Awesome menu and servers. Great layout with many different indoor and outdoor impressive seating options. There’s even a tiki hut bar by the water and a co-promoted Tiki hut party boat you can takeout food and beer growlers, or to-go cups from Dockside on, called Twisted Tiki Tours that does 1.5 hour tours for a separate fee. Dockside also sells margaritas in cans, I’m told.

Lots of parking and seating, inside and on the deck. Nice variety of beers. Delicious food. Overall a great place to hangout or have dinner.

My girlfriend and I are in the area on vacation and decided to check out Dockside based on all the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The first thing to note is when we arrived (around 9:15) they had stopped table service and were only allowing orders through the bar which was packed. One of the employees (who I’m assuming was a manager) cleaned off a table and let us sit there and get waited on, something they absolutely did not have to do. Our waitress, Jessica, was kind and attentive despite clearly managing multiple other closing tasks. We ordered a pizza and some nachos as well as some drinks, I got one of their New England IPA’s and my girlfriend got a frozen cocktail. Our drinks came fast despite the busy bar and one of them being a frozen drink and were excellent. They had live music which added a-lot to the already welcoming atmosphere. Our food came out a little while after our drinks and was also very good, perfect sized portions to share. My one criticism is the lack of signage or information about when table dining ends but in spite of that, this was still a fantastic visit and we would love to come again.

Great selection of in house and close by guest beers. Flights available. The food was so good and you get your money's worth. My wife had the pesto chicken and I had the swordfish sandwich. So good and the fries were abundant and tasty. Classic rock on the speakers won't me over too. Definitely a local gem

Always a fun time coming to Dockside - in the winters, the igloos are loads of fun, and I always appreciate that you still have a great view of the water from nearly every seat inside. During the summer, being able to enjoy a drink and a bite outside is a must! The brews are great, atmosphere is always fantastic. Love the seasonal decorations - lots of thought is clearly put into each change. Food is always great - hard to go wrong with their menu. This past trip we enjoyed the tuna nachos (yum!!!), the southwest salad, and the brussel salad. Great value for the price. See you again soon!

Went there hoping for good food and beer and that is exactly what we got and with a nice view as well! Some observations/advice: Beer served in plastic cups, disposable cutlery on the table. In a world looking at sustainability this approach sucks. Change to something more sustainable please. Peach flatbread was too sweet. Char the peaches a little more and lessen the amount of honey.

Short drive from my hotel in Trumbull. Nice setting right on the river. Lots of outside seating and ample options inside including at the bar. Got the blackened southwest caesar chicken salad. It was delicious and more than I could eat. Definitely would return.

Food, drinks, and service was great. Our waitress name was Stas and she honestly was amazing. She constantly kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our selves. We got the cutlet pizza and it was amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

Went with my family and had an amazing time the food was delicious and the server was so attentive, it was super busy but the wait for the food was about 10mins everything was hot and delicious

Fabulous place! This was the venue for our Guy's Night Out event. The have everything down. Extremely organized and efficient. Appetizers were really good, and the had a wide variety of offerings on the menu. Shrimps, empanadas, egg rolls, pretzel bites,wings and calamari, all scrumptious. Most of us had some variety of burgers and I was happy to see a black bean and gluten free roll on the menu. My side was the truffle fries. And make sure to leave room for the deserts... The brownie sundae was off the hook! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this for others to enjoy.

Perfect spot to stop by on our roadtrip. The location is perfect, wide open seating areas, beautiful views, delicious food and drinks. Definitely recommend stopping by here if you’re in the area. The frozen cocktails are delicious and they have a few nice cocktail options too. Recommend the lobster roll or poke bowls. Everything was so delicious. Now for my standard comments. The location is clean, seating is wide, and you can get fresh air in most areas. There is a good amount of parking as well in the lot.

