Super clean spot. Great taste. Also the staff is very friendly. They've been busy with the chicken sandwich craze, but the staff remains professional and hard working (there's only so much chicken you can fry at the same time, so I don't blame the staff at all).

This is my favorite chicken place I love Popeyes anywhere I can get it. We were visiting family and California and went here for dinner and the best red beans and rice the chicken is on point. You have to try an apple turnover little pie that they have they're very very good. The biscuits? oh my!! The food here is just outstanding I love any Popeyes because their food is always delicious

Fast fresh food great employees. That was last year. Went yesterday got old chicken reheated as well as spice when we ordered mild. With no lobby open and they don't answer the phones we had to throw out 27 dollars in chicken. DO NOT SHOP THERE !!!!!

I came in with my wife. We were greeted with a smile, and courteous service. The cashier, Thalia began to converse with us and found out we had just came back from our honeymoon. She congratulated us and so did the rest of the staff. We didn't know what to order so Thalia recommended the "rip n combo," and we were glad she did. It's a great deal. Our food came out in a very efficient time and surprisingly, there were 2 delicious apple pies. They blessed us with them to congratulate us. Thank you #Popeyes staff, it truly made our day. It's the little things go a long way. Plus the food was delicious. Great staff, great service, and great food. Thank you.

Got there in the morning through the drive thru and was told to wait 15 min for my chicken. Went to go wait in the parking lot and waited 25 min. I went inside and had to remind them about my order. They were kind enough to give me extra chicken so I aint complainin. Chicken was fresh and hot! And so was the biscuits! So food was great! They do however need to work on being more organized together!

Update 4/17/22: Wasn't sure if open due to no cars in parking lot. Went in. Store was super clean. I was the only patron. All of the employees were courteous. Offered me a free drink as I waited for fresh chicken to be made. The only thing I wish is that they had a working phone #. The # on website when called is always busy. Staff said to their knowledge the # hasn't worked in over 2 years. A business does need a working phone #. Still give the staff & location a 5! New to the area & this was the Popeye's nearest to me. I read reviews prior slamming staff for 30 minute wait times etc. So I was skeptical. I went after 9:30pm & went through drive-thru! I waited literally only a few minutes. Patrons were eating inside & had maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. Food was fresh. Staff was friendly. Had about 5 employees I could see working via drive-thru window. Not counting cooks I'm sure. I'm willing to wait for good & fresh food. However, it wasn't necessary. Definitely will be back.

Loved the service here! And I was very happy to see that everyone was abiding by the social distancing rules, wearing their masks appropriately, and above all were super kind. The drive thru was super busy so I decided to go inside to place my order. Everyone was working so hard, double checking everyone's order and working as a team. Thank you to all the employees working on 8/14 at 4:30pm. You all were rocking it! And thank you for yummy food too!

Yesterday the service going thru the drive thru was vastly improved. Someone had a conversation with the staff and it felt like the employees are taking ownership. It felt like they understand how important it is to give outstanding customer service each and every time. You do not know who you might encounter. THANK YOU.

People working are incredibly nice and wonderful. The food though... quality has gone wayyyy down over the years. Cheap chicken now but at very veryyyy high prices. Seriously unfortunate. 2 stars is being generous and only for the people working. Out of 10 for the food... 4. Staff... easy 10. These fast food places are not going to make if they lower the quality and drive the prices up. My wallet took and spanking and my toilet took a beating.

When I entered in and ordered with my lady. This gentleman, a Latino dude, was so respectful and patient dealing with my girl, which asked too many questions while they were busy. We forgot our coupons and he offered theirs. It seemed like he knew it was my birthday, which it was, and I was happy to eat my fried chicken sandwich and, of course, fried chicken. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name because people were ordering. I have been to many fast food restaurants, and this guy was the most helpful and polite individual. The next time we enter, I'll ask for his name. Peace out!

Love their mild chicken on the bone! Their spicy is way too hot for me but my sisters love it! I ordered the Surf and Turf combo recently, mild, and the shrimp was so spicy! Also looked nothing like the picture. Shrimp were so tiny. They did replace it with something else, with a smile. Their biscuits are divine. Especially with strawberry jam. Their honey is not honey but honey-flavored. I like their fries and mashed but the green beans are not good. Wait can be long if they run out of your choice. If I am getting to go I always check to make sure it's mild...I have been given spicy too many times.... Tuesday's you can get leg and thigh for about $2. There used to be a coupon on the website for 5 pieces with 2 sides and 2 biscuits for $10 but it hasn't been there recently.. they do have a seniors discount 10%. Manager is great!

