It's was good, it was a bit loud - large party celebrating and all ... The potato soup was DELICIOUS 😋, highly recommend!! Service was good, small hiccup but our server made up for it!

Staff was very kind and all the time pending of rhe table. Food utensils was good fresh and plenty.

Chili’s Grill & Bar was overall a good time, but our experience had a few bumps. We came in as a big party, and while the staff was friendly and the food tasted great once it arrived, there were definitely delays and mix-ups. Some of our meals came out late, some were forgotten completely, and when it came time to pay, the checks weren’t separated correctly. A few of us ended up being overcharged for items we didn’t order. Even with the hiccups, the atmosphere was nice, the staff tried their best, and the food that did make it to the table was solid. It wasn’t awful, but the organization definitely could’ve been smoother, especially for larger groups.

The food always hits. But I just love the atmosphere here. You can't not have a good time at chili's! I especially love when they have special margaritas, like the Wicked ones! I always look forward to a chilis date with friends where we share a triple dipper and sip on margaritas.

My family and I enjoy Chillis. It’s a decent price and a decent meal. Lately we have been ordering when we don’t want to make dinner and there is not once that I have received my order correctly. Today was another of those days, I received a rotten salad and raw meat. I want this review to be read by management. Isn’t there a person who is supposed to inspect the food prior to it being delivered? Why is this happening and continues to happen? Now I don’t have side and I have to finish cooking this meat myself, WHY. I don’t want to stop ordering from here, please fix this issue.

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The server was very kind and attentive but the food itself was so so. They have a 3 for $10.99 deal were you get a soda, an entry, and a main all for basically $11 so i felt that was a great deal. Smash burger was good and the loaded pototes soup was amazing (the favorite ). However the fries were kind of bad. Some of them were crunchy and others just tasted weird like dry and tasteless. Also the fajitas were ok, i had better at other places. The place itself was packed , took forever to bring out the food, there was a lot of noise and the decor is pretty ugly to be honest. Parking was bad too. It was packed and it's in a plaza so there were a ton of vehicles and I had to park in a different store that wasn't for chillis. Overall I'll say 3 stars. It's not bad but it's not great. It's right in the middle.

Look, it's Chilis, you know why you're here. The food is cheap, the service is ok and the atmosphere is basically Applebees. The food had been reliable, but yesterday my wife and I had possibly the worst fajitas ever. Beef and shrimp. Not only was the shrimp the super cheap tiny kind that tastes like it's been frozen since the ice age, the beef was incredibly tough and dry. Without a doubt the worst fajitas we've ever had anywhere. The chicken enchilada soup was perfect, as always, and the drinks were good. We'll be back, because there aren't a lot of places to feed a family of four for this price, but I'd advise staying away from the fajitas.

I hadn’t visited a Chili’s in a while, and I stopped by today. Unfortunately, the restaurant was noticeably dusty, it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw that but my husband stopped me from walking away. On the positive side, the server was top-notch, very attentive, and the food was good with great portions. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning, but I hope they address the cleanliness issues because the service and food were otherwise.

The waitress took too long to let us know that 4 different drink options were not available. Later during our stay, they asked us to physically move our table over to fit a bigger party in the designated space. The host decided to “help” by invading my friend’s personal space by literally hugging her to move the table over. That was absolutely not necessary.

I am a haven’t always been a good fan of Chili’s but today I decide to give it another try. I had really high expectations that I was going to be pleased but I just couldn’t eat my steak I really don’t know how to describe it but it wasn’t good. I think I will come back but I will try something else and maybe not have so much expectations this time

We decided to stop by after a day at the beach to avoid cooking. For almost $200 between 2 adults and 3 kids I would’ve taken the latter. The fajitas were way over seasoned, chicken could’ve been turned into tires and took over 45 minutes to receive the last one. Dessert was great. The beans were awesome. That’s the only good part of the night. The picture is the food I left could not finish it.

Our experience was bad.We ordered to go and the food was really bad. We returned to the place and the service was terrible. They didn't even ask us why we were returning the food. They didn't even offer to make us another meal.We don't recommend this chili at all.

I was having such a good day, my nachos were perfect so I decided to order another one to go. When I asked the waiter since 10 minutes have passed she replied with, if its not out it’s because we are backed up. Which I understood because I to work in the food industry, I was in no rush to leave. I get my nachos and they are practically thrown in the container. I wrongly assumed there would be lettuce or tomatoes and there were nothing. My nachos are burnt and barely have cheese in it. My heart was truly broken, I trusted this place since Ive never had an issue but I was wrong. These nachos are so sad. I just threw them away.

By far the worst experience I've had at chili's. And I been ging to chili's since the 2010s but today has been one of the worst experiences I've had at this establishment. We got sat and it took 25 minutes for a server to come to the table then when she gets to the table doesn't even Introduce her self just told me and my family my server had to leave so now she has to serve us like she was bothered she had to do her job. We order oir food and drinks all drinks get tocthe table except mine even though it was the first drink I said. I politely asked her about my drink and more straws still waited another 15 minutes for a diet coke when the diet coke gets there the cup is so FILTHY I can scrape the scum off the cup I ask for another drink cause the cup is dirty she literally poured the same exact diet coke from one dirty cup to another cup that was even more dirty. Food came out extremely cold like if it was sitting in the window the entire 40 minutes we had to wait for our food. Customer service was completely trash. Something needs to be done about this.

No longer affordable. For chicken strips $16. Found out that fajitas meat comes premade and just heated up. If you don't want green peppers just pulled them out before eating. The place was empty for lunch... Understandable. Avoid
