Eating at Cici is always great and unbeatable affordable . You can’t complain for the value. I love the Alfredo pasta, the salad and yes some of the pizzas too. I also enjoyed the desserts specially the brownies .. they were really good. Great customer service too
They have 4.99$ buffet specials on Monday and Tuesday limited time only , you have to show mobile coupon of it , I have a picture of that coupon and I will attach it on my pictures 😀👍 I took my friend to this all you can eat pizza place on Wednesdays around 7 pm , was first time ever in ever pizza buffet , I tried mac n cheese pizza first time ever , didn’t even knew that type of pizza even existed 😂😀, drinks are not included , buffet comes with pasta , salad bar , pizza , dessert I had mac and cheese pizza 🍕, spinach and cream pizza , bbq chicken pizza, Hawaiian pizza, ground beef pizza, pizza with mushrooms and peppers , pineapple pizza , had a bowl Alfredo pasta 🍝, for dessert I had sweet cheese pie- pizza, apple pie pizza , brownie , cinnamon rolls . I attached pictures and videos of buffet and my plates and myself and bill . Buffet was 8.99 per person and drink was 1.99 and for 2 people bill came 23.5$ Hope my review was useful and wishing you beautiful day 😀
Great blast from the past, it's amazing this is still around! Price for buffet no drink around $10 inflation is wild
Liked it,great place to bring with family and friends.Great pizza and with at least modern dining tables.only thing wrong is that the chocolate cake forumla needs to be changed.

I'm ranking this based on how good the restaurant can be. If you enjoy Cici's pizza like I do, then you'll have a decent variety of pizza to choose from, but that almost doesn't matter because even if they don't have the pizza you want, you can just request it at no extra cost (assuming you've already paid for the buffet). Cici's pizza also often has ~$3 deals for the buffet often on Instagram. The salad bar has the majority of the stuff you'd expect with some special additions such as beats. The brownies here are so so soft and gooey, definitely should try if you like brownies. This location has already remodeled at least once and relatively recently so the inside is fresh and there's usually no shortage of cleaned tables to use. Cici's is a great treat for you or your family, just don't overeat, it's still pizza afterall, you WILL get a stomach ache 🍕
We've been to this CiCis several times before and after the pandemic. It's different now that you can't serve yourself but they lowered the price so that compensates and you can still get whatever you want. The food is not the greatest quality (the soup tastes like Lipton Cup-a-Soup) but for the price of the buffet, it's okay. The cinnamon rolls are the best item they have. On one last note, they let you get your own sodas which sort of defeats the purpose of not serving yourself as people refill their used cups.
Best pizza place ever.
Been eating there since it opened. Good food for a very reasonable price. $$ The owners, and staff are very attentive. All You Can Eat for currently about $6... Lots of pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert options. You can add an all you can drink soda option too...
Great place to eat with your family, some good pizza that comes out pretty fast. The only problem I had is when I went I waited a while for a cashier to ring me up and there wasn't really ac in there, but the food was worth it all in my opinion.
For being in the middle of Hialeah I really like coming here. The employees are very nice and they always have all the plates full. And will quickly refill any empty plates or put in any request you have. Always clean and food always taste really good and fresh. Has a cute small arcade room for the littles ones. A good fun place to come eat all kinds of pizza.
Not only pizza. Soup, salad Bar,Pasta, desserts! Excellent foods. and underpriced! Too delicious and can't stop eating! I am strongly recommend Cici's Pizza.
Made the trip from Broward. The food is what you expect for $7. But it was always revolving and full. Very surprised how large the dining area is. And how clean they keep it. Even with customers not bringing their 13 plates each to the specific areas. They are very well staffed and kept up with a huge influx of customers. While we were there. They also have an arcade in the back for the kids.