I like Popeyes menu and enjoy the food but certainly incredulous that so many menu items are not avail as they are out of product. Third choice was the charm, actually the third choice was asking the drive thru attendant what they did have that was avail? Pretty crazy so much stuff not available. I am thinking to myself that the failure to order of maintain enough merchandise or product is a sign of mismanagement or a red flag that something is wrong financially and again some franchisee has mismanaged his store. But of course this thought makes me question if it's a franchisee or individual store mismanagement once I pull up to the window and there is a window sticker or placard that is official corporate looking signage that notifies customers of the fact that they often might be limited on occasion of individual items.... OK so the whole company has mismanaged their supplies!!! Understood that supply chains have been problematic due to epidemic and such , but most supply issue should be resolved by now should they not??? Crazy that literally over half the menu is out of stock. Maybe perhaps it's just that I showed up at the drive thru as they were preparing to close down for the night and had cleaned up and finished cooking for the night.. That might be correct of the staff expects to leave right at the very hour the doors closed. It was about quarter to the hour! It appears that by the numerous majority of the young staff that was standing around with their hands in their pockets chit chatting with each other ( I didn't even realize they had that many staff in one store!) These kids were simply waiting for the clock to hit the hour like kids in the classroom wait to be saved by the bell! Well ok no worries these kids will learn someday and they are lucky to have it so care free and easy. Not sure if it's me or just that I rather finish a job first and get everything done when I am at the job site before I let everyone start packing up and waiting on the hour to leave! Of course everyone gripes about leaving a few minutes late and wants to take five minutes over as 30 minutes overtime, so it's all the same I suppose.....

Aside from a moderate wait for the food, it is consistently good. So the trade off is that you know that it was prepared relative to when you order it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and to me, its all about this side dishes here. Go for the red beans and rice and the mac and cheese!

So, I went to the location in Norco with my 2 minor children. I could hear the conversation in the back while the staff was preparing our order, and the conversation was of sexual nature. My kids did not understand the context, but I did. "EFFIEL TOWERING" These things don't typically bother me (to each their own), but in this situation, BOTHERED. Yo, do better staff.

Food is always great but whenever I order food and ask for condiments, they never give me any sauce. I have to tell the delivery people with Uber Eats and DoorDash to remind the workers to give me the sauce I ask for. I know it’s sauce but this happens 99.999 percent of the time. I look at my receipt and it shows I asked for condiments. I don’t understand how this keeps happening. 😭 But overall the food is great still. 😁

food was good. lady at drive through was rude. she forgot an entire meal order and got mad at us bc we were sitting in the drive thru waiting for it to come out. once she asked, she acted as though getting the food, we paid for, (she forgot) was annoying and inconveniencing her.

The wings were seasoned just right n well done. The Mac n Cheese, OMG! It's a start!!! Will definitely order again. I just didn't like how I was confused as to what was going on while ordering but at the end of the day, the lady at the drive through got everything right to the T. Thank you.

This is basically is drive thru place for chicken cravings. Granted , they have seats and tables inside, drive thru is the way to go.... Doing their survey is also not bad. Once you order, get a receipt do the survey. Basically, gives you a code for free 2 pcs chicken + biscuit with a purchase of a large drink. Not bad. You pay 4 dollars for a drink and some chicken. I went almost 4 pm and ordered. Advised me of a 5 min wait since they were cooking a fresh batch. No worries, paid and parked infront. They got it to me quick and easy. Not bad to be honest. Granted inflation did do a number so their combo meals are a bit expensive compared to other places but thats fine.

Today I ordered a special with chicken, tenders, shrimp & 2 sides. I got everything but the shrimp. I usually like this location but today the spicy chicken tasted off & nothing like it usually does. My wing still had a big glob of partially cooked batter under it that didn't cook all the way. Luckily it was over the entire wing so I just pulled it off. Still not happy that my shrimp was missing. Since I discovered it after I had made it home it wasn't worth the effort to go back. My last few times here have been less than great so I may need to find another location.

I love Popeyes, but this Popeyes is always out of something! They constantly run out of the strawberry cheesecake and you aways have to wait for wings. They even substitute chicken strips for wings at random.

