That Utuber Harold Balder got me craving a whopper again. Solid burger, just the right size that Jr. & always nicely dressed, the condiments, fresh lettuce & tomatoes.

I've never had a problem here. The staff is always friendly and happy to serve you. The bathrooms are beautiful and kept very clean.

I love it. I got the $6 dollar meal. Whopper JR, fries, 4 PC chicken nuggets and a drink. The best and the cheapest.😋😇✌

I went to this Burger King on Saturday the 17th. I ordered a special meal actually I ordered and onions on my taco, and it didn't have any. So I called the manager I could not find my receipt I eventually called back when I found my receipt and they took care of it they gave me a free Taco with onions on it thank you

They also have a selve serve digital touch screen beverage machine, which was nice. I would recommend this place for drive thru or dine in.

When fresh their fries are Super. Whoppers in general not as good as back in the day, but good.

We would have liked to see special reduced pricing on their Big Fish sandwich for Lent.

Drive thru is fast and the people working it know what they're doing. Fries or hash browns are usually salted just right; other places add too much salt. I haven't been inside so I can't comment on that

There was only one car in front of me, however, took them 14 minutes to get through ordering and hand out of their food. All I ordered was an original chicken sandwich and a bottle of water. When I got my food, the chicken was completely dried out and tough to eat. Usually, it is actually really moist and juicy. I think they gave me one that had been under a lamp for way too long, yet decided to still serve it to me. Hoping this is a one time issue, as I plan to be back to hopefully having a better visit.

We decided to go to this place because it's been 2-3 years since the last time we went here and... it's not worth it. We ordered the new Melt (I ate it without the 1000 island dressing). The French fries were almost inedible because it had too much salt and we explained it to the manager and we got another one (it's good!). Maybe we will stay away from this place for a while.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! This has to be the worst BK I've ever been too. Went there like a week ago and my food was super skimped! I had ordered a chicken sandwich and a BK stacker the chicken was cold and tasted like crap and the stacker had the smallest piece of beef on it and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting out ALL day. Don't forget about the EXTREMELY salty fries that weren't even edible! Asked for some ranch with my order and got a little dinky salsa cup not even half filled with ranch for all of my 4 items... Like really is the owner that cheap he can't even afford to give normal ranch packets?? That was the second time! The first time I went there and ate in... NOT better at all. Paid for something that I never got the same skimpy 1 cup of ranch and don't forget to look for the napkins! Look as hard as you want and you'll never find them.. You have to ask for them... I ordered (clear as day) two double cheeseburgers. She rang me up for two double BACON cheeseburgers. I corrected her. She owed me $1.08. She handed me 50 cents. Horrible and disgusting place. I hate to say it since it's the only one in the area, but it definitely needs to be shut down by the Department of Health. My fiancé and I went through the drive-thru a few nights ago...the woman taking orders barely spoke or understood plain English so it made ordering difficult. She kept yelling "WHAT?" after every item my boyfriend named. Suddenly she began yelling at someone (another employee, I think) with her mouth right in the loudspeaker. Disgusted, my boyfriend and I just drove away without picking up our food. Ridiculous.

Late night staff tonight was horrible!! Including the manager on duty. It was late night so only serving drive through. You would think the staffs focus is only in one area so service would be more efficient than normal. It was far worse than normal. 3 cars in line, yes only 3. The car in front of me left without food after waiting 10 minutes at the window. I waited 15 minutes at the window to get my food, making me late to my delivery, and the car behind me was frustrated and inconvenienced at the long wait time so they started honking. Needless to say that is the last time I go to this Burger King.

Missing food from out order. Phone number on receipt goes directly to answering service that simply says, "Leave a message." Left a message with my return phone number and they never called back. Next visit we told them about the missing food, that we paid for, and they acted like we were liars. Poor customer service.

I visit Burger King today. When I walked in the individual walking over to the register stared at me the entire time, not greeting me, not asking how could she serve me. I went to ask to speak to the manager, and looked at her badge and it stated she was the General manager. I was so out done! I told her if she presented herself in that manner, then she allows her staff to also disregard customers that don't look them.

Burger King Norco by Hwy 15, I ordered 2 meals as advertised thinking 2 meals is for $6.99 then I was being charged $16 so I questioned and apparently it was $6.99 each, so fine, I understood the price so I said I just need a whopper. Gave $20 and was charged $8.81 for for one whopper plus tax cause my change was only $11.19. I was rushing and did not ask how much is one whopper. I was the only customer there, the manager herself stepped in and was the one who gave me the change cause the cashier can't figure out what to do. Stay away from this Burger King Norco, they over charge you if you don't check your bill. The washrooms are also dirty. I was reading the reviews and yes they are mostly bad reviews. Unfriendly place is so right.

