So one of my guilty pleasures is Del Taco.the one on Sepulveda & chatsworth is pretty.much the one I frequent.(my girl lives nearby) I usually stick w the 1/2 pound bean & cheese burrito w green sauce.i usually round it off w a couple beer battered fish tacos.a very surprisingly good taco that's not fishy at all w. Cabbage and a squeeze of lime,a cool option on the menu I also like the regular tacos simple and good saving the best for last I really dig their Carnitas menu I like the whole section cuz the carne is tasty and not greasy. So that's wut I like the most but everything is essentially good.

We had a blast going through the drive up window. The rep was full of energy. He made my husband and I smile and laugh. Late night in NOHO! Guys name was Robert! Thank you Robert.

Ok so their chicken tacos are BOMB and actually taste fresh wo that nasty fast food processing taste, is way better than taco bell, AND the best part is. ..... It's 1250am and THEY HAVE MILKSHAKES!!! HECK YAAAAA

I ordered the fish tacos 2/$5 with an extra piece of fish and guacamole. Plenty to eat and very tasty. I was too hungry to snap a pic. 🙂 The donut balls are really delicious but I haven't ordered them in a while but I highly recommend them because they're served warm.

This Del Taco was amazing and everything tasted great. They grilled the food where it tasted awesome so different from Del Taco near my home that I rarely ever go to. I stopped going there it's so bad and nothing has been good at the one in Burbank on Glenoaks and Alameda. It's not like the same company. My friend gets food there often cause she's a vet and on the road a lot. AND IT'S GREAT! BUT I still dislike the location I named. Food is the worst!

Believe me when I say, that when made right, the Double Del Burgers, are far superior to In and Outs. Very tasty. Shrimp Tacos, flipping amazing. Fries or ok by themselve, but make it Deluxe Chilli Cheese, and ok becomes delicious. The place itself was kinda empty, but we were there at 3am.

I sometimes stop by Del Taco after work late nights, and it’s always a good experience. The food is consistently tasty, and the service is friendly. The tall, skinny, Hispanic-looking skater guy behind the counter always greets me with a laid-back vibe, while the clean-cut Hispanic guy with a goatee takes my order quickly and gets it right every time. The Hispanic lady with a bun is always on top of things With the fries always hot 🔥

Tried carne asada fries and compared to Taco Bell's steak garlic nacho fries they made me just wish I was at Taco Bell having their steak garlic nacho fries and the Sprite was empty so I ended up with soda water which I had to take back

I ordered the Beer Battered Fish Tacos, a couple times recently. They were good, though I’ve had better. The tacos were fully filled. The staff are nice. Though, they sometimes forget to put the lime slice in the tinfoil wrapping with the taco, which is disappointing when you open it up and find that they didn’t add the lime. I also tried their vanilla milkshake, which was also good, it had a good even vanilla flavor, not too sweet. The texture was also good! The staff don’t really put the lids on the fountain drinks fully, so you have to double check and really make sure the lid is on and secure. I also tried the Mini Churros, which I believe are $1.99 for two minis. I don’t ever get Churros—in my opinion the churros were crunchy, had good flavor, and were good overall. Though there was too much of the sugary crystals or cinnamon or whatever it is on the outside.

Considering that this is a rougher area during certain hours, I'm thrilled the employees and management haven't let this location go "to the dogs". With this being said, I have no complaints about this particular Del Taco. This is a standard, no frills Del Taco. All the food items are uniform in size and taste as compared with other Del Taco's. The service from the employees is above the normal for this particular neighborhood. Kudos to the employees and management. All in all, this particular Del Taco has proven its value to earn my repeat business.

The service was exceptionally fast and my order was perfect. The only problem I did experience was trying to figure out how to get into the drive-thru lane because I went in via the side street. It's best to go in on PCH.