Although this is one of my favorite chicken places, however yesterday's experience was very disappointing. We were a party of twelve, four adults and eight children and we went at 8:45pm and according to their page, they close at 11:00, that means we should find almost everything on their menu, yet they were out of fries, ranch, big size matched potatoes cups, water cups and paper towels. The chicken was amazing but it makes you feel uncomfortable to hear the words "we're out of " for many things and you still had more than two hours to close.

The chicken sandwiches were good but service was slow and inefficient. The employees were completing orders according to the queue instead of looking to see if they can complete a different order if they are waiting for an item. The drink dispenser was not working properly either, dispensing only carbonated water without the syrup.

The place was out of everything from nuggets to drinks and the service was slower like did they have to run to the grocery store… The only reason they got 3 stars was because of a cashier by the name of James, He Was Amazing. James owned it like as if you were at his home offering what ever substitute he could think of and wanted to do anything to keep your bussiness. He even stopped doing what he was doing to help prepare our sandwiches because he realized it really had taken too long after convincing us to stay. I was truly amazed by his character enough to write this review and hope someone will get your shop together and you keep it up James it will get you somewhere in life at the right place! James you deserve 10 stars just couldn’t say that for the popeyes at this location

i actually like the chicken a lot here, and servers are nice, but I'm deducting 2 stars, because of serving times, they cant seem to get it right, several times i waited over 20 minutes. twice they misplaced my paper order ticket, when i went up, they didn't have it, because they were busy, one of the servers grabbed two of them, so mine was not up. wait times are hit and miss, but food is good.

There was a long wait for the chicken strips to be ready at the drive-thru, but once I got them they were tasty. However, my husband's spicy strips seemed like they might have been sitting out a little too long. Shout out to the employee at the window (Alison, I believe). Friendly and double-checked our order to make sure we had everything.

Not bad, not great either. Chicken had nice flavor and there are plenty of selections . Meat was a bit dry. A mistake was made on our drive thru order but I called shortly after arriving home and manager was able to offer a fair resolution. I will go back and try again. Maybe we hit on a bad night.

Slowwww service, the kids working there looked so lost. Every large order ahead of me had to be corrected, drive-through people had to come inside to get things straightened out. But, the chicken and the jambalaya was good, for takeout. Just not a $10 dinner I'll be rushing back for any time soon.

I'll start by saying " I like Popeyes". But this location isn't worth going. The chicken was small.... I don't mean like medium, I mean tiny. I don't pay $25 for 10 pcs of small chicken(on sale) When HUGE drumsticks are available at your local grocery for 99 cents a pound or less.... This was ridiculous. And the beautiful thing, we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, not in line....that is when we got to the window. But I don't mind waiting for hot chicken, but what we got were a box of wing size pieces...at least the biscuits were good. I had to go elsewhere for my meal. This was literally the smallest pieces I've ever seen. Doesn't Popeyes have some sort of quality control??? I guess not here.... Try elsewhere if you are hungry

Ordered through doordash. Wanted butterfly shrimp. I received popcorn shrimp no biscuits for my whole order, shrimp was cold and didn't receive 2 drinks for combos. Had to drive to fix issues due to no answer on the phone. Was told they don't carry butterfly shrimp at their location and they were out of sprite so I guess I just wasn't gonna get called to fix my order and just get what they wanted to give me

The staff almost forgot my drinks at the drive thru and like an idiot I didn’t check my order and they forgot my fries. Go there at your own risk. They usually forget something when you go to the drive thru.

Why would I order online from Uber eats and pay more, while during pickup you ask that customers go to drive through and wait in the line for pick up :( I talked to one of the staff through front door and yet refused delivery and asked that I go to drive through

