A fabulous vegan 🌱 place ! The dishes were excellent with GF options, the energy was calm 😌 and cozy and the staff friendly. Also, we met a very cute little lizard as our neighbour! We really enjoyed our moment !
Coming from New York, we have high standards for vegan restaurants, and still, Full Bloom fully blew us away. It was so good we went two nights in a row. We try to keep to healthier options, so on our first visit, we started with the raw banh mi (technically an entree, but we had it as our appetizer). It was fresh and highly flavorful; great if you want a lighter option. Next, we had the meatloaf. This was our favorite dish; we’ve never had anything like it. It is topped with a red wine-based glaze with tons of flavor, and we loved the crisp pan-seared edges. It was accompanied by two generous sides: mac and cheese and chickpeas. An epic and satisfying dish. We also had the spaghetti lentil bolognese. Tasty and hearty. On our second visit, we started with the house classic causa encevichada, a Peruvian potato and avocado-based mash with tons of flavor. Next, we had the winter salad which was great and packed with antioxidants. For our entrees, we considered getting a double order of the epic meatloaf but ultimately got one meatloaf and one order of Mongolian beef. We were very impressed with the homemade seitan; it was succulent and tender and very well seasoned. We delved into the dessert menu to try the chocolate ganache pie which was a delicious way to end the meal. We were pleased to find that they serve Brewing Life local kombucha, which paired perfectly with every dish. Honorable mention goes to the manager who was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable, and professional. We wish we had a place like this closer to home with generous portions of amazing wholesome vegan food made from scratch with love.
Met some friends for Sunday Brunch! Great seating inside and outside, by the pool puts you straight into vacation mode! All plant based interesting options, our choices were good, although a bit pricy for what was offered.
One of the best vegan restaurant experiences we had in Miami. We went for dinner and picked two menus and all of it was very delicious and we were really full afterwards. The cheescake, though delicious, was a bit too sweet for our taste. The personal was super friendly! A bit expensive still for what it is, but maybe this is Miami in general.
I stayed at the hotel that Full Bloom is attached to and although I am not vegan, decided to try it because it was so close and I was so hungry. Amazing food. The smoked carrot pate tasted like salmon pate. The soft tacos with mushroom was so fresh and decadent. I came back 2 weeks later and had the fried rice , I can't even explain how good it is. Dessert was like a creme Brule texture, creamy and smooth , was a real treat If all vegan food tasted like this it would be such an easy switch to veganism for me . Highly recommend!
Tasty and healthy options for vegan and vegetarian people. Options that meat lovers will enjoy as well! We stayed at the Ritz Carlton and were running short of vegetarian options(forget vegan). This place came up in the Google map search and turned out to be absolute charm. During our 3 nights stay, we dined here daily; sometimes dinner, lunch or breakfast. One thing I liked about their menu was the absence of Indian dishes. I am Indian and love my cuisine but it is easy to find Indian food pretty much anywhere you go :-) . Portions are smaller but rich in taste. We pretty much tried every dish on the dinner menu(of course on different occasions). However, Yakiton is one dish I will recommend trying. The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate every request. Reservations are highly recommended. Will revisit it when I am in Miami.
We came for dinner on a weeknight as we were staying for a week in Miami and needed vegan options. We were blown away by the plates here, and ordered several apps to pick on and share. The food was exquisite! We may have to plan another vacation just to come back and eat!
Really nice restaurant at Miami Beach. Very good service, the personal was thoughtful and nice. The food: amazing! I have to congratulate the chef because the cuisson , the condiments, the look of the plates was just mnhami. I recommend this place to all of the people, even if you are not Vegan it is worth to try!
OUTSTANDING!!!! I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place! My girlfriend and I went her for her birthday dinner and the customer service was amazing! The flavors in each dish was absolutely explosive! We ordered the Winter Salad and The Yakiton Skewers for our appetizers. We also ordered the Lemongrass Pok and the Roasted Tenderloin…. Mouth watering from start to finish!!! The restaurant was also nice enough to give us dessert on the house since we were celebrating a birthday. I recommend this place hands down 10 out of 10!