Very enjoyable experience here
Haven't been to Cici's in years! Decided to go today after the park with the fam. Excellent Price and Food A+ Psss.. ask nicely and you can get a personal pie of your liking 🤣
It’s a must visit place, the place is very clean, the stuff is friendly and welcoming. The food is very hot and fresh . We took advantage of a coupon of 4.99$ which will expire on 11/12/24 that gives the place an A plus🥰
The place was clean and the food was fresh. There was also a lot of variety. The dining room is spacious with a lot of tables. There was also a little arcade area which I found pretty cool. It was also easy to find parking. I'll definitely go back again.
Cici's Pizzas a good place to go, with the family. Kids will definitely enjoy. $5.99 all you can eat. Every type of pizza. Salad bar available. All side dishes. At salad bar. Many different directions. Very tasty. Management wonderful. Clean restaurant. Restrooms. Disabled equipped. Disability parking in the front. Disability ramp available. Entrance. Good place for parties. Hope I was helpful. If you enjoyed my review. Please give me a thumbs up. By pressing the like button.
We love Cici's ! I always have to bring my grandson there. Now they have a new chocolate dessert, it's delicious! Thank you Cici's for making me a cool grandma ♡
The employees here work super hard. My food was to go and they made it as fast as they could on a Saturday and let me tell you this location gets PACKED on a Saturday! Definitely avoid the weekends if you want to avoid catching covid or something. Lol the food was yummy and for a place that gets super packed I think it was clean enough.
I always love CiCi's as it takes me back to my childhood. It doesn't get any simpler than this for a great price. Also take advantage of the free bday buffet when you sign up with them. I just wish we had more locations.
What to say? Buffet, pizza. Two magic words. Pizza is nice, nothing "gourmet", but the dough is fresh and perfectly cooked. Don't like very much the thickest one, but the thinner is great. Best option? The one with spinach. How to don't mention the discount for seniors? My parents can eat all they want for as much as 5.32 dollars. So, cheap and good. Oh, also lot of veggies. And also pasta and soup. But let me say, pasta is very basic. The soup with croutons is nice. Recommended!
Great place to commit gluttony with Unlimited Pizza and Desserts. UPDATE: Fast forward several months, I no longer commit gluttony 😂, but I do enjoy some veggies and eat a few slices even when I want to eat more. Pre-diabetes isn't fun. 😞
We just went here 2 days ago and the pizza was very yummy, especially the macaroni and cheese pizza. I would recommend going here again. I also love the fact that it's a pizza buffet where you pick your own pizza.
Excellent value for money. Nice pizza, ok pasta and not the best salad. Friendly staff, very popular it seems. Deserts not nice.
Pizza was freshly baked, made to order. Our teens love pizza 🍕 and they get an all you can eat experience for $8.99 plus tax + tip. Sometimes the special is $4.99 on Monday and Tuesday. Salad, soup and dessert is also available and included.
Great place. Everything was perfect. Not crowded, very fast cooking if you order your custom pizza. Great friendly staff. Clean place. Thank you, guys, your place is a miracle!
I didn't have high expectations just because of what is around it (shopping center looks a little run down) but it was very clean. Buffet full. Special requests were fulfilled in a timely manner. Came during lunch rush, and the second it started to clear out tables were wiped and everyone was cleaning. The food was exactly what you expect when/if you say to yourself "CiCis sounds good right now." Very good. Will definitely stop in again next time we are in the area. The staff does an excellent job keeping this place up.
Being the only closes Cicis Pizza it was not bad, the eating area was clean. I did not see much staff action but it was also pretty late almost closing time. Only problem which really is not on the restaurant is the racing young kids outside. It doesn’t make the area feel safe at least at that time not for anything bad but being with little kids and having cars racing out the parking spot is not safe. Maybe having some police presence during the night time would be a good idea.
Place was great! The cashier gave me her number. I ordered the cinnamon rolls. Spot on! After she and I kept communication and I got more sugar than I walked in for that day. Awesome! I highly recommend.
