We had originally gone someplace else to eat but they were closed. So as is, what happens with Denny's is Denny's at some place you end up. And we ended up at Denny's. Though this time, I'm glad we did. The Banana Salted Caramel pancake breakfast that I had was really good.

I travel often and from time to time I'll stop at a Denny's for a quick meal. It can be hit or miss but this one in Mojave was enjoyable. I thought the waitresses were attentive to my needs, they made small talk, and smiled often while ensuring I had enough coffee. The pancakes are better than at other Denny's the cheif has a clear desire to go above and beyond. I've worked at places like this and it's easy to just do the bare minimum yet when I've come here I've noticed the little details that made the experience of eating here a good one. The atmosphere was kind of retro and the tables were very clean The only gripe I have is that the bathroom stunk, the tissue paper holder was broken, and the toilet was dirty. Despite that should I come thru these parts and I want a quick meal I know where to go!

We have been coming to this Dennys for a long time and we never had a so bad service like today. It is never great but we understand sometimes things go wrong. But today it was bad. First the coffee served was cold. Then my husband ordered an egg sandwich and the sandwich was cut and half and the egg was only in one side of the sandwich. We talked to the waitress and she said that she could not do anything about that. But she said she could bring another egg for a $3 more. It is not for the money, but for the service. It was a kitchen mistake and they should fix it.

Came in on a Tuesday evening, one waitress, one cook. We've been eating for over 30 minutes just to order. Two tables, four customers have left. Tired of waiting. We are about to leave too. Need to do better Dennys !!

You should really avoid going to a place that gets a C health inspection rating for: hiring uncertified cooks who don't know why you keep cold prep away from the grill. Water leaking into the ice cream cooler and contaminating the food. Staff who aren't certified to handle food safely. There's a litany of other serious Kitchen Nightmares-level of sanitary violations, but that's just the gist. Their hours are also wildly inaccurate. They closed suddenly the other day unannounced because their only cook walked off the job mid-shift.