Talk about flavor! This upscale vegan restaurant packed a punch with it's healthy and flavorful options. Although we were originally disappointed because they didn't have a brunch menu despite me calling the day before and confirming that they would have it, the runner ups quickly absolved our disappointment. We ordered the breakfast Tacos and breakfast bowl. The tacos came out hot and tasted amazing. The bowl was also good, although the potatoes themselves had little seasoning. The prices were reasonable although their menu does get up there in price. Service was attentive overall although we did have to wait a little longer than preferred to pay our bill. Street parking is available and a few parking lots are within walking distance. Outdoor seating made it a great COVID friendly spot.
I’m there often haha. Thankful to the amazing individuals of the restaurant. The food here is delicious, vibrantly colorful, and nourishing. Dishes are uniquely plant based, filled with life energy, and presented in a creative manner. Always a great time… “I love it here.”
Excellent white tablecloth vegan fine dining like experience. This spot ensures 100% cruelty-free dining, down to the extensive wine list. We sampled a few brunch options and enjoyed them all. Parking on the street, across the street is a $$$ parking lot, a block up the street is a more affordable option. Lox bagel and cashew cream cheese was good but heavy on the liquid smoke. Tofu Benedict was fantastic the sautéed spinach was extremely flavorful. Pancakes were excellent both fluffy and light. Surprisingly the tuna sandwich was the standout. Such good food Id consider staying at the attached hotel !
Full Bloom is a dream! The food is luscious and creative. The service is wonderful. Don’t miss the lions Mane appetizer, the Yacitone, the raw puttanesca and lava cake. Seriously the Lions Mane is so creative and tastes likes tender chicken without the harm. Vegan or not, you’ll feel like you’re in someone’s beautiful home in Italy since that how the owner and staff makes you feel!
We're actually coming back from the restaurant but I can't wait to leave a review. This restaurant is absolutely outstanding!!. This spot ensures 100% cruelty-free fine dining and for us is extremely important. We've been Vegans for almost 20 years and I cook almost every day, my bar is high. We're celebrating our 35 year wedding anniversary and it is really hard to find a gourmet Vegan restaurant appropriate for this occasion down South. The service is top notch, Francesco was, nice, attentive, professional, helpful and informative, it made us feel special. At the end of our dinner he complemented us with Limoncello, a delicious after dinner drink, because I told him it was our anniversary.😊 We sat outside, the day was cool and the decor was beautiful and inviting. We started with their "raw tacos" and "crudo tostada" as appetizers "Taco Tuesday"!!.so. so Delicious, and beautifully plated, all of their dishes are. .We had margaritas that were adorned with lime but also a couple of slices of jalapenos wich made them a little spicy, so good! But we were eager to try one of their dinner menu entree, we ordered their "Black Fried Rice" with tempeh and it was AMAZING, insanely good. For dessert we shared their strawberry cheesecake, so delicious!... We're coming back for sure, I think their menu changes periodically, but we're looking forward to trying their brunch and other dishes. I absolutely recommend going to this restaurant!!! Hands down the best fine dinning Vegan restaurant we've been so far. We live far away, but it is definitely worth the drive. We Love it and we can't wait to go back.
Excellent drinks and dinner, loved the chickpea tenderloin - the flavors and consistency were perfect, and unlike anything I've ever had. The drunken noodles were also very good. While everything on the menu is vegan, this is an excellent place for an omnivore, too. Also loved the atmosphere on the patio. Our server, Nico, was fantastic. Loved everything about the experience here.
This restaurant is nothing short of AMAZING! The food is always so good ! What I love about this place the most is that they change the menu seasonally, so we basically get 4 different menus a year, which allows for so much variety ! The team is super sweet and work together to ensure the best expererience for the customers ! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I have NEVER been disappointed ! Here are a few pictures of my most recent visit a few days ago…Enjoy!😊
Went to this place Sunday afternoon and everything was impressive! They even have good raw vegan options. I had the wings, the lettuce wraps and the “tuna.” Had the coconut flan for dessert and it was delicious had good texture and was better than the non-vegan version. Servers were gracious and friendly. It’s nice to have an elevated vegan and raw vegan option to go to.
Visited for my birthday brunch on Nov 17th. We ordered tacos with sauteed oyster mushroom & guacamole, tuna paste sandwich on baguette with large yuca fries, and a Mexican bowl with fried sweet plantains, rice and black beans. Everything was well presented and delicious. Every time we visit Miami we go to this restaurant because of the tasty vegan food and super friendly service. keep up the great work!

