I ordered through Uber eats. It was refreshing to get some delivery food that was fresh and unique tasting. Everything arrived hot. Presentation and portion was on point also. I Will definitely be a regular for the foreseeable future.

The food is great, and the staff is super friendly, specially Silvia at the drive through window. I wasn't sure what to order and she was so patient and helped me make the right decision quickly. My daughter is obsessed with this place, she loves the chicken steak with rice and plantains, but the sauces made the whole difference. Great place to eat in or take out highly recommended.

I love this place. The food is so good, clean. The service is always lovely, the folks here you can tell enjoy working here and get along and help each other. I’m ordering at least 1 to 3 times a week. They have never messed up an order via delivery, I’ve always had excellent service in store. The also carry Jupiña and Materva, which I love, and Pollo Tropical stopped serving these classic Hispanic sodas. Don’t sleep on the yellow sauce, it’s such a unique flavor. Big props to the Manager Juliana for keeping up such a nice store.

This is a must visit spot!! The food is amazing and they have so many different varieties and choices on the menu. You get two side with choice of meat and at this location if you dine in the bring the food to your table. Very clean and friendly staff and the prices is not bad at all. I just stopped by this restaurant and, to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. The place is a little small for dining in, but the food is fresh and absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this spot if you’re in the North Miami area.
The stir fry chicken with cilantro rice was very good. Flavorful and a good portion. The spicy sauce added to the meal nicely and great for dipping the fried yucca.
Super solid if you’re looking for a comforting meal at a reasonable price. I appreciate the easy online ordering for pick up and the good sized portions. Everything I have had here has been so delicious and fresh! I wish they had more sustainable packaging (that doesn’t leak) for to go orders. Otherwise great experience.

