Quick prep time for 2 fresh pizzas, it was delicious! Combo pizza used really good ingredients, dough was fresh spun.

First time here and we loved it! I could tell it would be good as soon as I walked in the place. It smelled so good you could smell it from the parking lot! We'll definitely be returning!

This little gem makes some of the best pizza I've ever had period! pass by this place daily but never tried them out, well, last night I did and I'm sure glad I did because they are hands down the best in Monterey county.

The pizza was very good, friendly owners.. And it seems as if they work ALL of the time! Atmosphere is just normal pizza parlor atmosphere. I will be going there many more times. 😁

We stopped here on our way back home after a long day of tourism and beach activities. Let me just say,,,, myself, my wife, and kids agree this is the best pizza we’ve ever had. The crust is amazing, the toppings/cheese ratio is perfect, and it isn’t wildly greasy like other pizza spots. Worth every $ and we’ll be making this a regular spot when we’re down in Monterey!!!

Met the owner/manager, (not sure his correct title), who was very friendly and extremely personable and had no problem coming around the counter to talk to us and answer any of our questions. His smiling, friendly wife was also behind the counter and they made a great duo. Service was fast, courteous, and they were also very accommodating when we asked to put the football game on the tv. There are two large TVs in this long dining area, and a couple of picnic tables outside. The place is very clean, and looked brand new although it's been there for a while, which tells me they really take care of their restaurant. We asked for the pizza extra well done so it came out really crispy and delicious, but I think I'm going to try it in the regular baking time to appreciate the dough more. The price was fair and worth every penny. Tried the breadsticks and they were also delicious. When paying, I saw the chicken alfredo and instantly regretted ordering pizza because it looked so dang good. Of course I enjoyed the pizza thoroughly though, lol. I asked if they did fundraisers for schools and they said they did which is a bonus. We also ordered a pitcher of beer which was ice cold and delicious. Can't wait to come back.

For a guy who has grown up eating NYC pizza, this is one of the better spots I’ve found on the west coast. Lucky me I only live a few blocks away. Great pizza to call in and takeout during COVID-19. A little pricey but support businesses like these when you can!

Tried their small vege pizza , costed 15 dollar plus tax. The ovwr all taste is hardly 3 out of 5.

I did not like the service nor the food it was cold and the garlic chicken wings just had a little butter with a sprinkle of cheese. They didn’t have any flavor. For the amount of money, I will not try this restaurant again.

Had high hopes but was sadly disappointed by the customer service. Quantity doesn’t match quality and don’t plan on returning to them again.

Wouldn't suggest any of this place. Thumbs down.

Not good pizza

Do not order online on their actual website because apparently they dont have enough business sense to open their computers to see that an order was placed. Even though you receive an email receipt. After not receiving our order over an hour and half later. I call the place and this guy has no idea what im talking about. I give him my order number and he blames it on the delivery service that their website provided. I didnt choose a different type of delivery sevice from their website. Finally the guy actually opens the computer and finds my ticket with my order. Didnt offer a discount or anything to correct their mistake. Only that they will start my order now. An hour and half later. Such great customer service.

Went for a classic medium pepperoni....... crust was burnt, waited outside, you would think for a 25 dollar pizza and I'm the only person there you could bring it to me? No they yelled from behind the counter "hey hey your pizza is done" lazy people..... going to Little Ceasars next time their pizza is way better

Pizza was burnt on the bottom but the dough was still raw. Talked to the owner and he claimed the raw pizza was due to uber eats arriving late.

Trust the reviews people god bless the owner and his business but this place is not worth eating it taste like every other basic pizza there price point is terrible the pizza on the bottom was burnt had basically no sauce and portions are “Small” this place is completely forgettable $75 for two medium pizza’s and a sandwich I will not be returning

Extremely disappointed in this place. I ordered a meat pizza and Spagetti with a 2 liter. Online it said the pizza was 12 dollars and the Spagetti was 18. They charged me 55 dollars and the pizza was burnt, hard crust and the Spagetti was only enough for 1 person. The garlic bread also had a wierd popcorn flavor to it. With an 18 dollar price point you think it would be a large portion. Oh and they also forgot my 2 liter so I paid for that for nothing.

Don't waste your money, this place stinks. Ordered online for pickup and upon walking in it's a bad sign when only one customer is there... Same quality if not worse than little caesars cheap pizza. Cheesy garlic bread is all cheese, no garlic and very flavorless. BBQ pizza is low quality tasting and not impressive with flavors or crust. Definitely mad I wasted my money on this. It's edible, but I won't be back.

Show up 20 minutes later to find out either they gave my order to someone else or they never made it. The woman seemed very disgruntled in her job. They offered to make my pizza and I waited for it. When pizza was finished, the angry woman proceeded to charge me 40 dollars for 1 large pizza and overcooked breadsticks! No discount or anything!! The pizza is overpriced and I am beyond disappointed! I will drive to Salinas for Pizza Factory from now on!