What on an all nighter assignment; unfamiliar territory, nothing else was open nearby except for 711 and Del Taco....Del Taco it is. Everything was great except 1 minor thing (can be major for others). Placed an order and asked about the special;next thing I know I just bought 2 meals. Did not want to argue or ask cancel; especially at 300 AM. Everyone ought to be either tired or sleepy. Beside I went for early breakfast and got lunch at the same time... Overall it was great; but of course it can definitely be better...

"Mexican" food, served fast. While it is perhaps better than say, Taco Bell..that's really just splitting hairs. I would recommend "going rogue" and getting the hamburger. It actually isn't too bad.

Food is fresh most of the time, but employees can't seem to follow simple instructions and get my order right.

Dining area needs cleaning and all the condiments containers that sit on every table were empty. Food is always delicious though I Thank you for that.

They are always understaffed at this location when we go. They have gotten my order wrong the last 2 times I have gone, and I've had to return because I don't eat meat and they have put bacon in my order those two times. They do make it right, but again, I think it has to do with them being so understaffed.

The quality of the food is good. Unfortunately the problem here is the long wait to have your order taken and on top of that it also takes them even longer to make your food. Also the general manager gives off the impression that he hates his job and doesn't care to make sure the customer has a good experience eating there.

Lower rating is only because of our odd experience. I ordered a chicken cheddar quesadilla costing $1.41. As I started to eat it I thought a bit of avocado would be nice. My husband got it...and it cost $1.71 for a tiny container of mashed avocado. Obviously I haven't been in a Del Taco for awhile. What a price jump on the avocado!!! Food was good though.

I have one word for the Double del cheeseburger: yuk! The meat taste was gross didn't taste like hamburger, more like a fake burger. The bun was stale, hard and crumbly, and the lettuce was wilted. My usual order is battered fish tacos which are always good. TIP: If you don't like soft fries, order them well done and they are perfect. The drivethru staff are always very nice.

It's Del Taco. I ordered a burger combo at like 3am after a 6 hour drive because it was literally the only place open, but apparently the "burger machine" was no longer doing whatever it does to make Del Taco burgers. The kid running the store didn't know how to refund me (I guess he was new) so he let me pick whatever I wanted instead. I ordered some weird burrito/wrap monstrosity (I wouldn't recommend anything with avocado) and we parted ways. It is what it is I guess, and in this case "what it is" is just Del Taco.

I don't know what it is about this Del Taco, but they mess up my order every single time. Usually, they forget a single small item. Every once in a while, they will forget big items like quesadillas. When we went yesterday, we ordered two combos and several other items, each combo came with french fries. When we were handed our order everything was smooshed into two bags and it made checking for things almost impossible. Sure enough, when we got home, we discovered that they had forgotten to put both bags of fries with our food. I don't know why I keep going back. You would think by now I would have just given up knowing they will never have my order right.

Really good and hot food. My plan originally was to order take out but luckily I decided to dine-in because I was not given a straw for my drink that I ordered. And I really think all restaurants should be required to clean the tables after every customer ... I found 1 clean table luckily . The temperature was great though.

The best value is a 2 for 7 deal and the prices are still decent compared to any other place that you go for food. I'm not crazy about the amount you get on the small order fries For the price. (A little skimpy in my opinion) in the long run it's the best bang for the buck if you want to feed your hungry.

Standard fare for a Del Taco: the chicken soft tacos were perfect; the quesadilla was a little greasey; the fries though, were a problem. Many were well done/extra crisped (didn't request this). But the main issues was that the fries tasted a bit fishy. Not sure if the fish/shrimp (not sure what's currently on the menu) are cooked in the same oil, but I picked up a fish aftertaste.

The Bad: Ridiculously LONG WAITS, spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru once! Food quality and preparation varies greatly. If you ask for "HOT" sauce they give medium for some stupid reason. Have to beg to get the actual orange packets...its retarded. The Good: Epic Scrambler Burritos are consistently a great value. The "Del Taco" is a staple and fairly good. Other items such as the burger can be great or terrible, you never know what it will be like...risky to test other items.