A friend ordered 1/2 chicken dinners for us. Said she loves the food here. Delivery was QUICK but we all found the chicken dry. The cilantro sauce was the saving grace.
I feel this place does not deserve one star, due to the food being really good and flavorful. However, I did notice something that is a bit misleading and sneaky. I ordered a grilled chicken, veggies and cilantro rice. The cashier advised me I can pick two sides and she told me the sides. I ordered the chicken, veggies and cilantro rice “since it was side”. When she printed the receipt I was charged for the cilantro rice. If this is way to get more money off people telling them it’s a side and then charging them, this is not the way to go. I do not care if it’s a low amount, but it’s principal and it’s a dirty practice.
125th street & Biscayne. Stop the false advertisement, you advertise the family meal with 2 sides included it's on your menu at the restaurant then turn around and charge the customers for the sides. And also fix your online prices, the food is almost double the price advertised online. No apologies or excuses, fix it!
I am a big fan of rotisserie chicken and love the La Brasa chain for their economical food pricing. A half-chicken with two side salads is my “go-to” when eating lunch out for a semi-healthy meal. Service was very good at this location and I always feel bad for giving a low rating to any Miami restaurant. I would have given a one star rating but the employees were extremely friendly and service was fast. BUT it’s absolutely unacceptable to serve barely warm chicken where the leg was actually cold and the rest of the meat barely warm. Not only that but the dark meat was dry, which I thought was impossible. So you can imagine how dry the breast was. I didn’t even get a chicken wing because it was eviscerated into a hard stick with no meat. I was in a hurry and was too embarrassed to demand a new order so I just ate the meal. Hopefully this place doesn’t get a food inspection because obviously the chicken is not being kept at a proper temperature. It looked like other dishes were being made to order but if I was the owner of this location I would be ashamed I let my customers get served such sub par food. Also the size of the chicken was quite small. For this I would not return to this location but will continue to try other locations.
2 times bad experience: 1. Got burnt tostones about 2 months ago and didn't come back. 2. Today, I ordered NY steak with beans and tostones. Meat and tostones were so hard to chew. The steak was too raw for Medium cook; even felt a little old. It tasted funny. Only the beans tasted fresh. Way too expensive for not quality food.
The food was very flavorless , the stakes are not as you expect them to be especially if you ask for medium rare. Terrible. Wouldn't recommend but if anybody likes plain flavored food this place is it. Won't be coming back .
This has to be the worst La brasa location! Accidentally ordered from this one instead of the North Miami one which is great in comparison to this one. We ordered 2 of the 1/4 chicken with 2 sides - both veggies and cesar salad. The chicken was fine, the veggies were awful! Burnt and soggy at the same time and just tasted horrible. The Cesar salad was withered and the dressing just didn’t taste right. They also only gave us the sauces for one of the orders and when we asked for another set of sauces for the second plate they said we’d have to pay extra. We’d definitely avoid this location next time and stick to the other one. Not worth it at all
I decided to try again with delivery and the same thing keeps happening. I request specific sauces and they do not give them. It’s quite disappointing as the sauces are very good as well as the food. Do the employees not follow instructions? This happens every single time and is really not acceptable.
I came here today (August 24, 2021) through the drive thru around 6:10 p.m. The cashier on the drive thru speaker didn't even give me a chance to look at the menu. She simply kept asking me "what do you want?". She didn't even greet me upon my arrival she just kept saying "What do you want?". Which was very rude and unwelcoming. I quickly ordered something without fully looking at the menu because the cashier was basically rushing me. I literally felt like I was being disrespected as a customer. After I placed my order I drove up to the drive thru window. I asked the cashier "Do you accept scan pay ?" . She replied yes. I decided to pay with my debit card instead. When I handed the Debit card to her, she looked at me with a hateful look on her face. As if she didn't want to accept my debit card. After the payment process, I literally waited almost 20 minutes at the drive-thru window for 1 meal. The cashier was very slow. The chicken was so small, it was mainly bones. The cashier didn't provide me with any utensils nor napkins. This was literally my worst experience here. I will NOT come back here.
They needs put attention to take orders ,I ask for brown rice and garden salad and receive white rice and ceaser salad !!!
The food is delicious. Always fresh and tasty. Good portions. But unfortunately, the wait time at the drive thru is INSANE. Today, it took 40 mins to get our food, only to notice we were missing an item and had to wait again. I am not exaggerating. It was 40 minutes wait. In my car. With 3 young children. It is unacceptable. It is sadly the same every single time. I will not return for that reason.
We loved this restaurant and the chicken has always been so delicious. Unfortunately we went yesterday and the chicken was terrible, fatty, cold and not cooked and crispy like usual. We sent it back once and unfortunately the second attempt wasn’t any better. I don’t know what’s changed, the method of cooking the chicken is now horrible. Hoping this problem is corrected.
Alright thanks for giving me tostones instead of fries in my Uber Ears order, now I get to eat Tostones with Fried Fish like a lunatic. I also don’t get to have my order fixed because it’s delivery, nor am I able to go somewhere else because I’m at work. Well played 👏
Worst Ceviche and roasted chicken! Vegetables were not fresh and the taste of the fish and the chicken was extremely bad and dry. Believe me the chicken from Publix or Walmart has a better taste. We are a Peruvian family and our experience was really bad. Only true Peruvians know the taste of a good ceviche and this one was bad. The quality of this restaurant was the best a few years ago but definitely the staff get worse. Hopefully the owner can give us a refund.

