I pretty much order the same thing every time on take-out. Fiesta chicken 2 for 24. The absolute best value. The thing that stands out to me with this location is the amazing portion sizes and how good the food really is! The staff are always friendly and on point with everything. I ALWAYS tip the staff weather is pickup or not. This location in North Syracuse is hands down the best. Thank you for being so consistent with everything.

The service was absolutely amazing! I shared a 2 for 20 deal with my family member and it was great! I got chicken tenders which none of them were over/under cooked! We also got an appetizer of medium boneless wings, they seem to drench the wings in sauce to the point it could fill a river, other than that they were mighty tasty too! This is definitely a good spend of your money!

The restaurant has been consistent in preparing meals as ordered, however, last night was a first. My son ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and specifically ordered it plain, i.e., the Buffalo Chicken with the bun. The sandwich was brought to him with blue cheese dressing on the bun and chicken. We sent the sandwich back and requested they remake the order without the blue cheese dressing. The sandwich was brought back to the table in less than 3 minutes. We couldn't believe they could remake the sandwich that fast. My son removed the bun and as you can clearly see in the picture, the cook or someone in the kitchen simply scraped the blue cheese dressing off of the chicken to include removing some of the breading. We called the manager over and he handled the situation very professionally, personally took care of the order and credited our bill accordingly. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Went there for an early Valentine's Day night out with my husband. Got the all you can eat ribs, shrimp, and boneless chicken wings for $14.99. I also had a code for a free appetizer. Ribs were beyond delicious. I had three refills, my husband got the shrimp and boneless chicken wings. He also loved the ribs the most. I splurged on a creamy Pina Colada, he had a beer. Being in our mid 60s date night is still a treat. And our bill came in under $50.( We still tipped what it would of been before discounted). Our server was also training someone but still made sure we were attended to regularly. We had a $50 gift card. So dinner only cost us $8. Over all great night out!

Busy night, so sat at the bar. Our bar server was very friendly and attentive, all while dealing with drink orders for the servers. The food was well prepared and very good. This is one of the best Applebees that I have been in during my travels from Florida to Canada.

I stopped here while on a mini getaway. My husband and I love Applebees and decided to give this one a try. It was a bit crowded but still very comfortable for us. We actually were seated faster than expected even with people watching football. Our server Tricia was amazing! Her personality is very welcoming and that’s with her having multiple tables, including one with a huge party. The food was also tasty and so were the drinks, which she recommended. I read a few reviews about cold food, but ours wasn’t. I don’t know if it was a good night or what but overall a great experience to end our getaway ❤️

I had a frustrating experience with Uber Eats where the driver took my food but canceled the delivery in the app, so it still showed as “on the way.” I called the restaurant to check if my order was there, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire situation. Even though Uber support wasn’t much help and several drivers kept showing up without the actual order, the restaurant team did everything they could to assist me. They were honest, understanding, and truly went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. I really appreciate how they handled a situation that wasn’t even their fault. The staff here genuinely care about their customers, and it shows. I highly recommend this location—they’re professional, compassionate, and absolutely deserve your business.

I have had their bourbon street steak twice now and has been done very good both times. Now this time I got the cooks name and it's Lydia and she cooked it to what I ordered and the way it came out was very good. So my hat off to her as cooks don't hear anything unless it is bad. Now the women behind the bar are also good at what they do both Erika and Maria do a good job at keeping things going and have seen them when it's busy going from one thing to another and not get in each other's way and that can be very interesting to watch as they move like a well-oiled machine when they have to. Good people at this location for sure and my best to the district manager Josh who was cooking last night to keep things going. Didn't get a chance to say HI but did tell Erica to let him know about Lydia. He was out on break just before I left but he was eating so I didn't disturb him. But he runs a good crew.

Made our first visit to this Applebees yesterday. Was very pleased with our experience. Our waiter, Cam, was also the bartender, and did a great job. Even though he was quite busy at the bar, he was very attentive to the booths he was waiting on as well. We had the 2 for $25 meal deal, and everything was excellent.

Grilled chicken was seasoned nicely salt and pepper. Grilled broccoli was fresh and the mashed potatoes where better than the last place I had them from Chili's. Felt very relaxed and comfortable. I do really like the blackened steak and salmon but wasn't in the mood for meat or fish on a Friday. Had a side salad no cheese like I requested and it came out pretty fast. The bartender was excellent and has good sense of manners helped an elder man find the man's room.

