Solid pizza, but service needs attention The pizza here is consistently great—always hot, flavorful, and satisfying, which keeps me coming back. That said, the service could use some improvement. During a recent visit when I was the only customer in the store, the staff continued focusing on tasks like putting stickers on boxes instead of immediately greeting or taking my order. It felt like the priority wasn't on attending to the customer right away, which made the experience a bit frustrating. I understand staff have multiple responsibilities, but in a quiet moment like that, a quick acknowledgment or prompt service makes a big difference. With the food being reliably good, better front-of-house attention would take this place from solid to excellent. Overall, I'd still recommend it for the pizza, but hope they can polish up the welcome for walk-ins.

Even Keel

It depends who is working and if they are really busy, but my visit on 3/13/20 went well. They cooked and put all the toppings I ordered on the right side and spread evenly. Pizza and ingredients tasted fresh. For this price, it can't be beat by the family owned places who charge double the price for the same quality taste or sometimes worse. They are the best place to get pizza in my general area.

Gets the job done when you’re hungry. Don’t compare to coal fired or brick oven pizza but what do you expect for $13.99 large pie with 5 toppings. Friendly store with ample parking. I usually order on the app and pick ip on way home.

Delivery came late, instructions to leave by door & driver ended up calling and having me come to door to pick it up. Not the most horrible thing in the world or if that is standard for Papa John's, but I was in the middle of working and had to drop what I was doing to answer when a simple text or e-mail would have alerted me to it being delivered and at the door.

It’s Papa John’s Pizza, you see the commercials and expect to get something similar to that. This place will make you a subpar pizza and make you wait an exorbitant amount of time for your order because the staff are deliberately estimating incorrectly to make you wait. Order ahead for pick up? Surprise! You arrived in 20min like they told you to and your order hasn’t even been prepared yet. Staff will quote “2 minutes” at the counter even though your pizza isn’t in the oven. Papa John isn’t in the picture anymore but even he would be disappointed in this sad excuse for a pizza franchise. Don’t waste your time, order elsewhere or heck, just eat a frozen pizza from the grocery store.

I’m really disappointed! I spent almost 50 bucks and accidentally sent my food to my job instead of my home.. because I order a great deal and they couldn’t redirect my food for me. I’m 4 mile from my job in the car it’s 10 minutes away. I walk to work!! I know people don’t make mistakes like this all the time. I was willing to tip him for the time.. very disappointed in the service

What a waste of money? A new guy working by himself on the store and doesn’t even know how to slice the pizza, let alone cooking it. Raw dough and toppings buried under a thick layer of cheese.
