I decided to get lunch for my nephew at Burger King since they had been advertising the Bikini Bottom Bundle. I was highly dissatisfied when I received my order and it did not appear the way they had been advertising it online and on TV. Everything was packaged in a brown paper bag and the drink wasn't even in the correct cup. Not a single item was in a promotional package. I asked why I didn't receive my order in the SpongeBob house box and the worker said they don't do it even though I saw they had a stack of boxes on the shelf behind them. I'm very disappointed with my visit considering it is not a CHEAP order and my nephew was even more disappointed. Photos below are a side by side comparison of the order I received and the order that is advertised on the burger king website.

The morning crew that works at this location that worked November 18th around 10:50am pacific didn’t want to do their job and told me a promo that was running wasn’t available when it’s available at their other locations. So was very disappointed and don’t understand. It’s sad people who want jobs can’t get employment because individuals such as who worked that morning didn’t want to fulfill their obligations they agreed to.

Ordered a whooper meal for 14.95 every thing seem correct. Once I got home, my French fries were very cold. My burger appeared to have old lettuce.. So I would definitely say good people. Check your food before you leave. This is how people get food Poison.

Burger King Norco as you can see this is a Whopper two for six deal there is a fly on the edge of my burger what is the world coming to this is not a good deal this is I #chefchefiam. Fly fly on food Monday 9/7/20 no star ratings for this location it's forcing me to put one star this deserves no stars health department needs to come and evaluate this place for future customers that eat there we are going through a serious pandemic this is the last thing you should worry about not being comfortable eating out at restaurants manager trying to help us got a little loud you're not eating the burger why are you getting loud with us we had to drive back and now we have to drive back to get the rest of the food terrible

Worst customer service I’ve seen in my life. Made us wait 30 mins to order and when ordering kept disappearing.

Spent over $100 on food just to make it home and found out that two burgers was missing. Went back to the store with the receipt, manager wouldn't let me finish telling her what was missing before she rudely interrupted me saying she didn't make a mistake then walk away. She refused to replace our order, so I had to purchase more food. If I've already spent over $100 at a store what reason would I have to drive 20 mins back just to lie about a triple stack burger. Very rude and very disappointed at the same time. If I could I wouldn't even give this place a one star.

Burger King Norco by Hwy 15, I ordered 2 meals as advertised thinking 2 meals is for $6.99 then I was being charged $16 so I questioned and apparently it was $6.99 each, so fine, I understood the price so I said I just need a whopper. Gave $20 and was charged $8.81 for for one whopper plus tax cause my change was only $11.19. I was rushing and did not ask how much is one whopper. I was the only customer there, the manager herself stepped in and was the one who gave me the change cause the cashier can't figure out what to do. Stay away from this Burger King Norco, they over charge you if you don't check your bill. The washrooms are also dirty. I was reading the reviews and yes they are mostly bad reviews. Unfriendly place is so right.

Today I was very disappointed to learn that this Burger King will no longer be serving the double quarter pound king. When I asked the manager If it was only this location or all the Burger kings that are no longer selling this Burger. He responded with a very cold and rude "I don't know." I tried to engage in a little friendly banter with him over whether or not they will be having this Burger in the future. And he was even more cold and rude in his response of "I don't know"... love Burger King but could do without the rude manager on the mike.

I ordered the grilled chicken burger combo. What I got was food poisoning! Dr confirmed! When I tried to call the store to let them know, the manager (who never offered her name) proceeded to tell me how their food is cooked and held. That's wonderful. Maybe you should adjust those times so people like me can enjoy a meal without having to see a Dr after! I will NOT be visiting this location again!

I'm giving one star because there is no way to give zero stars. I had a horrible experience at this location. I went through the drive thru and ordered two 4 dollar meal deals a whopper sandwich and also a chicken fries combo. I also ordered a chicken sandwich combo but apparently they didn't get that part right. Anywho, as I was placing my order, the drive through lady kept spouting out the total after every thing I mentioned. She didn't give me a chance to finish ordering the items before spouting off a total or asking if there was anything else. It was ridiculous. I don't order slow either, I order at a normal pace. She did not read back my order so I had no idea if she had gotten it right. It was a large order. I got to the window and she grabbed my card with no greeting of any sort. I ordered a total of 4 combos and an extra whopper. (family of 5) Two of the combos I asked for just mustard.... That didn't happen, they came as they normally do. Gross. The chicken fries were also disgustingly cold, and they didn't give me the whopper and never rang up the chicken sandwich combo. I filled out the form online to let them know and heard no response. Just got an email from corporate saying they'd send me a free whopper coupon. Fabulous. Eventually, Laura from this location called me and was very very rude. I was trying to explain the situation and she was continuously talking over me and arguing with me about how my view of the service was. I let her know that I ordered two combos with just mustard and she asked if I had said no cheese no bacon... I said no, just mustard only. She said that if I don't specifically state that I do not want cheese or bacon that it will still come on the sandwich. I let her know that I was very clear about the mustard only and she argued with me saying no, if I were clear they would have come out right. I was also talking about other issues and she continued to talk over me and tell me that I was wrong. I ended up hanging up the phone because I just could not believe how badly she was talking over me and how rude she was being. It definitely was not worth my time to continue the conversation. I would avoid this burger king.
