This is one of my family's favorite places to go. They're always friendly and polite. Sometimes, service is a little slow, but that's usually because they're busy. Their food is always great!

This place lived up to the hype! Honest to God, these are best tenders anywhere. Hot, meaty, and the honey mustard sauce were perfect. They were huge. Then we had the Mile High Ice Cream, it was flat out obscene. 4 people could have eaten off this. Best dessert I've ever had. Best of all was the price. My wife and I got out of there for under $50 (including 2 large beers). Our waitess, Atlantis (pseudonym) was delightful, prompt, and on the ball. Cannot recommend this location enough.

The staff was amazing, so kind and caring. Some of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, which is why it gets 5 stars. The food is okay, the lemonade comes with candy around the rim, an absolute win. But the food is very heavy. I have a somewhat sensitive stomach and found myself having a hard time eating the Buffalo chicken tenders due to the grease content. The fries are very good and makes a good side, but definitely not something I would eat everyday. Thanks for making my first time there so memorable with the service

Your classic neighborhood sports bar and casual family restaurant. A local chain and a staple of Central New York. Feels a bit like Cheers, a place to relax with friends, kick back and enjoy the sports memorabilia atmosphere. A wide selection of brews and classic American fare at an affordable price. Known for having "The Best Tenders in the World" you can be the judge of that, as for me I seem to come back time after time again for them.

We had a party of 15, so there was a little bit of a wait as one could expect. The food was great, it always is, but I can not say enough about our server, Stacey. So friendly, funny, great with the kids, and adults, so efficient. Truly a lovely human being who is fabulous at her job! Thank you Stacey!

Some of the best food I've ever had in a restaurant! I had The Dublin, a corned beef sandwich and an ice tea. We shared a chocolate chip cookie monster for dessert which was big enough for all 4 of us. The bill came out to $70.00 for 4 of us. That included 4 ice teas and 2 sodas.

A fantastic take on the Ruben sandwich. Three familial generations of ladies in for a late lunch, and everything was perfect. The older hostess was amazing and full of life, our server was on top of everything, and the atmosphere was so cozy. Memories made on our visit will be cherished forever. My Grandma and the hostess even shared the double cheek smooch on the way out the door! Go get happy !

Favorite place to grab a bite to eat since forever! A nice hangout for friends and family, and of course the kids! Arcade area with Pool. If it is your first time here, you have to try the tenders, it’s a must. Staff are always kind, hard working, and management seems great. Never have a complaint when I’m here. Usually it can be pretty busy but always worth the wait, that free popcorn is always a plus 🎉

Had an absolutely amazing time. Very family friendly. Staff was always on top of our refills and continuously checking to see if we needed anything. We came at 545pm on a Saturday and there was no wait time while other places in the area had 45min to 1hr & 30min wait times. We had a party of 8 and the service was amazing. I’m so serious when I say. If your looking for the best tenders or wings please go to Tully’s. They also have such and amazing selection of food!!!! There is one in Cicero ny another on the boulevard in Syracuse ny another one in Liverpool ny. I think maybe I’m missing one more. But OMG WE EAT HERE EVERY FRIDAY!! that is how amazing the food is and they are always so pleasant and actually care about making sure you are fully satisfied. And like they say. Very good food in an informal and comfortable environment. A lot of local and popular beers on tap, plus bottled beer and a large wine selection. Great place for watching a sports event, with television screens located across each wall and any event of interest tuned in. Wait staff is friendly and work hard to make your visit enjoyable. The menu is predominantly comfort food and grill, and it’s all very tasty and we’ll prepared. Gluten friendly options are available too.

We love tullys, it's a great sports bar and family restaurant (kid friendly). Plenty of seating, an arcade and lots of big tvs. If there is a game on, they have it. The free popcorn is delicious. All the food is good and well priced, although 99% of the time we just get the Tully (chicken) tenders. They are the best. Friendly hard working staff too.

Tullys has always been a local favorite for kids, families, couples date nights, and sports fans! The sports filled interior decorations are nice, different sports and games are always playing, it’s not TOO loud, seating is almost always available with little wait times, lunch and happy hour specials are low priced deals! The servers and staff are always friendly and of course the famous tenders are good.