I'm a frequent visitor to Del Taco, but not this one. I was out in the valley and decided to stop in and get my favorite burrito. I always order a bean and cheese with extra green sauce, shot of sour cream, and a scoop of carne asada. You add five or six of the medium hot sauces and you have one great burrito. Unfortunately on this visit something was wrong, terribly wrong. I'm not sure if it was the sour cream or the carne asada but something did not taste right. Within minutes I was nauseous and wasn't sure if I was going to keep the meal down. Fortunately I did but I'm not sure I'll be back to that particular Del Taco again. Sorry I try to stay upbeat on these reviews but this one is a tough one.

A little slow taking orders from the front register. Every staff seems too busy working at the drive thru and seems to ignore the walk-in customers. What a shame! Even the person assigned on the register looka clueless and was there helping drive thru while there are 5 customers in line waiting to be served.

We came here for an evening late night snack but to our dismay the drive-thru line took us 30 plus minutes. When we found out why we discovered that the gentleman working was the only gentleman working the line was all the way to the end of the parking lot of cars waiting to get their food the poor guy looks super stressed and out of breath he was nice but you could tell overworked management should really do something to get him some help. Now let's talk about the food the food was well let's say not the best not that Del Tacos the best so that means the food was the worst because of the long wait other than that you expect not so great food from Del Taco you just don't expect to wait 30 plus minutes. I would say visit the Del Taco that's on Sepulveda and Nordhoff they're much quicker and the food's always fresh other than that you guys have the rest of the beautiful weekend reporting live!!!

Del Taco is my favorite fast food place and this location used to be the best in the valley but for sometime now it is becoming the worst. I ordered Del Beef burrito with extra cheese and I got bean burrito with cheese. So I did not get what I paid for. Also ordered taco no tomatoes and I got tomatoes. Also it was not busy at all at the time I went. This doesn't seem to be a one time thing. Do better Mission Hills Del Taco!

Well What Can I Say! This Place Has Gone Down Hill As Of Late. I Ordered A Few Items This Evening And Went Home To Discover That My Beyond 8 Layer Burrito Was Missing. I Checked My Receipt Seen That They Had Charged Me For A Regular 8 Layer Burrito I Called This Location let them Know What Happened And Told them I ordered the beyond burrito I Was Told It Was A Mistake And They Would Fix Just Come Back to the drive through and they would handle it. So I drive all the way back get to the drive through the girl hands me a bag and says they added a (Small) free order of fries and fixed my order. I was still a bit irritated having to drive back but figured people make mistakes and I got a free fry for my troubles. Well! I get home take a couple of bites the burritos Cold! and there’s no beyond meat or any kind of meat at all! Just beans lettuce & cheese They Never changed my order Probably Gave Me the same burrito that was sitting there the 1st time I went. The staff there needs better management! Or Managment Needs To Hire Better Staff. I Am Very Dissatisfied! And Won’t Be Going Back To This Location Till Something Changes! Would Give One Star But At Least The Drinks We’re Cold!

The dining hall was not stocked, tables were dirty, and my son found a piece of plastic in the chili fries. When we told the manager he was so dismissive and denied it came from there. It was very disappointing. I will just travel to another del taco.

Filthy! Very filthy. Dirty tables Empty baskets where the ketchup and hot sauces are stored for customers to grab. And bathrooms are filthy 10 times more. No toilet paper or seat covers. If someone rushes in there in a hurry and sits down and does there business, They're screwed .

Came here last week and was told restroom was closed and was treated rudely and manager on duty Abdul is disrespectful. I talked with district manager and was told heres a meal free but i talked to manager here and we close restrooms when we want its a drug area. When i informes him of CA laws about restrooms and informwd him of ADA regulations he repliednthe state dont run this so call them and tell them come sown ill let them know the same thing. I used to go to this del Taco all the time, was convenient and open 24 hours was awesome. But about 6 months ago they stopped taking EBT and I haven't been back since then. Will the EBT payment option be coming back or has it been forever canceled? I'm very upset because I really enjoyed this restaurant and its location, I hope that the EBT payment option comes back!