Original order was made incorrectly and was not completely cooked. I had ordered the shrimp popcorn with a side of rice and my fiance ordered the voodoo tenders with the sauce on the side. Got home and there was no voodoo sauce and no rice. Chicken was under cooked and the shrimp was over cooked. Contacted the store and they were will to replace the order. Went in today to get the replacement meal. Upon entering the store it was total chaos. There was a long long line and they only had one cashier working. I spoke with a manager and explained why I was there. She appeared less than happy to help, but did. As I waited for my food I watched the workers. The kitchen was a complete mess, you could see flour all over, workers wiping their heads with their arms as they made the food, and a maintenance man repairing equipment in the food prep area. Saw one employees stretching over the fryers on her toes to reach chicken sitting on a shelf. The manager finally brought my food and it was a good thing I checked. I was give fries instead of rice, the voodoo chicken was missing. When I told the manager I wanted rice there was a look of discontentment on her face. When I asked about the voodoo chicken with the sauce on the side she indicated that I could get mild tenders but the sauce had to be on the voodoo chicken. To avoid any further problems I told her to just put the sauce on the tenders. Wow, it was poured on the tenders, just not much of it. These past two visits left a poor tasted in my mouth on both the quality of the food and quality of service. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness of the store. The 2 rating was a gift because of the original contact and friendliness of the manager named Barbara.

Great food, horrible service on this day. Granted, 11:30 on a Friday, 3 Cars in front of me in drive-thru, ordered, paid and was told to pull to the front, so far, so good. As I sat there for 20, yes 20 minutes, I noticed two other cars that had been sitting there for equal time, had to go inside to remind them I was still there. Look, we're in uncharted waters nowadays, I get it, but you're the establishment advertising you're open and ready. So, great food but poor service and untrained staff. I'll go back and will gladly upgrade this if you're back online with your service. 20 minutes is far to long.

Brought my three-year-old son with me to dine in was not asked if I wanted spicy or regular therefore I figured they were going to give me regular which they did but when we bit into it you can tell it was seasoned to be spicy and washed off because it was red and into the meat but clearly washed off. ( not nearly as spicy as spicy) in other words my son wouldn't eat it because he said it was spicy therefore I should have got my money back but I didn't I just ate it .They took quite a while to get my simple order out and every order that was coming through the drive-thru and or dine-in was incorrect everyone was coming back with problems with their orders. This place must be mismanaged because it seems like nobody knows what they're doing yet they clearly do. It sucks I can't come to a Popeye's and enjoy this food in my own town I have to drive far somewhere else to go get it this is not the first time I've had this type of experience here every time I try and give them a try it's just as bad something needs to change. The fries were good though!

Went at 10:04 and the establishment was not open. One worker showed up a minute later and spent several minutes fumbling with something in their car. We waited until 10:20 hoping that there was a staff member already inside trying to open. When we left, the chairs were still stacked on the tables in the dining room, drive thru closed, and no signs of life from inside, even after the staff member we saw went inside. After reading other reviews, I doubt I'll ever eat here. If you really need that chicken, go to the KFC across the street or the nearby Raising Cane's.

Well, the folks working here are sweet as pie but they've gone downhill in terms of getting your order correct, missing items, being out of stock, etc.... I've noticed it recently in the last 4+months. New crew? New management? I even had a poor DoorDash delivery driver get stuck at their location over 45 mins while waiting for them to get an order correct. I love Popeyes, but this location is getting bad :( Hopefully they get their stuff together soon.

Welp, let's start with a kiosks. Like other businesses, they don't want to pay anyone to take your order so they installed kiosks. I'm fine with them but you cannot specify certain things for your order. I asked one of the guys to please make sure it is 50/50 spicy and regular, and also I asked for dark meat. This is the third time in a row, they cannot follow simple instructions. Also low score for the food because it was way too greasy. I could catch the grease just picking up the chicken from the container. Not drip drip, but pouring out of the chicken. This is what you get when people just don't care when they do their jobs. Hate to say all these mean things but, we've given up on Popeyes. Here's how to fix. Take 2 seconds to remove the excess oil, and just listen and pay attention to your customers' requests.

We literally waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes. And we could see the workers inside moving as slow as molasses, just talking to each other. After all this time, someone came to the window and told us that our wings will be a 6 minute wait. Like what were we waiting for for the past 40 minutes??When we finally got our order, we were missing fries. Update we are also missing our ranch and our Mac and cheese. This sucks