I picked this restaurant from a Google search at random. Boy, did I choose well. I had the taco salad, and it's one of the best that I've ever had. My wife had the chicken tenders, and they were delicious. The only snag was that my dry martini had a taste that I didn't like very much. However, I determined that the issue was that vermouth had been added, and I don't prefer vermouth in my martinis. My fault, not the restaurants fault. The service was excellent. Jared did a fantastic job taking care of us. The environment is that of a sports bar but it didn't feel like a rowdy sports bar. They were more TV monitors in this restaurant then I've seen anywhere else. The background music ranged from country to rock and roll to Old Time classics thanks to the jukebox that was constantly playing. The music wasn't too loud, and allowed for easy conversation between my wife and myself. All in all, if I lived in this area, I would visit this restaurant frequently. It was a great experience.

I went to the bar area, smells like dirty feet, the popcorn was stale. The bartender was pretty wrapped up in conversing with all the customers besides me. She was polite when engaging. The food was OK the fries were a bit short and they could have offered more sauces. Overall not bad but improvements could me made. Constructive criticism, I won't downgrade rating due to the overall experience being good.

My burger was surprisingly good. Can't wait to go again. Bathroom was clean. Server was present but not hovering. Will visit soon. Popcorn is good while waiting for food.

I had the asian tenders lunch special with iced tea. My lunch was delicious. My husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. He received plain with mayo. Our daughter eec'd the correct order. Both of them said their sandwiches had no taste of chicken and way to much breading. Reina was our waitress. As for her service, she was very attentive. The atmosphere was fine BUT we should NOT have had to request Tully's signature popcorn!

The portions are huge. I got the baked ziti (it was actually rigatoni, if you're a purist) and it lasted me for 3 whole meals. The servers were very attentive and nice. The food here is typical bar food. There are not many vegetarian options, and I would not recommend this restaurant to a vegan/vegetarian.

Always love Tully's, best tenders around. They are a little expensive but portion sizes are large enough for leftovers. (great in the air fryer)

Amazing food. The amount of food served is generous.

Food and service were top notch. Music so loud it was hard to talk to the person at my same table. Everyone at every table was talking so loudly. When I asked the waitress, why the music was so loud she said the owner likes it that way. I don't enjoy my food when everyone around me is screaming. But you can't hear what they're saying.

One of my favorite restaurants. However, they make some peculiar choices when it comes to their dessert menu. I am not sure why they removed the Grasshopper Pie. Everyday I wake up wishing they’d bring it back, but it’s never returned. They haven’t brought anything decent to the dessert menu in a long time. Other than that, their chicken tenders are the best I’ve found.

This was my husband's take out order. Everytime we go, in person or take out, we get less and less fries! This is just ridiculous. My husband and I have always loved Tully's but not so sure we will be going as often now.

Food is good for a Sports bar. The Service & Atmosphere are also on par. I recommend Tully's if you want a quick bite to eat. It's not the place for a nice sit down dinner with the Wife.

Everything was good... from the well-known chicken fingers to the very different meal of a burger covered with mac-and-cheese sauce. Our waitress was very nice and quick to bring anything we asked for. The dessert was also excellent.

It is actually a beautiful and clean establishment to eat in BUT on cold, windy days, if you end up sitting by any window you WILL be eating with your coat on unless the cold doesn't bother you, you have hot flashes, or you are "bigger" in body frame. The food is AMAZING!

The food is excellent. Average service. It's a lot busier than I prefer with TVs everywhere but it's a sports type bar and restaurant so I understand it. If that's the kind of thing you like, you won't be disappointed and I would recommend it for that. I had the baked potato soup and a turkey sandwich. The soup was excellent. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and cut and the soup was spiced well. There are other things on the menu that I want to try so I'll probably go back at some point.

This place is great for a party or a watch party but eating there on the regular I feel isn’t the thing to do. Yes the food is good but it lacks most of the flavor of the names of the foods. The staff are respectful and kind. The atmosphere is very overwhelming and loud. Overall just another New York restaurant.

