What a wonderful place. They came outside to personally hand the beverages up to the driver and friend. Now that is what I call service with a smile.

Love this place. My favorite is the hot breve golden eagle. Make sure you go online and check out there menu and don't be scared by it.

Love getting coffee here. There is very little inconsistency when it comes to the drinks. And that's usually only when they get crazy busy. If you want coffee, this is the place you should go.

Employees are so friendly! Everyone is wearing masks and really good about social distancing. I just really wish the employees weren't allowed to chew gum at work cause thats really gross.. Especially during this pandemic

Very good service the lady that came to ask us what we wanted was so kind and nice we told her that it was our first time and she told us some of the best drinks that people like or the ones she recommends. Then when we tipped her she was super happy and nice and she said thanks many times and that just made my day I really recommend this place.

If you haven't had DB you are doing yourself a serious injustice. The staff are friendly, energetic and always happy. The lines are usually a bit longer but it's well worth the wait.

It turns out this Dutch Brothers is right across the street from a KFC, and exactly halfway between my home and my cabin in the mountains down south. It's easy on easy off and a good rest break on the trip. And Dutch Brothers never disappoints.

Starbucks who? Dutch Bros is DEFINITELY my new go to coffee place. Im staying at a near by hotel and kept seeing the parking lot filled with cars, I had no clue what Dutch Bros was to be honest. My boyfriend and I went today and our hats go off to them. GREAT SERVICE the girl who gave us our drinks she gave us a pup cup for our dogs which was sweet. The drinks are DELICIOUS and the Large is really a large and it's actually coffee not a cup filled with mostly ice and creamer(like Starbucks) Great job guys. You've got a forever customer

Dutch Bros in Merced offers speedy service and their employees are extremely happy to help with drink recommendations. So, it's likely they actually drink there! Any business in which the employees can be happy customers probably means it's at least good!

The yummiest customized to whatever you want ur drink to be! Not just a coffee spot.. they have tea lemonade shakes their rebel drinks (their version of red bull).. don't let the long lines deter u either, them lines go fast !!

Dutch Bros is not just a coffee place...It's an entire EXPERIENCE! My whole family loves Dutch bros. We each have our own, special "go to" drinks that we love. The workers are always super friendly, the drinks are consistently delicious, and if you choose to swap out the whipped cream for a soft top, it's a little bit of heaven.

Courtney was super amazing at attending us. I was extremely upset that multiple cars cut the other cars in front of me and myself that had been waiting for 30 minutes in line. Fast pace: i was in and out. Went through the drive-thru made my order with the guy outside and pretty much drove off super fast. Wonderful service. The people were so nice and friendly. Made sure everything was correct and if i wanted anything else. Would definitely come here again pretty happy with this place

Very friendly staff, fast and efficient and since it was our first time they made it enjoyable, next time I'll pick a better drink but overall it was great! It helped that we went when there was no one. Other than that it's always packed so make sure to pack your patience as well.

Who doesn't love db? Just can't wait till they bring back the stamp card or an alternative. With an average of a 2 drink purchase per day we have been missing out on lots of free drinks. I was happy to learn that they do offer discounts to men and woman in uniform such as police, fire etc.. I believe it may be a 50% discount but not sure exactly. I opted to pay for an officers drink that was in line behind me and it was only $3.00 so I asked " what did he order ice water?" Then she told me that they give discounts to people in uniform. I always thought they should have a stamp card donation where you could donate a full stamp card and they could use it to give a cop, military, nurse or fireman a free drink.

I went today to get drinks for my family. I made a request to the cashier that I wanted a congratulatory message on my drinks. The cashier said absolutely and congratulated me on my new job making me sentimental. I want to send my best wishes to this employee as I have worked at McDonalds for 10yrs and understand how it is to work in service, I felt like a valued customer and understand working in the heat is extremely hard it’s hard to maintain positivity but this brorista didn’t seem phased! Keep up the good work bro

Every location is busy, so expect a line, but it typically moves fairly quickly. If you want to avoid super long waits, avoid sticker days. Employees have been nice for the most part. I’ve never had issues here!

The people here are always nice and give awesome drinks. You don't have to wait long to get your drink and they bring them out if the lines are backed up. If you do have to wait, the keep a casual conversation and their outfits are always on style. Love going to Dutch Bros!

I was going to volunteer, across the street at Golden valley school, for the Tahiti fest which is Hawaiian dancing. And I needed a cup of coffee I went across to Dutch Brothers for the first time, and they were terrific, their coffee was even better than Starbucks. They had fast service and, their employees were very friendly. They had one of their employees, taking the orders outside . it was raining he was under an umbrella so, by the time you drove up to the window it was ready. I was recommend this place great service great coffee.

i dont know the girls name that helped my daughter and i thys morning, but all i have to say is that she was so nice and patient with us, my daughter is only 5 and it was her first time there, so you know with that being said, we went through the list and the dutch bro girl waited and i even told her she could go back to work and i would let her know when we decided what we wanted. an she no i will wait its fine, and i love the fact that she didn't rush us or make us feel rushed. she was so sweet and helpful. and air five to the girl that gave my daughter her drink...she was super nice as well. if i only knew their names, but i they should know who they are. thank you so much girls. i love their attitudes. we need more girls like that i=working in our stores. love ya and i sure will be back to get more. thank you again

Today was their VIP night for those of us that signed up for text messaging! We got a free16oz drink! They are opening up March 13th! The energy of the employees was super hyped up! They were friendly and although the line wrapped around the block it was going smoothly. There is a ordering window as well. Unfortunately no public restrooms just a drive through and a place to sit and sip your drinks outside. It's new so it's clean and beautiful! I ordered the White Chocolate Annihilator with Whipped cream and it was perfect.. Just like I remember it from the bay area! If you've never tried Dutch Bros. You gotta try it. In my opinion better than Starbucks!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. I personally like the variety of sugar free flavors. It's basically dessert in a cup. If you're into that sort of thing... which I am. There are of course, sugar full syrups too. You can also have your coffee without sweetener or however you like. Just a ridiculous amount of flavors and flavor combos. The staff was very friendly and fun loving. Overall a great experience.

