Marks is our go-to when we order out. Great food and good pricing. I also love the online ordering option. Order, pay, and pick up in 20 minutes.

We were so happy with our choice for lunch today. We called all over for delivery, Mark's was the only one. So we now have our restaurant of choice. The experience was golden from the kind and patient person who took my order, to the polite and smiling delivery girl. Our food was delicious! We ordered subs and recieved delicious homemade chips on the side, pickles, and a 'oh so yummy' chocolate cookie. We just expected a sub! All of this was packed perfectly in a box for each of us. Our whole experience was so Good! I would urge anyone to frequent Mark's. I know we will now! You won't be disappointed!

Good 🍕 good wings. Try the stuffed bread it's awesome. I suggest using coupons. It is but more expensive then the other 2 pizza shops in Newfane.

About what you would expect from a pizzeria. Got a Philly cheesesteak. A little underwhelming on flavor but overall a good sub. They have drinks and cookies as well if you are interested. I feel the price is reasonable and I’d definitely come again.

They definately skimp on the meat. The menu is expensive especially for how bad it is but there are always coupons sent out through the mail which helps. The sweet sauce is very good and the online ordering is great. If you're looking for better pizza in Newfane Cafora's is the only one who actually cooks thier pizza right. Update after several years: Things have definitely improved. I believe it is under a new manager. The quality of food is definitely better. Subs and pizza have absolutely improved!!!

Was very disappointed I ordered a royal sub. I told them I wanted itallian sausage cappscola. I get home All I got was a cappscola sub they Said they don't make a royal sub well why didn't they tell me.

I usually enjoy the food, the prices are a little on the raise lately. But I don't order more than pizza love their Buffalo chicken wing pizza. Also food is always fresh.

Tremendously expensive for a fully dressed large pizza. Each topping beyond cheese is added for $2 each. Pizza was good; but sticker shock was bigger.

The pizza was cold when I walked out to my car and the prices were through the roof. The taste was also nothing fantastic.

Marks pizza make good to average pizza. All the location are about the same. I'd prefer a local homemade pizza

I'm editing my review from 2 yrs ago. As of 7/22, they've gone downhill. Pizzas are too saucy and too thin in the middle. They don't even cut the slices all the way to the crust. It's a shame. Their flavors were better 2 yrs ago.

Pizza was good, but the wings were awful! They were burnt and dried out. To serve them to a loyal customer, especially on mother's day, just goes to show how much they care about customers.

I'm editing my review from 2 yrs ago. As of 7/22, they've gone downhill. Pizzas are too saucy and too thin in the middle. They don't even cut the slices all the way to the crust. It's a shame. Their flavors were better 2 yrs ago.

Had issues with a coupon not working correctly on the website. I called the store and they talked in circles and finally told me that the coupon expired (even though it didn't) and told me a price higher than the coupon. I said no thank you. Unfortunately, disappointed in the lack of customer service. Honoring your coupon could have saved you a customer.

Expensive an food is gross. Last three times I got food from there got us sick wether it was pizza or sub's. Very dissatisfied with customer service as well....

This pizza is a joke. 5 $ more than places that the pizza is 100% better. You have to search for the cheese....., the taste is just bad. I might be spoiled from Southtown pizza, but at least I get some cheese on it and is a lot cheaper. Sorry Mark that I have to give you 1star.

Honestly really not impressed with Mark's anymore. I have been going there for years and the stuff was to die for I swear. I havent gotten it in a while and it was always pretty good and so I decided to get it tonight for dinner. I ordered a simple cheese and pepperoni pizza and an order of wings. For starters the pizza was overdone and my crust was actually black and in the bottom burnt as well. Was not really impressed with that when biting into it and expecting alot more. Then the wings. How do you over cook wings? Most of my wings were same thing way over cooked and almost not even edible. I dont know anyone that wants to eat chicken wings that are like rocks. I called and complained which I hate doing but when I spent alot of money on it most people would agree that they would want there money back. They came back and said that they couldn't give me a refund for whatever reason. They said they could only remake the food which at this point isnt worth it to me personally to drive all the way back and possibly get the same thing. Seems like one thing is true. Ingredients and diffrent things go up and quality goes down. Really not impressed. I'll get pizza and food from a diffrent place from now on. Huge shoutout to you Mark's for losing a very loyal customer.

Not only is it more expensive then the next 5 pizza shops, They were A late for the deliver and B tried blaming me. They don’t get out do the car to knock and how dare you ask why. Not very hard to do your job.

Got there at 840 hoping to grab a quick slice before they closed. The employees had whatever slices were left in to go bags to take home and they were closed 20 minutes early. Open sign was still on too.

I usually like Mark’s, but my experience was so bad, I’m changing it, I won’t be ordering from here for a awhile. I paid over ten dollars for a bowl of lettuce and almost no toppings. My family said the pizza we ordered tasted terrible. I’m super disappointed, the price of everything is sky high and the quality doesn’t reflect it. I wish I could give no stars.

Rude and hair in food...GROSS My boyfriend went in and the worker (middle aged man) was extremely rude which I won't even mention about...and then when the food was done, he handed a steaming hot dish (without any warning its still extremely hot) in my boyfriend's hands and basically burnt him. And then when we get home, we find a long gray strand of hair in our food. Disgusting.

I had a bad experience with the staff at this location and the food is not that great and it's over priced for the amount you receive. But I've always had a good polite delivery person's.

Literally the worst pizza I have ever had, they skimp on ingredients and seriously overcharge. A local spot would give more food for less money. Employees are fantastic though 10/10

Totally dissatisfied with their service. My wife and sister-in-law got sick from one of their pizzas, I did not get sick because I did not eat it. When my wife called the next day to explain that she had gotten sick, they refused to even entertain the thought that it could have been from their pizza, and they kept repeating that it was impossible. My wife wanted them to check into the situation and figure out what went wrong. They continued to steamroll my wife, refusing to listen to what she had to say and do something about it. I decided to call back myself and explain that he was very rude and I didn't like how he talked to my wife. Then I tried to explain the situation to him, and he kept saying it was impossible again. He refused to apologize for how he spoke to my wife, refused any sort of refund,and refused to do anything like look into who prepared it. This is surprising because we were frequent customers of Mark's, but now we will not be ordering from them in the future.

I wanted to order 2 medium pizzas but I needed 2 small boxes because kids were going in different directions and wanted slices to take with them. I was told the manager said no to giving/selling 2 small boxes to me. I wound up buying just 3 slices instead of 2 whole pizzas. Not a smart business decision on his part. Thanks for being so accommodating, NOT.