Classic Tully's Tender dinner, buffalo tender dinner, blackberry margarita, and a root beer. Efficient, friendly, service. Popcorn and drinks delivered pretty quick and food delivered shortly afterwards. The dinner is enormous with a heaping pile of seven tenders, plenty of fries, and a small container of Cole slaw. $16.95 for tender dinner. They have a smaller portion of five as well for a bit less. My son ordered the seven, I should have ordered the smaller portion or appetizer, I took most of it home. But the tenders keep well for takeout. I didn't notice until after I ordered there are happy hour specials and new appetizers available. I definitely will be back to try the tacos, and nacho pizza during happy hour! Tully's is the same timeless sports bar/restaurant with Tully's Turtle still greeting diners at the door with a smile that my kids grew up with! Great sports bar and restaurant for games and catching up with friends and family!

We were unlucky and had an unfortunate visit. We ordered our food, only to be told 50 mins later that there was an issue with the ticketing system and the order just came through moments ago. We had the option to leave or wait for a few more minutes. My kids were so bummed out and didn't find leaving after all the wait to be worth it, so we continued to wait and the manager offered to discount one of the plates. That being said, the food was good overall. The steak was cooked to perfection, the pasta was great, and tenders were crispy but a bit dry on the inside. The milkshakes were a bit bland and didn't have strong flavor. I've been to Tully's before and know this is an exception that's why I'm giving it 4 stars for now.

The chicken tenders were cooked nicely and the breading was nice. I did get the Buffalo but their idea and my idea of what Buffalo taste like are two different things. It was not spicy at all and the Buffalo flavor was almost nonexistent. I even asked for some Buffalo sauce on the side and it was well I'm not sure what it was. 🤔 Two other people at the table tasted it and wondered the same thing.

Best chicken tenders in the world? No. They’re decent but far from the best. Took almost an hour to get our food even though the place was empty. There was 7 of us and we ordered over 30 tenders and yet they charged us for almost every extra sauce we ordered. When you order extra sauce, they should tell you it costs more ala chipotle with their guacamole. Maybe the other locations are better but I wasn’t impressed in the slightest. I’d have given it a 2 overall but the kids really liked it so I bumped it up one more star. The fries are terrible and super undercooked.

Loud and fun atmosphere. Ordered the tenders and steak combo. The "greatest tenders on earth" were nugget sized and more batter(bland) than chicken. The 6oz steal was not bad. Free popcorn on every table is nice.

Got the worst salad I have had from a Tullys today. Looks like they ran out of tenders and gave me the last few. I eat at Tullys at least once a week and have not had a salad this bad from them before. That is the only reason they got three stars instead of one.

Update 5/11/25: Dropping their rating after a bad experience on Mother's Day. Party of 10 with 1 server assigned to us. She seemed very confused, couldn't handle separating our checks, and someone in our party that she couldn't order Mac n Cheese off the kids menu because she wasn't 12 or under. She has ordered it as recently as a couple months ago; this must be a new policy and it's a BAD one. A manager never visited our table to see how things were going. But hey, who needs good service when there's free popcorn, tenders and lots of TVs right?

Six of us (3 adults, 3 kids) went here for lunch. We were seated right away; the place was steady but not busy. Once we ordered, the food took a very long time to come (approximately 45 minutes). Surprisingly long for what we ordered. Adults all ordered soup/tenders or sandwich. The chili did not have much flavor, neither did the baked potato soup, the French onion soup was flavorful but needed a little more broth. The chicken tenders were great as usual though. I wish they would have asked us if we wanted the kids’ meal if they were ready ahead; or at least checked on us while waiting for food.

Overall I would say not to bad. Not sure if the governments $300 monthly free money handout is hurting restaurants so I'm trying to remain optimistic here. We were a party of 10 & Korey our waiter was very attentive & did a wonderful job. A little slow getting the appetizers & main meals out so not sure if there was an issue in the kitchen. Ordered 2 orders of Buffalo wings & 1 order of garlic wings, the one plate of Buffalo wings were nice & crispy, but 2nd plate of Buffalo wings were fatter & rubbery yellow looking. I handed out the rubbery wings first (cuz I like mine crispier) & a few minutes later, my sis-n-law, niece & mom shows me the wings I gave them & they were all pink inside! Ugh disgusting & nothing worse then under cooked food/meat! Needless to say, their appetite was done with, but I finished the other wings that were crispy, lol. Sitting around waiting now for our meals & had to ask for the side salads that a few people ordered to be brought out. Meals came out & 2 of us ordered Buffalo tenders. You wouldn't even know they were Buffalo tenders as there was nothing Buffalo about them & not saucy at all. See pictures. Tully's really cut back on their menu as well, very disappointing. There's really nothing in the appetizer menu that's "shareable". We would always get nachos, but not anymore as they no longer serve them. Definitely not the Tully's I know & remember from years past....