Today I was very disappointed to learn that this Burger King will no longer be serving the double quarter pound king. When I asked the manager If it was only this location or all the Burger kings that are no longer selling this Burger. He responded with a very cold and rude "I don't know." I went through the drive thru and ordered two 4 dollar meal deals a whopper sandwich and also a chicken fries combo. I also ordered a chicken sandwich combo but apparently they didn't get that part right. Anywho, as I was placing my order, the drive through lady kept spouting out the total after every thing I mentioned. She didn't give me a chance to finish ordering the items before spouting off a total or asking if there was anything else. It was ridiculous. I don't order slow either, I order at a normal pace. She did not read back my order so I had no idea if she had gotten it right. It was a large order. I got to the window and she grabbed my card with no greeting of any sort. I ordered a total of 4 combos and an extra whopper. (family of 5) Two of the combos I asked for just mustard.... That didn't happen, they came as they normally do. Gross. The chicken fries were also disgustingly cold, and they didn't give me the whopper and never rang up the chicken sandwich combo. I filled out the form online to let them know and heard no response. Just got an email from corporate saying they'd send me a free whopper coupon. Fabulous. Eventually, Laura from this location called me and was very very rude. I was trying to explain the situation and she was continuously talking over me and arguing with me about how my view of the service was. I let her know that I ordered two combos with just mustard and she asked if I had said no cheese no bacon... I said no, just mustard only. She said that if I don't specifically state that I do not want cheese or bacon that it will still come on the sandwich. I let her know that I was very clear about the mustard only and she argued with me saying no, if I were clear they would have come out right. I was also talking about other issues and she continued to talk over me and tell me that I was wrong. I ended up hanging up the phone because I just could not believe how badly she was talking over me and how rude she was being. It definitely was not worth my time to continue the conversation. I would avoid this burger king.

Burger King Norco by Hwy 15, I ordered 2 meals as advertised thinking 2 meals is for $6.99 then I was being charged $16 so I questioned and apparently it was $6.99 each, so fine, I understood the price so I said I just need a whopper. Gave $20 and was charged $8.81 for for one whopper plus tax cause my change was only $11.19. I was rushing and did not ask how much is one whopper. I was the only customer there, the manager herself stepped in and was the one who gave me the change cause the cashier can't figure out what to do. Stay away from this Burger King Norco, they over charge you if you don't check your bill. The washrooms are also dirty. I was reading the reviews and yes they are mostly bad reviews. Unfriendly place is so right.

Today I was very disappointed to learn that this Burger King will no longer be serving the double quarter pound king. When I asked the manager If it was only this location or all the Burger kings that are no longer selling this Burger. He responded with a very cold and rude "I don't know." I tried to engage in a little friendly banter with him over whether or not they will be having this Burger in the future. And he was even more cold and rude in his response of "I don't know"... love Burger King but could do without the rude manager on the mike.

I ordered the grilled chicken burger combo. What I got was food poisoning! Dr confirmed! When I tried to call the store to let them know, the manager (who never offered her name) proceeded to tell me how their food is cooked and held. That's wonderful. Maybe you should adjust those times so people like me can enjoy a meal without having to see a Dr after! I will NOT be visiting this location again!

I'm giving one star because there is no way to give zero stars. I had a horrible experience at this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered two 4 dollar meal deals a whopper sandwich and also a chicken fries combo. I also ordered a chicken sandwich combo but apparently they didn't get that part right. Anywho, as I was placing my order, the drive through lady kept spouting out the total after every thing I mentioned. She didn't give me a chance to finish ordering the items before spouting off a total or asking if there was anything else. It was ridiculous. I don't order slow either, I order at a normal pace. She did not read back my order so I had no idea if she had gotten it right. It was a large order. I got to the window and she grabbed my card with no greeting of any sort. I ordered a total of 4 combos and an extra whopper. (family of 5) Two of the combos I asked for just mustard.... That didn't happen, they came as they normally do. Gross. The chicken fries were also disgustingly cold, and they didn't give me the whopper and never rang up the chicken sandwich combo. I filled out the form online to let them know and heard no response. Just got an email from corporate saying they'd send me a free whopper coupon. Fabulous. Eventually, Laura from this location called me and was very very rude. I was trying to explain the situation and she was continuously talking over me and arguing with me about how my view of the service was. I let her know that I ordered two combos with just mustard and she asked if I had said no cheese no bacon... I said no, just mustard only. She said that if I don't specifically state that I do not want cheese or bacon that it will still come on the sandwich. I let her know that I was very clear about the mustard only and she argued with me saying no, if I were clear they would have come out right. I was also talking about other issues and she continued to talk over me and tell me that I was wrong. I ended up hanging up the phone because I just could not believe how badly she was talking over me and how rude she was being. It definitely was not worth my time to continue the conversation. I would avoid this burger king.