First time here and thought the place was fantastic. My group booked the cabana and I loved how private it was and kept us cool. Some of the people in my group have dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate well. I’ll definitely come back here

Love doing trivia here and their variety of beers to choose from, especially because I favor ciders/sours and they've always got some fun ones!! Have gotten food a few times and it's also been great. Bathrooms are clean and overall it's a good space, it's nice that they have TVs showing sports as well. Just be aware it is a bit noisy. Cute xmas decorations outside too! Oh and there's plenty of parking so don't have to worry about that

Courtney is an amazing bartender! She’s friendly, attentive, attractive, and always makes sure everyone is having a great time. Her drinks are top-notch, and she handles even the busiest nights with ease and a smile. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time guest, she makes you feel welcome. Can’t recommend Dockside highly enough! I can’t ever get enough of the food, the exceptional atmosphere and the excellent staff. No matter what friend group I’m with this spot always hits - perfect menu, great drinks, amazing decor and a flawless view. 10/10. Shout out to our perfect waitress Ava and our attentive food runner Colin. And a giant thank you to Tom for always taking great care of all the guests.

I will always love Dockside for the food, drinks and location since it is where I proposed to my wife! That night was fantastic, the manager on for that night was so accommodating for my larger group, but every time I go it is always a great time. Drinks are always good, service is usually quick, and the food is great. I wanted to thank the staff on that night for helping me with my reservation, and for always being lovely!

Food is always amazing! Always seems steady busy or super busy. Went there tonight 12/22 and, WOW! Their Christmas decorations are stunning! There is so much going on I guaranty you'll keep looking around and finding new things! Enjoy!

Dockside is one of the best around! I cannot recommend this place enough. For starters, their menu has a ton of options for any type of food you are feeling. Pizzas, burgers, pastas, amazing apps, and more. You will always find something you'll enjoy on the menu. Same goes for drinks, tons of options and they are all delicious. My personal favorites are their different mojitos. Never had a dissapointing meal or experience at Dockside-I have been with friends, coworkers, and family and had the same and best experience each time. The Atmosphere is beautiful right on the water, especially in the summer time. It feels like you are in FL! Our server Luke, who we request from now on if he is there, is wonderful, attentive, and makes our experience even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend Dockside enough. It will always be one of my favorite go-tos!

Luke was our server and so sweet. He was very attentive. We had nachos, calamari, and wings which were great. Patriots won today which made it even better! The best part though were the Christmas decorations. Lights, garland, and trees everywhere! I think they should keep it up all year, it’s so festive and pretty.

Great time! Great food! Great service (thanks Greta)! Can’t wait to come back. Reserved an igloo. I took pics but Google won’t let me upload them. Next time we want the grinch! Lol The inside of the building was gorgeously decorated! Do more next year. Make this THE place to go for decorations without silly plate minimums like a certain other place. Will be back.

This place is amazing! They have delicious food and lots of options. The service is fantastic and all of the staff is very friendly. They also do a great job decorating for holidays!

Great atmosphere for going out with groups. We ordered a bunch of shareable plates and the food came out fast and was very tasty. The service was great as well! My favorite was the boneless garlic parm wings. They have a large beer selection as well

If you’re looking for an epic beer menu with a great mix of sours, ales, ipa’s combined with an expanded bar food menu this is a great pic. Did I have to go get my own utensils because our salads came and we didn’t have any - well, yes. Did I ask for hot sauce and it didn’t show up until I was on my last bite of my Mothuh Cluckuh sandwich - again, yes. Will I come back…? Heck yeah. Great atmosphere - love the huge open bar and the high top tables and the seating by the fireplace. Not many folks sitting outside on this 40 degree April day, but their outside area is epic with a mix of picnic tables and chill areas by the water. Fun spot with decent food and decent service and will be back.

I’m not much of a beer drinker, so I can’t speak for that part of the menu, but I absolutely love the vibe here—sitting by the dock with a cocktail in hand, watching the sunset melt into the evening and transform it into something truly magical, and then seeing the lights sparkle as night falls. Such an enchanting experience! I also love that they have cozy transparent bubble seating in the winter so you can still enjoy being outdoors.

Great service and atmosphere. Just wish they would kick it up a notch on the food. Only my 3rd time here and 2 of those times it was just ok as far as food. The menu ideas are great just lacking of flavor. The ribeye crostinis were bland. Maybe crema isn’t the proper topping. The meat was tender but shy on the onions.

