit sick, yet the waitress managed to get our order fast despite the rather busy place. We both had steaks with a lovely refillable and a non alcoholic cocktail for me. And yes, most surely we will return to eat at this chain - very rarely we had bad experience because of other bad customers.

Waitress was Great! Food was Great! Our 1st time at this Applebees. Highly recommend for date night (like ours was), family night or just a place to go to enjoy by yourself.

Service is good great food great menu. Good atmosphere friendly faces. Helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone else around.

Everything was good, my only complaint was that the server never removed a dirty plate from our table. We had 3 people and the plates piled up and he never removed any of them.

Always hit or miss but this local eatery has consistently provided great service which makes up for "just ok" bar foods. Good selection. Open late & typically karaoke is a weekend thing!

I'm a little curious about the $5 coupon when you don't see a manager, but I guess it's okay when she at the end and we are about to leave, she helps my grandchildren put their pictures up again, never introducing herself and the waitress had to tell me she was the manager. When I said something she didn't even acknowledge me, she held her head down. Why do you guys even have that? It doesn't make sense when you say something. Both the waitress and the manager isn't inclined to give you a $5, stupid coupon. I definitely won't be back to this Applebee's.

25 minutes and still hadn’t brought drinks out. Second time this happened. We didn’t eat there for 3 years decided to give it a shot again and nope after 25 min and no drink. Not busy at all. Walked out. Won’t be back again. Wanted to celebrate my son’s win and you ruined that.

Dirty booth, terrible service. Server forgot my salad, no drink refills and charged me for ranch for my children’s chicken tender meals, they each got mozzarella sticks too, but apparently ranch doesn’t come with them.. Nice up charge Will not ever go back and I recommend no one else does either.

So we went in people were friendly, and place looked cleaned, BUT when we looked at our forks and knifes they were dirty. All of the knifes had food stuck on them, also I ordered the chicken and shrimp and my mashed potatoes, shrimp and chicken were cold.

Completely raw steak had to come home and recook it, my boyfriend waited to start eating his burger till I was done finishing cooking my steak and his burger is completely raw as well. Do not recommend this Applebees whatsoever!

Had an issue with our order. The steaks we ordered were still raw in the middle when we ordered them med rare. Asked for the manager. The manager who's name was Brian came out to discuss the issue. He was very rude and disrespectful. He made the comment "It's always white people that look like you. You just want something for free." We put down the money that we thought would cover the bill and left right away. Called the next day and asked to speak to the general manager, who I believe that she said her name was Kassie. When discussing the incident, she stated that her manager would never speak like that to a customer and if we weren't happy with our experience we didn't need to come back. I told her that we weren't looking for anything free and just wanted to let her know how a manager was acting. She proceeded to say that I was lying and hung up the phone. Great management at this place. I can see why they have issues and the staff look so miserable being there. Just to be clear our server, I think his name was Montey or something like that, was awesome. It is the management that gets the one star for service.

My family and I stooped here for lunch. We were seated at a table that was greasy and wet. I didn't want to complain things happen. Our waitress came brought us water and walked away saying she'dbe right back. We waited a good 20 minutes (please keep in mind only 4 other people were in the restaurant)! My husband tried to motion to the waitress a few time as she socialized with co-workers and we were ignored..... Finally after a half hour we walked out! I do not recommend this place!

Understaffed for hosting graduation night. Had to rinse my lime chicken in water because the cheese sauce was off tasting. Rice was dry as a bone. And cumin overpowered it. Didn't eat but a bite. If I wasn't an honest person I could have walked out without paying because at no time did server say she'll be back to collect bill. Found that out when we went to pay the bill at door.