I ordered a surf and turf combo and six apple pies. When asked what sauce I wanted, I was told they were out of the blackened ranch. So, I asked what sauces they had. The girl and I ran through the list of available sauces and I decided on honey mustard. They didn't have any apple pies ready, so I was asked to park and wait about 6 minutes which I did. I even made the comment that I had time to kill (I was waiting for my daughter who was not with me to be released from her medical appointment which was about 5 minutes down the street). 20 minutes later someone brings my food out, but no one ever gave me my drink. So I asked for my drink and while the young man was gone, I asked my daughter who was with me to check the apple pies to make sure there were six of them. She did not know to notice if they had cinnamon sugar on them. After receiving my drink, we drove down the street to the site of my other daughter's medical appointment. When I opened the bag, I found four BBQ sauces and one cocktail sauce. Wrong sauce, too much BBQ and not enough cocktail (two and two would have made more sense). It wasn't until I got home in Riverside about two and a half hours later that I discovered there was no cinnamon sugar on any of the apple pies. That is the whole reason why Popeye's apple pies are thought to be better than those offered elsewhere! I tried calling multiple times since I've been home and no one will answer the phone. I guess I know now not to ever visit that location again especially after reading the other reviews. So disappointing!

Ordered today and 1 1/2 hours to get the order. No napkins and No utensils and No hot sauce and NO BBQ sauce for my shrimp as per ordered. This is the second time with no utensils and no hot sauce and then they take their phone off the hook so you can't get anyone.

So I haven't reviewed many restaurants lately but this one was pretty bad and I was literally more excited to write a detailed review than to eat what little food I managed to get. First, I pull right up to the drive thru speaker, it's 5pm, pretty cool they aren't busy. I try to order a chicken sandwich, sorry they are out. Ok I'll take the blackened chicken sandwich instead. I also order popcorn shrimp, sorry they are all out of popcorn shrimp. I'm like ok thats it then. She says "so you wanted the sandwich still?" As if usually people just drive away at this point. I pull up to the window with one car at the window. Took about 7 minutes to take care of this person, despite being out of food... Whatever. I get to the window and pay, they ask if I'd like any sauces and I ask for "blackened ranch". 5 minutes later I get my sandwich, which is not only extremely tough to bite because of the way the meat pieces are joined together, but I notice they gave me normal ranch. So needless to say I'll never be back to this particular Popeyes. Bleh.

Update: Gave this Popeyes location another try. Ordered a deal on the app that included 14 strips, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits. When I got home there were no biscuits in the bag and the wrong sauce (honey mustard instead of bbq). This Louisiana girl is going to give up on these California Popeye's. 10 months ago They were out of chicken tenders and regular chicken. We did not want the other options (nuggets, shrimp, sandwiches), so we did not place an order. However, we were stuck in line trapped in the drive through for 20 minutes. Slow service and do not even have chicken.

We ordered online and it took a hour to get our food. We got to the store in 15 minutes from when we put in our order then waited 45 minutes in the store .Asked several times for a refund and did not get it .Then they gave me a beignet to make me happy . Wow I waisted a hour of my life . Never going back again.

This place is horrible. The service times are consistently slow even with very small orders. Tonight, my car battery died in the drive-thru because I was waiting SO LONG for them to get the ONE car in front of me out of the fine. They had no sympathy for me...in fact, instead of being apologetic, they just laughed. The employees are ghetto as hell and extremely unprofessional. I'll NEVER go back.

This location has gotten worse and worse. It seems as though they are either poorly managed or really inefficient. This has been since before the chicken sandwich re-release, and has made the visits since unbearable. My order has been incorrect 4 of the last 5 times (the last time the employee gave an attitude when I asked for it correctly). They are always out of one thing or another. Much of the Team there is unknowledgeable (but perhaps they are all new?). And they are always huddling up and talking and laughing about personal matters and (sometimes) inappropriate things (which is fine, but not with my food in your hand or when my order is sitting there getting colder by the minute -AND- you have a room full of patrons). Today was the third time I ordered the chicken sandwich and decided to use the drive-thru. It was about a 45 minute wait, and not only was my order wrong (incorrect sandwich, made oddly differently than normal, and I asked for extra pickles and they gave me less than the normal) but the sandwich was REALLY bad. The sandwich was seemingly stale and microwaved; the mayo had all disappeared into the bread making some strange substance and the bread was so hard you couldn’t bite through it (not an exaggeration - it clanked against the plate). The chicken was tough, overcooked, and stringy (VERY different from usual). Didn’t bother to return... just threw it away, unfortunately. I will say there was much nicer service today, though.

