You just can't beat Friendly's! Always a good time had by all! I had the Captain's Platter with crunchy fish, shrimp, clam strips, and french fries. To wash it all down, I had a chocolate ice cream soda with black raspberry ice cream! Our server, Bri, was also perfect! If you look up the word "friendly" in the dictionary, her picture is probably next to it! Five stars all around! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Stopped by for lunch post workout with a friend. Everything was made fast, hot, fresh and delicious. Waitresses were friendly and helpful and patient. Brownie sundae is delicious!

They keep changing the recipes… something that was good the last time you had it might not be the same the next time.

Food was okay. Service was slow only because they were understaffed. Our server was very nice and did the best they could in the circumstances. Ice cream was delicious.

Food was okay. Onion rings and waffle fries were good, but the regular fries were subpar. My daughter had chicken nuggets that were mostly batter not much chicken. My burger was good. Waitress was pleasant enough, but once we got our food we didn't see her again until we got the check. No refills on our sodas. We were planning on getting ice cream, but it was so cold in the restaurant that we decided to go somewhere else. Pretty sad for a restaurant known for serving ice cream. We kept our jackets on for the whole meal.

Today for the first time I ordered the lemon pepper fish. Although there's a good sized portion it was extremely salty and I'm not a salt person. I could only eat one of the filets. Rice and broccoli were good.

Took my daughter and her friend out for dinner. There were a few tables in the restaurant but nothing crazy that should have caused us to wait as long as we did. The server came over after a few minutes to take our app and drink order then we proceeded to watch him go to 2 other tables that came after us and serve them before we got our drinks or app. Finally they came and our munchie mania had a wrong item in it so he said he would bring back the correct item. No plates, no silverware, no napkins. When he passed by I asked for those items as well. Finally the manager came by to give us our main dishes and the silverware/napkins. Still hadn’t received the correct app item and this time with the main dishes one of the food items was ordered wrong too. Manager did nothing but give a quick sorry and ran off, server was missing 99% of the time and the kids didn’t eat what they ordered and they did nothing to rectify it except take 2 drinks off the bill. So avoid this friendly at all costs. $70 down the drain for a terrible experience dining out. These days with the cost of living going out is a treat for most and it’s a shame to spend your hard earned money for less than mediocre everything.

Used to be one of my favorites places to eat until I saw the manager on duty eating fries in the back from the fryer with the same gloves she uses to make the customers food with. Very disappointed! Unsanitary and unethical.

We visited on a Tuesday evening as a party of five, and the experience was very disappointing. Several items on the menu were unavailable, including mozzarella sticks, waffle fries, and even lemonade. One of our orders for soup never arrived at all. I also gave them a coupon in advance, but the discount wasn’t applied correctly, which made the bill much higher than it should have been. We had to wait while they corrected it. To make matters worse, I witnessed a waiter drop an entire tray of drinks on a customer at a nearby table. Thankfully, the customer laughed it off, but it was still uncomfortable to see. Overall, it was a bad night. This place is not what it used to be, and sadly, I can see why they may be struggling to stay in business.

Terrible customer service from my waitress. Never checked on us or asked if anything else was needed. Brought my kids’ ice cream to them melted because it was sitting on the counter for so long. Had to go get my change for the bill. Not sure if the waitress thought I was giving her a $20 tip on a $49 bill but she said she would be back with my change and never came back had to ask when I was leaving. Mac and cheese was like out of a Kraft box. Won’t be back to this location that’s for sure

WORST FRIENDLYS!!!!!! I always say it’s the last time I’ll be going there and I always end up going back and I regret more and more every time. I ordered a vanilla milk shake for my brother and he was choking on styrofoam that was all in the cup. There is absolutely no way they didn’t notice it when the poured it in the cup. Spoke to Courtney the manager and all she said was “sorry what do you what me to do” and said she refunded me (I’ll wait and see) DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

This is my first time coming to this place and the experience was very disappointing. We got here at around 12 noon. Right off the bat you could see that this place is way understaffed. No one in the front to greet and seat us, when we sat down we waited about 30 minutes for someone to take our order and about an hour for the food to get out... crazy. I don't blame the waitress because I could see she was all over the place and I swear she was cooking the food as well. I think the manager either needs to get a grip and hire more help or whoever is higher up in charge needs to do something about more staff and better organization. Just wow... again, the waitress was great. I think this is more of a manager level problem that needs to be fixed very soon.

Ordered through DoorDash and they sent the wrong sandwich. I asked for the chicken BBQ melt with no BBQ sauce and instead they sent me chicken with ONLY BBQ sauce. Store supervisor told me there is nothing they can do about it. Proceeded to contact DoorDash who was willing to credit my account to reorder the sandwich but it was 20 min till closing and friendly a refused to deliver at this time. So I got stuck with a sandwich I couldn’t eat and no food. Waste of 40$ never again.