This is a cozy and serene spot to try gourmet vegan food. We started with the Lox Montadito and Tuna Crudo. The Lox was delicious. The Tuna, while fresh and flavorful, was not quite as satisfying to me, but my fiancee preferred it. For dinner I tried the Lomo Saltado and the Summer Truffle Pasta. The Saltado plate really blew me away with how everything harmonized. Great combinations of flavors on that plate -- we could not stop "fighting" over it. I was not as impressed with the Pasta -- very tasty, of course -- but by the end it was a bit saturated with oil and felt one dimensional in comparison to the Saltado. I would still recommend either dish to anyone and hope to return to try other options myself. A big thank you to our server who was very attentive on my fiancee's birthday!
Hands down the best vegan restaurant in Miami. They offer food from multiple cuisines and they all taste delicious 😋 The owners of the place and the workers are all super friendly, welcoming and provide great service. Quynn is amazing in getting even tiny details right as to the order in which the food arrives for example. I got my lunch and dinner here most days of the entire week I was on a vacation in Miami. Nice outdoor and indoor seating spots and a good vibe overall. Totally recommend this place. And I'm waiting for my next vacation in Miami to visit the place again! Don't miss the Hawaiian Haupia and chocolate ganache pie for dessert. Vegan cappuccino is really good too and they have a nice selection of cold pressed healthy smoothies.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We came for Sunday brunch after a weekend vacation in Miami. Did this food cancel out all of the bad decisions we made? Yes. Yes, it did. Absolutely everything was delicious. To share we got a pitcher of sangria, buffalo cauliflower wings, and lox bruschetta and it was incredible. We ordered just about everything else in the menu and it was equally fantastic. Beyond the food, the customer service was the best we experienced in Miami, the service was fast, friendly, and accommodating. The atmosphere was chill and beautiful. It was such a wonderful experience and I could not recommend Full Bloom more.
After trying a wide variety of vegan cuisine in South Beach, we found our way to Full Bloom for dinner on our last night in town. Not only did it put all the other vegan places to shame, it was one of the best restaurant experiences of our life. Gabriel was a perfect server, attentive and helpful but never intrusive. The menu is fantastic and we found plenty of nonalcoholic beverage options, including CBD infused drinks. This is vegan food done right, made to taste great and highlight plant based flavors rather than emulate meat. The ambiance is a delight with plants everywhere. Soothing to the soul. Plus it is walking distance from the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens if you'd like some plant therapy before your plant based meal.
Wonderful meal at Full Bloom today! The raw pad thai was incredible, extremely tasty, perfect amount of spice and spicey, great texture and even a little meaty. Its also more abundant than it seems. For dessert I got the chocolate ganache which was amazing, very chocolatey and topped with strawberries which was the “cherry” on top. Great experience and great service thanks to Francesco.
This restaurant is truly a gem. Went there to celebrate our engagement and they made our evening feel special. Friendly helpful service and stellar food which honors good fresh ingredients. The ravioli is a must, the specials were a treat! (Pictured is a vegan cheese board which was a special)
Wow ! Was really impressed by this vegan restaurant. I’ve been to many vegan places and many restaurants in miami before being vegan, this has to be my favorite restaurant in south Florida ! And top 5 best vegan restaurant I ever tried worldwide. Atmosphere is very nice, presentation is amazing … price is reasonable considering the quality :) there’s vegan places around that charge as much for fast food ! Also was really happy to see that the time they post for closing time (10pm in my case), is the time they close the kitchen ! I can’t count the amount of time I arrive 30 minutes before restaurant close and kitchen is already closed. Staff is super nice ! 🙏🏼
Excellent service, ambiance, and food/cocktails! Cool vibe on a side street off the main drag in historic art deco MB. Mushroom mujadarra was outrageous! Would’ve been nice to have some green veggie with it (green beans?). 1/2 star off for the lava cake dessert which seemed more like dried out pudding and the scoop of ice cream was bland. 1/2 star back because as a single diner they gave me my pick of the tables.
FYI location has changed. I had a little trouble finding the restaurant because their new sign isn’t up yet, but just so you know it’s connected to the Crest Hotel. I loved this place, one of my favorite 100% vegan restaurants to date. The menu looked great, I had a hard time choosing. Today I got the Chimichurri Tempeh with rainbow Quinoa. What a power meal. Not only was it tasty I got all the plant based protein I need for my next workout.
