Every time I come here the staff is always friendly. On Saturdays it’s extremely busy! So if you’re looking to go on a Saturday probably best to go durning brunch or lunch hours. I gave 4 stars because there floor is really slippery and she have to walk cautiously and gingerly so you don’t skip. Other than that this is typically my ihop of choice to come to.

We went for dinner while I was visiting family in Arlington, Tx. We felt like our waiter wanted us to leave. He kept going over to see if we were ready to pay. We weren't even finished with our food. He forgot a couple of times what we asked for, so we reminded him. I love the food, but this time, the service was just not that great.

I love ihop I come very often, but whenever I come on weekends the food is cold and hard, I ordered a sandwich without tomato and they gave it to me with tomato, the chicken and bacon were stiff. It is understood that because it is the weekend they have more work and want to advance it, but it seems unfair to me that they deliver us food like this since we are paying for it, I prefer to wait longer for fresh food

I came in and ordered chicken and waffles and noticed the chicken tenders were NOT fully cooked. I immediately spit it out and told the waitress and they went and made more after I told them I didn’t want them anymore. I really hope I don’t get salmonella. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

This place has become a disappointment use to be a good spot to bring ur family to eat but has become a horrible establishment ran by people who don’t want to work and give u horrible customer service, The waiter, she did a great job is was mostly the cooks taking there time but my order took about 45 minutes for some Appetizer plate and pancakes, when they first brought me the order it was wrong they have given me onions rings instead of the chicken stripes the waiter then explained she would go get the right food and came back with a plate of chicken strips the issue is I took a bite and I looked at the chicken and it was pink, raw basically and to be clear both waiters did a good service issue was the manager on duty and cooks not paying attention took them 10 minutes to find the manager poor store has good waitresses but horrible crew will be expecting a call back from cooperate to follow up this is very unprofessional

I am quite frustrated that my Uber Eats order was defaulted to this particular location. The food consistently appears to be overcooked, and the orders are frequently inaccurate. For instance, I recently ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and they arrived burnt and the wrong pancake type. Additionally, the Colorado omelet I received was overcooked and exceptionally dry. The service and food quality at this establishment have been consistently unsatisfactory.

I have my family of 7 an we did not get together most of the food was cold an the happy face kids pancake was not made correct they were out of hot chocolate they what's out of strawberries for the kids meal , and I was told by the server that it was shift change.That's why my food was coming out horrible but the manager gave me a little discount.But I still paid about sixty five dollars for cold food

Stop by cause it says 24 hours. They stop serving to customers somewhere between 2 and 3 am. No dine in or to go. So it's not as advertised. Drove all the way here to be turned away. Nice.