We got the wrong tacos. I ordered carnitas & they sent fish. They were saturated with way old oil. I called the store and the manager was VERY RUDE. Wouldn't listen to my complaints and talked over me. I called corporate office and complained about my experience. They said they were going to refund me for something. I bought a Carne asada toasted wrap and when I opened it I instantly lost my appetite, I don't like to waste food but it looked like someone mushed it all up. Even the fries looked horrible and the people there looked miserable, don't take it out on people's food if you're not having a good day.

Ordered a small combo but still managed to mess it up. All I wanted was 2 chicken tacos. Got a hard shelled beef taco and a flour tortilla stuffed with a bunch of meat. The drive through took forever. Get to the window to order and i asked for Coke and was told sorry we only have Dr Peppr and Sprite. When i get to the window i see the worker pouring soda from a 2 liter bottle. I get home with my del double cheeseburger and guac steak burrito. The fries were hard and cold. My burger the bread was hard. the burrito the meat was chewy. I am very disappointed. i have never had an issue before with Del Taco. Management needs to get over there and figure out how to fix that mess

Don't waste your time and money coming to this del taco to eat. Worst fast food experience ever. Order some food, and the order came incorrect. Called the manager Mauricio and explained, and he wanted to charge us again to remake the food when it was their fault. Try to speak to another so-called gm, which was the same horrible attitude and bad customer service. Did not fix my other they should be ashamed. It's not our fault they are working there they should look for another job if they are not happy or quit.

After I picked up my food I asked if I could get a ranch (I’m aware u have to pay) idk what was so funny to the employee JAE there about me asking for ranch.. she kept laughing so I asked her what was funny and she just kept laughing. Worst ever location. Very arrogant and entitled manager. Totally careless about local laws and regulations. Consumer has 0 rights if you ask her. She is entitled to your money but you aren’t entitled to receive what you pay for in a reasonable and respectful manner. Choose a better location. There is another one in Granada Hills a couple miles down Chattsworth where they are kind and they actually serve your food right. Just in case you don’t know dear people, they do NOT issue refunds. So if you don’t receive your order even though you paid, arrived on time to pick it up, manager tells you “we don’t do refunds”. But you can come back and they were going to prepare it for you again. I wonder is this lady so ignorant to never have heard of policy, obligations, legality or she just doesn’t care and thinks she has the right to do as she pleases.

The employees on the morning shift should not be allowed to serve food. They should be fired. They laughed as they were serving me food and later I found the food was burnt. The food made me sick and the employees one male and one female Hispanic also spoke a foreign language confusing me and being terrible and rude. This happened 10/14/2024 around 6:45 to 7 AM. The response of sending me to a web site for more information is adding to the problem. Just end their employment and serve food correctly.

By far, the worst del taco I've ever been to. Idk what burger smasher yall used, but it seems like it hasn't been cleaned in years. All sides of the buns were burnt so bad you could smell it over and not the actual food. My fries were cold before I got to my destination less than 5 minutes away. My burger was smashed to about 1/4 in thick, and I had to douse it in ketch just to be able to stomach it down.

And all I get for my waisted gas is a replacement taco nothing else? I have not been disappointed like this in a looooong time. We went thru the drive through and ordered 4 soft tacos, 2 chicken tender tacos, a chicken cheddar quesadilla and a small fries. We get home and the food liked like I had puked it out from an elementary school kids backpack. My daughters fries were smashed and soggy and there was literally 8 or 9 fries in it. My quesadilla was balled up and folded. I was super irritated to say the least. I will say that the staff was super friendly when I ordered and the gentleman that answered when I called was so polite. It still didn't change that my quesadilla was inedible. All I can say is don't ever leave that drive thru without checking your food