Came here with my family for my neice graduation lunch haven’t came here in a long time love to see the place is very cleanamd the pizza is still good and everyone is nice thank u so much this place bring back alot of memories
Nice experience at this Cici's Pizza. We have been coming here for a few years and the food has always been good! The place is clean and the staff is nice. The buffet is $7.99 per person (I believe) and drinks like $2. The buffet includes all kinds of pizza, pasta, and salad. There are also 3 desserts: cinnamon rolls, brownie, and a sweet pizza.
I think they need to open another location back in Kendall . They used to have 2 locations and closed due to pandemic. But will make it more profitable if they open in the south west areas. Also they need to train their staff to be more friendly . They serve with an attitude as if I’m not the customer . The customer is to be served with kindness and joy.other than that it’s good food we enjoy !
I came here today for a field trip with special needs kids. My expectations were low but I was blown away with the kindness of the staff and how good the food was for the price. Manager Daylin was specially great with accommodations. Will definitely return.
My son loved it! We took him there for his birthday because he loves pizza and he likes games and that made him so happy! Only one in Miami wish they're more locations.
Pizza Buffet, yum. Affordable. Delicious and the bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen in a long time. My biggest pet peeve is going to places were food is served or sold and the bathrooms are filthy. You could eat off the floor in this bathroom and it smelled really nice too. Keep up the good work Cicis
Amazing customer service, leadership and work ethics. It is reassuring to see small teams doing their jobs well! The restaurant was getting busy, but the team was able to keep up with the increased volume of customers with no problem. The manager seems like a great mentor and blessing for his crew. Well done!
Food is always good. Staff - sometimes they're on point and sometimes eh not so much. Usually very clean place, cool atmosphere, friendly for the most part. I'll definitely continue to come here. Food is always good and the price, too.
South Florida's last location, excluding Orlando, consistently delivers exceptional experiences. The customizable pizza options and unlimited beverages cater to diverse preferences, making it ideal for family gatherings, friend reunions, or any social event.
Coming from a town where they don't make anything else 2-3hours before close, this place was still pumping them out at 8pm! Clean tables, clean buffet line, and the arcade worked. Will definitely be going back again and again
I'm very glad there is still a Cici's pizza near my home. The other two places were closed during or after the pandemic. I love the pizza style here, reminding me something back home. I especially love their flat bread spinach pizza and Bbq ck pizza. Hope you guys have great business and keep this place open for many many more years!
The service here was excellent, the whole team working did great. There was a blonde lady that I wish I had gotten her name, she was extra kind and she deserves praise. Even remembered my name when I said goodbye(I had made a pizza bowl order with my name). Best Cisis I’ve been too, great work!!
It's the best deal around. Pizza is always hot and fresh at lunch time. Just avoid if you walk in and see a school group or daycare.
It is always fun to bring my teenage Sons to this dining experience. I continue to be astonished at the amount of pizza slices they can consume! The staff that works here is very attentive to the needs of the consumer, constantly bring out fresh and diverse pizzas! They provide an extensive salad bar, along with desserts which range from brownies and cinnamon buns as well as other surprises.
My kids loved it. It was their first time at Cicis. They used to have one by me and Pennsylvania, but they took it down. Definitely brought back old memories. Price is super cheap and it’s a must go if you have kids because you get your moneys worth. All you can eat pizza and refills. Brought back great memories.
Best bang for your buck here if your on a budget and looking to budget but also go out for a decent meal, altough one time their A/C was broken for a pretty long time.
I definitely recommend this place to buffet and pizza fans. They have token operated arcade games, you don't even have to use much cash for them.
Our children love all you can eat pizza 🍕 😋 you can order your own pizza, eat a salad 🥗, brownie, cinnamon buns, and speak spanglish with the friendly staff. We also play air hockey before heading home. My youngest always takes a treat from the coin eating machines up front. Everyone leaves full and happy, especially on $5 days. 😊 what's not to like?
I came here October 15th 2025 the pizza was good I made myself a Cesar salad and it was delicious service was good I will definitely be coming back here soon!!!
Don't listen to the haters. This place is amazing and has amazing service.
