I went to this place for a murder mystery dinner, and when I remembered I'd booked as a celiac, they quickly changed two options (risotto instead of pasta with ragù and sorbet instead of dessert) and even provided two gluten-free bread rolls. The second course, being meat and potatoes, was gluten-free. Courtesy, attentive, and fun. I highly recommend it.
A truly welcoming and pleasant restaurant, run by a mother and son team who manage everything superbly, making guests feel truly at home. The food is truly delicious. We tried the Easter menu and were all very satisfied, from the cold cuts to the first courses and everything else, finishing with a delicious tiramisu with a truly exceptional Colomba cake. I can't wait to return to try new delicacies.
After visiting with friends before Christmas, we decided to return because we had such a great time the previous time. So we returned on a Sunday for a family lunch. Friendly welcome, friendly and competent staff. Unfortunately, a few minutes after we sat down, a lot of people arrived, and they probably forgot to bring us menus or at least ask if we wanted water. The menu arrived after about twenty minutes of queuing for those who had sat later. It's not a competition, but I don't think it's fair to serve the last ones first. Everything was delicious as far as the dishes were concerned; we were on the safe side as we knew everything here was excellent. Aside from the initial problem with the service, which I think was a coincidence since everything was perfect at Christmas, everything continued to be excellent. The quality of the food is beyond dispute. I obviously can't comment on the rooms, as I haven't stayed here.
A gem in the middle of the fields, excellent cuisine! The set menu for the murder mystery dinner included delicious cured meat appetizers, a first course, and the pork shank, which were equally delicious. Water, coffee, and wine are included in the price. We'll definitely be back, and I recommend everyone to dine here.
I had lunch with my family at this lovely, welcoming restaurant located in Milan's Parco Sud. The staff are kind and friendly. Traditional Lombard dishes include a good selection of both first and second courses. The meat is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. Reserved parking is available for guests.
I recommend this restaurant 100%. First of all, the dishes are excellent and plentiful, and the flavors are homemade and authentic. Not to mention the incredible value for money! The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is located in the countryside, surrounded by greenery, and not far from the city. So, it's an excellent choice for getting away from the chaos of Milan. We went here to participate in the "murder mystery dinner" event, and we had a fun and alternative Saturday night.
You're in Milan, but you're not in Milan! Nestled in the countryside in the Barona area, completely removed from the city. We had a lovely evening. The food was simple and very good, and the atmosphere was family-friendly, making you feel at home, just like you were at a family dinner. We went to the "Murder Mystery Dinner" with some friends, and we had a great time. Definitely worth doing again and highly recommended.

Buoni i primi, soprattutto i ravioloni.
The meat is excellent, both the donkey and wild boar stews. Excellent tartare with everything from egg to brandy, as it's made to order at the table. The rib eye is exquisite. The only flaw is the handmade tagliatelle, which are a bit too thick, but the wild boar ragù sauce is excellent. All dishes are served bland: which is better because each diner can choose the amount of salt to add. If they were too salty, it wouldn't be possible to adjust them. Excellent still house red wine, and even the olive oil makes you want to eat broschette with the excellent bread.
Thursday was an all-you-can-eat boiled meat dinner. The meat was very good and tender, served with excellent polenta, an excellent salsa verde, and pickles. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the tongue: a bit tough and skinned. At home, I remove it. The service was excellent, albeit slow. It was nice to chat with the hostess. The pear and chocolate cake was definitely excellent, while the walnut cake was a bit dry, which was certainly supposed to be that way. The wine list is good, catering to all budgets. The price was excellent: 6 boiled meats, 4 waters, a bottle of wine, 3 desserts, and 3 coffees for a total of €178.
A typical Milanese January evening, heavy fog, bitterly cold. What's better than a warm and welcoming trattoria in the middle of nowhere? Salami and cheese platter, braised donkey with polenta, excellent apple pie, excellent wine, and even better grappa. Five very satisfied friends. To be repeated.
We were welcomed for lunch. A typical country trattoria with a comfortable atmosphere. We had a delicious and tender donkey stew with polenta. The Florentine steak was perfectly cooked and prepared in front of us. Truly excellent. The Montepulciano was excellent! In short, we'll definitely be back.
Traditional Lombard cuisine in a true agricultural setting
3 stars for the owner's friendliness and dedication. The fixed menu, trucker-style, is affordable. The charcuterie and cheese platters are very good. The beef fillet with Gorgonzola cream...well, it's the epitome of what a mediocre chef shouldn't do. Inedible. Too bad, I was hoping for something better. Advice to the owner...change the chef.
We were there for a murder mystery dinner, which, at the end of the evening, turned out to be the only noteworthy thing. The place, thanks to its dated furnishings and useless decor, is like a time machine that takes you back to the '80s. The food was all "passable," but absolutely nothing was truly noteworthy. The biggest mistake was serving wine, already mediocre in itself, in bottles that arrived at the table already opened and with personalized labels featuring the restaurant's logo. A little malice would make you think it had been decanted. Honestly, I see no reason to return.
A very disappointing experience. The dishes were incomplete without warning (missing ingredients were discovered only after the dish was served), the dessert selection was almost nonexistent, and when I asked for more information, I was rudely told, "You could have told me in advance," as if it were the customer's responsibility. Inattentive service and unprofessional attitude. I won't be returning.