Celiac friendly, high quality food, absolutely delicious meal! My husband has celiac so I found Full Bloom Vegan as a place we could enjoy dinner and he could feel the freedom to eat almost anything he desired. This restaurant did not disappoint! The food is out of the world and 100% celiac friendly. We had the smoked fish dip and wings to start - don’t let the names fool you, 100% vegan too! It was so amazing we asked to meet the chef! Not to mention our waitress was SO FRIENDLY and knowledgable. We’d go back again and again if we lived closer. This is a must go to if you are vegan, celiac, or honestly want an amazing, unforgettable meal!
I am not a vegan/vegetarian but my friend is and this was our last dinner before we left Miami. Let me tell you this place blew my socks off I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here everything was done to perfection not a single dish came out that I wasn’t completely enthusiastic about. We had the truffle pasta which I believe was a feature that night-it needs to be on the menu! Drinks were equally as impressive. Don’t hesitate to book a spot here the patio was well decorated and staff were prompt and pleasant.
Beautiful experience at this find! I was truly impressed with a Miami full bloom location. It is all outdoor seating and you can be completely immersed in the energy of the plant life all around their outdoor patio. The food was exceptional and the presentation was exquisite. I would highly recommend this vegan slice of heaven. Gabriel was our server and gave great recommendations in addition to fast service. We will be back.
I’ve been coming to this vegan restaurant for years and it is a treat every time. The combination of flavors is just exceptional , together with nutrient dense ingredients. Food is delicious and healthy at the same time, making it a perfect gourmet dining experience for vegans and not vegans. Kudos to the Italian owners!!!
Excited to find a full vegan, sit down restaurant. Outdoor seating area is beautiful, under a covered awning so no sunburns while eating. Staff is very friendly and kind. Service was good. Now the food: it is very imaginative and healthy. I ordered the mushroom noodles and they were fantastic. Lots of flavor and left me feeling full without feeling stuffed. Portions are great. It is a little pricy, but the quality of ingredients justifies this. Go check them out.
One of the better vegan restaurants I have been to. Great outdoor seating, very friendly staff, excellent food, great diversity in their menu. My wife and I have been there 3 time in two days. He brought some non-vegan family members and they loved it to. Crunchy Buffalo cauliflower wings!!! The carbonara, chicken and waffles, and the impossible burgers were great!
Fantastic lunch, and really sweet service. Had the vegan Truffle Yuca Fries - the truffle aioli was the real show stopper here, absolutely incredible. I got the added truffle (thought it was a $3 increase, not $15, alas) which wasn’t worth it/didn’t add to the dish. Also had the vegan Carnitas Tacos - pretty darn good and a great size dish for lunch.
My friend suggested this restaurant for dinner and I'm glad she did. We had the patacones, wings, flatbread and the special they had that night which was black rice and "filet mignon". The patacones are tasty! Wings are spicy but not too spicy where you can't enjoy the flavor. The black rice and filet mignon was a delightful Peruvian and Japanese fusion dish. My favorite was the flatbread! For dessert we had the warm chocolate brownie with gelato and the panna cotta (Italian coconut custard with strawberry consommé). I'm not a fan of coconut flavored food, but this dessert was perfect! Aside from the flavorsome food, the service and ambience was also pleasant. We had Gabriel as our waiter, he was very nice and attentive. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Miami Beach!
Service was excellent, a very pleasant ambiance outside on the terrace and the menu good. I joined a friend who is vegetarian and was happy to find options on the menu that worked for me too. I had a pasta with truffle which was perfectly cooked and delicious and he seemed to enjoy his vegan steak. The salad looked very nice.
I was surprised about the combination of Italian and vegan, but after some extra thought it made complete sense. And indeed if did. The risotto was amazing, the jackfruit ropa vieja stew was great, but mostly I loved the vegan sushi made without rice. Can't explain, you just have to try, it was awesome. Can't tell you about desert first hand, but the lady next to me was literally licking her plate! We were served very well and had a great nite with some lovely special lemonades.
My boyfriend and I stopped in for a date after a week on a cruise and were very pleased that we made this the last stop of our trip. Yes, the parking is a bit weird because this place is inside a condo building, but the food, drinks, and the view from the patio seating all make up for that. Our service was great. Informative and timed right for our date. We were very happy with the quality of the dishes. It's a bit pricey, but it's quality. I recommend starting with the cheese plate. Stop in for date night! It's perfect for that :)
Your MUSHROOM RISOTTO is the best risotto in Florida for sure! 😅 we tried 6 different dishes and everything was amazing, but I will come back for risotto cause it’s a must! Also I like the atmosphere and that you have a huge parking in front of your restaurant. Our experience was excellent!