The stars are arbitrary; the important thing here is that this is a Cici's Pizza that still is ongoing in a post-covid world. It's exactly the same quality as always, exactly the same price. I had my buffet with a drink only about $13 for the all you can eat. The particular establishment itself was nicely maintained, fresh pizzas and breads routinely swapped in, nice classic rock/modern pop playlist going.
The pizzas could definitely use more toppings, as they feel a bit lacking in content. However, I hadn’t been here in about 13 years, so coming back brought back a lot of good memories. It was a nostalgic experience for me, and I enjoyed returning to a place I used to visit long ago.

Wow. What can we say? 10s all across. \n\nLet me be more specific, pizzas were 6/10, a bit bland but enjoyable and not too greasy. The breadsticks were 10/10 perfectly crunchy and salty. Pastas were …

Very reasonable price for a freakin pizza buffet, no complaints. My daughter loves the candy claw machine, we pray they don't close the location down any time soon.

Rafael has amazing customer service and deserves a promotion or a raise. He really makes the Cicis company look amazing.
Good food as always. Friendly staff. Kept fairly clean, even with it being busy.
While most places change, throughout the years Cici's has remained true to it's roots. Dirt cheap pizza buffet, with some additional salad/ pasta options, & a doozy of desserts on the side. It's not the best tasting, nor is it healthy, but you can get a great balance of food for what you pay for, & the staff is very attentive to requests. Cicis is great!
Cici's Pizza is an amazing pizza place with a rather humongous variety of different pizzas. But of course this pizza place is quite amazing and shows respect to their customers. I enjoy the customer service they receive over there. One of my favorite workers over there, is a young and beautiful woman who has black hair and shows kindness to her customers while still showing her beautiful smile. But really there is nothing awful about this place whatsoever, really it's a wonderful pizza place with excellent pricing and great quality on the pizza. I highly recommend it! Oh and by the way, to the beautiful woman who I saw on a Friday, wearing glasses, I can say I like her a lot. Saying I like her a lot!
It's a neat buffet place. They will make you any pizza they offer but isn't currently out. Staff was nice. Not the best pizza but not bad and it's a buffet. I tried most of what they had already made. Go for any freshly put out pies. Also if you like spinach dip you'll most likely enjoy the spinach pizza. Also they have improved quite a bit since I first had cicis pizza over ten years ago.
For the price its really good, definitely worth it.
On the way to travels we arrived at this restaurant at 9.50 pm. Even though store suppose to stay open till 11 PM, Cashier informed us they will start wrapping up at 10 and we will have 10 minutes to grab food. Given kids were very hungry, we decided to stay. Luckily inside staff was super nice and continued to address our requests beyond 10 pm and severed us fresh food to our choice. Good team can turnaround your whole experience.
Never a bad experience here. Priced well and pizza is fresh.
The food was nice, not overly great but definitely not the worst one. The staff is what did it for us. Every time they ran out of something they replaced it with something else. The atmosphere was okay mostly because of the location with the parking but honestly I can't count that against this place that's why I gave them four stars. If you like CiCi's definitely go to this one.

I am 29yrs old and I cannot believe I’ve never visited this place. I did some research cause I am super sus when it comes to buffets. My husband ordered a personal pizza and they made it for him as desired. I an coming back to this place for sure! Down fall issss, people aren’t using the plastic gloves that are offered to the customers. Everyone is touching everything with bare hands (still wearing masks) and then touching their food to consume. But not my problem, I used the glove, having good hygiene is key, not a mask. I did give it a 3 star because the manager Dialysis does not have her hours on check. I went back at 9pm on the dot (when it says they close at 10pm) with my family, the cashier rejected us and said that we had to be there one hour earlier…which we were….but my husband cooled me down and we left. So if you want to come here, arrive 2hrs before closing time! :)

The prices wasn't as shown and they put kids as adults. The food was pretty okay but not as great as expected. Also the air condition wasn't working making it a stifling and oppressing heat filled space especially with the amount of people and with kids running around. The bathrooms were not very clean and the tables were dirty. Pretty mediocre overall. I wouldn't say stay away but i wouldn't recommend it either.