Terrible chicken sandwich. Chicken was rubbery and tough. Chicken only covered 1/2 of the bun, the rest was mayo and pickles. Don't think I'll be back

This particular location is the worst I've been to in a while. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and both of them tasted really weird and the texture was different than before. My daughter and I both felt sick after eating the sandwich so I think the meat was bad or something. My daughter has still been complaining about a tummy ache and nausea. I'm considering contacting the health administration department. As much as I love Popeye's I will never return to this location.

I ordered 11 pieces. They charged me for 11 pieces but gave me only 9 pieces. I didnt know that until I got home and opened the box. I know they did it on purpose because when the guy handed me the box through the window, I asked him “these are 11 pieces right?” and the staff looked uncomfortable and hesitantly said yes. I will never go back to place again and make sure everyone following my social media will know about this bad business and will also never go to this place. Not to mention the quality is the worst of all the stores I’ve ordered from. The chicken tasted very dried and old. So all in all nothing good to go to this place.

Really annoying how they ask you to pull away from the drive through window to make it appear like their wait times are faster. I've been waiting close to 20 minutes now and losing my patience. Fake numbers don't you their business any favors. After 25 mins of waiting I go inside to find out my order was given to someone else. The girls where super nice about it but it doesn't take away from the fact that I had to wait even longer. This is exactly why you should not be doing this. Let the people stay at the window until the order is done. This is why I will not be back to this location.

Picking up Grubhub deliveries sucks here. They make doordash deliveries more of a priority. Something needs to change. Management here sucks. Bunch of highschool kids work here. Not very organized.

Went to inquire about Popeye's cajun turkey. Of course, no one knew what I was talking about. We decided to order food to eat in. First off, no spicy chicken, no mac and cheese, no rice for the beans and rice, no ice. Now mind you this was at 1:00. They open at 11:00. Oh, I forgot. No paper in the register for a receipt. My husband's order was not complete, but could not be verified with no receipt. Someone. who I guess was the manager, said according to the board that they look at, his order was complete. However, he did give us the item to complete the order. By the way, the nuggets suck!

We when to order and we need assistance and the lady with black clothes was talking with someone and she ignored us she pretend that was not seen any one and they have a very bad management if they change their attitude they would bring more customers but looks like they don't like their job

This is a horribly franchise and I definitely be contacting corporate. First they mess up your order that you notice when you get home. Then you are told you need a receipt to fix the order but they didn't give a receipt. Finally... reluctantly they look up your transaction and find it because you give them the time and dollar amount... One would think okay cool problem solved but nope, they give you a time limit to come back and get the correct order that they messed up.. Wow

Husband ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I ordered a spicy fish sandwich. It was awful no flavor hardly any sauce on the bun, my burn on my fish sandwich was cold, the breading on the fish was over fried. I’m not happy with this.

I love their chicken but... They Never get the order right. Today , I ordered a strawberry biscuit - they gave me a regular biscuit instead. Last time they forgot my apple pie. They wouldn't let me order 4 pieces of chicken only, it had to be five. The 3 piece had to be a combo with a drink that tastes metallic. Sad 😢

Ordered an 8 piece chicken Family meal and was very disappointed. The chicken was dry. They only gave me white meat. No thighs no wings were added to the order and I did NOT ask for all white meat. The biscuits are over baked and hard. I will most likely go to another Popeyes going forward. $37 for a meal that was half eaten and majority of it hit the trash.

Incomparable delicious chicken taste. From experience you will need to wait a more than normal to get your food weather it's in the drive thru or in the restaurant. I've experienced this wait almost 90% of the time in this store. Longest time I've had to wait was 48 minutes to get my food. If you're in a hurry or don't want to wait don't come to this Popeye's restaurant you've been warned!

I have been to this location many times but today will be my last! They are always out of spicy tenders, sauce, honey, or sweet tea. I've never met a fast food joint, known for chicken, to always be out of chicken. I'm not sure if its management that sucks or what but this is ridiculous. On top of being out of stock of spicy tenders on my last visit it took 42 minutes for three cars to be served ahead of me and for me to get my food. DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES!

This is the last time that I will come to this location! They never get an order right! It has to be the management. Ordered a 4 pc no wing. Got asked 3 times about the order. Each time I said no wing. Got the meal and had 4 wings! I love Popeyes. Ive been to this location quite an few time over the last few years, but no more!

