I love Jack in the box! Their curly fries are always hot and delicious and they give you all the condiments you want without charging extra. My favorite thing to order is the spicy chicken sandwich.
I quit fast food earlier in the year but the other night the wife and I were craving tacos Jack n box style. Staff is very friendly, place was clean, the tacos hit the spot. The wife went back again last night. This Jack in the box is at the top as far as franchise goes
This place is drive thru only, no dinning in. Just wish they put more cheese on their 🌮 tacos. Always have to stop at the store and buy a bag of 🧀 cheese to add to the tacos when I buy tacos from here. The staff is always helpful and sweet. Love eating 😍 here.
Fast convenient good location
This New Caney Tx Jack in the Box is the best location I've ever encountered. I use to go there every day for 3 years while working with Amazon. They knew what I wanted when I pulled up and the crew heard my voice. I miss stopping there. The whole crew from the person taking orders to the cooks. They are pleasant, caring and extremely respectful. Very clean, treat all people nice and get your food out quickly.

They got my order right & the shakes are great especially that they don't put whip cream in them. Love the jack's spicy chicken & the fact that they will make you one without the bread. That is a great help for us diabetics. Although concerning their curly fries, they need to take them out of the fryer a little sooner so they won't cook up so hard. Remember, fried foods continue to cook after it has been removed from the pan. That is not just our Jack n the Box, it is all of them when it comes to the curlys
Went through the drive thru tonight and had a pleasant experience. There was a line but they moved quickly with excellent customer service at that. The cashier was so polite even when he ask me to give him a minute. I was worried about the food quality as they were moving fast but the food was really good. I will definitely be back to this location. Great job to the crew!!!

I happened to be at one of my lowest. I showed up 4 days without any food because I love jack in the box, was going to get 2 tacos but to my surprise when I made it to the screen I was told 'our system is down' when I asked for a name no one answered so I pulled up to the window to which a girl named Abbi came and talked with me. She was very kind and understanding. She help me when I felt helpless, managers if your seeing this give that girl a pay raise she's a good one. Anyways abbi was none the less very kind and I think I mightve made a new friend.<3 thank you again Abbi<3<3

I love going to this Jack-in-the-Box. I take my kids sometimes after school so they can get an afternoon snack and the people that work. There are just the sweetest you can tell. They actually like their job and they wanna be there.
Employees were extremely friendly (Loud French fry machine was extremely Annoying!!! )
I just had to take the time out and praise Ms. Linda. I think she was a manager. I placed a online order at the wrong location which happened to be 24 minutes away. Ms. Linda took the time out to still fulfill my order while notifying the other location. She was very sweet and I really appreciate her helping me because I did not want to drive 24 minutes away. Thank you Ms. Linda you are a Godsend!

Clean. Fast service. The drive-thru staff need to not talk so fast. With their thick accents and talking so fast you can't understand them (I speak Spanish and still have trouble understanding them). Also, their drive-thru monitor has been broken for a long time and needs to be repaired. Food is always hot and fresh. Manager is always on point.

