The chicken parmasean was very good. Hubby ordered the pasta with mushroom sauce and Italian sausage, he loved it. We both love their salad with Italian dressing.

Every time I eat at this location the servers are wonderful! The food is great, especially the bread sticks. I will continue to come back!

We had a large group of about 40 people. Olive Garden provided a room in the back. It did take a considerable amount of time to get our food. When it did come, it was delicious. 😋 I think they did the best they could, considering our group size.

Was seated in the bar area (high top). Food was excellent. Service was great. Waited on my mixed drink longer than usual, we were already done eating our soup by the time I received it. It was also kinda weak tasting. Disappointing, but the service and food is always top notch.

Landon and Junior were very helpful and friendly but not annoyingly so. Both check on us multiple times and quick to offer anything we might need. I would rate them both as exceptional.

I actually haven't eaten here in a while. I was quite impressed with the time it took to be seated on a day where kids were celebrating prom and it was pouring down rain and the parking lot was packed. We were promptly seated. Our waiter was prompt to get our drink orders and bring out our salad and bread sticks. Our food was served hot and in a timely manner and it was good. I was quite surprised to receive such good service.

Came in tonight with a rather large party, and Landon helped all of us by himself!!! He did absolutely amazing, was super helpful and was ready with refills on drinks, soups, salad, etc. Especially considering that we were told 3 seperate servers would be taking care of us, and then they left him alone, he did spectacular by himself. He deserves all the tips!!! I only had card on me so I plan to come back with a cash tip for him specifically!

Last night my husband and I went on a date to this Olive Garden in Middletown, Ohio. We had the pleasure of having Chad as our waiter. He told us that they were short staffed. To be honest, we couldn’t tell they were short staffed because the service was AMAZING. Chad was attentive and so polite. Chad gave us recommendations for our food and he knew the menu very well. It had been a while since we went to Olive Garden because the last time wasn’t as good of an experience. After last night, we will definitely be coming back and asking for Chad specifically. HIGHLY recommend eating here.

The server's name was Warren. I mention him 1st, because he took great care of us! As you can see from the photos the food looked delicious! I had ole faithful, the tour of Italy. My mother had her ole faithful, thin spaghetti with marinara and a salad. A little skimpy on the serving of lasagna, but the food was delicious. My mother loves this place... Lol

We came in at 9:20 last night (Sunday) & me and my boyfriend had the BEST service & food! I can not say enough good things about last night. The food was fast & our server anticipated every single one of our needs. She stole the words out of my mouth. I couldn’t pick between two entrees so the server helped & I couldn’t be happier because the dish I go was SO FRESH AND DELICIOUS. I’m so pleased and happy with our experience. I wanna come back all the time to this location.

5/5. This location is pretty good with just about everything. It was a 0 minute wait on a Saturday night. Our waitress was kaylee. The food and the service was great with no issues. Fast refills on the salad, bread sticks, and the drinks. If I could recommend one Olive Garden, it would be this one. I got just a salad and it was great. Respectful staff and other customers. Tonight we stopped at the Olive Garden for the first time in 8 years. We had just driven 6 1/2 hours from Canada to Middleton Ohio to crash for the night. We ended up eating at the bar and Brittany s was our server. The food was amazing, hot and very filling. Service was great and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend this spot it's very clean and very welcoming atmosphere.

Our group of 12 fellow castmates had finished the first of two shows at La Comedia dinner theater, and needed a place to grab lunch before the evening call time. Although we failed to make a prior reservation, the staff got a section put together for us very quickly. Trinity and Nathan were our "dynamic duo" of servers! We were feted to the best service; drinks were never lacking, the salad bowls and breadstick baskets were always full, and they mafe sure every one of our orders were correct. Always and at all times did they share a smiling, jovial professionalism when dealing with us. The food was as excellent as the service! I had the Shrimp Fettuccine and enjoyed a generous amount of plump, tasy shrimp in a light and savory Fettuccine Alfredo. Everyone in our party was able to relax and enjoy the time together, and never wanted for anything as Trinity and Nathan anticipated our needs for refills and a few take-home "doggie bags". I have to admit that I haven't been to Olive Garden for a few years; after Sunday's visit, however, I will be making plans for more return visits to this very well run establishment! And we will certainly ask to be seated in Trinity's or Nathan's section!