To be honest I think it was a joke. I pulled into the drive threw and basically parked. I did move for 15 minutes until I started backing out. I walked into the place and ordered. I asked for the manager that even took awhile, after all its 800 sq. Feet. She blamed it on people ordering sandwiches while I looked at all the workers with confused looks on there faces. Maybe they need better training or a new manager that knows how to manage. 23.00 for 8 pieces of chicken with one side. Very over priced especially for the poor service and response from manager.

I have visited this Popeyes about 5 times in the last two years; each time in the naive and ultimately vain hope that the service would have improved. I have been wrong each and every time. The staff has, without fail, botched my order in some way shape or form at every visit. These mistakes range from forgetting to provide utensils in a drive through order to giving me other people's food and even attempting to charge me for items that I never ordered. Just today I visited and was met with the same behavior. The young women working the drive through window sent me away without my sides. I know I should have checked the food before driving off. Perhaps I'm too trusting. Perhaps I simply expect someone to do an extremely simple job correctly. Nonetheless, I won't be returning to recover my missing sides. I don't want them anymore.

Ordered a 4 piece spicy, a 3 piece classic, and a half gallon of tea through GrubHub. Driver was never told the kitchen was out of spicy legs and thighs. I received the dryest breast ever, it made el pollo loco look juicy, and wings. The 3 piece was what appeared to but a drumette and Cornish hen thighs. As for the half gallon of tea, 80% filled large cups. Called and the girl that answered was no help at all. She seemed to care less about it all

Let me start by saying this place has some amazing staff. I come here frequently, food is good. However they have problems with the air conditioner. I've noticed it before but today was obscene. It was 106 out when I went in to grab my lunch today. There was NO AIR. The staff were all exhausted, sweaty, and uncomfortable. We asked if they could turn on the air as it was almost hotter inside than the 106 outside. They said they don't control the air and had to keep working like that. Whoever does control the air at this place should be ashamed. It was so miserable in there I had to leave. Won't be returning until the AC situation is fixed for customers and employees sakes.

Waited in the drive thru lane to order with no one in front of me and wasn’t helped. I waited and said hello 4 times, backed up and pulled forward a couple of times. Continued to say hello and didn’t get any response. After 5 minutes I just drove past and noticed 2 workers at the drive thru talking to each other. I really hate the service at this place

Covid-19 spreaders * Sadly, I will never be coming here again. I ordered online and came to pick up inside this is what i saw. All of the workers including rebecca the "manager " using the same gloves to handle the register (accepting cash etc.) Opening and closing the doors, running food outside to customers cars and all this with the same pair of gloves. I asked an employee what their policy on glove change was, the first girl (non manager) said every 2 hours they have to change. Then I asked for a manager and told her everything I saw while in the store, she said their policy is every 30 minutes they have to change gloves and they are supposed to only use the same gloves if they stay in the same station, when i asked why I saw her doing all of the above without changing gloves she had the nerve to say they "just had an audit last week and they passed with did great". I said I'm sure you were changing your gloves alot more during the audit. I asked for a refund and they said the only way I can get one is by calling corporate....and she proceeded to give me the wrong number.... good thing for the internet. Their call center is overseas and open on sundays so I was able to file a complaint and request a refund. Their standards are sub par and as a healthcare professional that works with covid positive patients I can tell you that if you want to get sick, come here daily and soon enough you will get it.

Had to wait almost 30 mins to get my food and when I got home and opened the bait was the wrong order. A different time the food was good but when I asked for sauce the employees ignored me and then seemed mad I was asking for condiments. If you want to waste your time and money this is the place otherwise go somewhere else.

The kiosk did not work. You want the public to use these things that you set out for them, but yet you don't check to see if they're working. Instead, we spend 30 to 40 minutes trying to get the kiosk to work, and there's no one to help. So I'm a little disappointed to sayThe least will not be coming back ever again.

This is probably the most rudest customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location a few times and everybody is always rude. They don’t even greet you. They don’t even care that you’re standing there but then they wanna charge you a lot of money for food and you’re not even getting good customer service this is a horrible restaurant will never spend a dollar here will never go there again. ***Beware*** I ordered an 18 piece wing honey bbq and sweet spicy and they only gave me 12. The flavor was wrong as well. I got ghost pepper instead of sweet n spicy. Please check your food when ordering at this restaurant. This restaurant will never get my money ever again.

