Had a fantastic experience at Applebee’s! The food was delicious, served fresh and hot, and the portions were just right. The service was outstanding—our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal with family and friends. Love that menu has customizable nutrition info. As someone on keto, I find this menu to be one of the most keto friendly out there. So many fabulous dishes that can be adjusted to meat dietary needs!! Perfect, delicious, and our waitress was awesome!

No wait to be seated which was nice. Server was nice and got our drink refilled quickly which was also very nice. We came to try the new cheese burger gill cheese which wasn't really that great. We also had the ribs and a crispy chicken sandwich and those were decent. Overall it was a nice experience.

Haven't been to an Applebee's in a very long time, and it was costly overseas. This branch's atmosphere was great and the people were very happy and filled with joy. The food was delicious and had great taste. A few comments though, the grilled chicken on the pasta was skinless breasts, so when they came out a bit burned, it was the actual meat that was burned which slightly affected the taste on the edges. We also ordered the steak medium-well, and because it was an uneven cut, the thicker portion was a bit rare. I was also surprised by the milkshakes, as one cup was slightly bigger than the other, and both were only 2/3 filled. Luckily, these were small details that didn't affect our experience as a whole.

I went to Applebees 2 days ago. My server, Amber, gave really poor service. She got our orders wrong and switched with another table, she also forgot my sour cream. Additionally, we were done with our food and waiting for 15 minutes just for her to bring the check. It took so long because she was just sitting down at the table next to us catching up with someone that she bumped into that she knew. Then when she brought us our check it was incorrect and she added extra things to it that we didn’t order. Then when she brought us the new check that was supposedly fixed, it wasn’t. It was messed up and had different additional things added to it. She messed up our check THREE TIMES before it was correct. She said she got it mixed up with another table. Normally my service is great there but she really ruined my experience. Amber didn’t even introduce herself to us. I only know her name because she ran into an old colleague that asked her name because they recognized each other. That’s when she sat down and started talking for a while. And a couple other servers called her by name. Anyways, I was really unhappy with my service because of her. I recommend Applebees because the food is great, but if you ever end up getting Amber as a server, I recommend asking to switch servers.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant frequently, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On the last few occasions, I’ve been served by Keegan. I usually come alone and order just an appetizer. I understand that I may not be a high priority customer, but I was never checked in for refills, even though he repeatedly visited other tables in my section. I sat with my card on the edge of the table for about ten minutes before he finally came around when I started stacking my plates. To make matters worse, he called me “sir” twice. I’m a 19-year-old girl, and I can assure you that I don’t resemble a sir. It seemed like he was completely out of it, and this behavior has been consistent throughout my visits.

Ordered for pick up, the trio apps were gross. most of it was burnt and the mozz sticks were not cooked all the way. The nachos were a clump of crap, and the only edible thing was the spinach and artichoke dip. We spent 50$ and was not able to eat most of it. This was the last chance for this place. I will never order from here again, should have went to Tullys. No point in calling or bitching because they don't give a crap.

The food has gone downhill.. pretzels came out soaked in oil. The plate they where on was caked in oil. Tenders you could tell are the frozen ones that they get from probably sysco. Fries where completely drenched in oil. The burger was probably the best item and was actually edible. Honestly if you want cheap tenders and fries just go up the street to arbys. Applebees isnt worth the money anymore.
