Cafénio en general me encanta, éste en particular tiene una vista hermosa, una bella terraza que en lo particular necesita más atención, el domingo fui temprano por un café junto a mi familia y mi tristeza fue ver las macetas todas secas, cafénio si no las cuida en mi casa les hago lugar!! Cafénio me encanta!! Las macetas son otra historia jjja

Buen lugar con estacionamiento interno, este caffenio cuenta con una terraza el cual tiene una bonita vista hacia el malecón ahí puedes disfrutar del rico café que compras para hechar la platicada o simplemente relajarte con la vista al mar, recomendado gente

Es el unico cafenio en Mazatlan con terraza, aqui podrás disfrutar de ricas bebidas asi de como una hermosa vista del malecon.

Tiene terraza superior con vista al mar y también hay Drive Thru.

Uno de mis lugares favoritos en mazatlán, además de tomar un rico café, la vista es de las mejores de mazatlán 🫶🏻💞

The guy who served us that day was super friendly and very efficient, rushing around to serve us as quickly as possible, but he had too many responsibilities and there were a lot of customers, so the wait was almost 30 minutes. They should hire more staff to avoid losing customers who can't wait that long for a coffee.

We've been waiting for a Caffenio in Mazatlán for a while... There are already several in the port, but they haven't been around long; they're practically new. It's an excellent option for a coffee, or the variety of products from the Caffenio chain. The service is the same as in Sonora, as is the flavor! Congratulations to Caffenio for bringing its flavor to the pearl of the Pacific.

An excellent coffee option if you're walking along the boardwalk. You can quickly place your order on the screen and pay without having to get out of your vehicle. And they deliver right there, and they usually serve you quickly.

Pues fui a tomar un café en la parte de la terraza con mis amigos. El único detalle es que al querer hacer uso del baño me dijeron que no tenían servicio por lo que aguanté 2 horas más y me tuve que retirar después 😅

El frappe esta bien concentrado y la vista esta super bonita💗

Bien ubicado en frente al malecón, pero podían haber hecho un esfuerzo más importante para la terraza, es una lástima por que la vista está espectacular.

They should improve the management of that place. The day we went, we ordered from the self-service kiosk at the entrance, and everything was fine. But we had to wait about 10 minutes just for someone to come out and confirm our order. And then another 15-20 minutes for them to deliver it. The whole time we were in the sun because there isn't much shade while we wait. Even people picking up app orders were kept waiting a long time. Finally, they delivered our order, and honestly, the coffee and food were great. But it was definitely spoiled by that long wait in the sun.

Lo malo es que NO FACTURAN,aunque en el ticket dice que facturan ahí mismo. Es lo único malo El lugar es súper bonito y a pesar de los inconvenientes con la factura, yo consumo como 3 veces por semana porque adoro la vista.

The coffee is delicious and has a great variety, but at this particular branch, the service is incredibly slow. We waited almost 30 minutes for two Americano coffee and sandwich combos. When we finally arrived, there was only one delivery driver. He left, another arrived, then left again, another family arrived, paid for their coffees, and only then did they give us ours.

Tienen un sistema de autoservicio pésimo, solo hay una pantalla para pedir y algunas personas no le entienden, entonces se demoran montones, después de todos modos te tienen que atender y confirmar la orden otra pagar, pésimo.

Super tardado el servicio, lento y sin interés

Pésimo el servicio al pedir por Didi , te aceptan el pedido aún sabiendo que no cuentan con el producto y y solo envían mensaje diciendo que no lo tienen , se les pide cancelación , por qué yo no podía hacerlo , y simplemente no lo hicieron y después de 2 horas me enviaron el pedido hasta q les llegó producto , si ya no estuviera yo en el domicilio hubieran cobrado el producto aun sin haberlo entregado

Me encanta Caffenio pero no la actitud de sus trabajadores! Atiendan esa parte!