Jack in the Box is always been my favorite place to eat since I was a kid. Pleasant friendly atmosphere attentive crew. The food was a little stale mainly the fries patties were over cooked. They have quick Dependable service.
How can you not love Jack in the box? The food has definitely changed over the years but that's not the fault of this location. I do miss the jumbo jacks that were a little bigger with a little seeded buns but it is what it is. I think it was a great value I got a jumbo Jack and curly fries that are as good as always and the staff at the drive-thru window was very polite and professional
If it didn't cost $15 to get a burger fries and a drink, I'd give it 4 stars. Also, the burgers shrank and so did the drinks FYI the large fry is a scam. It's almost exactly the same amount as the medium.
I come here quite often, but this one time the speaker for the menu in drive thru didn't work. Then we couldn't get out of the drive thru because there's no space. Also it was around 50°f and we had our windows down for 10 mins
When you pray to upgrade a large size there will only give you a drink they will not large size of fries also to me that is not upsizing that is just getting a larger drink
The food is good but the person taking the drive through orders, her voice sounded like she didnt want to be there. And while I was ordering 1 of the items (the mini tacos) she rudely interrupted to ask plain or loaded when I was just about to tell her. I hadn't even paused. Then when I got to the window it smelled like vomit and i told the guy at the window. He just shrugged his shoulders. I came back two days later for my dad and it still smelled of vomit.
It was good.. We like Our Jack.. Our Chicken Sandwhichs this time were Overcooked, the Breading on the Regular chicken was Dark brown and black in some Spots .. the Meat on the Inside was kinda Tough.
I had reported that the staff was hard to communicate originally. Now when you go to the drive through they have a person there with a tablet to take your order. We ordered an egg roll meal, ( 3 eggrolls) fries and 2 monster tacos. We got no receipt with our order and it was wrong.only a single egg roll and the order taker specifically asked 1or 3. Also if your going to have someone use a tablet give them some thing to work under SO THEY CAN READ THE F'N SCREEN. That poor person was having difficulty doing his job. Wow way to go JACK. You want to expedite the drive through well you can't beat Chik Filet. Food has been good and hot so good job there. Tighten up ya'll and have your owner walk in your shoes and hope they hook you up.
If you love diarrhea at 2AM then this is the place for you. Food is decent but it always wrecks my stomach. They always have you park out front even if there is no line and they are the slowest Jack In The Box I have ever been to.
Service was not a good experience, we tried telling the male manager who was running the register that we had the %15 off special offer and he said well I already charged sorry, even though we mentioned it before he ran our card he seemed to ignore us and then smiled at the fact we didn't get to use the coupon, the ultimate burger was great and freshly served but the chicken stuffed taco was rubbery tasting. We will be back but the service needs to be more attentive with listening.
I had a late night and went to Jack in the Box through the drive-thru... The app was not working properly... I placed my order then after paying and receiving my order... I drove home... until I got home I ate my fries, jalapeños poppers, and tacos did not taste good. You can tell that the oil needs to be replaced or something because it had that aftertaste of it... I have ordered from the Jack in Box on different occasions and even at a later time and the food has always been good and fresh... Also to the young lady who worked on the drive-thru cash register on the evening of Friday, May 16... you need to be more friendly your whole demeanor says you don't want to be there.

In general the food is good, it arrives hot at your hands, fast service, the only problem I had today were the potatoes, the curly fried ones fascinate me, but apparently today I had the last ones they gave me pure scraps, I understand that not all of them can go whole but with mine they passed. I think the lady was already annoyed because I asked her for my drink without ice and she gave it to me with ice and I told her that I had ordered it without ice to which she replied: and so did you ask in the back? I said yes, I'll change it and I said thank you have a nice afternoon and for an answer I close the window. Although I also understand that, not all customers are friendly.
The lady working the drive thru did get my order right. I ask for pototoe wedges and extra sour cream packages. I got fries instead. I didn't notice until I got home. When I called in, she said she ask If me if my order was correct and I said yes. I remember asking at the window you have my pototoe wedges. She said yes. She did nothing for me to satisfy me as a customer.
I have given this place a few tries. The first in Aug where the the whole place looked dirty(tables, drink dispenser, flies...) Yesterday I stopped for a meal and the place still looked dirty. The burgers had soggy lettuce, tomatoes and onions. The tacos we're mushy and stale not crunchy. The order came out fast so I assume most of the food they handed to me had been sitting there for some time. The only good thing is that the employees seem nice and respectful. Jack in the box has been my fav fast food place ever since I was a kid but lately their food has been disappointing. Or maybe the places I stop by are not managed well...
The food was fine however the restaurant was a bit rough. Ordered online but still had to wait 5 minutes to even tell them I was here for a online order. The restaurant itself was messy tables weren't cleaned whatsoever. It is setup for covid spacing but that only does so much when the tables remain dirty. There's something sticky on my wrist from placing my arm on the table...

This place is becoming cheaper and cheaper.. they now want to charge extra for sauce and them the sauces are even as full as they used to be. They are about half full. I will never come hear again.
Saturday night 1 am. Over 10 cars in the drive through line. This location is typically slow. Tool over 30 minutes to get to the window. After work I just wanted to get my food and make the drive home. Came for the tiny tacos and left with loaded fries. Very careless of myself and employees to not check the order. Never seem to be serving ice cream. Fries tasted old and re heated. Jack in the Box seems to have horrible service at night time as this is my second location with similar issues.

Service was fast. However, I did not get what I paid for. I ordered a Wakey Bakey Hash but instead got a hash brown with an egg on top and a small blob of cheese. Also, the white cheese sauce was missing. I probably will go back to this location since previous visits were issue free. They just need to work on the build and presentation of this dish.