We’ve visited Olive Garden before and were honestly hesitant to return after a past experience where we waited over 25 minutes without anyone even coming to our table. But we decided to give it another try—and we’re so glad we did. Our server, Sebastian, was absolutely outstanding. Not only was his service excellent, but his personality and enthusiasm completely changed our impression. He checked on us often, made sure our drinks and food were always taken care of, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Because of him, we left with a totally different view of this location. We’ll definitely be back and hope we’re lucky enough to have someone like Sebastian waiting on us again!

We came in this evening and ordered carryout from your Middletown Ohio location...I need you to know that I recieved the most EXCELLENT customer service of my life from a young lady working the carryout (around 5:30 this evening on 12/17/25). I'm kicking myself for not finding out her name. I've had many experiences with customer service from resturants, hotels, etc. but nothing at this level. She really really needs to hear this from a company representative because she should be an ambassador for you. She is someone you would want to keep as long as you can. Top notch class act for sure. She was attentive, kind, friendly, patient, knowledgeable of the menu, & paid attention to details. She went above & beyond to take care of us. Plus our food was excellent when we got it home. We just had a party of 10. We were honoring my Mother's birthday who passed away this year. . Olive Garden was her favorite restaurant and we ate here last year for her birthday. It's been a while since we've been to an Olive Garden, but it was a great experience once again. We go to this location mainly for the staff and the limited wait time. Our waiter was very polite and was always accommodating. The food was delicious. Our server was there with salad and drink refills and never did we feel bombarded, or did we feel like we were waiting on service. We will be back more often.

My family decided to get the large family style lasagna meal. We had a pickup set for open and the food was ready to go and steaming hot when I arrived. I requested utensils, plates and Parmesan cheese packets and all were accounted for. Great meal and amazing service and value. I would recommend this anyone and will definitely order again.

My friends and I have visited this location multiple times with success. The food is always delicious and the prices seem reasonable for the times we live in. The salad and bread sticks are always a winner and be sure to check out the Tour of Italy entree as it's a staple at this establishment. This is one of the better olive garden locations. Came in tonight for dinner with the family. Everything was excellent from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Went with the fried mozzarella and the spinach and artichoke dip for appetizers. The fried mozzarella was crispy and the dip was spectacular. Had the chicken gnocchi soup, it was delicious. The depth of flavor it had was awesome, and the gnocchi was cooked perfectly. For my main entree I had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and it was an absolute flavor bomb. Our server was very polite and took great care of us. Way to go everyone!

Update. Ashley is gone and the service was far less Impressive. I can't rave enough about the FIVE STAR service we get from Ashley at Olive Garden. We have 3 kids who slurp down drinks and inhale breadsticks, we never waited for more. She was ON IT. She is a phenomenal server and you can't find great service a lot anymore!! I always get the herb crusted salmon and broccoli, it does not disappoint but I wish they would add zoodles back to their menu! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always enjoyed the food here. Good portions and friendly staff. My wife and I shared an entree and the staff is nice to separate it into 2 plates for us... without us asking it. Good value for money... Especially if you are having the lunch specials. The soup came with breadsticks or salads. They will refill the breadsticks where needed. When you go to a chain restaurant, you always know what you are going to get quality wise due to it all being pretty much pre made or microwaved. The service this time was great up until the food came. After the food came, the server was not seen untill we got the bill!

A new individual took over this location. Staff is very professional, some of the new ones are a little nervous. So during the start of the day the soup is absolutely the best, there's one cook that makes proper semi thick amazing gnocchi however if you come when hes not in it's extremely watery. Drinks are still amazing, the bartender is still awesome. Front desk individuals are always happy to see me and my service dog!

I got the chicken tortellini, and my husband ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara. My dish tasted really good but was very oily, I assumed, because of all the cheese. The carbonara needed more flavor. It was kind of bland. Nothing a sprinkle of salt and a little more seasoning couldn't fix, but I prefer not to have to doctor the food myself.

Overall, a really nice restaurant. Our waitress (God bless her I forget her name 😅) was amazing and made it her mission to take care of us. The food (I got the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara) was amazing, calamari as always. Will definitely return! Nice and spacious, plenty of seating and the chairs aren't horrible.

Had gluten free rotini Chicken Parmigiana. It was good. Lots of flavor. Gluten free pasta had a slight off taste. But that happens with gf pasta. Had hot tea to drink. Overall great experience.

