¡Nuestro sushi favorito! Nos encanta los platillos calientitos y súper rápidos. El servicio está excelente y el gerente muy servicial en todo momento. Por supuesto que siempre volveremos a comernos un sushi. Mis hijos les encantó porque tienen un área de juegos chiquita pero con juguetes padres donde pueden divertirse sin preocuparse.

Los sushis tienen un precio accesible, se ajusta a todos los bolsillos, estan muy ricos y el servicio es excelente, son muy atentos y te resuelven cualquier duda, te dan sugerencias de que puedes pedir osea recomendaciones, las instalaciones ya estan más amplias, tienen buena iluminación

Muy rico, el arroz bien preparado, los mariscos súper frescos y todo muy rico de sabor. Totalmente recomendado.

I went a few days ago with my partner, and the food was good, what I didn't like was the poor service we had. We arrived and didn't know where to sit because the available tables were dirty. We waited for a table to be cleaned and sat for a while, and they didn't bring the menu. After ordering, they brought it and it took even longer for them to ask us for our order, and I was about to get up and leave. They brought us the food and didn't give us the sushi we had already ordered, so we didn't have to wait any longer, so we ate it. There was a hair in my sushi -_-. I also feel that for it to be a good atmosphere, there needs to be peace and quiet, and the place was very crowded at the register, and there was nowhere to go. It needs more order.

Muy mala experiencia vivimos la semana pasada cuando acudimos a la tienda en pradera dorada y no dejaron entrar a nuestros hijos esto no fue lo malo lo malo fue k despuesito estaban llegando parejas con hijos pequeños y como llegaron en bonitos corros a ellos si le permitieron el acceso a sus hijos y le reclamamos a la señorita y callada se quedó aparte k cuando nos fuimos de la tienda mi esposa compró el sushi al llegar a casa se dio cuenta k un paquete llevaba moscas y llamamos para decirles y tuvimos k llevarlos nosotros a regresarlo xk nos dio chasco la verdad solo quisiera k hubiera igualdad para todos y fueran más higiénicos no pido nada solo k tengan mucho cuidado con ese local.

El día viernes 17 de septiembre fui a comer con mi pareja y no me quisieron dar sevicio que porque no traía mi comprobante de vacunación el cual si lo tenemos pero lo olvidamos en casa cuando el mismo personal no yidis lo traen ni los repartidores que son los que tienen contacto con el cliente y esta sentados en las mesas del restaurante y Hasta le tomé fotos

They didn't apply the 4x3 promotion because one of the products wasn't eligible, which I can understand, but they didn't mention it during the purchase, nor did they offer to apply the promotion if I asked for another item that was eligible. When I asked for the receipt, they told me it would be given with the purchase, and that's when I pointed out that the promotion hadn't been applied, and only then did they clarify. In my opinion, that's terrible service, because they should have mentioned it at the time of purchase for a better experience. Shame on the cashiers.
