I have never got something I didn't like from Jimmy John's. For their business being known as super fast, the worker there seemed to be kind of taking his time. I wasn't expecting him to sprint and rush through everything, but he had my order ready and waited a few minutes until giving it to me.

Food is excellent, meets or exceeds franchise standards. The dining room is small, so lunch and dinner tend to overwhelm it, but the food keeps well and can be eaten in your car. 11/2/23 During our last visit, the music system was malfunctioning, songs lacked bass with poorly balanced speakers that made every song unpleasant to listen to. We used the outside dining tables.

While we all have differing opinions on what makes one Sub Sandwich better than another. I feel you really can't go wrong at Jimmy John's. The service is noticeably swift, The price is fair. ...and the food is of fine quality 👍😋

Service not so freaky fast even with pre-online order. Sandwiches seemed pretty empty (low on meat and veggies). Several bites of bread only.

The drive thru was SLOW even after placing an online order!!!!!McDonald’s service was 100 percent fair superior! Not sure the lineup to “Subs so fast” slogan. A full Pickle order at all other locations is cut into a few pieces and quite large. The pickle was a full ice 1/2 the size as other locations and NOT as fresh. Totally disappointing! Sandwich was sub par in comparison to my home locations in St. George UT. The sodas were out of syrup and only carbonated water flavor. We will not be returning to this location.

They give food away to the wrong people here and won't fix their mistakes after. How hard is it to ask for a name or an order number before you hand food to someone looking for free food? This used to never happen here, and now it is literally every other order.

I used to love jimmy John’s. The delivery was fast and the food was good. Now they use Uber eats to deliver. My order took over an hour to get here. It’s a 5 minute drive to jimmy John’s. Boycotting until they quit using Uber eats.

Do not go!! Bad service and very frustrating. Walked in with my family at 6:50 PM on a Thursday night. They said they ran out of bread and I would have to wait 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile I see a whole tray of bread out sitting in the rack. I asked what about that bread. They informed me sorry we have no bread, the only thing we can serve you is a “Unwhich” basically a lettuce pile of mess.. clearly mgmt needs to have a discussion of how to properly plan and put a tray of bread in the box and push go when you are running out on last tray, secondly they lied and just didn’t want to make our family dinner as the handful of employees want it easy.. very rude about it and not willing to help. Do not go!!

Ordered a giant Beach Club at the drive thru on Sat afternoon. Once we arrived home, I noticed the sandwich was missing the turkey breast. Not sure how they missed that but things happen. So the sandwich was only made up with veggies and cheese. I called the store and the same person Cassandra who took the order through the drive thru answered and I explained what had happened. She apologized and offered a $20 credit and asked for my name and number. I decided to go the next day during lunch and the employees there couldn’t find me by the number I provided even though I explained the situation and even told them the employees name. The woman working there ‘supposedly’ told me that she would go ahead and give me the credit but at the end still charged me $5 and some change. It wasn’t until I got home that I did the math and wouldn’t have minded paying the extra since I got another type of giant sandwich but my total should have been about $1 and some change.The $5 charged only reflects on my bank account and not on the receipt that she provided me. Emailed corporate and I haven’t heard back. Please make sure the employees are making the sandwiches properly and charging the correct amount.

on top of my order being completely wrong, I paid 5 dollars for the delivery fee and an 8 dollar tip on top of that. couldn't follow the drop off directions. and when you complain to the link they're posting all you get is an email saying it's up to the owner for a refund. I had to go thru my bank