Although the service was friendly and attentive, the pizza was bad and just a few options to choose but for that price I can't really complain much, also no AC so it's gonna be hot there....
Service was okay. The soup was super watery, dressings were empty and pizzas were slightly overbaked. Some ingredients weren't available but apart from that everything else was ok. We went on a Sunday and it got a bit busy after we arrived, remember this is the only Cici's left in the area so it gets super packed.
This was, honestly, my worst experience at a Cicis Pizza. I felt like I was fighting to get my food, and most of the pizzas advertised on the website weren't available. The dessert took longer than usual, with people lining up for it. I assume the workers were stressed, as it seemed they didn't cook it enough.
Its ok but nothing compared to the Orlando locations. Soup is great but you wont find a piece of chicken in there. Pizzas are way to greasy and usually not cooked properly. Pizzas in the Orlando locations are very well made and full of ingridients. Unfortunately it is the only Cici's pizza here in Miami so no other location to go to. ACs are usually not working properly and feels very hot inside with the ovens going. Drinks syrup amount is modified and you get very diluted fountain drinks that dont taste well at all. Employees are great. They just work with what they are given.. wish things can turn in the right direction. We go there at least 2 or 3 times a month for the kids, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
Can't beat the price for the amount of food you can get at the buffet. Nothing special but not bad. Last location left in Florida I Believe
It was okay it not really filling until we got to the desert but it’s okay I didn’t find it crazy or anything special but it was okay.
Yeah I juice feasting so I didn't eat. But it took 5 pizza ordered to get the pizza my friend ordered. They hardly put any toppings on the pizza. My husband asked for mushrooms and onions and we counted 3 onion slivers and 5 mushroom pieces. At least someone there one person spoke English today.
The actual pizza and other food items in the buffet are basically 2-stars but I gave it a 3 because of the great price and convenience. The only sketchy thing that happened yesterday was that I had…
Food was fresh and good. The little young cashier and her young, ring noise friend was sort of rude, they think they are smarter then a 4th grader and they are not and was not...all people in customer service positions need to take up "free" customer service skills classes on eventbrite, most of them come with certification of completion. Make it mandatory for your workers.
After 5 years without visiting Cicis pizza I took the opportunity for a quick dinner and was severely disappointed. As I always did before, I asked for an anchovies and onion and was told they didn't have anchovies. This did not upset me as anchovies are an odd request and they didn't always have them available before, but then I asked for onions and beef and was promptly told they didn't have onions. I ate the pizzas they had available... very.. very good and stale. But my real disappointed came when in 20 minutes after I had finished eating, they brought out a cheese and onion pizza to the buffet counter. Cicis . Not what it used to be
what a disappointing experience. The restaurant was filthy, not a clean table to be found. We asked to have a table clean for us and the young man did a terrible job. left crumbs all over the table. Than begun to do the same thing with other tables leaving them all dirty and sticky. The walls are dirty, the bathroom was filthy and there was vomit on the floor and on waste receptacle. They advertise new chicken wings that we tried to order, but we were told they could not make anymore for the day. We tried to order lemon squares and we advised that they were out of those also. When we tried to get our drinks they had run out of iced tea and said they were out of it also for the day and some of the soda dispensers were not working. As I stated in the beginning of this review. A real disappointment. I do not recommend the restaurant located on West 49th Street Hialeah Florida and will not return. Do yourself a favor stay away
Decided to take my family to CiCis pizza in Hialeah, atmosphere was ok not to crowded which was shocking, place was organized service was ok, the only thing i didn’t like about this place was the food it didn’t taste right it tasted stale also i asked for wings with the bone the lady gave me boneless wings and they give you the sauce on the side which takes away from the whole chicken wing experience
This is a health concern. It's not acceptable that I feel hotter inside this establishment than when i'm outside on a 91 degree day. I've worked in food service and if the air conditioning is malfunctioning so terribly the temperature inside is 83 degrees then do not open. The food will go bad quicker, the risk of contamination is higher, and there is an overall discomfort felt by almost everyone here. This isn't okay :/
OK so I’m here in the Hialeah Cici’s and I’m not very pleased, first off with everything going on with Covid and everything, a lot of the people here are not using the gloves that was supplied to handle things to get the food and I mentioned that to the employees and then I’m doing anything about it, I told the guy who I think is a manager since it looks like the girl didn’t know English and he said OK and nothing was still done about it. That’s sad, and I asked for the pizza bowl you know for people who do low-carb/keto and they said they don’t do that here, I don’t think that’s right because people with diabetes or other health problems that need modifications can’t enjoy a healthy meal they have to either have the pizza with bread or choose to go somewhere else and a lot of the pizza that was here looks like it been sitting. I’m very disappointed after driving almost a half he to come here.
