The food was amazing, the only place where you can enjoy your meal & coffee and a cigarette in Milan. The waiter Emanuel was the greatest, he even gave us some advice where to go and what to watch out for. Great staff. Thank u a lot for the lovely time. I will visit again soon hopefully.

Such an great place for breakfast at all hours of the day. The menu has a vast array of sandwiches and egg based meals. The service was amazing and the staff are very accomodating for dietary restrictions. Would recommend if you’re in the area.

Fantastic place with seating on two floors. We stopped in for lunch and received a really warm welcome from the waiter, who seemed passionate about the food. Everything looked really clean and fresh. We ordered a tuna salad to share, and both had the chicken curry. The food was really well presented, fresh and clearly prepared by a chef who is proud of the food he serves. The price was more than reasonable for the quality, and overall, our visit to Cafe Italia was a wonderful experience. A great find and highly recommended.

If you need a refreshment and a nice talk that’s the place to go! I was exhausted from the Milanese heat and traffic and entered Cafè Italia asking for a cold drink which would give me back my energy. Batman Giuseppe prepared a fantastic fresh lemonade which reported me to life!

I wish we had found this gem our first day here instead of our last night. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food tastes great, and the atmosphere was lovely.

Café Italia is a simple and pleasant spot with good coffee and a relaxed atmosphere. The pastries are fresh, the service is polite, and the prices are reasonable. It’s a nice place for a quick break or a light snack.

Nice place with a good variety of food. I came here for lunch and work and had a burger with basil bun which was quite good. Fries were dry and crispy. My only complaint is that the burger itself could have tasted better/been a little bigger. Later in the afternoon had a brioche which tasted good as well. The atmosphere is nice and so is the staff. Coffee is a little overpriced but good quality. Nice location to come and work/study as wifi is very fast (and actually works, contrary to many other places) and it’s fairly quiet. Place is very clean. Overall would recommend as an Italian version of Starbucks. It has high quality food and drinks and it’s a nice place for you to use your computer and get things done.

We had a good experience. The waiter was friendly and spoke good English. Our order came quickly, and the food was tasty but not very filling. Nothing to say about the cocktails. They were excellent. As for the place, the atmosphere is nice and the restaurant has clean toilets.

I got a margarita pizza which was honestly one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in Italy despite being one if the most expensive. The place also has an expensive service charge. Atmosphere and service was good.

Not recommended. We're in Italy, but the pastas are terrible. Carbonara had just a few bits of bacon, same for the other pasta with pork. Service is bad, the waitress just throws the dishes on the table. This is exactly Milan, just a big tourist scam.