2nd time going and again terrible customer service and overprice. They only have good reviews because if you leave a good review they will give you a percentage off our order. Like the first time only went because my mother wanted to go. today is actually her bday and after bothering her all day to lets go out to eat she said ok and wanted to go to this place . And like the first time only went because my mother wanted to go. Two of the female staff members were not friendly. One of them that look to be the one in charge I notice gave attitude not only towards me but to other Latinas. Was super friendly to an African American gentleman. Not sure what the issue was but he admitted it was too late and it was his mistake she offer I think to give him a drink. I do not know but I did notice her friendly demeanor and big nice smile. The cashier was new wasn't sure what she was doing but that is ok we all have to learn. But I was not given utensils or sauce I had to ask for it. And even when I order my drink I was told to get it from the front. It didnt make sense to me but I went ahead with it anyways and the girl saw that the drink I order not only was it not there but no way it could be there I order a frozen Margarita. The one in charge tells me that I have to give it 5 mins for it to get frozen but the way she said was like I was dumb for thinking it would be with the rest of the drinks. But I let that slide. Way after ten mins I had to ask if the drinks were frozen yet. More happen but all I want to say is that the place definitely needs to work on their Customer Service. Do not assume that everyone there has been there before and knows how the place operates. If you have a new employee please go over the basics with her. Like how to wrong up the buy one get one 50% Margaritas, where they are, to hand the utensils and sauces and the receipt. I never got a copy of it. Also to point out the ketchup. My table had two peppers. It seemed like the two unfriendly staffers where jaded.
Super bad, waited a lot for them to be able to get my order, and then more time to get the food, and the wings were horrible, i was not able to eat one wing, too hard to chew like if it was 3 year old chicken, it was a horrible experience!
The food was average however my experience led me to leave this rating. First of all the menu listed what was to be included but when my order arrived half of the chicken was missing. I called and the lady hung up on me. So I thought it was an error and called back and she told me that I couldn't speak to her boss, pretended to not know English, and then hung up again. NEVER AGAIN!!!
They catch attitudes at the customer for not speaking Spanish. If other culture restaurants can learn to communicate why can’t you also? Why do you expect a tip to hand me the food I paid for in drive thru? I don’t owe you a tip just to give me my food to go. My experience was at your location 123rd biscayne. What does seeing my name have to do with the validity of my review? There can be many reasons why you don’t see my name…This proves my point no accountability, rather try to discredit and be defensive than to understand the issue. Why hinting for tips in drive through just to hand food that was already paid for out? Pay your employees, don’t push it on the customers. You’re not serving me inside so why do I have to tip. Your employees don’t even like or try to speak English they get frustrated and twist their faces up and walk away. Other restaurants in area make an effort to speak English, and not act like the customer annoys them, because they don’t speak Spanish. Your response shows that you’re more concerned about other things than to consider the complaint. Also the plates you choose to use are not safe for hot food they melt chemicals into the food. No worries I will go elsewhere.
Even though he was the only one waiting on the drive thrue. It took them 30 minutes to assist me. Even without having many customers inside. I didn't understand why it took so long and not that wasn't the worst. When I'm finally taken care of, they told me that they didn't have the things to make my order👎🏻👎🏻
Terrible. The rotisserie chicken. ($24) was super dry and burnt on some areas. It tasted old like it was cooked days ago and microwaved hence the rubbery texture. There is a sign on the wall that said they are not responsible for to go orders once you leave the restaurant. Now I know why. Don't go.
Whatever happened to Labrasa is just very sad. The chicken we used to buy is not the same. Just got it today and it was dry, hard and tasted like nothing, this used to be so good with the tastiest chicken ever and now, it’s sad. Did this place got bought? Or they lost the recipe??? Whatever happened is sad.
The food was bad, the fried fish was as tough as rubber and tasteless, the only good things were the fried yuca and the cilantro rice. The place is like an oven. They don’t give you a spoon for the ceviche. The only one who puts in any effort to serve is a guy there. I don’t know how they expect to turn this into a franchise if they can’t even maintain the quality of a small restaurant.
Not a single Peruvian making the food and it’s obvious in their dry chicken. This isn’t real Peruvian rotisserie. All of the air conditioning is pointed towards the employee area, the dining area is uncomfortably hot. Also, no matter how big your order is they give you two tiny little sauces not to mention the rude cashier who thinks she’s doing the customer a favor.
I had a terrible experience. After waiting 45 minutes, she got my order wrong and acted as if it were my fault. To make matters worse, the lomo saltado I got was served without rice or pasta—what a joke!
Ordered from here for the first time today a chicken bowl and a steak bowl. It was disgusting. I couldn’t even tell which was chicken and which was steak. They looked and tasted the same. Both awful. And I was supposed to have a Ceaser salad with one and a house salad with another instead they put a couple pieces of lettuce in the chicken bowl no dressing and called it a salad. One of the worst places ive been to in a long time.
Horrible customer service. This place used to be good and the workers there are so rude now. The faces 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. I went in to order my food and I was waiting outside on the red tables. They locked the door and told me go around to pick up the food at the drive through. She could have just opened the door and handed it to me. The owners need to really pay more attention. The look like they hate their jobs !