We had a party of 15, we called the day before to reserve, was told no reservations. When finally seated everything was going well. We had 3 kids under 10. Food started coming out for all except the child who's b-day we were celebrating. He had ordered a cheese pizza and the kitchen made the wrong pizza. Everyone was done eating by time he got his food. I asked the waitress if they were going to comp his meal and she replied we have it coming and then rolled her eyes. The next girl came over and I asked her and she said of course, I'll see what I can do. We then had to wait another 30 or 40 mins for the checks and then she had mine but had to take it back to make adjustments so another 15 mins waiting. The chicken Alfredo was dry and pasta was not fully cooked. Spinach and artichoke dip was amazing as was the salad.

The staff were very friendly. The food is very good. The restaurant was very clean with a great cozy atmosphere. I'd like to see more varieties of flat breads. The chicken and gnocchi soup was fabulous!

Still Going Strong Still Going Strong I had not been to an Olive Garden in over thirty years. I was in the Middletown area for business and looking for a place to eat. This Olive Garden was just down the road from my hotel and after a long day of driving, I just wanted something quick and simple. The restaurant was starting to fill up right around four-thirty as I guess many people from the surrounding hotels were looking for a place to eat. I was sat fairly quickly and ordered some of my old favourites mostly to see if they were still as good as they used to be. For my starters, I got a bowl of Pasta e Fagioli -which is made from white and red beans, ground beef, fresh tomatoes and tubetti pasta in a savoury broth. I liked that soup so much that I tried another one as my main had the option of soup or salad. My 'secondi' was the Zuppa Toscana -made with spicy Italian sausage, fresh kale and russet potatoes in a creamy broth. This was a great soup and I enjoyed it very much. My main course was another old Olive Garden favourite, the Shrimp Scampi which Olive Garden makes with Shrimp sautéed in a garlic sauce and tossed with asparagus, tomatoes and angel hair. The shrimp were plump juicy and plentiful. Overall a great meal and not much has changed over the years which means I just make another return to the Olive Garden.

Do not let a full parking lot stop you from going in. We rolled up, walked in, and we're seated immediately. Waiters were quick to take our drink and food orders. One suggestion, order two beers as the bar is a little slow. Food comes out hot and flavorfully covered in cheese. As much as you want. Tell the waiter put enough to feel bad about it😉. Portions are on the large side; enough to share. Overall the staff at this location was awesome. There was a large party and they still made us feel welcome and important. Half our food didn't come out until we were ready to leave. It was supposed to be removed but wasn't. Our server was nice but we only saw him 3 or 4 times.

I have not had problems at this location before. However, I feel as if this needs to be shared. On Labor Day (9/5/2022), my girlfriend and I stopped in and decided to have some dinner. We walked in and only had to wait a short time before we sat down. We were sat and given our drinks by the hostess and greeted by one of the other servers (name unknown). She took our soup and salad order and shortly after our main server (Laney) came over and took our main order. She was already abrupt with us and wanted to know what we wanted right away. We both happened to know what we wanted, but I felt rushed. We also wanted to order some beverages with alcohol (I am 21 and my girlfriend is 22). She then proceeded to ask in a condescending tone "You got ID?". We both showed her and after looking at my girlfriends ID, she threw it back onto the table at my girlfriend. I then proceeded to show her mine and she said "What do you want?" in again, a condescending manner. We put our food orders in and she said to us "you are throwing too much information at me all at once. Take in mind, she was not writing anything down. We then got our drinks and mine was pouring over the side. While they were still good drinks and our food was good and hot, all in all I think our experience felt rushed and our server wanted nothing to do with us. She was not nice or charismatic and it felt like we burdened her with our business. What bothered me the most is that she was being nice to every other table she served, but was rude to us. I hope she realizes that a simple smile and a good attitude can take you far when it comes to giving services.

Usually a good place to eat with family but the last two times I have went the resturaunt had many open tables and was not very busy but we still had to wait 15-20 min to be seated. I'm guessing due to lack of staff. Both time we have been seated next to larger parties and kids were jumping off the booths and doing flips and front rolls on the floor and yelling. It was hard to take your mother and father out to eat with all of that going on especially since their were multiple tables that were open.

Kinda disappointed in our experience. A special date night didn't seem special. We were seated at table 97 where you hear waiters and waitresses yelling out "corner!" and such coming and going from the kitchen. Then my shrimp scampi had old, woody asparagus in it. I asked our waitress to show the bread plate full of bad asparagus to the chef and manager. She then asked if I wanted a discount or free dessert. I turned both down, but I shouldn't have needed to request a discount after fishing that mess out of my pasta. Otherwise, our salad was great, and pasta dishes were very good.

