The ribbye and half rack of ribs were delicious. The loaded baked potato was really good as well. Our server Jason was was great and very attentive. Will definitely come back again.

Great lunch visit with my lovely wife today Joann at our favorite restaurant, this Middletown Ruby's location! Dined at the bar with Jason, who took great care of us today, as always! We love this place! Greg and Terrance the new managers are really helping things be great! We highly recommend, come see Jason!

Jason is amazing! We arrived shortly after opening. In the time since we arrived we watched him run interference answering calls while the manager was out of restaurant, hostess - seating people, waiter, table runner, bartender, and busser. More importantly, he made sure our drinks were always full, kept us updated on the status of our orders, apologized for the kitchen wait time and lack of the most popular dressing, Ranch, in the salad bar. He went out of his way to ensure everyone was happy and ensured it was a great atmosphere. He is a TRUE value to tir ruby Tuesday name. We will definitely return, because of Jason!

As far as Ruby Tuesday goes this is one of the better ones you will find The server Patty is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food is delicious. I don't know what it is but they have the best hickory bourbon sauce I ever had at a Tuesday . The hickory bourbon Salmon and Pork chops are great

The manager Terrance and the waiter Adam were such wonderful host. I've been here before but, the service and attention to details was by far so much better. I recommend this place for a night out with friends and family. The salad bar was fully stocked with fresh ingredients. Much much better.

My daughter and I visited Ruby Tuesdays for lunch today, and we had a fantastic experience thanks to Jason, who was incredibly helpful in helping us choose the right dish. The ambiance was pleasant, featuring great music and TVs showing the games, which was perfect for enjoying the Eagles' victory over the Dallas Cowboys. My daughter remarked that the host was very friendly, and she loved her loaded guac smashed burger with fries and a peach lemonade. Surprisingly, it was here that she finally enjoyed guacamole after initially not liking it.

To start the server Jason was phenomenal, very knowledgeable of the menu. The salad bar was crispy and fresh. My wife got the bourbon glazed chicken and said it was delicious. The 1/2 of ribs and grilled shrimp i had was juicy and tender. Highly recommend the dry rub with hickory bourbon bbq sauce. Would come back solely for the service we recieved !!! The great food was a bonus!

The bartender Jason was the only one in the restaurant! He held it down and was positive the entire time while tending bar, seating people, waiting on and serving people! He only had a cook in the back! Jason was dealing with different people who were being rude and impatient and he did it with such a positive attitude too. Jason even talked with a patron at the bar while being under extreme stress and conveyed to this patron that he is not permitted to serve him any more due to the amount he had already had. Jason is so caring, hard working and just wonderful!

Haven't been there in a long time .. I used to frequent the Milford , De location. Never had any complaints, food was always hot , tasty , well presented. And more importantly, the prices were reasonable. Great job Chefs 👍

Today, my wife and I decided to give Ruby Tuesday’s a try as we haven’t been to one in ages and never been to the Middletown, DE location. Can I say from the moment we walked through the door, Jason (our server/bartender) was exceptionally polite and attentive. He was very personable and noticed that he knew most of the patrons. Came here a few days ago and the food was stellar and so was the service ! The chicken sandwich I got was perfectly cooked and came out really quickly which was nice. My boyfriend got the burger and really enjoyed it and my aunt that intruded on our dinner got a salad. What a basic spider 🕷️ she can be at times. The booths they have here r very cozy and comfortable I really enjoyed it here and we will definitely be returning again soon. Now when u get here u must tell the host u need to sit at a booth. Tables r for the weak and submissive type. If u sit at a table u r seen as inferior and submissive and that radiates a vibe of I will take whatever seat is available that’s fine. Not me a slay queen like me demands a booth right away and I look down on the peasants that sit at tables! Don’t show ur weak and submissive side by sitting at a table because me and the jocks and fem boys will laugh and ridicule u until u move to a booth or leave !! I highly recommend this place though!