I have a gift card and was advised that it would not work for purchases within the restaurant. Confusing cause it’s a gift card for CiCi…. And the person at the counter stated that it just don’t work here… I come here cause my kids love this place and they enjoy the variety of things they can eat… so end result was I had to pay and keep my gift card for another time I suppose…
Not much better than my last review 4 years ago. No roaches this time but store was dirty .employees were not really interested in keeping the line stocked. The only one that was attentive was the greeter, the bathroom both of them were closed. Blocked of by chairs. I asked The lady that was on the floor picking up the plates and she said both bathrooms were clogged and closed. How can you run a restaurant with both bathrooms closed . I think you guys need some kind of inspection in that store and some serious improvements to staff and managers.
Be warned . I was here in March 2025 and while we were eating , small roaches appeared while on top of the table . We told the manager and got a refund but still. They need to properly clean the dinning area and fugimate the place .
Very disappointed. The salad was brown and dirty looking. The vegetables all looked bad except for the canned red beets. The side of the ice machine really looked nasty which is why I’m writing this review. It’s imperative that all restaurants clean their ice machines to prevent the spread of bacteria through ice. I drove a little far to eat here because my daughter wanted to see what a Pizza Buffet was like. I am vegetarian so I was hoping for a nice salad bar but never got any salad. I told them the salad needed to be switched out and I’m pretty certain they just threw more salad on top of the old salad.
I FOUND A HAIR IN MY PIZZA! Not only the pizza was lacking sauce in it’s entirety but also found A HAIR ON IT. This is not only disappointing, but DISGUSTING. I worked in restaurants for several years in all areas and this is enough reason for TEMPORARY CLOSURE and a HEALTH INSPECTION. And I can't go because even if I show them this, they are not capable of giving a sad refund for this pizza, even though this is disgusting, and considering that hair is a GREAT TRANSMITTER OF BACTERIA AND DISEASES IN FOOD. I would love to get in touch with their customer service, because having to pay for such a service, and also with a transmitter of bacteria as unpleasant as a HAIR is inhumane.
I’ve been to other CiCis Pizza and I have generally enjoyed my time there. However, in this location, I found the staff to be very slow and we had very long waiting times for certain types of pizzas and desserts to be brought out. Furthermore, the lemon bars that they served were undercooked and served with raw dough.
Worst pizza place I have ever been. I rather to eat at McDonald’s for the same price. Place is a mess. Although I have to recognize the staff is very attentive. Summarizing if you want pizza go somewhere else.

We walked in at 3:15 and all the food was stiff and cold. 5 female employees were distracted, laughing and playing games in between themselves and a man who was here as a customer. We've been sitting waiting for fresh food and have observed how distracted these employees are. This happened on February 24, 2023.