Great vegan restaurant. We went for our anniversary and the service was great from the moment we walked up. We started with the BBQ wings and parmigiana. They were delicious! Our entrees were the ravioli and lomo salteado, both amazing. We finished with the tiramisu and an expresso. The tiramisu was not overly sweet and the coffee was nice and strong. Will be sure to come back for special occasions since there aren't many full gourmet vegan restaurants around Miami. Highly recommend.
This place is THE vegan stop when in the area. It's delicious. Staff is top notch. Service is relatively quick. I had the tuna wrap - seriously so light, fresh, and yummy. Whatever they did to the jackfruit worked! Their thick fries...oh my. So good when hot. I'll return here every time I'm in the area.
Delicious food made in creative ways, satisfying umami flavors with lots of colors and vegetables, nourishing, wholesome, nice staff and pleasant atmosphere. One of my favorites in South Beach. I suggest coming here for lunch as I found the lunch menu superior to the dinner menu, more flexible, colorful, and lighter. Try the patacones, they’re delicious.
My husband and I are here on vacation, we came to Full Bloom on a Monday mid-day; he remembered it well from when he lived in the area a few years back. Fantastic experience. This food is happiness. Healthy, flavorful, and beautiful. A vegan haven. The patio is surrounded by greenery so even though you’re in the midst of everything, it’s refreshing. Friendly, excellent service (thank you Francisco!). Fresh flowers at each table add to the charm. We ordered the tuna salad sandwich and the lox bagel, with the lava cake for dessert. All absolutely delicious.
Immaculate vibes at the first vegan restaurant in Miami! The atmosphere was so elegant and inviting on the patio. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious! Vegan Italian food is hard to execute but it is done so well here. The ravioli was spectacular and the lions mane skewers were like nothing I’ve tried before. The chickpea steak was an unexpected favorite with perfect fall/winter flavors and I’m excited to try the risotto next time!
Full Bloom is one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Florida. The atmosphere is incredible, service friendly and food delicious. We ordered the eggplant parmigiana, black curry, wings, truffle pasta, and for dessert the flan. All of which was astounding. I can't wait for my next visit, I know it's going to be great!
So good we went twice during our stay! On our second visit we were served by Lejla who was just fabulous - she does an amazing job and made our meal even better. She recommended us some amazing dishes. The truffle flatbread were INSANE, we loved the cauliflower wings. The burger was also amazing, and the tenderloin and Caribbean curry 🤌 AMAZING FOOD
Really cute and romantic atmosphere. The food is amazing! Especially the pastas! So yummy. This is not one of those vegan restaurants that try really hard to make vegetables taste like meat. They just made vegetables very tasty. Highly highly recommend the pasta dishes. Great for date night!
We found this restaurant as one of the highly recommended vegan restaurants in south Miami. We walked in without a reservation and were promptly seated by the bar. Full Bloom is a really cute and warm restaurant, very homely, perfect for a date night. Niko was our server, he was friendly, pleasant and professional. He was attentive to our ask, was patient, energetic and knowledge. We really enjoyed Nikos /service. Being in and around NJ and NY areas, we have tried a number of vegetarian and vegan options, but the innovative spin on the food has pushed this restaurant in our top favorites. We had: 1. Patacones - definitely 5/5 - jackfruit in this dish is a game changer 2. Perciatelli Boscaiola - definitely 5/5 - perfectly cooked, mushrooms added an interesting flavor and the sauce in this dish was divine. 3. Virgin drink - 4/5 - bit too icy for me but the lemon give it a kick! Overall we absolutely enjoyed our experience, definitely lived up to the reviews. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and great service.
Last weekend we went to brunch at Full Bloom and we had a great experience with delicious food and superb service. I wanted to personally thank Mar for not just waiting on our table but offering no knowledgeable advice, patient but attentive care for our table. Even though I am not vegan, this is definitely my favorite vegan spot and definitely will come back. Thank you Mar and team.