Normally we love Tully's but this time I ordered 10 piece tenders for pick up and the tenders we're the size of chicken nuggets. I paid 14 for chicken nuggets. I did speak with manager John and he said next time come in and let them know I spoke to him and he will make it up to us.. I hope he is true to his word!

Average experience. The location is set up poorly. Not only should there be a separate entrance and exit, the area's traffic flow is way too heavy for the location of said entrance/exit. The atmosphere and staff were average. Normally not a fan - I only ordered because they had an item I was craving. I can't give a fair assessment of staff with the minimal amount of interaction. I knew I was getting what I paid for as far as takeout, but I'm still extremely disappointed with the lack of food for the price I paid.

I went to Tully's the other day. The food was good however the service was terrible. My waitress not only charge me for something I ordered but never received. We all order and she brings out a plate of silverware. It was a lot of silverware that was not needed and we Tell her that there's no need for them and she looks at me says well with all his meals looks like you need them. Was extremely rude. She asked if we wanted any dessert and immediately looked at me like I wanted it. She was rude and she was fat shaming. I ordered coffee but got it after my dinner. I love tallies but this waitress was terrible she was an older lady with blonde hair.

Waiter was great. Absolute worst nachos I have ever had. Tasted like they used jarred Tostitos cheese from Walmart, Waste of $16. Good beer though.

Mangement in this place Sucks, Tenders have lost their quality but price has risen ridiculously. I remember paying 17 for 10 now its 25 for 10 and this place is worst then mcdonalds when it comes to dipping sauces. Staff was unpleasant and unprofessional at best. Cooks were even worst! The food was disappointing and I could not finish it, left with a whole meal :( Overcharged for items I shouldn’t have been charged for but who cares right? Very bad decision to charge us for sauce for the wings. We asked for "naked" wings with mild sauce on the side. We were charged big time for 2 orders of sauce along with the price of the wings. Normally, wings come with the sauce anyway; why charge us just because we don't want the sauce on the wings? Will think twice about returning.

Normally The food Is decent a lot of times I get it and it's cold And long wait times period Recently went a month ago me and my friend got extreme food poisoning or salmonella from that establishment it was the only thing we both had all day brought home a meal for somebody else all three of us got food poisoning contacted Tully's and they're refusing to do anything about it. I order from Tullys frequently, lately being takeout. I ordered my food to be ready at 9:20pm and I was there waiting outside by 9:00. I wanted to make sure when they sent the text that my food was ready, that I would get it nice and hot(fresh). Boy was I wrong. I literally live 1 minute driving time away from there and by the time I got home, my food was cold and OLD tasting. I'm very very very disappointed with this experience and it will probably be a while before I visit again. It's not like the food is cheaply priced....!!

Ordered takeout decided to try Tully’s on seven ..big mistake. After waiting 20 minutes in the lobby for my food, I didn’t check the bags drove all the way home and didn’t have the right order. I was so looking forward to a cheeseburger. I ended up with chicken strips and honey mustard, which is not what I ordered. I called to get a refund. She asked me if I wanted to come all the way back. Why would you want to go 20 minutes back after a long day of work, she said she’d give me a refund takes 5 to 7 days to get it back on my card. This one is definitely off the rotation of places to grab dinner on the way home. Complete waste of money, greasy chicken cold fries.