Ordered online went to get food they shut down claiming no cook to come back in an hour or come talk to manager the next day to issue a refund. We will see what happens. They even said to us the order was completed. NOT!! Other than to have the money taken from my account and to be told to goto my bank and deny the charge WTH. I am a disabled vet and very hard for me to get out of the house to deal with these shannagans.
they used to be good.. idk what happened they can't follow directions I say no cheese 3 times everything comes with extra cheese the past 2 $40 orders. half of my family can't eat. the rest of the food is cold heat lamp warm. the past 2 times and they egg rolls are always burnt. I live 30 min away. so turning around to go back once i get home is out of the question

Got 12 tacos asked for a lot taco sauce they gave me four packs for 12 tacos. Asked for the #5 combo they only gave me a burger for 7 bucks told them I wanted and asked for a combo more than 3 times they said I had to pay 7 bucks more .no wonder this location is always not busy
This place gives Jack in the box a bad name. I've eaten here a few times in every single time has been a bad experience. I knew I was signing up for fast food, but theirs is gross! Old oil? IDK just not good! If you need a Jack in the box fix, you'd be better off driving down the road to the location on 1314.
They keep making mistakes on my order over and over again than after waiting forever my food is cold I mean geese if I'm waiting so long I expect my order to be accurate and hot why else would I be waiting! Also Maria is stingy with the ranch, I orders 3 4pc chicken strips and stuffed jalapenos and I got 3 ranch I asked for 3 more and she rolled her eyes and said we have to charge...you charged me $63.00 for my order just give me some ranch for god sake!
We just ordered a stacked grilled cheese burger... it had an egg a sausage patty lettuce tomato, and no cheese.. took it back to get it replaced and they made it with a sausage patty again and the night manager and or cook was very very rude. I would like a refund or coupons to go to a different store. Not the one in New Caney Texas
Nothing but bad experiences everytime I come here and today was the last straw. It always takes forever to order and get our food. The mic system must be bad because the kid working asked us to repeat ourselves a lot. It seemed as if he was only one working cause it took so long. And then you never get what you pay for. A 5 dollar sandwich and it’s smaller than the palm of my hand. And there’s always something wrong with my order everytime. And no point coming back to fix it cause it’ll just take another 30 minutes
Tonight I purchased a breakfast Jack that usually comes with sausage/ bacon, egg and cheese. The sandwich was served without egg so I had to go back through the drive through. The lady asked for the sandwich back, and not that I wanted the sandwich because I wouldn't be able to eat two, but I know it is a hazardous policy for taking the food back. The manager came to the window and was extremely rude and offensive about me asking a question. If you work in customer service, please treat the customers with respect and decency seeing that is what you are paid to do!
Placed an order via door dash and when it was delivered, our toddler’s meal was missing. Called the store FOUR TIMES for no one to answer. I get everyone is short staffed right now and just trying to make it work. But this is not the first, or second, or third time this has happened. This happens all the time at this location. Lesson learned on my part, just go somewhere else from now on.
Service has gone backwards. I’ve had problems with my last 2 visits. Time before last the screen showed my order correctly and when I got my order it was half right. My last visit there was nobody in the drive through and after I paid they asked me to drive around to the front. I said there is nobody in line why do I have to move, she said that they were working on a lunch order. I said it’s 9:50 am and I’m working on my breakfast and she said to drive around to the front. They got me my order before the next vehicle got in the line. Poorly managed!!! I’m done with this location!!!
Tried to order and was asked to repeat myself twice. Went to the window, and the manager lady (red polo shirt) started yelling at me in Spanish. Mind you, I am casper white. My husband told her in English. She proceeded to say she couldn't hear us in perfect English. Food was delivered fast but my french toast sticks were subbed with waffles. Not what I ordered but whatever.
When I first moved in this place was good, now these new employees with a weak management are running this place down. The owner should consider checking on their staff. Staff in the drive thru joke around or get your order wrong and when you get off to tell them they forgot something or got it wrong there is no apology or professionalism they just joke around.
Went around twice threw drive-through to get order right and still wasn't right went inside thinking was going to be right got in my truck an checked wasn't right had to get off once again too get it right an still wasn't correct i gave up wasting time i just left wont be going again !!!!
We ordered a #11 - we didn’t get our fries, went inside to ask for them, Drive thru employee told me we only ordered the sandwich. I said no we ordered #11 the meal. She said no your husband only ordered the sandwich and I didn’t charge you for the meal. Now to me when I order the #11 that means the combo. Now mistakes happen but when you argue with the customer, well then I will not be coming back. And my husband asked for the #11 twice. And he asked if they had root beer to which the employee answered that they had. Why did we get a coke? Terrible customer service.