What a great restaurant. My partner & I have been on a vegan food tour of Miami this week & have been making the rounds. Full Bloom stands out. We sat in the lovely outdoor dining section & were taken care of by the very attentive & mellow staff. She ordered the bacon cheese burger, I ordered the Lomo Saltado, which was a seitan-based dish with a ton of fresh veggies & rice. For desert we had the strawberry cheesecake that actually stands out as a remarkably GREAT dish. This place is ideal for a date night with its very cozy atmosphere & great service. Price points are about on par for Miami Beach.
Very nice restaurante, cozy and elegant. Our server Juan was amazing, he provided the Best service ever, always super attentive with big knowledge of the menu. I have been there about three times, and this was definitely a one to remember. We tried the carne asada tacos and couple other delicious dishes.
This place definitely surprised me. Being that the restaurant is located in the front of a hotel you wouldn’t think they would have some of the best tasting vegan meals...but they certainly do. I had their Chow Main and it was incredible! The wild mushrooms paired up with the coconut truffle sauce is just perfection. We also tried their Loaded Yuca Fries and their Breakfast Bowl. Both very tasty and delicious. I would highly recommend this place even if you’re not vegan. You will not be disappointed.
AMAZING! Bursting with flavor and just simply delicious vegan food. Stumbled upon this place and definitely will be back! I had the Cuban bowl-spicy. Perfect amount of spice. My husband had the seitan lomo saltado, delicious! A little salty but still amazing flavor. We shared the watermelon tuna crudo, which was also phenomenal
I came here with 2 non-vegan friends for lunch and we all loved it. Food- Nachos to start were well spiced, fairly portioned, and a perfect mix of creamy cheese sauce texture, chunky jackfruit meat, and crunchy chips and jalapenos. I ordered the breakfast burrito which came with yuca fries. The filling of the burrito was chickpeas and overall kinda dry, but well spiced. My friend ordered the bowl of the day which was Chinese themed and she loved it. The tofu was crispy and all deliciously spiced. My other friend ordered the bacon cheeseburger which came with yuca fries and we all voted this dish our favorite. The patty was so juicy and paired well with the cheese and the pretzel bun just tasted perfect. I haven't had such a tasty & juicy vegan burger in ages. Drinks- I also ordered the berry me cocktail which was huge and beautifully presented. It was sweet with the berries but balanced out with the alcohol. Service- Amazing! All the waitstaff was so friendly, patient, and casual in that they didn't rush at all and made me feel like I'd been dining at a friends house. Atmosphere- Tropical, warm, trendy, and laid back.
I've eaten vegan food in multiple states, 5 countries and Puerto Rico. I also cook and used to sell vegan food right out of my kitchen. I can undoubtly say this is the best vegan food I've had. The fact that it's a nice restaurant just adds. Everything I had blew me away except the lava cake, and that wasn't because if the flavor. It was a texture thing. But lava cake is already tough. Having a miss while doing it vegan is understandable. I mean this place is DELICIOUS. I don't know what else to say except make your tongue and tummy happy and eat here.
It’s a great vegan restaurant. Of the food we’ve ordered, everything tasted great! The star of the show was the vegan brownie. Almost all the restaurants we’ve visited in Florida have charged us with manual service fee (18-20%). Which is fine but I think there should not ask for additional tip on top of that.
Very delicious!! All vegan! Unique items. We really liked everything (me and my non vegan family). I wish the nachos had more cheese sauce and toppings underneath and less spicy aioli type stuff. The taste and texture profiles on all was great! Tiramisu was coconut based could taste the coconut fyi - not mentioned on menu
This is the best fine dining vegan restaurant experience on South Beach. I find that this is a hidden gem amongst the chaos of Ocean Dr or Collins Ave. The food was beyond outstanding. The ambiance was just perfect. We sat outside and were able to enjoy the warm weather while having a nice conversation. The server was very knowledgeable and my friend who is not vegan said she also would definitely come back. An upscale restaurant with down to earth people and excellent food options :)
What an awesome joy, to be able to go on a birthday vacation and enjoy a plant based meal. The ambiance is inviting, it feels like as someone mentioned like you’re in someone’s home. I started off with a cocktail (several, don’t judge) a mojito made with ginger beer💕, the appetizers were amazing, my non vegan companion even loved them, both main dishes were superb. The staff sung Happy Birthday to me, which I wholeheartedly appreciate( trying to upload the video).Excellent service, I will return and shout out to Tab Brown (Vegan Influencer)for dining here and posting positive reviews on her platform. God Bless you guys for making my birthday special ❤️🙏🏾
The place is really nice and the food is amazing. It’s difficult to find good vegan places this was like a hidden jewels that appears as the best vegan restaurant on my google search. We celebrate our 40 Anniversary there and what a great choice. Francesco our host was very attentive and made us feel special. Highly recommended if you are on Miami Beach
What can I say I am not a vegetarian but I can make an exception and I did, incredible experience at full bloom Vegan restaurant the hamburger that I ate delicious, the components that the chef uses to replace the meat are perfect for the palate. The only thing that I felt a little disappointed was when I went to pay the bill, I could not leave the tip to the waiter who attended us very professionally in his work. Gabriel, thank you for your excellent attention.