I've been wanting to go here as it was recommended by our workmates. The first try, it was packed so we went to other place. Good thing last time, while waiting for our haircut appointment, we decided to try again but only for a short time that is why we only ordered chicken nachos. And it didn't disappoint. I had the best nachos to date. Looking forward to try their other dishes. 😍

A nice place to enjoy the outside in an igloo with friends. We got the alien igloo and roomy for 4 adults and 4 kids. Two heaters and a nice place to conversed and hang out. The service was great as she checked on us often and the food was good. A little tight with all that food and drinks on a center low table. Wished the igloo wasn’t behind a bar that was being constructed to block the water view. Parking no issue, little pricey as there is a min for renting the igloo but fine with adults looking to drink and socialize. It was something different to do in the area and it was fun to try it out.

Lobster rolls are my go-to summer indulgence. They epitomize a New England summer for me, and I often order them when dining out during the warmer months. For me, a good warm-style Connecticut lobster roll hinges on two main factors: the quality of the lobster meat and the bun it's served on. I'm firmly on team hot dog bun roll - nothing beats that perfect balance of buttery lobster nestled in a soft, toasted hot dog bun. A round bun just doesn't cut it for me when it comes to enjoying this quintessential treat. Having said all that this lobster roll was good. I especially appreciated how well the bun held up, even after I drenched it in the extra melted butter they provided. Some of the lobster meat I first ate was a bit chewy. Although the remainder of the lobster meat were not. The fries were cooked perfectly. The meal I believe came with cole slaw which they forgot so I asked for it. Glad I did because it was also good. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his salmon burger. Instead of fries, he opted to upgrade to a tri-color pasta salad for just an additional $1. The portion was generous and the salad was quite flavorful. They also offer a nice selection of cocktails and a wide variety of beers. I had the "Kiss and Tell." A light cocktail made with Grey Goose vodka, strawberry essence, strawberry fruitful (that's what the menu says?) pink lemonade and seltzer. It was a refreshing cocktail. The views of the marina were spectacular, and combined with the outdoor comforts, it made for a delightful lunch experience. They offer three outdoor dining areas, along with an indoor space that is well air-conditioned, featuring a large bar and the brewery stacks behind glass doors.

This place is beautiful! Staff was very friendly, our waitress was very sweet & attentive! This place has so much more potential! The food was just okay and so was the alcohol beverage I ordered. Something is missing.

In the last few months I have brought two large groups to Dockside for special occasions. They charge an automatic 20% gratuity to have a group which is totally fine except the service did not match the mandatory tip on either visit. Service was incredibly slow, unresponsive, and the staff forgot multiple food items and drinks at one visit. It seems instead of giving the larger tables attention that those guest are paying for, they force a large gratuity and then do not hold their staff to that service expectation. We very much enjoy the food here and the holiday decorations were beautiful. I wish the service matched the rest. I’d recommend taking a large celebration elsewhere.

Hostess was rude. Won't be going back. I'm disabled. Walked all the way done to the hostess stand (great location) she kept flying passed my husband and I ...didn't even go e us a chance to communicate with us. Tried giving us a high top seat. I said no I can't she ran passed us again...went down the stairs (mind you there were a good 8:low to top tables open). I yelled to her. I can't do the stairs...she ran passed me up the stairs and rolled her eyes and said I should've said something. I said you ran passed us. Don't cop an attitude. Never been this discriminated against at a good establishment!!!!

We were having a great night till Bella came over to our table to tell us they have a 21/2 hour time limit per table and we needed to be out in 10 minutes. Bella approached the table with such disgust and rudeness which was definitely not at all exceptable. Our waiter was Louis who tried his best to come over as often as he could but you could tell he was overwhelmed himself. I have never experienced this kind of service in a restaurant before. She definitely shouldn't be working in customer service. If she worked for me she definitely would be gone.

Let me just start by saying this is my first google review because of the sheer dissapointment of this establishment. To start i had about a 1/2 in piece of plastic I pulled out of the philly egg roll serated and hard like a chipped off piece of bucket you find at lowes. We got chicken wings that had the same flavor as licking the inside of your grill at home and somehow you felt spice in your mouth but no flavor. After informing waiter of literal garbage found in egg rolls it was “taken to the back and told to kitchen staff” Absolutely beautiful indoor decorations but beyond that be warned you need to be pretty hammered to like this food.

Service was fine despite being very busy. We ordered the steamed dumplings for an appetizer. They were served partially frozen. We've been to Dockside in the past and all of their food is just mediocre. Doubt we'll be going back.
