I’m down here for a conference and I was looking for some dessert for the night. This place popped up and was close to my hotel. I wish I could tell you how excited I am it was this close. I was able to walk there and grab some great dessert. The staff who was working was very friendly and very quick and what they did. She recommend some different options for us and told us what she recommended. I went with a chocolate chip cookie and two scoops of ice cream. The ice cream was so good. They also keep the chocolate chip cookies, and all the cookies, hot. It was such a great experience

Cookie & scoop: Lemon cooler w lavender: Omg this ice cream is sooo good. The texture is very thick like gelato and it doesn't melt fast either. The lavender flavor has nice cinnamon notes and works pretty well w the lemon cooler cookie. One thing is the lemon cookie has white chocolate which makes it a little sweeter. Still good though. The ice cream is the star here. 5/5

I just wish I can give this place a 10 star! Today is 9/29/24,4:50 pm!I forgot to take the young lady’s name for the review! She was absolutely phenomenal,very sweet,patience and helpful! Her customer service skills are admirable! The cookies and ice cream are delicious! I will be back often!My baby absolutely liooooved her lavender and strawberry ice cream! Yum,yum! Highly recommend!

The peanut butter cookie is the best. Hands down!!! It's huge too.

I went in with my friend today and it was just Page working for a few hours. She was friendly and patient even though it took a long deliberation for me to decide on what to get. I ended up getting 3 small milk jugs of orange cream, strawberry, and banana. They were all really good. The ice cream looks really good and i wanna try at some point, itry not to have sweets too much but milk is a weak point for me. Banana especially. So yeah great service from page and great snacks.

They have the best chocolate chip cookies hands down. They keep them at the optimal temperature and have different milk options for you to choose from.

The experience is amazing as you walk in the front door. Staff is super friendly and helpful as you assemble the cookie/ice cream or milk combo. The cookies alone are amazing but the options to pair with different fresh ice cream makes the process worth it. The local milk flavors are enticing as well. Great concept.

The cookies are literally soft and gooey just like the packaging says!!! I have been walking past this place for months and finally went in. These are some of the best cookies I have ever had. I have not ordered their ice cream yet but I tried a couple of samples and it is amazing, so full of flavor! I really like grainy ice cream and both of the flavors I tried were grainy so I am sold. I will say the prices are pretty high but I have purchased cookies from other boutique bakeries that were just as expensive, but NOT as good as these are, so it made the prices a little less painful.

milk and cookies will always be my favorite!! their cookies are always cooked to perfection and the customer service is stellar. I am a regular customer and Chloe, Ava, Rhylan, Abby, and Heidi always are so accommodating and kind. They truly make my experience better. I love milk and cookies!

I have a big sweet tooth but I am also picky on the quality I get when buying desserts. Hands down these cookies are wonderfully amazing! I tried the chocolate chip & white chocolate macadamia nut. Great ratio of ingredients, they may look average and simple yet are anything but that. I will have to refrain myself from coming here too often now. 110% recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

Good cookie and not over use of sugar. Hot/cold Tea maybe? A few seats inside. A cookie flight so we can get exposed to many of the cookies, small two bite size.

This review is for their ice cream. I got a pint of the vanilla bean - it was just really lackluster in flavor and the texture was so disappointing. The ice cream was almost springy and chewy…so gross and disappointing. It seems really low quality and I am curious about the ingredients. I don’t think I’d go back.

My review is for the Mission Viejo location. So the owner reached out & asked me to email him. I did so about 5 days ago & no response. I think they want to show that they’re trying to be proactive but don’t actually do anything to make sure customers are happy. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone or at least this location anyway. Go anywhere but the Mission Viejo location.

Idk if this place is just bad or everyone here just likes bad cookies. Me and my husband got the pack of 6 and the cookies were so hard by the time I even got home 10 mins later. Took a bite out of each and basically just wasted money for basic bad cookies