Miami Beach isn't really a place made for vegetarians / vegans. It's hard to find good veggie options. On google maps we stumbled over this restaurant as it had quite good reviews and the name is self explanatory. So we gave it a try and: it's great! The food was really delicious and they have many different options for each taste. Everything we had was surprisingly good - way better and more innovative than the average vegan restaurant. I bet meat eaters would be surprised about how good it tastes. Also the service staff was amazingly kind and attentive. I really wish there were more places like this in Miami Beach.
The food here was INCREDIBLE! As a vegan, it’s so hard to find a nice gourmet restaurant with decent food options, and this restaurant absolutely blew me away. The ambience, the food, and the service were all extraordinary. I really appreciated how this restaurant didn’t rely on fake meat and is showing the world how great authentically vegan food is when it’s not trying to imitate animal products. I would highly recommend the birria quesadilla!
UNIQUE TASTES AND NEEDS!!! Would the food be good, and would it be good FOR A CLEAN VEGAN like me? YES!! My cravings for healthy, clean, and fresh vegan food are peeking daily for new places, and this lovely “mom & pop” Italian restaurant got 100 % on my research at Miami Beach this weekend! Best clean & delicate food, their cheese-less veggie flat bread was BETTER than the pizza I have had in non-vegan restaurants. The quality of food is so fresh since they have a local farm which develops some of the products. Their in-season veggies were AMAZING!! Miami grown-ups shiitake mushrooms are a must-try! Processed food, even if it's vegan, is usually loaded with added sugar, and unhealthy amounts of sodium which directly contribute to you feeling bloated. After pizza, noodles, patacones with jackfruit & cheesecake my stomach was perfectly fine, not bloated at all… Service was perfection! A A+ !” Nico made our first visit to the restaurant an excellent & enjoyable experience 🤍
Gourmet means creative, yet not quite fantastic, unless you're already vegan: While this restaurant was good with food and service, for the level of gourmet expected given they call it gourmet vegan, I expected a little more flavor from the food. However it was extremely creative and beautifully presented. For example the cauliflower was fine but the sauces didn't really make it amazing, which I expected. Also the beet falafel was quite genius an idea, however for the price there should have been a little more and some additional spices or another touch could have helped, though they were still good. I can appreciate a lot of vegan and vegetarian food and I have been wowed before. Overall for the price I expected a bit more, but an still satisfied. Real flowers were a nice touch.
Loved the patacones- plantains with bbq jackfruit and kimchi. I could eat it every day! They have happy hour 1/2 price drinks. My entree was the special black rice with tofu, so good but a little over sauced. Wish I’d had room for dessert! I would definitely come back. Don’t sit on the ‘patio’ area tho, there’s a small apt building that ppl kept walking past.
My partner and I visited Full Bloom for a dinner. We found this place on HappyCow so we knew that it was 100% vegan, which is amazing. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere with a great outdoor dining area. Service was good, friendly and efficient. The food was good too but not impressive, and it was slightly overpriced in my opinion. The service charge (18%) is included in the bill but you still get asked whether you want to tip on top of that or not which feels a bit unfair IMO. Overall, the experience was certainly positive and I would recommend Full Bloom, however there are better vegan restaurants in South Beach.