Mr. Jason really set the tone for tonight’s dinner at Ruby Tuesdays! The atmosphere was nice and comfortable. The food was CHEFS KISS - the bourbon glazed salmon and the cookie skillet were TOO GOOD! The restaurant was clean and the music was amazing! Back to Mr. Jason, he was INCREDIBLE! The most informative, welcoming, fun person to work at a restaurant in general. He had us laughing from the time we came in until the moment we walked out. He is such a great asset to the company!!!!!! We will be back every Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for him AND THE FOOD OF COURSE! 😂

This Rudy is under new management Michael Jackson is trying and he's doing great. Friendly atmosphere there, clean, great food, they have a lot of new menu options. They have a 2 for $25.00 2 meals and an appetizer. I got 4 cheeses burger. They still have the salad but it's beautiful. Elijah was are waiter and he's was awesome. What a great person. I think this Rudy will be around for years to come. Totally different experience they the past at Rudy's it's a must check out.

Had a very sweet waitress, Taylor. Great service. Salad bar was clean and well stocked with fresh dishes. Restaurant was very cold and had to put our coats on after a short time. We both had steaks and they were cooked correctly, but really no flavor at all. Granted chain restaurant, but we've had much better at other chains. Hubby's baked potato was over cooked. Broccoli was great. Menu looked amazing and I'd definitely try something else if we go back.

Ruby Tuesdays is one of the last restaurants that offers a salad bar. The staff keeps this area stocked with fresh items and very clean. Order coconut shrimp that was so crispy and moist on the inside. The entrée were hot and delicious. There is something for everyone on the menu.

Jason was awesome!! The food on the salad bar was fresh, the soup was great, and the service was fantastic. We had a cheeseburger and fries, endless soup and salad, and the brisket tacos. The brisket tacos were not up our alley and Jason offered to take it off, but we said it was fine. OH! And the mozzarella sticks were soooo stringy and fun!

The server, manager and the honey glazed salmon bowl were the best things in the restaurant. The signature salad bar was not appetizing at all. Neither soup tasted fresh. I'm not sure what the potato soup is loaded with; not good. We were told that the tan glob on the cheesesteak was some kind of cheese, but it was not visually appetizing and the taste was worse; not cheezy. Definitely not the best culinary experience for visitors to the area. Also the ladies room was in need of housekeeping. It was bad; very bad.

Terrible, even by not-so-great chain restaurant standards. Super slow service, even though only about 5 people in the place. Salad bar food looked old, lettuce was wilted, guarantee they put same stuff out from the day before. Portions were incredibly small, no joke I got 10 french fries with my burger. Slice of cheesecake was so tiny it looked like a sample. Server only came to the table once, the hostess wound up getting our drinks and our bill for us. And lastly, the bathroom smelled like someone died in there. It was horrendous smelling. Do not eat this place, we'll certainly never be going back.

This place is a joke! They’ve lost all their customers and this place will be the next one shut down the restaurant is old and falling apart, smells horrible in there and completely dirty. Staff members clearly high and vaping. Saw a female manager on her phone and dressed in skin tight clothing very uncomfortable to look at. Only good thing was the cook who made our food. No real structure and the female bartender we had was out of this world. We had the unfortunate pleasure of having Jason last time and he makes the crudest and inappropriate comments about his staff and underage restaurant customers

Now I know why most of these have closed. I ordered a steak well done, it came out rare. Not once, but twice. I asked for a box to take it home to cook it properly. The comped it as well as 2 desserts. Won't go back here.

Went there with a group of friends tonight. We were wanting to have an enjoyable time and we were until we got our waitress Patty. She came only to give me a menu and a drink for a friend and maybe one of our dishes. We were getting a little loud however there were no customers near by and we thought we weren't doing anything wrong. As a waitress she could have been polite and asked us to quite down. she walked away and said you need to calm down under her breath but she couldn't say it to our face. She never asked if we needed a refill clearly seeing our classes were empty. She walked passed the booth not even stopping to ask. We went to the bathroom and she was talking under her breath saying there should only be two people in the bathroom. She is clearly blind since there are three stalls in there. As we were getting ready to go we could clearly hear her say good leave. She was mad because she only got two dollars for a tip and she's lucky she even got that. If I ever got her again I'd walk out. If you want to have an enjoyable time if you are desperate enough to go. Do NOT have PATTY as a waitress. She's a tall lady with blonde hair and glasses.

I was really disappointed with the Smash Burger at Ruby Tuesday. The burger was way too salty, to the point where it overpowered everything else. It only came with a dash of lettuce, which barely added anything and two pieces of onions. The portion of fries was extremely small not even a handful. For the price, I expected much better quality and portion size. Unfortunately, this meal just didn't deliver.