I just came through the drive-thru about 10 minutes ago. All I ordered was one order of tiny tacos. They are so stale. I can't even eat them. Very embarrassing for y'all. Do better. I ordered one thing. It's not like it would take long to cook some fresh tiny tacos. I could understand this happening if I had ordered multiple items but this is just ridiculous. I also think that it's a bunch of b******* how y'all won't refund people for their money. You only let them have the option of getting something else for the same price. Why would I want to get something else when what I ordered in the first place wasn't even made right?. It just doesn't make any sense. I won't be coming back.
The only thing worth a star would be the burger I got but literally everything else was pathetic. My sister and her friend go to get a pickup order through the drive-through and they start getting their stuff when my sister asks if they can change one of the drinks to without ice. Usually, this is no problem anywhere, but not here. They insist they can’t do the drink with no ice! Their are 3/4 people at the drive through window just chilling and after a bit one says “ it’s policy we can’t you have to deal with it” so I get my drink with ice, having to toss it halfway and throw the fries out because they we stale and cold.
Went through the drive through and wanted to order nuggets. On the value menu the price was 2.99. The clerk told me 3.29. It's not the .30 cents, it's the principle. The clerk was rude. Said "I don't have time for you. You can sit there all day." Went in to speak with the manager and she was dismissive. Overall, just rude.
This is not the first time this has happened to us. We have a family of 4. So we spend at least 50.00 when we order out. Yes even fast food. We quit going to this location ( New Caney ) because they got our order wrong but after about a year we decided to give it another try. Thought maybe they had employees that might care about their customers but we were wrong. Our 50 00 order was wrong again I went inside so that I could had them a hand written order very well written in English print. Had to get mayo on burgers that come with mustard and one with mustard that comes with mayo. Explain to the young lady exactly what we wanted. She repeated it not once but 3 times then I ask again when I got the order and she said it was fixed the way I ask for it. Well no it was not. They fixed the burgers their way. Not what we ask for then when I call back to complain the manager was not the least bit concerned on what we wanted she just said that's not the way the burgers come. And then said if you want to bring it back we will try to redo the order. As if we were at fault. I do not recommend that you eat here if you want to eat your food the way you like your food. Then I wanted to report it to customer service the only number I could find was not a jack n box number. I know they work for minimum wage but they should try to please the customers. I for one will be going to other places to eat.
This place always has the rudest employees. They are too busy talking to themselves and laughing and don't pay attention while you're placing your order so they make you repeat yourselves numerous times. They never have "receipt paper" so you don't really know what they are charging you because the screen also doesn't work. Food taste old and they can never give you enough condiments because they are always short on supply.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option . I went to the drive-through Sunday morning. The lady that took our order was already mad and irritated. When we finally got our food we were missing a breakfast sandwich so I went back inside and told them I'm missing a breakfast sandwich and the manager on duty refused to give me a sandwich or even a refund for that sandwich. Argued with the manager for at least 20 minutes just to get my breakfast sandwich that I had already paid for . I will never go back to that Jack in the Box if that's how they're gonna treat their customers. The manager that was on duty should not be a manager worst manager I have ever dealt with in my life.
Went by last night and tacos were old. They didn't taste fresh either I didn't even bother to eat them I could smell oil from it sitting for a long time. I tried calling them several times but I guess they don't know what it means when a phone is ringing that they need to pick it up & I could hear their music in the background when they were taking my order instead of being busy with music and cleaning they should pay more attention to the customer. As well there's several times that I go here and they are for some odd reason closed all the time at night. Management should really get it together at night.
Window worker was rude and snappy…at the speaker while taking orders…was even worse when we got to the window. Food was cold and stale, he poured our drinks from a can and was only 3/4s full! Tacos were stale and fries were so old they were chewy! They are open 24 hrs so I don’t get it…how can you have Cole or stale food to sell. He also didn’t say anything…just took payment, handed us food and closed window…no social skills…wort I’ve ever seen! We had to stop at Sonic to get fresh food in the way home. A complete waste of money!
I got a #5 combo through the drive through. I got my food quick and could tell my fries were super fresh. I ate my fries first and then began eating my burger. I thought to myself how the veggies were super fresh and he burger tasted so great. Then I leaned over while driving to take another bite and seen something hanging so I grabbed it and looked at it and it was a long gray hair all crinkled up and then stringy and I instantly started gagging!! I have the weakest stomach ever and almost threw up in my vehicle! I then threw it out the window of course and yeah, I'm just thankful I atleast had decent fries and didn't throw them up.
I ordered a special burger from this Jack in the Box from a promotion through T-Mobile and when I arrived to pick it up at the drive-thru the attendant at like she didn't know what I was talking about even after I showed her my order. I left and came back and the same thing happened again except this time the attendant wanted me to pay for it when it was free so I left.