Went through the drive through about 4:30 today. Had to wait a bit to place my order. Ordered a #5 three piece chicken tenders, spicy. What I got was three pieces of chicken, not spicy. I don't know how hard a fast food job can be so I'll just say that the service at this location is very poor quality. And that shows through the reviews I've seen. Not only did Popeye's take the green beans off their menu which was the best side they had but then they charge me extra to order the side of Mac and cheese. Shame on you Popeye's!

I got a 16pc tender meal comes with 3 large sides and biscuits and a chicken wrap, paid over $60. The side of Mac n Cheese was half filled so I basically got a small in a large container. And I asked for the sweet n spicy sauce that they use on the wings for my wrap and the kept giving me the wrong sauces! Like come on! I finally gave up and just left. They are so incompetent at that location. Every time I go there is always something wrong with the order. They need to hire new staff that actually cares!

Truly disappointed that people can’t listen and make an order correctly, even after repeating it back to you!! I was so disappointed to find my order completely wrong after driving all the way back home!! I was so craving my fried chicken that night that after being treated so rudely at the Popeyes on McKinley in Corona which refused to take my order in the drive thru, wanted me to park and come in to use the kiosk!! I drove all the way to the Norco Popeyes, only for them to give me the wrong order!! A simple 2 piece thigh dinner turned into 1 dry breast and one tiny drumstick!! There’s a reason I order thighs, because they are juicy and I like them, not dry like that breast!! If I’m going to pay the price for fried chicken and drive all over to get it, I want what I ordered and paid for!! Not whatever you feel like handing out! Thanks for ruining my dinner!

Ordered a 16pc tender meal, it was basically $50, and the tenders do not look like the picture advertised at all. This is not a chicken tender, this is a chicken tender bacon strip. My family was still hungry and we went to in n out after. Don’t waste your money here.

3-01-2020 UPDATE: DINE-IN NOT RECOMMENDED (Hamner Ave. Norco location). Here are my observations on this day of visit THUNBS UP: Good chicken sandwich than other locations (The Day Street, Moreno Valley had the worst) THIMBS DOWN: 1) They are not trained to be efficient. If you like their chicken sandwich or fried chicken, order to-go or use the drive-thru. To dine-in, bring your patience, lots of it. 2) No ice 3) No straws 4) No lids 5) The Sweet & Low packets was wet before causing the power to clump up 5) No soap in the men's room 6) No paper towels 7) It STINKS so bad you can smell it outside of the closed door. There you have it. POPEYE RE-LAUNCHED their Chicken Sandwich created even a bigger buzz than the first time. ABC7 News Reported, "Popeye's Chicken Sandwich debuted with killer reviews" referring to someone in Maryland who was stabbed to death after tried to cut in the waiting line. Other reports including restaurant staff were attacked, customers fighting, cars crash into each other in the drive-thru. So, I went to the Norco Popeye to find out what's about all the hypes. Thought I'd go early (3:50 pm) to avoid the line, upon entering, seeing the order line was only 10-deep, I thought this won't be too long, WRONG, heck-no, it was 20-minutes when I got to the ONLY open register, then, a 40-minutes wait until I got my order, all this time, I was thinking they are so unorganized, so inefficient, so not knowing what they are doing, The girl handed my order and told me the sauce is in the bag. WRONG, there was none, when I went back to the counter asking for sauce, the manager didn't even look at me, she simply raised her stop-sign hand in my face and said: "Wait". After waiting for an hour and getting this kind of treatment? yah, I wanted to slap the snot out of her nose. Well, just one bite of the Chicken Sandwich, my eyes rolled back and all bad-feelings went away, it is hands-down The Best Chicken Sandwich on the market. The fresh-out-of-the-fryer thick palm-size chicken breast was tender, juicy and oh-so-tasty, yes, it was me moaning. The Popeye's Blackened Ranch Sauce complements the sandwich well, There you have it. The Sandwich is Mmmm Mmmm good. The cost $3.99 is more than welcome. The waiting is long. The Restaurant is in no shape to handle this craze. So, don't go if you are already hungry.

This is has the worst wait time there is. It was just one person ahead of me and we waited 15 minutes for our order. I thought Tim Horton’s was suppose to make this place better, instead Popeyes and Burger King (which are own by Tim Hortons) have the worst waiting time ever. Plus the customer service is not like their commercials, instead the employees here behaved like they didn’t want to be here. The place was actually clean but the employees attitudes were dirty. Sorry” I didn’t love this chicken at Popeyes”!!!
