I took all of my family to eat and let me tell you. JOSE took care of me and my family. I didn't need to ask for service. He was the service. He took care of all my children and my brothers children and gave us everything we needed. He was 100 out of 50. EVERYBODY I RECOMMEND THIS IHOP!!!

I ordered Uber eats from here. My order wasn’t correct, so I called the restaurant and told the nice ladies about it and they offered to correct the entree that wasn’t made correctly. To my absolute surprise, the amazing lady manager replaced my entire 3 entree order for the trouble. This location and staff are absolutely amazing and incredibly sweet. We had such a great experience at this IHOP! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious—definitely lived up to the hype. It was extremely busy,actually nowhere to park, I got on the wait list, 4 of us and 20 minutes later we we're called, they had estimated 45 minutes. Service was great, food delicious. 9-3-23. Had brunch, unable to check in online, not so busy, 15 minutes and we were called. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. 4 adults, 1 6 year old $96.00😱 Food was ok, no salt, no seasoning just meh. My plate had onions, she said i wrote no onions, ill get you another plate, she said keep plate, so i started eating my hashbrowns, she came back, they told her needed plate because they didnt believe me😡, Iwas like omg, of course take it, I'm not going to eat that. Maybe best part are the pancakes. My grandbaby likes them.

PO rice was high, food portions noticably smaller. Service was slow. It was busy. & Very noisy.

We're stopped here for a quick dinner while on a road trip, traveling through the Eastern suburbs of Dallas. It was a good IHOP. The waiter was quick, friendly and accommodating. The did was good and the place was fairly quiet.

The service is generally good, but not always... its usually pendulum type situation... like the front of the house moves faster than the back and vice versa.. P.s. Every time I come here the staff is always friendly. On Saturdays it’s extremely busy! So if you’re looking to go on a Saturday probably best to go durning brunch or lunch hours. I gave 4 stars because there floor is really slippery and she have to walk cautiously and gingerly so you don’t skip. Other than that this is typically my ihop of choice to come to.

The restaurant was not clean. When we seated, we had to tell the attendant to clean the seat. I watched several people ask for their seats to be cleaned. There was food on the floor. I watched to see how long it would take for someone to pick it up. No one ever did. It was stepped on by an employee. I wanted ketchup on my hashbrowns when I picked it up to use open. There was a liquid substance accumulated under the lid. I don't know if it was water or what, but it barely missed my plate. We used ketchup from another table. Most of the staff looked like teenagers. I was also puzzled by the fact that when they had to clean up something, they only used a paper towel.

the service was the best part of this experience. although my server initially got my mom's order wrong, she quickly fixed it and brought out what she initially requested. the restaurant was clean, they had panels to enforce social distancing. side note for the germaphobes: majority of the servers weren't wearing gloves and some of them weren't wearing their masks properly. they also don't keep ketchup and steak sauce at the table anymore, but they'll give individual packets upon request. the food was okay, it's what you'd expect from ihop. i enjoyed it but didn't eat it all.

This location was so filthy. I only gave it a 1 star cause the food looked good. Every where u looked it was covered in grim and under booths there was a layer of dust from floors not being cleaned. Every wall and wall off booths were so nasty like it's never been wiped down since they opened.

My brother and I went to this Ihop location. I warned him before going in that I've had terrible experiences at this particular location, because the last time I went to this location a bus boy was asking me inappropriate questions. This time, we went in and immediately got bad vibes, I felt that we were being stared at and judged before we were even sat down. The waiter never arrived, my brother felt his blood sugar getting low so he started to eat sugar packets. Right before we were about to leave, a waitress stopped us and tried to take our order but our day was already ruined. We spent 40 dollars and left a 10 dollar tip. I'm never going to this Ihop location ever again.

Absolutely the worst customer service I came in to place a to go order since they don't answer the phones the women instead of greeting me tells me she cant make my food because the kitchen staff is short like okay how is that my problem your going to tell that to the people sitting down to eat their the same. we love I Hop but this i cant let this pass because they are not allowed to take money that is not there’s my family and i when to I Hop on wednesday february the 18 -26 it was 7 pm i ask for T-bone extraño well done they brought it to me with blood. I didn’t wanna send it back because I’ve been seeing a lot of videos of people putting stuff in your food so I had to eat it like that and I was OK with that but today I was looking at my bank statements and I noticed that they took more money out of my account. I left a tip in the table, but I guess the people in there decided to take more since I did not put a line on the tip and the receipt and that is not right so I called the manager. His name is Juan and I told him about this issue, but he said he wasn’t able to help me. He told me to call the general manager, but he said the general manager is in vacation so I didn’t want the customers to keep going by there and they keep doing this to them. This is why I’m putting this review because if I want people to know what they’re doing and if I don’t report it is wrong and I also want the managers to know that I will call BBB to report them and I hope that report will make you talk to your employees and do something about it

Had a horrible experience at this location after trying to give them a 2nd chance. Instead of messing up an order like they did the last time I visited this location, this time they made my party wait a ridiculously long time, tell me they didn't have cups for drinks, tell me even later they ran out of the food we ordered, charge for drinks we barely touched, and then not have change when we paid for said drinks. I rarely leave negative reviews but unfortunately this one was warranted. I would never recommend this location to anyone and it's sad because they used to be a lot better.

Today at 8 pm we arrived at this particular IHOP. We were seated immediately since the restaurant was particularly empty. Our waitress was an older woman who was extremely unprofessional. We waited for about 20 minutes and she had not brought our drinks nor taken our order. She kept walking back and forth and even took another families order who came after us. After those 20 minutes we left since she clearly showed we were not going to get any service.

I came in with my mom at about 830 tonight and literally waited. 10 minutes before Being graded by someone. There appeared to only be two workers in the restaurant, not a manager in sight. This place has become a disappointment use to be a good spot to bring ur family to eat but has become a horrible establishment ran by people who don’t want to work and give u horrible customer service, The waiter, she did a great job is was mostly the cooks taking there time but my order took about 45 minutes for some Appetizer plate and pancakes, when they first brought me the order it was wrong they have given me onions rings instead of the chicken stripes the waiter then explained she would go get the right food and came back with a plate of chicken strips the issue is I took a bite and I looked at the chicken and it was pink, raw basically and to be clear both waiters did a good service issue was the manager on duty and cooks not paying attention took them 10 minutes to find the manager poor store has good waitresses but horrible crew will be expecting a call back from cooperate to follow up this is very unprofessional

I am quite frustrated that my Uber Eats order was defaulted to this particular location. The food consistently appears to be overcooked, and the orders are frequently inaccurate. For instance, I recently ordered chocolate chip pancakes, and they arrived burnt and the wrong pancake type. Additionally, the Colorado omelet I received was overcooked and exceptionally dry. The service and food quality at this establishment have been consistently unsatisfactory.