Horrible service waited an eternity for the chicken and sides when it finally came out the waitress told me on of the sides I ordered wasnt available. I switched to another side, 10 min later none of the sides came out. I returned cold chicken and still the sides where nowhere to be seem. There is a SERIOUS problem in this place kitchen and/or comunication with servers. I demanded my refund.

This location needs to close due to terrible customer service and terrible food. NOTE: The account below initially had replied denying the name of the manager and claiming that the custormer has been there before. They then deleted and posted a threatened message of ban with additional lies. We don't take offense as this is the nature of this account as we have screenshotted how aggressive they reply to everyone else with bad reviews.. Note that they also updated those replies which Google shows you when an update has been made. SO glad that their unethical actions are showing right through their lies. We can't wait to receive their official complaints, and is more than happy to escalate to an attorney. DO NOT THREATEN your customers because of the bad service you provide.
We used to order delivery from here two or three times a month. Their app stopped taking online orders several months ago. We’ve tried to order at least a dozen times since it stopped working and resort to ordering from another restaurant. This restaurant has lost at least $600 just from my family not being able to order online. I can’t imagine how many thousands of dollars they’ve lost because they won’t take online orders, but I guess they don’t care since they are usually busy. If management fixes the online ordering and replies to this review that it’s fixed, I’ll change it to a 5-star.
Unfortunately I have to give this place a 1 star rating because of the lack of costumer service. I placed an order through Uber eats at 7:42 pm on Sunday March 22nd. My family and I were waiting for 1 hr when we received a “cancel order”notification. I called the restaurant and the person on the phone , with no sympathy, said they don’t have what I had ordered 1 hr later! I expressed that my family had being waiting for 1 hr and the person was super rude and said “ok” . They should have cancel as soon as they received the order if they didn’t have the product. My parents and I always go to this place and Fabrizio the owner is there and always very attentive but employees like this lady can really hurt a place. I don’t think I’ll ever visit Merkado again due to the lack of sympathy.

I ordered the criollo fish. The small carryout menu says it cost $14.99...the wall menu behind the register which you can't see well says $16.99...a full $2 discrepancy. I guess since it works in their favor, it's not worth correcting. Take the misprinted menus off the counter! IS THE OWNER THAT CHEAP HE CAN'T AFFORD TO PRINT OUT A CORRECTLY PRICED MENU?!? Actually...I went up to LA Fitness and worked out before I realized that I gave your cashier a $20, and she only gave me a dollar and some change back. I went questioned her thinking it was the scam that many cashiers run by keeping money in areas where they're used to people not wanting a receipt. Ask her, so it actually costed your employee some suspicion and explanation...fix it for her not me...

Una falta de respeto que aún no cierra el restaurante y ya están sacando a la gente, creo que los comensales no deberían sacarse de esa manera si hay una hora de cierre. Siendo las 9:40 Pm Kathia no respetó el horario. La comida deliciosa, pero el servicio pésimo.
Muy mal servicio. Primero no conocen lo que venden pedí Grilled NY steack shrimp por 19 dólares en l foto se ve diferente a cómo lo sirven muy pequeña la porción para lo que vale. El pollo asado estaba frío no estaba fresco se veía de mal aspecto. Le tomé las fotos para que verifiquen la calidad. Siempre hemos venido y la calidad ha bajado en cuanto a comida y servicio. Muy mala experiencia.
