A gem of its kind, this old bar has been restored and maintained lovingly. The bartender does it proud. We had a wonderful time and will be back when we’re in the area. Wish they were closer!

This place is actually called the Broadway Grill Tavern. Normally, my wife and I don't eat meals in bars. Our thought is that they emphasize drinks rather than food. But we read the reviews of this place, "Best burgers ever" and decided to try the place. When we entered what was essentially a small bar, I went up to the bartender and asked her if she did, indeed, serve the best hamburgers in the world. She said, "Yes, we do." And they did. Most places you eat burgers, including all the fast food places, the burgers are a disappointment, and you remember hamburgers you've eaten in the past that were much better. Not here. Once you eat here, hamburgers everywhere else will be a disappointment, and you'll want to come back to the Broadway Grill Tavern for a hamburger.

If you are looking for a friendly and straight forward bar in which to have a value priced beer (micro or plain old beer), and play a round of darts, then this is the place for you. There is no pretentiousness here.

My wife and I stopped in here on Memorial day. I am not entirely sure we did not interrupt a private celebration, but the bartender and the people where very welcoming and they had some free delicious food in celebration of the day. I think that was the best potato salad I have ever had. Thank you for sharing and caring!

Local watering hole and only proper "Bar" in Irvington. It has a Dart board, cold beer and juke box. What else would you need? The yuengling is ice cold and delicious, took away a star for no Guinness on tap:)

Wasted my time calling this place 2x when it said open till 2AM.. why did I call? To ask where one can view their menus. No website not even a landline phone number only google voice no one answers… hopfully this place is closed for good. I’ll make recommendations to google to Permanently remove this scam Listing
