We've been waiting for a Caffenio in Mazatlán for a while... There are already several in the port, but they haven't been around long; they're practically new. It's an excellent option for a coffee, or the variety of products from the Caffenio chain. The service is the same as in Sonora, as is the flavor! Congratulations to Caffenio for bringing its flavor to the pearl of the Pacific.

An excellent coffee option if you're walking along the boardwalk. You can quickly place your order on the screen and pay without having to get out of your vehicle. And they deliver right there, and they usually serve you quickly.

It is a good service, excellent view of Mazatlán and the most beautiful view of the sea. I was even able to see a ship that was passing over the Bay and a very beautiful sunset. 10 out of 10

Delicious coffee! Much nicer than the Starbucks down the road. Only issue is if you’re in a hurry and there’s a line of people be prepared to wait 30+ minutes for your coffee….

They should improve the management of that place. The day we went, we ordered from the self-service kiosk at the entrance, and everything was fine. But we had to wait about 10 minutes just for someone to come out and confirm our order. And then another 15-20 minutes for them to deliver it. The whole time we were in the sun because there isn't much shade while we wait. Even people picking up app orders were kept waiting a long time. Finally, they delivered our order, and honestly, the coffee and food were great. But it was definitely spoiled by that long wait in the sun.

They had very little variety of thermoses and they had them on the drive thru side so it was difficult for me to see them.

The coffee is delicious and has a great variety, but at this particular branch, the service is incredibly slow. We waited almost 30 minutes for two Americano coffee and sandwich combos. When we finally arrived, there was only one delivery driver. He left, another arrived, then left again, another family arrived, paid for their coffees, and only then did they give us ours.

Some drinks here contain excessive levels of sugar and caffeine; consuming them can cause effects such as tachycardia or discomfort. It would be ideal if they provided more information about their ingredients.
