Literally the BEST fried chicken. Beats Popeyes, Church's, Golden Chick, KFC, Chicken Express, alllll of em. Most flavor ive had in a while with fried chicken this was my first time trying it and I was blown away with how each bite was exceeding my expectations. I was expecting it to be great. Seems like a great brand with many locations and you dont go that far without serving up something special. But this was by far the best fried chicken ive had from any fast food joint. A true masterpiece of chicken. Get it? Master-(piece of chicken) lol. but it should win every award though. It's sooo good.

I’m thankful for the service of a gentleman by the name of, Andres. After experiencing a delayed/canceled order and an additional pick up order issue with a food delivery app, Andres was kind enough to make things right. Little did/does he know my spouse and I had been waiting for almost three hours for everything to be resolved. We are so thankful! This review is the least we can do and coming deeply from my spouse, myself and my unborn baby (expecting mom here) thank you so much for making our night. We are so thankful for you, Andres!

This place got me feinin! I don’t know what thz reviews about but baby!?! My experience was marvelous) somebody in that kitchen knows what they’re doing! I went yesterday around lunchtime and my food was very hot ( just like I like it) stayed hot til I got hm. I’ve never had fried chicken that was so juicy. I’m actually going back tomorrow. The roasted chicken is gd too but that fried chicken got me in a choke hold. 10/10

This morning I went to the drive-thru and the staff doesn't speak English, they barely understand it. The food is delicious, but they should say they know English. A woman with glasses helped me, but I think the other person who spoke to me doesn't know either because it wasn't the same voice.

Delicious chicken! Is very moist and tender. I ordered the roasted chicken breast and it was very flavorful! The service was great and I have been twice and they tend to be fast and consistent. Will be going back!

We were thrilled to see this business come to Dallas! The breading and spices are delicious, and remind us of our trips abroad. We always order extra chicken since the kids seem to make it magically disappear. Reheats beautifully in an air fryer!

I went to the location for the first time. I ordered the chicken nuggets. The food was decent. The sauce wasnt bad for them. The price was a little higher for what you get. I paid 11 plus taxes and the meal didnt include a drink. I think the drinks were 2-4 dollars depending on size. The side i got was just ok. The service and staff were great.

First time trying Pollo Campero at this new location. Food was pretty good — chicken had good flavor, but the fries were soggy and the bun was a little stale. Drive-thru experience needs improvement: ordering through the tablet wasn’t working, and when I got to the speaker it was really hard to hear (odd for a brand-new setup). I ordered a Pollo Box but wasn’t asked about spicy vs regular or which sauce for the nuggets — and no price confirmation either. Seems like they’re still working out the kinks. I’ll give it another shot once things settle in.

I hate to give 3 stars, but a worker didn’t make the experience so pleasant. The cashier name Cinthia had an attitude, she was rude with us. It seems she didn’t like me for no reason and then she was happy and kind with MEN. It was the first time we go there and her attitude was just rude. Another lady the server I think her name is Mayda or Mayra she was so great. Very kind, nice and attentive. She brought our food fast and she kept asking us if we needed something. She definitely needs to be the cashier, because the cashier they had at that time it’s completely rude. Thanks Mayda for being so nice, I guess you compensate the rudeness from your coworker from kindness. We will come back, but if the cashier treats me like that again I will have to say something because that’s not ok. I guess $60 you spend is nothing because she acted like we were spending $5 She didn’t even give me the cups I asked for and when my son went to get to go boxes she ignored him. If you don’t like your job or women you shouldn’t be working there. The food was good, fries a little cold, but not a big deal.

If you order the 2 peice grilled and pay the $1.40 extra to upgrade to a breast then they give you a little wing with the breast instead of the thigh or drumstick. They also give you trouble just to use the bathroom. Last time I'm eating here.

I picked up an order today for my family and they got many things on my order wrong — even though the receipt had everything I asked for. The food is good, but they need to improve their service.

Chicken and fries were very bland! This location food gave me a change of heart about this restaurant.

I’ve now tried twice to order from Pollo Campero, and unfortunately, both experiences were frustrating and unsuccessful. First visit: I placed my order at the drive-thru with a gentleman who took my order, then waited about 25 minutes in line. When I finally got to the window, I expected to just pay and pick up my food. Instead, the employee at the window had no idea what I had ordered and asked me to repeat it. Unfortunately, I was on an important business call at that point and couldn’t stop to re-explain everything. After such a long wait and confusion, I had to just leave without getting my food. Second visit: I tried again, thinking maybe the first time was just bad luck. I asked for the four-piece meal, which I believe includes a breast, wing, leg, and thigh. The person taking my order didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. She kept repeating, “leg and thigh?” even after I clarified multiple times that I wanted the four-piece meal. It felt like we were going in circles. Eventually, I just gave up and drove off again without ordering. I don’t want to sound harsh, but there is clearly a language barrier at this location that’s making the drive-thru process really difficult. Communication is essential in customer service, especially in fast food, and when it’s not working, it leads to repeated mistakes and lost business. I was genuinely excited to try the food, but after two failed attempts, I’m not sure I’ll be back. Really disappointed — I wanted to like this place.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but after placing a family pickup order for my birthday, I was disappointed to find that this location forgot all 5 flans in my order. Please do better and double-check your orders. It was infuriating. This was my first order ever at Pollo Campero.

The drive through lady was so rude, and forgot my bread biscuite. I'm preagnant and this feels intentional

They took a long time, the order was delivered cold, and upon delivery the bread was expired.

I have been to so many places and so many pollo camperos and this place is the most difficult to order food On top that they dont have the four piece meal grill when u ask to substitute they cant do it. Is to difficult to order from here I rather go to chipotle then order from this place And this is the only pollo campero that will not substitute anything even if they dont have the pieces

I tried this place and it was awful. The service was good but the chicken is not good at all. I tried the fried and the roasted. The roasted is nothing like the picture and it’s more like an oven baked chicken with Italian seasoning on it. The fried chicken is just salty and greasy. The fries were so bad, just soggy and the taste is that of dirty burnt frying oil. I don’t recommend. First and last time I’ll eat here.

They don’t sell full chickens or half chicken. I asked at the drive-through if I could get a full chicken and they replied with “how many pieces?” Pollo Regio is way better. I don’t recommend eating here

The chicken wasn't good, the bread had fungus, I know that sometimes bread expired before date, but someone has to check that before giving it to the customer. First and last time that I come here.

Ehh the food was mid at best. unflavored rice, a roll?, and the grilled chicken tasted like lemon pepper. You figured this place would have more Mexican style food. Oh and if you want tortillas you gotta ask for them. Pollo regios is a much better option and it cost about the same, 3 piece and a drink $15.