The aesthetic and ambience of full bloom vegan was absolutely giving high and vegan restaurant. Living in Miami it’s not often that you’ll find a fancy type field restaurant when it comes to vegan food. Majority of the time is always a calm vibe and very comfy. Besides the look and feel of the restaurant, the food was absolutely amazing. I decided to try a couple of items that I normally wouldn’t and they were very tasty! For a starter I decided to try out the empanadas which had :Mushroom picadillo, black beans & cheese stuffed pastries, garlic cilantro aioli. The cilantro aioli I wasn’t too big a fan of but the empanadas was definitely delicious! As for the entree I went went with the Kimchi Bokkeum- Bap . This dish was super different but had such a burst of flavor and so many different textures Im glad i stepped out of my comfort and went for it the Kimchi consisted of ingredients such as Basmati rice, kimchi, lion’s mane belly, smoked carrot sausage, nori, tofu egg & spring roll . Over all the experience here was great I wish this was just a few more menu options to go from but I would love to come back for the lunch and see what that’s like !
Beautiful, low-key restaurant in South Beach with a nice outdoor seating area. The carbonara was good, but the mushrooms were a bit burnt and the texture of the spaghetti was a bit odd (I think it’s made from farro). The tiramisu and Hawaiian haupia were delicious, but the portions were a little small for the price we paid. The Caesar salad was excellent - I loved that they used yucca croutons instead of bread croutons! Service was friendly and efficient. Overall I’d recommend this place to any vegan or veg-curious people visiting the area!
Staff is very attentive and friendly. We had a good time in my mom's birthday. The food was delicious and the piña colada too. I ordered the tiramisu, that one disappointed me, it was just "mascarpone" cream (it need more consistency) with a cookie and chocolate chips, it didn't taste like coffee.
We visited this restaurant before our concert with Andres Cepeda. You can find parking right in front of the restaurant for about $25, which is convenient. The location itself is unique, with the seating area at the entrance of the Crest Hotel Suites and the kitchen in an adjacent building, along with the restrooms. Our server, an Argentinean waitress, was delightful. She expertly suggested dishes and wines, pairing them perfectly to enhance our dining experience. The ambiance is relaxed, offering outdoor seating at the hotel entrance and a quieter indoor setting near the kitchen. Despite not being vegan or vegetarian, I thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was surprisingly well-priced for the quality, comparable to that of Planta. We indulged in the special of the day, a pasta with sundried tomatoes that was undoubtedly the most delicious pasta I’ve ever tasted. The cheese platter featured some of the most intriguing cheeses, adding to the meal’s novelty. The toasted tenderloin was also delicious. Our drinks, including cocktails and wine, were impeccable. Overall, the setting was romantic with fantastic food, though it felt a bit overpriced. Still, it was a memorable evening that complemented our concert night perfectly.
I had high expectations for this restaurant, especially given how it presents itself as a vegan gourmet experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to the promise. The food was good—flavorful and well-prepared—but not the level of gourmet I anticipated. I had the ravioli as my main course, and while it was delicious, the portion was shockingly small—six raviolis for $33. I’m not a big eater, yet I had to order a three-course meal just to feel satisfied. The service was fine but felt somewhat impersonal, lacking the warmth and attentiveness I would expect at this price point. In total, I spent $94 (drinking only tap water), which felt completely disproportionate to the value received. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the experience didn’t justify the high cost, and I left feeling more disappointed than impressed.
As a vegan and the spouse of a vegan restaurant owner, I was excited to try a gourmet vegan restaurant in Miami. I expected small portion sizes but hoped for a high-quality experience. I ordered cauliflower wings, ravioli fungi, and warm chocolate lava cake, all of which were delicious. However, I was disappointed by several details that fell short of gourmet standards: 1. The cauliflower wings ($17 for three florets) had poor plating; a simple smear of ranch would have improved the presentation. 2. My used utensils were moved to an empty plate on the table rather than replaced, forcing me to request new ones for my main dish. 3. The plating of my ravioli ($33 for six) also lacked creativity; a drizzle of sauce would have enhanced it. 4. My dessert was nicely presented, but the plate had chips along the edge, which is unacceptable for the price. 5. I noticed coagulated blobs in my water, which my server addressed minimally. 6. An automatic 18% gratuity felt insulting, especially for a solo diner. Overall, while the food was good, the lack of attention to detail for an $83 meal was disappointing, and I wouldn’t return, especially with more satisfying options nearby.

I used to enjoy eating at the Full Bloom. However, I feel they need better management. Yesterday I was there without a reservation (I know how important is to have one), but when I asked to sit for two the front girl says: “sorry, we’re full.” she didn't get my name or told me to do a reservation online for later. After that, I looked online and saw plenty of time online to reservations. I was super hungry and Miami is not a vegan-friendly city. I came back later and the food was just fine. Overpriced for what you get it!
