The food is very tasty, the service is very good, what a conversation I had about the Prado Dorada restaurant. Sometimes it takes up to an hour to be served. The last time we went, the service was very good and fast. There are things that could be improved.

I went a few days ago with my partner, and the food was good, what I didn't like was the poor service we had. We arrived and didn't know where to sit because the available tables were dirty. We waited for a table to be cleaned and sat for a while, and they didn't bring the menu. After ordering, they brought it and it took even longer for them to ask us for our order, and I was about to get up and leave. They brought us the food and didn't give us the sushi we had already ordered, so we didn't have to wait any longer, so we ate it. There was a hair in my sushi -_-. I also feel that for it to be a good atmosphere, there needs to be peace and quiet, and the place was very crowded at the register, and there was nowhere to go. It needs more order.

Very bad, especially the place. I found four cockroaches, and my intense disgust led me to not want to eat there. Regarding the food, they tell me it's good, but I don't know why. The waiter who served us was rude and abrupt, and he didn't ask us what we were ordering. In conclusion, a very bad place. I don't recommend it.

It has good flavor but the service and delivery is terrible, the treatment is somewhat rude and when it was delivered the sushi was all mixed up and for a change the food had a hair on it, I don't think I'll order from there again.

The cashiers are seriously lacking in service. They didn't apply the 4x3 promotion because one of the products wasn't eligible, which I can understand, but they didn't mention it during the purchase, nor did they offer to apply the promotion if I asked for another item that was eligible. When I asked for the receipt, they told me it would be given with the purchase, and that's when I pointed out that the promotion hadn't been applied, and only then did they clarify. In my opinion, that's terrible service, because they should have mentioned it at the time of purchase for a better experience. Shame on the cashiers.

The sushi is very good, the only problem is that a week ago my family and I went to buy a tray of sushi, in total it was 500 pesos, on the card of one of my relatives there was 2500 pesos, after paying for the sushi my relative noticed that his account appeared at 0, I really don't know if it was a mistake or if it was really the intention of the workers to "steal", anyway, my relative decided not to report it to save himself the problems, also since it disappointed my family a little since when we eat sushi we only and only eat there, this is not a complaint, I just hope that if it was a mistake by the workers they fix it so that in the future the same thing does not happen to other customers, good night😁.

It used to be a good place, but the quality has dropped drastically, and they've sent me spoiled sushi several times now. The first time I didn't notice and got a stomach bug, the second time it was just because it stank. It used to be such a great place when they first opened.

Whenever I order sushi, they give me whatever they want. Several times now, they haven't given me the entire order, and when I go to complain, they tell me they didn't give it to me. They don't even want to give me something I already paid for after showing the receipt.

Terrible service. After waiting almost 40 minutes for them to take my order, they came and asked if I wanted takeout or delivery. I told them I wanted to eat in, and they said they stop taking dine-in orders 25 minutes before closing time, and the place doesn't even have its hours posted. AWFUL SERVICE