A drink and a side dish got missed. Atmosphere was good. Building felt like it might be getting a little old. Bathroom had that old bolling alley feel to it. Everything was clean, except for a couple tables that didn't get cleared while we were dining. Maybe they didn't want to bother us while bussing the tables.

The server took a very long time to get our food and things we asked for. We showed up at roughly 145 and didn't leave until 430 due to the waits of things we asked for. I also asked to replace my mashed potatoes with fries and received the mashed instead. The fries were the food items that came out the fastest The food was delicious.

Great experience visiting since so long. Their late night specials are great as far a pricing. However, I find everything extremely salty, Wouldn't want to go too often for fear of dying of a heart attack. Restaurants should leave the amount of salt up to customers by giving them a shaker and cooking lower in salt. Other than that we were well taken care by our server and had a great experience.

Haven't been to an Applebee's in a very long time, and it was costly overseas. This branch's atmosphere was great and the people were very happy and filled with joy. The food was delicious and had great taste. A few comments though, the grilled chicken on the pasta was skinless breasts, so when they came out a bit burned, it was the actual meat that was burned which slightly affected the taste on the edges. We also ordered the steak medium-well, and because it was an uneven cut, the thicker portion was a bit rare. I was also surprised by the milkshakes, as one cup was slightly bigger than the other, and both were only 2/3 filled. Luckily, these were small details that didn't affect our experience as a whole.

I like Applebee's. I've just had issues with the lettuce here. I got a Cesar salad and had to pick out brown pieces. It's not the first time this has happened.

I went to Applebees 2 days ago. My server, Amber, gave really poor service. She got our orders wrong and switched with another table, she also forgot my sour cream. Additionally, we were done with our food and waiting for 15 minutes just for her to bring the check. It took so long because she was just sitting down at the table next to us catching up with someone that she bumped into that she knew. Then when she brought us our check it was incorrect and she added extra things to it that we didn’t order. Then when she brought us the new check that was supposedly fixed, it wasn’t. It was messed up and had different additional things added to it. She messed up our check THREE TIMES before it was correct. She said she got it mixed up with another table. Normally my service is great there but she really ruined my experience. Amber didn’t even introduce herself to us. I only know her name because she ran into an old colleague that asked her name because they recognized each other. That’s when she sat down and started talking for a while. And a couple other servers called her by name. Anyways, I was really unhappy with my service because of her. I recommend Applebees because the food is great, but if you ever end up getting Amber as a server, I recommend asking to switch servers.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant frequently, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On the last few occasions, I’ve been served by Keegan. I usually come alone and order just an appetizer. I understand that I may not be a high priority customer, but I was never checked in for refills, even though he repeatedly visited other tables in my section. I sat with my card on the edge of the table for about ten minutes before he finally came around when I started stacking my plates. To make matters worse, he called me “sir” twice. I’m a 19-year-old girl, and I can assure you that I don’t resemble a sir. It seemed like he was completely out of it, and this behavior has been consistent throughout my visits.

This location has always been short with portions for take out and carside. We experienced this during the pandemic and stopped going here, driving farther to the Great Northern location. It's been some time and today, tried this location again and the portions for all of our dinners were smaller. Boneless appetizers smaller, all dinners smaller, it's not worth it to get take out here. Take the extra drive to other locations.

Our server and bartender were wonderful. They were going above and beyond in order to make our brief stay tolerable. Imagine you found a takeout container in your car from a week ago, from a restaurant you don't remember visiting, boiled the contents before nuking it in the microwave. That's eating good in the neighborhood, right there. As for the atmosphere, what can I say? Well, the ceiling was leaking and pieces of ceiling tiles were falling into the dining area. I get it, things happen, but It wasn't raining outside. Overall, I would feel cleaner and more comfortable eating at the Guantanamo Bay detainee mess hall.