Called to make reservation for a large group. Person I work with is retiring and he loves Olive Garden (I prefer the Italian restaurant in Lebanon). Person on the phone was rude. She said they are first come first serve and won't take reservations. Wanted to call ahead as we are a group of 9 people. Lady also tried to say they were too busy during Friday lunches to allow reservations. So we arrived early to be the lunch rush but waiting 20 minutes for a table even though restaurant is only 1/4 full. Our waiter and waitress were great. Out group was there 11:45am to 2pm and they never filled up. So I guess we didn't need a reservation. No need to sass me on the phone and you also need to turn up the heat. 8 had to keep my cost on.

Lasagna was worse than frozen lasagna from the grocery store. The salad and breadsticks we're good and may be the only things that keep them in business. I know this sounds harsh but the food used to be better.

Got there when they opened, first guest. Got seated in the bar area. I got a soda and my daughter got an ice tea. The Diet Coke had a strange taste and an even stranger after taste. The ice tea was very watered down. I asked for a water instead and it wasn’t much better. I ordered soup with my dinner and the spoon had a big blob of something red on it and had to asked for another. The regular silverware comes with two forks, glad it did since one was dirty. Got cheese for my soup and the guy spilled it all over the table. When the entree’s came out I went to put pepper on it and it was empty. We both got fettuccine and they were dry, had to asked for more sauce. Overall the worst experience of Olive Garden ever.

Had the shrimp carbonate that was to be in a cream sauce. No it was in an oily sauce that made me sick. It was the worst carbonate I've had. The lasagna Friday wasn't bad. The tiramusu was mushy. Stayed at the hotel next door. Ordered online but had to order carside. There was no option to pickup inside. I wanted to walk over but was forced to drive.

Would love to be able to give a real review but we sat at a table for over 30 minutes on my daughter’s birthday without a single person acknowledging our table. I did overhear a host point and say that we were seated in the wrong section by what I can assume was a host in training (which I can understand), however what I don’t understand is 15 more minutes going by with other people being seated and waited on. Do better!

This was our worst experience at a restaurant by far. We were here for three hours and we waited for our server to bring drinks out for an hour. The restaurant was not busy so I’m not sure why it took over an hour to order meals and another hour for the food to come out. We came for my grandmothers birthday and we were extremely disappointed by the service and atmosphere.

Went here for a small get together with family and when my wife and I went out to look for my phone, thinking I lost it, she went through the main door to go out and slipped and fell hard on the floor. No wet floor sign, just a guy holding the door staring blankly down at her. I helped her up and asked her if she’s ok and her arm was pretty sore from the fall. I asked the guy where the wet floor sign was and he said “yeah I’ll go get one” and preceded to stand there. Looked around the corner at the bathroom and tossed the sign in there…doing his job for him. No one ever checked on us or said anything.

My fettuccine Alfredo tasted like old water, there was barely any sauce it was dry. The salad was okay but they put child chunks that were brown in it.

Me and my husband were visiting my daughter in Dayton. We went to Cincinnati while coming back we had dinner here yesterday. We ordered minestrone soup, create your pasta (rigatoni pasta with marinara sauce ) and side of roasted veggie and asparagus. My daughter ordered salad and pasta. The soup was Luke warm. The pasta was cold and to top it off the waitress was the coldest. Ms.K’loe came and asked what we want with no smile on her face. She brought the soup and salad first. She didn’t even care to ask if we need cheese on the soup and salad. When we finished the soup and salad she didn’t even come to our table asking if we need more soup or salad. She brought the bread ten minutes after we are done with the soup. So we asked for another bowl of soup and salad. Entree came and the pasta was cold and the veggies were steamed and cold. We finished the food and patiently waiting for Kloe. She came with the receipt and asked for boxes. Didn’t ask if we want any desserts. Looked like she didn’t want to talk to us. Very rude and rough face. We asked for two boxes. She quickly dropped the box on the table. Didn’t care to give a bag for the two boxes. My husband was paying thru Ziosk and kloe was checking if we know how to pay with Ziosk. We have been a long time customer to OG (30+ years). Never had such a bad experience with the food or the waitress/waiter.

Waited for over an hour and half for my food. Waitress excuse was I will got the Manager to tell the cooks to hurry up with my order. 2 couples got to there tables 1/2 hour after me and were finished before my meal arrived. They didn’t even offer a free meal or discount. Never eating here again. Absolutely the worst Olive Garden experience I have ever had.