I order two separate orders to night. When I got my food and I got home. I tried to take a bite out my taco and they where very stale. So I went back up there the lady manager that was there was very very rude. Also I didn't get a receipt so the manager had to find that as well. But what I'm saying is gas isn't free and it's not fair for my food to not be right. The women working the window was very rude as well. I'm a daily customer and I get treated this way. I was told I couldn't have ranch for the tacos and I have never had that problem. No sorry no nothing. I really wish someone could get back with me on this.
I placed my mobile order at 11:25 on 4/29 here it is 12:15 and I still don't have my food. My son did a separate order and his fries were cold and hard. The burger was ice cold as if it had been sitting for hours. And all they seemed to care about was the drive thru customers They lack customer service skills at this location. I won't be spending any more money at this location.
Horrible customer service from the heavy set Hispanic female from the moment I ordered, rushed me to place my order as soon as I came to the speaker and when I asked a question at the window she completely ignored me and closed the drive thru window.
I ordered 4 tacos last night in the drive thru, plain just meat, of course they messed up and put everything on them. I went inside to tell them they the tacos were wrong. They made me new ones real quick. I was up all night throwing up. Thanks Jack in the box.
We got the Burg-R-Tater Melt, my taco was cold and my dad's had lettuce even tho he asked politely for none, burgers was not seasoned at all, mens bathroom was dimly lit, money not well spent!
They should be ashamed to only have one employee working overnight and I could tell he was doing his best until finally backup arrived, he was also a newer employee.
I have left a couple reviews, but I’ve noticed recently that this New Caney location does not use gloves. They are also very rude
The morning shift workers have a nasty attitude. It was not busy at all I usually don’t eat fast food but my power went out. They rolled their eyes over n over for no reason, a “have a good day” or “Thank you” is bare minimum. Don’t choose a servicing job if theirs always a smug on your face, simple. Have a good Sunday.
I just had lunch at this store. There was a man that was clearly down on his luck. The staff that was calling numbers for orders in the lobby was very nice and smiled, when she called the gentleman's number she was insanely rude no smiled just kinda threw it on the counter. I'll never eat there again. I will go to the store and speak to a manager. All people deserve respect.
My husband order me lunch. It took them over a half hour (40 minutes) to get the meal. They kept saying they didnt have it ready and by the time we got it it was cold and nasty. This location is absolutely slow and lazy. Obviously the management needs to step it up or close it down.
The menu offers the monster tacos for $3, but the employees are told by upper management to ONLY sell them with the monster munchies combo. I'm sure its against cooperate policy, and I will definitely find out this coming Monday. Go to another Jack in a Box if you can.
Visited today using a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion. When I received my chicken sandwich, I discovered it came with sauce that I hadn't realized was included. I politely approached the manager to request a remake without sauce or pickles, acknowledging it was my oversight. Despite clearly explaining I wanted a plain crispy chicken sandwich with no sauce or pickles, the first remake came with both sauce and pickles. When I returned to address this, the staff member making sandwiches seemed frustrated, and there was a tense discussion in Spanish between the manager and worker. A third sandwich was eventually made, but it still had pickles. The overall experience was disappointing - what should have been a simple modification became a frustrating ordeal with multiple errors and noticeably poor attitudes from staff. The sandwich quality didn't justify the hassle we experienced. Would recommend improving communication and order accuracy, especially for simple customization requests.
Ordered a breakfast jack combo like I always do every other weekend. Today for some reason I had ham Instead of sausage!!!!! I went back and asked why and they stated I have to ask for sausage or ham!!! I asked since when?? I was never asked before!!! Manager said it's always been this way. I'll never return to this jack in the crack
Rudest workers my boyfriend ever met, at 4:30 am they are going to tell him the systems down. no biggie IF IT WAS TRUE after he seen them take the peoples order in front of him, as he is stuck in the drive through bc how its built he watched the Mexican lady take the peoples payment and serve them food, get to the window and ask if its down she then proceeds to laugh and slam the window shut, then I proceed to call to speak to a manager. She hangs up on me twice and finally tells me the manager wont be there until 6 am, she is very lucky it wasnt me she slammed that window to bc I definitely would of been late to work to go in that building and make that worker keep her same energy she had when she slammed it in his face. Part of me wants to make a 20 min trip to new caney to deal w that worker myself.
I came to this jack in the box around 5pm just to leave very unsatisfied. Me and my husband ordered Large drinks and got Medium, my husband also confronted the worker working in drive thru that we got mediums instead of larges and he proceeded to say the styrofoam cups are Extra large. We both worked together at jack so we know they dont even have extra large cups.Staff was completely unprofessional and one of them were just standing in drive thru on their phone. i ordered my meals large as well just to get everything medium, so the upcharge was extra for no reason, i would have went inside to complain but i knew those teenagers wouldnt have done anything about it. Jack please find better workers who are really willing to work, i do not recommend this jack especially if its the guy with the red acne face in drive thru. thank you