North Syracuse Applebees… 2 time there, 2 times extremely disappointed!!! 1st time, steak was burnt, inedible. 2nd time burger was completely burnt. (Both I specifically asked for pink.) We walked out without even being served. After about 15 minutes, the 3 of us were seated at a hightop table next to the bar. 4 of us went for dinner on Thursday night March 2 around 8pm. The service was the worst I ever had. The hostess was not friendly. The server did not know the food. The meal came out 45 min later. Three of us ordered the steak one order salmon. One steak was suppose to be med rare which was well done. The other two were suppose to be med. Which were also well done all three were dry looked like a hockey puck. Sent them back they left the guest to eat her salmon alone. The steaks took about 15 min.for recook. Then two steaks were fine the third was rare could only eat the out side. Mean time the guest with the salmon ate her food alone if she didn't her dinner would have been cold. Then she sat there while the rest of us ate. After the complaint the Manager took off the steaks and gave us a cert. But then they rushed us to pay the remaining 48.00. The Manager then stood over at the bar joking and laughing with staff. Had ask for refills on our drink finally got them as we were getting ready to leave. The worst service and attitude I have ever experienced. This was the Applebee's in North Syracuse Ny on rt 11. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Will never returned. It was at least 3 years since I was at applebees to eat and was a experience I would not want anyone to have. If I could I would give it "0" stars .......Update it is now 4 months later I am at Applebee's in Clay on rt 31. The food and service is great here. So for a short drive it is well worth it. Also all of the responses to all of the complaints for North Syracuse are computer generated. I am guessing our complaints are not really being heard. It is such shame just look at all of the complaints and they keep coming..

Terrible service. Went here on my birthday 12/15 with two family members. We ordered three drinks from the bar and it took over 20mins for us to receive our drinks. At the same time that we ordered our drinks, I ordered an appetizer and placed our dinner order. Received our drinks and no appetizers. Another ten minutes went by, still no appetizers. Our waiter never came back to our table after he served us our drinks. Had to stop another waitress after 40 mins to inquire about my appetizer and our dinner. Other tables that came in after us were completely served meanwhile we were waiting patiently before we stopped a different waitress. She apologized and said that she would grab our appetizer and get the supervisor. Supervisor had no explanation as to why our original waiter never came back to service us let alone an answer on where our meals were at. Only thing he could offer was a free dessert after a 50 minute wait by the time he came and talked to me..so he goes this waitress will go check on your food. They both walked away and he went back an forth into the kitchen 3 times within another matter of 20mins and still no food.. so eventually we got up and left after only being served three drinks and wonton tacos and waiting over an hour for food. Thanks for the free drinks and horrible customer service.

I'm sick of coming to this place and they don't cook the dish as I asked, the meat was burnt and raw, the whole time I was there I couldn't eat because the dish arrived at the table when we had to leave, two hours in the place and I couldn't eat, they were only concerned about charging for a meal that in the end I had to throw away.

Other then the food the mark guy treated us like shit “I’m not playing your games” when asked to take a photo of me and my friends. I’m not from here I’m gonna miss This but fire mark

Food was great when we finally received it. Our appetizers took over forty-five minutes to come out. Our drinks took twenty minutes. A quick bite to eat turned into almost two hours with most of that time waiting. Update: Jan 2020. Drove 20mins Saturday night arrived at 1145. Website says 1am closing time. Doors were locked. Employees smoking outside and some walking around dining room. Almost a year later and still a 1 star establishment. Drove another 20mins to Erie Blvd and ate there.

Beer was cold. That's the only positive thing I have to say. Food was absolutely horrendous.

Mark gave me some serious attitude when I asked him to take a picture, called us names, I cried after.

Terrible food, chicken was undesirable, mashed potatoes were barely warm, cole slaw looked as though it was cut from c abbage head with a knife and no more processing,soda had little carbonation and the wait staff was very unfriendly and no smiles. It was like robots doing what they had to do to get done and get to the end of their shift. Very disappointed and will not be going back again!!

I walked in at around 11:30 PM. I understand they close in 30 minutes, but I came in for a DoorDash order. Five people were out in the open. One sweeping, one at the bar, one talking to the girl sweeping, one walking around the corner Everybody looked at me and ignored me. I sat there for almost 7 minutes, waiting for somebody to acknowledge me even though they did see me as soon as i walked in.

Ordered for pick up, the trio apps were gross. most of it was burnt and the mozz sticks were not cooked all the way. The nachos were a clump of crap, and the only edible thing was the spinach and artichoke dip. We spent 50$ and was not able to eat most of it. This was the last chance for this place. I will never order from here again, should have went to Tullys. No point in calling or bitching because they don't give a crap.

The food has gone downhill.. pretzels came out soaked in oil. The plate they where on was caked in oil. Tenders you could tell are the frozen ones that they get from probably sysco. Fries where completely drenched in oil. The burger was probably the best item and was actually edible. Honestly if you want cheap tenders and fries just go up the street to arbys. Applebees isnt worth the money anymore.

Saturday night- I know it’s busy. But when u order dinner and it’s not edible- it’s really annoying. Burnt to a crisp. Had to throw it out. What a waste of time and money. Terrible cook on that food! Sorry to bother u 🙄