Sarah the bartender is amazing. The hostess are terrible. They lie straight to your face about the bar area being busy. However, since you can see the bar area from the hostess stand and see that it’s completely empty that’s bad for business. Misty who i believe was the manager needs to learn customer service too. As she backed up the hostess too saying bar area was too busy. I was there at 8 and parking lot was half empty so it’s not like the restaurant was that busy either. Like I said at the beginning Sarah who is usually bartending when I go in always provides excellent customer service. Service gets one star since hostess and manager were rude and lied.

Sister and I had dinner there on 9-22-24, they seated us at a table in bar area. Sarah was our server, very friendly, took our orders right away. Then it went downhill from there. Someone different brought our food, I had to go ask the sweet lady that was taking call in orders, for a drink refill. Then also asked her later for take home box and bill. It was then, that Sarah decided to show up with my drink refill! We paid our bills using kiosk, and gave the lady that actually waited on us the tips!

The most uncomfortable experience of my life. Discrimination, racism, homophobia. Our drinks were dumped on us. We couldn't get service, until the manager and GM came out to take care of us. Shame on you Olive Garden. My children got to see first hand everything wrong in this world.

Placed a pickup order on a random Tuesday evening arrived and stood there for 20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was standing right there. It’s now 30 minutes past the pickup time and still no food. If this was a busy weekend I would be a little more understanding. Up those people have been standing there for 20 minutes not even acknowledging they have a customer trying to pick up their order

The food was not even done yet and they still gave it to us. I believe cause they wanted us to rush and get done cause jt was closing time.

Wow... we showed up early on Sunday to beat the crowd and what a cluster. The waiters loudly and publically faught over where customers should be sat (our waitress tried to switch our table to get us out of her section) and it continued the whole meal with every new family through the door that had kids. My soup had a big flap of chicken skin (pictured) and, when I told our waitress the manager didn't even come out to apologize. They just offered us a free dessert. Since it was noon, I declined the dessert and they took about 5 dollars off of bill. Horrible attitudes and horrible service at a high price. I would advise anyone reading to go somewhere else and, if you do decide to visit here, never show up right as they open; it is an absolute mess.

We usually like Olive Garden but the last few months we have had a not so joyfully experience. Im not really one to complain and understand having a bad night In the food industry. But after so many bad trips in a row, something needs to be fixed. This last time really did it for me! We ordered stuffed mushrooms like usual and they came out cold and raw! Our salads and food came out at the same time, and our food was all under cooked and cold. I personally tryed the new chicken margarita and its signature side was breaded zucchini. I love zucchini and was excited till I received it and it was cold hard and not cooked at all! It was kind of deceiving to read breaded zucchini in the menu and to receive zucchini with a few bread crumbs sprinkled on top. If it had been cooked Id have eaten it no problem. But it wasn't so i asked for something eles, and chose asparagus. It came out after I was finished eating my salad and my chicken. And everyone was done. It wasnt cooked either so I dint even bother to take it home. The manager took the mushrooms, and my meal off the check. But were sad that the place has gone so down hill that they couldnt even tell they sent raw veggies out to a table. I could tell just by looking at all of it that it wasnt cooked. How many employees did that make it threw to get to our table. It just shouldn't have happened.

People are great. Food is terrible. Olive Garden used to be enjoyable so I don't know if it's just this location or if they all really went downhill. Prices absolutely suck. Spent $25 more here- for the same things but better quality at Bravos.

My family were extremely disappointed at our most recent visit. When we walked in the host and a server were loudly complaining about being at work. We were sat by the host that was not very friendly. Sat there for 15 and were never greeted. Not to mention the bathroom was dirty with blood on the sink. We went across the street and gave our money to Applebees and enjoyed a great meal. Won’t come back here.

Placed a carry out order at 2 pm for a 650 pick up. Arrived at 650 and was told they were running behind and it would new a few minutes. 30 minutes later the manager came out and said they were 45 minutes behind and they are catching up. I didn't get my food until 1 hr after my pick up time. On my way home I got a call from olive garden and I tried to talk to who ever called but no one talked back, just lots of backround noise. I tried to call back but no would pick up. When I got home I find out that my calamari was missing. Didn't want my wife to wait longer to have her mothers day meal so i didn't go back. I get is a busy day for restaurants but they should have limited orders or stopped orders if they knew they would be this busy. Will never go back.