Absolutely disgusting. Pizza was half full down the line, bathroom filthy, and worst of all the food made me sick. I began eating and within 15 minutes my stomach turned and i ran right to the bathroom. Dough and cinnamon buns looked way undercooked and it got me SICK… surprised this place is still open. I get that its only 8 bucks but no matter how cheap it is it should atleast at the bare MINIMUM not make me sick. I would give it 0 stars if it let me
It was our first time at Cicis and while The pizza was not awful tasting, there was metal shavings in it. I’m assuming from the tray they make the pizza in. Then as we waited for some desserts to come out, a roach passed right by our feet at our table. Not clean! Never going back.
Came in an hour before closing and the entire staff was acting as if they had 5 minutes left. I request a pizza as soon as I walked in and was told “5 minutes” 20 minutes later the same worker was off the the side chatting with a coworker with the overn being completely turned off. When I asked for my pizza again, they sent it through the oven in less than 3 minutes. It was presented to me under cooked and doughy. ALSO, workers on staff allowed a woman to walk in WITH HER DOG and greeted her as she walked past the buffet. Worst service I have ever received at a CiCis whoever is the manager at this location should be fired immediately!
Sadly this location has majorly gone down in service and cleanliness. Came in today with my children for what I thought was a quick bite to eat. My daughter and I both placed orders for thin crust pizzas. 20 minutes later and no pizzas my daughter went to check on our orders. The young lady said “not yet”. 10 minutes later...and still no pizzas... I went to check on our orders. At that time the same young lady then explained that the pizzas were JUST being created and still weren’t even placed in the oven. Close to 40 minutes later the pizzas finally came out. When I went to speak to the manager, her answer was “I’m not on duty now”. No regard for their customers and no remorse either. DO NOT bother stopping by this location as there are many other locations that actually deserve to remain in business.
I went to this Cicis Pizza for a kids’ football team luncheon and was very disappointed. The bathrooms were filthy, no paper towels and trash everywhere. The games weren’t working, just eating up tokens and when we asked for assistance we were ignored and given the run around. Some of the food being refilled was cold and dry as if it was sitting out in the back. Workers don’t greet you or clean tables. We had to clean our own. Will not be back again.
Variety was scarce the day I went. Plus what was available was overcooked! Lot if the pizza was burned and the cinnamon buns were totally burned and hard on the bottom. There was hardly any pasta and the one that was there was hard as a rock! Waste of my money! Plus it's no longer cheap. Average price with drinks is 11 per person. I think they should make better quality food for that price!
Pizza is always cold, the chicken noodle soup didn’t taste good because the chicken tasted bad. Brownies toasted old not fresh. The whole place is disgusting go somewhere else
First of all, the pizzas are cold and they aren’t even cheesy like shown on their page. Secondly the service is horrible cashiers talking on the phone while attending other people. They take forever to bring out new food so we are stuck with old pizzas until they decide to cook more. This place just sucks. It was better back in 2012 when the service was actually better and so was the food. Not recommended at all don’t even waste your money. Also you have to pay for soda?? The buffets is already 9.62 per person with water if you want soda you have to pay extra. As a buffet you should already have soda included hence why the your paying 10 per se. Honestly just close the buffet it’s horrible and the owner is doing a horrible job selecting his employees.
DO NOT play any of the games they do not work...lost $20 and left disappointed. Might be my last visit.
I always come here to eat and I always tip the cashier and I always get a cup of water and add a pinch of lemonade and this idiot wanted me to throw awayy lemon water and get a new cup, how ridiculous, shame on you being so cheap,I will never iny life eat here and will publish my story on all social media I even explained that it was water with a dash of lemonade to mask the taste of water I left my food at the table and walked out
I was disrespected by the person at the front because I bought a soda cup, and I wanted to give my dad a little bit and she got very angry and said, i'm not supposed to do that even though there was a very weird person next to me.That was doing the same thing that brought their own drink from the outside and they didn't get told anything. Also, the food was very bad, and the air conditioning is broken. And i've been coming here for over 21 years and I can definitely say, it's the worst experience i've had every time I go.It's a little bit worse than the previous. I also spoke with the headquarters and no one is doing anything. So it seems like they don't really care about customer service or the air conditioning or the food quality.
