Good place to eat, the food is really tasty. Restrooms are clean enough. The service holds up the fast-fresh style. Pretty good for hamburgers, with indoor and outdoor seating. There was a puddle on the floor without a wet floor sign.

Kind staff, good food, clean space & clean restrooms. Honestly just so impressed with the manager (Brigid I think) that is running the front end, filling online orders, handling a whole group of kids (sports team), and getting everything right & quickly. Impressed with the kitchen staff too & seeing the team work together. Somebody give them some credit & PTO.

Unlce said this was the best burger in town. I'll def agree that it was stinking good! Had the portobello. Bun centers toasted, thin (but juicy) patty with enough grilled onions, mushrooms, and other toppings that the meal was definitely sufficient. I couldn't quite put my finger on the semi sour sauce...but it rocked. Malt vinegar available for the fries. They were near perfect with a thin crust just thick enough to break a fry in half but with smooth thick centers. An easy standout for the area for a fast meal. Delicious.

The Santa Barbara char burger is AWESOME. Grilled onion, avocado, double cheeseburger on grilled bread. My favorite thing on their menu.

Awesome service, top notch free condiments including pepercini peppers, vinegar, and jalapenos and those extremely spicy little yellow peppers that in n out has. Also, the lemonade they had was amazing strawberry limeade and peach ginger aid. Fantastic! Complimented the burger perfectly. The burger was also fantastic, the flavor that stood out right away was the grilled onions.

Decent burgera and other options. Charburgers are the most popular. They have some interesting sides as well including sweet potatoe fries, tempura green beans, and onion rings. They do have assorted peppers, so, if you like spicy, you'll find somethibg. They do have other items like tuna and chicken sandwichs. They have a limited time sriracha string beans side that tastes amazing.

The charburger is better than In-N-Out. $5.99 and it hits. Jalapenos and pepperoncinis available on demand. Location is clean and well-run. Music there is good too. I dropped my burger and the manager got me a new one without missing a beat. Parking can be a bit crowded.

Very loud on a Monday night but the staff seemed stressed and agitated when I asked for things like extra napkins for my to go order.

Employee complained about guests sitting at 'blocked off' booths an hour before closing. Didn't make me feel very welcome. Music was good. Food was good but took a while.

I always come to this fast food to eat delicious French fries, but today 12/10/24 at 14:10 I got the most terrible potatoes, it was not fried, but all in oil, it tastes like old cardboard paper ... horror and ranch sauce pour one third jar question, do you have problems with the sauce? I was very disappointed today by today's trip to this restaurant.

I always come to this fast food to eat delicious French fries, but today 12/10/24 at 14:10 I got the most terrible potatoes, it was not fried, but all in oil, it tastes like old cardboard paper ... horror and ranch sauce pour one third jar question, do you have problems with the sauce? I was very disappointed today by today's trip to this restaurant.

obviously they have good food but if you have allergies do not go, they haven’t been trained to pay attention to what the customer actually orders. We both ordered a burger that usually comes with mayo and said no mayo(clearly written on receipt as well) and both of us got burgers back with mayo but it’s hidden under the lettuce so we didn’t notice till more than half way through, I have an allergy to egg and now I’m having an allergic reaction, not how you wanna spend the night before your driving test when you can’t even take benadryl because it could effect your driving. It’s human nature to make mistakes but simply training them on which foods they serve that have commonly occurring allergies so they can be more aware when reading the order is well within reasonable for their 20+ hourly wage..

I went to this location horrible customer service it didnt went well at all cashier could't her my receip since a pay with my corporate ard i really needed when he get to the office to get a manager he came back and said manager was busy that i need to wait 🙄i wait for 40 minutes 😭 i cant bealive they make a vustomer wait for that long manager was really ride at the end

Definitely awful. I do not recommend it, I ordered 2 doublechar and both have the top bun burnt and the bottom bun soaked in mayonnaise, disgusting, inedible, lousy food service, the 3 people who work in the kitchen do not care what they do there, and the customer. Super annoying I will never return, lost money. Bad food.