Ordered food for pick up. Got the tender dinner and Asian tender appetizer. The tenders weren’t crispy at all. Like it was under cooked. The Asian tenders are my favorite from tullys. The definitely changed the sauce and it’s just not it. Like at all! Like they through red chili flakes in the mix and it’s not even good. The old sauce was a lot better. I want nothing to do with Asian tenders anymore. All of my dipping sauces were watery and smelled like they’ve been sitting in a fridge for a while. The fries were def under cooked. I’m definitely mad that I spent almost $50 on that food. There tender dinners are definitely not worth $20!!!! I don’t know what happened to tullys in Cicero, NY 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

we were trying to plan to do something nice for our friends for a surprise and needed to be seated in two different areas. when we told the waitress i think her name was bri she was very kind and seemed compliant. then when a hostess named angelina was told she was rude and then sat them directly next to us ruining the entire thing. we did not appreciate that and then didn't even stay for a meal, we left after getting our drinks. we did not appreciate this

One hour and three minutes to get 10 tenders and loaded cheese fries for takeout. I don’t recommend ever doing takeout. We normally come weekly, but it has been getting worse. Today was their last chance. The takeout girl tonight was absolutely miserable looking over the 45 minutes that I stood there and waited inside the lobby, not one single smile. They need to hire more help. Not to mention, the entire time I stood there, not one single manager came through to see the unhappy guests waiting.

Ordered the pasta and it tasted bland and awful. The garlic bread it came with was rocked hard and tasted stale. It was able to be cleanly broken in half.

I turned 21 on February 13th 2025 and I wanted to get a shot of bourbon as me and my wife came to get out after hearing that my grandfather just got cancer after Ashley looked at my ID she took it to the manager and the manager came to the table VERY RUDLY claiming that ID is fake so I left to go to copper top ( which is a great restaurant and great martinis) but these so called managers should see a state issued ID and know it is real I don't understand how they are hiring complete and utter imbeciles as a manager

The NASTIEST taco salad I’ve ever had and it looks like a pile of crap. I went to the restaurant to order food To-go because I wanted the taco salad and didn’t want it to be soggy. I guess it’s my fault for not checking what it looks like, but I’m upset about the taste. It doesn’t have to be the best presentation as long as it tastes good. In this case it tastes much worse than it looks and I’m highly disappointed. Never again

07/28/2025 So let me start out by saying that the actual glass breaking in my mouth was nobody’s fault at the restaurant. But what was their fault is how I was treated by the manager, Jessica and then by their corporate office, HR manager, Jessica and there secretary or whatever she was at the front desk. I frequent this restaurant all the time and there’s been other problems over the years, but I blew them off, no big deal, but when this glass broke off in my mouth, the only thing they were trying to do is protect their own butt at both the restaurant and their corporate office. I had to drag an apology out of them And nobody really asked if I was OK. It took 25 minutes to answer four questions from the manager on an incident report which two lines said the same exact thing glass broke in mouth. When I asked what was taking so long because she had to call the general manager, who said send him to the hospital if he feels like he swallowed glass. She responded by saying I was taking care of things in the kitchen. I know there was at least two other people on staff that day that that have done managerial things. She could’ve easily gotten one of them to cover for her while she took care of what I think is a priority over peoples food when I did speak with Jessica the manager she was looking right by me. She wasn’t even looking me in the face so again I felt like I wasn’t a priority at that moment When I went to the corporate office, I had to drag an apology out of the HR manager, who only asked me one thing what do you want me to do.? The first person I talk to at the corporate office was a secretary, who was completely uninterested and asked the same question. What do you want us to do Not once did either of them say we are so sorry this happened are you OK.! I will never go to this restaurant again, and I will tell everybody that I know do not go in there because if anything happens to you, they’re only gonna cover their own butt they’re not gonna care about you.! When I expressed to the corporate office, why at least somebody hasn’t called me to check on me or to again tell me how sorry they were that this happened to me. She said it’s their policy not to talk to customers after an incident. Their insurance company was gonna call me!! I’m sorry what somebody who is in that restaurant all the time and who knows the general manager by name and half the employees by name that’s the way you’re gonna treat me. The look on this ladies face at corporate was stunning stone cold, no empathy and again I reiterate, I will never go into one of these establishments again that includes copper top, which is way overpriced. Shame on Tully’s shame on their owners and shame on both Jessica‘s. You have really let down the consumer confidence.

This is supposed to be an order of tex mex egg rolls. Not sure why I got a container of chips with a few unedible pieces of overcooked food that looks slapped together and not even an entire order. Disgusting.