We always look forward to going to get coffee at Dutch Bros. Every single person we've ever talked to/ordered from, has been delightful. The staff goes out of their way to make you smile and even interacts with our kids. The quality of their product is always top notch, and service is fast and efficient. I have to say, this particular DB is the fastest one I've been to. I was greeted with a smile, asked how my morning has been. Right after the brief pleasantries. My order was taken swiftly and accurately. Its worth mentioning, both sides of the drive thru lines had about 4 cars each, so yes 8 cars in front of me... i was in and out in no mare than several minutes. I was blown away how quickly they were getting people in and out! I was in the far lane and even had my drinks brought right out to my side while 2 cars were still in front of me. I was able to grab my drinks and jam! Wonderful job Merced DB management and staff!! TOP NOTCH!!

The place has some great flavors of coffee and drinks. Though be careful through drive-thru as they have 2 order kiosks and only 1 window so the traffic does get messy.

Had a hot latte - disappointed, watery. Maybe this isn't the signature coffee, but relative to a cafe espresso flat white or long black, poor substitute!

Ive only tried their blended iced coffee and it is ok but a little too sweet . one thing I don't like is that they push you to tip them after ordering thru drive thru .and if you don't tip they tell you "it's ok no worries" it kinda makes me feel bad

It's just drinks. I can't understand why anyone would pay $7 for any drink. Especially coffee. It's good coffee but no drink should be more than $5. The only difference I see in Dutch Brothers and Starbucks is Starbucks does not have sugar free drinks. Sugar free has in using a other kind of sweetener for people like diabetics. Dutch Brothers does have these drinks and that's why the people I know that go there go there. I know how to make good coffee and I just buy vanilla sugar-free creamer and it's really just as good. But that's just my opinion. I would pay $5 for one of their good coffees but I will not pay Seven. But my girlfriend buys them for me all the time and I love them....

Eehhh, this place is a hit or miss when it comes to making drinks. I know people come and go but the quality should stay the same. I know tipping is important but sometimes, it seems to excessive in the as you pay.

I’m from Oregon and have grown up going to Dutch Bro’s, this is the worst stand i’ve ever been to. The staff is NEVER friendly. They got my drink order wrong and when I told the employee she told me that was just the way the drink was entered in. I was puzzled, she told me if I wanted to wait for them to remake it I could, but that it would take a REALLY long time. I’m incredibly disappointed, and as cheesy as it sounds, the stand has the worst vibes.

Frist time with a bad experience, normally I will always ask for a cold pour lemonade drink, never tastes water down, until today my drink was really water down, tasted nothing like lemonade and was really water down. It's like they pour water into it to fill it up instead. I'm paying extra for a cold pour and they water downed my drink.

Very disappointed today. We went there to get a cold drink like a vanilla bean from the other place. So we ordered a strawberry freeze and when we tasted it, it was a strawberry flavored coffee. It was HORRIBLE!

Don't Go to the Walk Up Window . The lady that was waiting had by there 15 minutes and asked the girl working inside about her order.The worker replied that she would get to it the Drive up had preference. Cashier totally ignored me at never acknowledged me at all. When I exited the drive through the lady was still there.. Really Bad Customer service. Employees imitating MANAGEMENT. Dutch Bros Corporate office needs to retrain the owners

Not sure why they offer ordering ahead when the staff will just tell you they are too behind to have your order ready. I used to wonder why sometimes I would get a drink that was mostly syrup until today when I watched the young girl with the bridge piercing overflow every single cup of flavor while she never stopped dumping the bottle out over the cup either so she added almost double what she should have which just makes the drink taste horrible unless you are 4 years old looking for a sugar rush. Better off driving across town.

I got a medium golden eagle Chai latte. I asked for light ice because it was a cool day. As soon as I got the drink the entire cup was ice with very little of the actual Chai drink available. Most expensive cup of ice ever.

Pay attention to what you are doing. Over filled mess with a top that won't close causing me a mess. Your job is to make drinks and close the top properly. Get it together and get it right please. Guy wearing all the gold is trying too hard to be flashy and he is arrogant.

Slowest service of any location I’ve ever been too. Took almost 30min to serve 5 cars! Wasnt even given a sorry for the wait. I used to live off of Dutch bros when I was in college in Chico and all those locations were phenomenal and whenever they did take a bit longer than normal there they would apologize and give you a free drink. Wish the location down here were as good as up north.

The lady working the window had a full blown personal conversation with the car in front of me. We were sitting long enough that another individual inside the building walked out to our vehicles in the drive thru to hand me my drink and give a drink to the car behind me. We then had to go around this car that was now in the way. Also, they have 2 lanes to get in line, but there is only a single dude standing out there taking peoples orders. That very same dude had me wait and let the car in the other lane go ahead of me, for that car to then be the one to sit at the window for a personal conversation. From there, the drink was mediocre and the price made Starbucks seem cheap.
