I order online all the time at this restaurant and didn't notice the date was for tomorrow this time, the gentleman in the afternoon was extremely understanding and helped make my order right away. BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time, his interaction with other customers was very caring and patient. He helped me like he owned this Subway, very impressed. I thought you couldn't find people like this now a days... The sandwiches were good as usual.

Mama gets a the tuna sandwich and a footlong pretzel she said the pretzel was really good. I got the cold cut combo foot long and I really enjoy these. They also have the diet Coke so that's a big plus in my book. The store was nice and clean and the people working there were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick sandwich.

Actually this particular Subway here in my town which is Nipomo really doesn't come up to the standards that Subway used to meet I don't know whether it's the owner or what it is but they're very short with people they're not very personable with people their prices have gone up unreasonably and I might go there once a month instead of three or four times a month like it used to so to the owner do your job better

My husband went on a Monday @ 8:15pm and the girl working just put a paper on the dirty metal counter right over the trash hole. When she started preparing the sandwich my husband asked where the cutting boards were, she replied with we washed them already but they are opened til 10pm. The meat from his sandwich touched the dirty metal counter the girl just shoved it back in the sandwich. When he told her she just rolled her eyes. We always go to subway in Arroyo Grande, but we just moved to Nipomo, but I rather drive to Arroyo Grande and know I'm eating clean food.

Ordered online and got a chicken bacon ranch wrap with avocado and they forgot my bacon and avocado. Don't bother ordering online cuz they will just continue to get it wrong

I ordered 8 sandwiches yesterday online, I couldn't figure out how to pay online, so I went to the store and luckily I was the only one in there, knowing it was going to take a bit, the 2 young men that were working were absolutely wonderful and quick, kudos to them since it took only about 10 minutes for them to make the sandwiches. However....I know the price of everything is going up, but the sandwiches were so skimpy with the protein, one little layer of paper sliced meat, was horrible I had more other ingredients on them. Will be the very last time I do subway.....

Subway is okay there's always girls working there and they stink like pooch but that's okay the sandwiches are okay I only get white bread because all the other bread taste like garlic fart. Service here is okay although my neighbor works here so it's really awkward when I go the sandwiches are okay but the bread is always warm and everything else is cold ew

6" Minimal turkey per serving, one slice cheese, requested toasted but barely warm and cheese not melted. Partners tuna was way salty and minimal per serving. Girls were very friendly, efficient, quick, store is very clean but cmon! put some meat into the sandwiches!

Not sure why but I was very disappointed n think that if hours are posted on the door it should be open but if they are closing early they should put a sign in door saying so..

I could eat at a nice local deli for that price. Take your canned meats and cardboard flavored bread. We are breaking up right now. Taylor swift song in the works
